EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER
CHROMO'S PL: 90,000
The last few days had been too quiet for Chromo's liking. He'd been trying to get a hold of Tarch. The saiyan always seemed to know how to cheer his bug buddy up, and an agitated Chromo was much in the need of something to calm his restless head. But he wasn't at his home, and the beetle was much too tentative to talk to his parents- he didn't want to get in trouble, as he had sort of sneaked into their house when looking for Tarch and maybe raided their fridge as well... But while he didn't feel confident talking to Tarch's parents, he knew Tarch had like, ten parents. His "screamy mom," as Chromo recognized Kohlra, could surely give him some answers as to his friend's whereabouts, right?
He'd namely seen Tarch's mother in the Central Capitol. This was where he first met her and borrowed her food, right?... Or was that West City? Chromo shuddered at the mere thought of the West Capitol, deciding it was Central City where they first met. The beetle grumbled to himself as he hovered through the downtown area, barely resisting the urge to dart at the numerous food carts that surrounded the market he'd strayed into. Saiyans liked food, and he liked food. By process of elimination, Kohlra had to be somewhere around here! She yelled a lot, so it shouldn't have been too hard to find her.
Alas, the tiny beetle was a one-foot speck in the sea of pedestrians and vendors. He got stepped on a few times- though the passerbys apologized to the hissing bio-android, it still caused his irritation to bubble further. Eventually he just growled, plucked up a cone of pale blue cotton candy when a shopkeeper wasn't looking, and propped himself atop a street lamp with another grumble. Maybe he'd be able to spy out the saiyan from here...
Chromo ravenously yanked a tuft of his cotton candy off with his teeth, munching to try and bottle his irritation. He was only meeting Kohlra to figure out where Tarch was, Chromo told himself. With his negative experience with his own family, Chromo still couldn't help but to feel a bit... envious? Tarch seemed to have a perfect life, but here Chromo was on his lonesome... Well, he had his clones to keep him company! And lots of food! He was fine- he was even better off than Tarch!... Right?
