Name: Brie Asada.
Species: Ghost.
Gender: Used to be a female human but doesn’t really think of that stuff.
Age: Appears 7, actually 14ish.
Appearance: Just shy of three feet, Brie died at a young age. She has dirty blonde hair and green eyes, although one of them is milky with blindness. Her left arm ends in a stump.

History:
Sold into slavery as a baby because her mother needed the money, Brie didn't have a name. #4717 is what she was called for the first four years of her life, until the day the Galactic Patrol showed up. Before then, her life was a freak show, something right out of a horror manga. When she was three, Brie took an apple from the kitchen and lost an arm for it. And when she was three and a half, the master of the house caught her spying on him (she was curious!) and had one of her eyes put out.
Severe ADHD didn't make life easier, but when the GP took her away and settled her in with the Asada family. things slowly started looking up. They gave her a name, some weird name that wasn't any sort of number - only the masters had names back on that other weird planet. But now she had one, whatever that meant, and within weeks Brie went from a sheltered, keep-to-herself type to running amok through the halls of the Asada mansion.
It didn't take long for her to find role-models in her Aunt Mal and Uncle Carne, the two seemed to have infinite patience for the young survivor, but she really latched on to Mal with a vice-like passion. To Brie, there wasn't anything Mal couldn't do, until the day she died.
And that wasn't Mal's fault. Brie even came back as a ghost! And when the chips were down, when the evil organization had her in their cage and did tests on her, Mal found her and pulled her out of that scary place. It took a while, but eventually Brie was able to take on her old form most of the time, preferring that to a ghostly, green blob.

Afterimage: [SU1] & [SU2] Leaving behind ghostly images to throw off her opponent, Brie moves really, really fast to try and avoid damage.
Utility
Telepathy: [UT1] Brie can communicate telepathically with people on the same planet that she's on.
Telekinesis: [UT] Brie, focusing really, really hard, has learned to master more of her brain power and can lift objects and people (if willing) with her mind.
Transformations:
Haunting: [x3] Brie can change her shape to something like a green will-o-wisp to plague and spook people with, perhaps even leading them astray.
