Kraktus really needed to find a crew. His massive ship was overhead people screaming on the streets. He was about to crash the damn thing. With just one maning a ship that needed thousands of people things were bound to go really wrong. Lucky for him he had found a spot just outside of the city to land the thing. He turned the throttle the ship nose pointing down towards the ground. He was unsure if that was a good idea or not he was not a piolet. He had killed his piolet when he went crazy getting the ship. It the perfect flagship for the army but even as strong as he was, it didn't make up for having just two arms and seconds between success and failure. He landed the ship flames jetted out from under it but everything was fine. It was no big deal if he set some stuff on fire. The back door opened up and he hurried out so he could stride out looking like he was. A general and leader of Arosce. He'd walk out his eyes wandering, he was without his cape but he was still imposing. He'd look at the crowd and wave his hand to get them to move them. He'd needed to make sure his ship was badly damaged.

Twas' not everyday one got to see a massive ship careen through the upper atmosphere of Arcose and nearly crash. The civilians, as expected, panicked. How dreary. Kalt sighed as he watched the craft land, gesturing to an Arcosian situated behind him who promptly removed his cape in a split second, leaving the heavily plated Arcosian covered in mostly bio-armor. In his suppressed form, nonetheless, which was reputable for being rather tall for what it was. His mecha-arms were retracted, Kalt bending his knees for a moment before taking off into the sky - making it swiftly to the site of the commotion. He landed, 'boots' touching down and clacking against the hard ground below.
A few stray flames had tried to catch onto some of the structures, but the biting wind of Arcose saw fit the extinguish them mid-flight. Kalt's head tilted curiously, observing the ramp lower to let out an imposing, purple-colored figure. He gestured, obviously attempting to disperse the crowd of onlookers. Kalt hovered a bit off the ground, speaking through his mouthpiece in an authoritative tone: "Make space! This is official Fleet business! Interfere or continue to obstruct progress and you will be prosecuted."
He didn't explicitly know if it was Fleet business - but by the recognizable figure of one of the Generals, Kraktus, it could be safely assumed that such authority and threats were justified. It was interesting, though. What was he doing here, in a ship that looked about ready to fall to pieces the second it actually left the atmosphere again? Kalt decided to ask the man himself. Normally, he'd transform to match heights, but with a discrepancy of only two inches in his base form, it might simply be seen as rude.
"General." He called out respectfully, approaching and stopping a few feet away, bowing. "My name is Kalt of Clan Frieren. I would like to formally extend my services and the use of my facilities to assist you in whatever way you need."

Kraktus looked around as someone seemed to help get the crowds under control. The Generals' eye scanned round as he saw the figure who had done this task. An Aroscian with a green bio gem. He'd press his scouter checking if he was a strong warrior and found out he was. A power level of <10,000> was raised on his scouter. A grin formed on his face. He was glad there was a real warrior keeping things in check on Arosce. The man called him out guess he knew he was a General. He bowed his head as Kraktus raised his left hand. "You don't need to bow my friend," Kraktus said grinning under his beard. The man seemed willing to help him though he wondered what the man was good at. "I see. It is nice to meet you Kalt. Forgive me I've never heard of you. I have been very busy outside of Arosce." In truth he really could not remember coming to Arosce for his seven years in the WTF military. "What are your talents are. I assume being of a clan your one of the nobles on Arosce?" Kraktus asked.

Kalt straightened at Kraktus' behest, taking a formal stance as he let the Alien speak his mind freely before he dared interrupt. "Thank you, sir. It is no problem to be unaware of my very presence here, I don't oft leave Arcose or even make transmissions myself. As for what I can do in order to serve..." He turned his body sideways, gesturing towards a sleek black cubic building not far from where they were. "That happens to be my headquarters for my technological development company. I can guarantee that if you've used weapons or tools, at least of fourth of it could be traced back to us." Taking a few slow steps forward, a hand slipped under his chin to support his head as Kalt soaked in the mere sight of the massive ship before him.
"The reason I offer is quite simple. Forgive me if I misunderstand the situation, but it seems that your vessel has experienced some mechanical difficulties in-flight, yes? If so, I believe that my resources and manpower available could lend quite well to fixing and enhancing what current systems and parts you have for it." Finished, the Arcosian took a few steps back and folded his arms behind his back. "Of course, whether or not you wish to accept is entirely up to you."

Kalt was pretty formal. He also did note he didn’t leave often guess he was not a soldier. Afterall why would a soldier not at least be sent off-world once? Many Arosicans were born pretty strong off the bat so it was not crazy for him to been born this strong. The man explained who he was right after, being some sort of engineer. Apparently he created many of the weapons the Fleet used in battle. Kraktus rubbed his head. “Good. You work for me now.” He said waving his hand. “If your one of the best engineer on the planet with a company I need someone to personal work with me. As a General I need the best weapons. I need the best armor and I the best ship in the universe. So you report to me above all others. Understood?” He was going to be the top dog in the Fleet but he had many to compete with. He needed to start building his edge.
Kalt then seemed notice he had damaged his ship. Crashed it right into the city almost. “Yes, I had it quickly built by one of the earth's best minds. He needed two years I only had two months of patience.” Kraktus explained with a shrug. “It is the best ship I’ve ever seen or used. Truly a marvel but it is far from done. It just the carcass of the ship. No real armor, no real weapons, and the system hastily put together. I want a ship big enough to black out the sky and level an army. I need someone who can build that. You seem a good man. I want you to build it for me.” Kraktus turned to see what the man’s response to his offer.
