This was either the best idea she'd had in months or the worst idea she'd had in a long time, or at least, the worst idea she'd had that she had full say and choice in. Morticia ran her fingers through her purple hair as she stared down at the still blank piece of paper on the desk before her. Dismorning she had woken up and realized a few things while wincing as she did her best to step around all her current bruises and marks while doing her breakfast routine. Given her new role as a villain in the works, she was now putting herself in a lot more dangerous situations, one's she wouldn't always be able to guess the outcome of, one's she might come back with more then just bruises from. All things considered she couldn't just rely on a safe outcome every time she continued to go out and do not-so-nice things to fuel the gem to try and get her family back. She had to keep doing what she was doing, she had to keep improving too, sure, but she also came to realize she might not always have the chance to do things that she had the chance to do now, in the near future.
Giving off a gentle groan and pressing her forehead against the blank bit of paper, she closed her eyes and tried to think. She knew what she wanted to achieve with this she just didn't know how to go about it. Tysco was one of the only friends Morticia had at the moment and was easily the one she was most comfortable being around, to lose his friendship over a silly note is one of the last things she wanted to have happen but the thing is, she just doesn't know how exactly he will react until she actually goes and does it. He could either take it really well or really, really poorly and she was rather certain she didn't want to be around if he took the second option. Then again, the second option didn't seem very much like Tysco, which was one of the reasons why she liked him in the first place.
Lifting her head up from the desk she'd scoop up her pen, biting her lower lip in thought as she tapped the end part of the pen against the desk. She wouldn't always have this chance to tell him how she felt, so she had to do it now, but how? If she said it in person first she knew she would freak out, slip up or say something entirely different so putting together something for him to find and read seemed the better option. But what to write...
Placing the pen tip to the paper she furrowed her brow, now wasn't the time to start overthinking it, she just had to be honest, no matter how corny she thought she sounded, at least this way she'd know he'd be hearing her full truth. So, after a bit of word scribbling and an added quick doodle on the pastel pink paper, Morticia folded it in half and let out a sigh of relief, letter sorted. Now to pack the gifts to go with it and actually deliver it. Speaking of the gifts she was still rather surprised at how well the chicken plushie she built at a custom plush shop, had turned out. She specifically chose colours of someone she knew was close to Tysco and hoped he'd receive that well rather then poorly. Only one way to know. Picking it up she'd place it in the orange coloured present box she'd picked out and drawn some hearts on. Shortly after the plush went in so did a second box, this one being filled of chocolates and other sorts of sweets she'd picked out in hopes of at least one being a favourite of his. Slipping the lid back on after she'd then carefully tie up a red ribbon to form a bow, placing it on top before grabbing her letter. Now to deliver it without chickening out.
A bag grab, short bus trip and a whole lot of trying to not talk herself out of going later, she eventually arrived at the building where his current apartment was. Taking in a deep breath and holding onto the present tightly, she made her way towards the entrance of the building, finding herself in a rather homey reception area after entering. Approaching the front desk she would smile a little shyly to the sheep demon-looking old lady behind the counter, brushing a strand of her hair back and out of her face as she places the present with the letter on top of the counter top. "Hey um, Good morning!" She cleared her throat lightly before continuing, "I have this for Tysco Zautt, if you could please deliver it to him as soon as possible, that would be really appreciated, thank you!" Making sure she had it all together nicely packed one more time, she'd then hand it over to the elder lady, thanking her a second time silently before then making her way out of the building again. Heaving a big sigh of relief once outside she felt that now the weight was off her shoulders, although the thought to run back in and take back the present and run off with it was slightly tempting... She thought better of it though and eventually got herself to start making her way back home, at a much quicker pace this time, just in case he happened to be home and already opening his present.
Once back home, Morticia slumped onto her bed face down and tried not to think of how Tysco was going to react once he read his letter. Considering skipping out on uni the following day even to avoid whatever may be coming next because of this. But she knew she couldn't just avoid him forever now and that defeated the purpose of telling him in the first place as well anyway. Pushing away the thoughts of the charming young boy for now, she'd reach over and carefully pick up the purple gem which glistened as it laid on her bedside table, it gave off a light prickling sensation when she brought it up to herself, the prickling only stopping after her form had changed. Her tail had pointed at the end, her wings all black, smokey and red instead of their usual soft pink and black, her hair's shade of purple deepened as she pulled a dark cloak over the top of it before applying a mask to the lower part of her face. Standing, her outfit changed from her perky dress to a dark tight outfit instead with mean looking high boots. Opening her eyes again the scar over her left eye would begin to glow lightly as her eyes did. Morticia had gotten one important thing done and out of the way, now it was time for Greiveila to take the wheel again in her ongoing goal to get her family back.
