Mollusc energy swirled to life as he smashed a nearby rock into pieces. The pieces clattered to the floor as Mollusc let in a large breath. He had been training in the Wastes for a past few hours. It was relaxing training but he was trying to reach a new level in order to gain an advantage of agiasnt Kayen. He felt he must be quite close seeing how strong he was. But, nothing had come. He was just waiting to see if he could unlock some great power. He sat down rubbing his head. He was unsure how he really stacked up against Kayen sure he knew she was stronger but he was unsure how much stronger. Maybe he was close or maybe he was far away. Mollusc laid on his back looking into the sky.
He remembered when things were much similar. He thought he was someone's champion and he was blessed with great power. He was so much weaker back then, he could crush that version of him without trouble. But before, he was also not far weaker than people like Ramen and Kayen. Now they were far stronger then he was. They had reached new levels and not much had changed for him. He was more powerful sure but he was not a superhuman or a super saiyan. He needed some way to test the difference between himself and a Super Saiyan. He'd got up and looked around. He didn't knot anyone that was not Ramen or Kayen at that level. "Dammit, this is gonna be a pain." Mollusc huffed.

Thread Power Level: 120,000 | Super Saiyan (x15T) Active! Current PL: 1,800,000
A great rumbling shook the wasteland just as Mollusc had begun his search. Its origin was far, but surely it came from a place of great power. Great and incredibly upset power usually had a tendency to cause destruction, whether intentional or otherwise.
It was at this spot that Vocado stood. Hair burning bright gold, the once-king overlooked the rubble of a castle with disdain. It was once the home of a great and powerful bandit lord. She'd overtaken huge swaths of land in the Saiba Wastes, and since few people lived there it seemed pointless for anyone to look to dethrone her. With Belle's life on the line, however, Vocado was more than comfortable with ending her reign. The effort was summarily wasted, however, as the bandit queen had no clue to the whereabouts of Belle, and seemed to have no idea who she was.
As the aura blazing around him died down, Vocado pulled a slip of paper from within his breastplate and read it over once more. The dulled yellow of his hair stood out harshly among the sharp reds of the earthy terrain, but he wasn't much for stealth these days anyway.
Three names crossed out on his list already, and still he was no closer to his goal. He and Chill had split the list of names they'd stolen from The Keeper in half, with Chill opting to search the city's criminals. Vocado was certain that the outlaws living in the wastes would have something to do with the girl's disappearance, but after hours of searching he was still no closer to his goal.
"Damn it all. Where the hell does Gurod even live?"
Part of him wondered if it was worth finding this next criminal in the first place. Surely they'd give a similar terrified response to his arrival, along with a stunning lack of information. Maybe regrouping with Chill would be a smarter decision.
As he weighed his options, the wind began howling. Surely it was an omen, but of what?

Mollusc nearly fell over as it seemed the ground was shaking. "What the hell was that?" Mollusc looked around confused. What could make the earth shake with such force? He looked around seeing some rubble in the distance. Maybe that was where the shaking had come from. Mollusc aura surrounded him as he flew forward. When he arrived at the scene he saw the former King of the Saiyans, Vocado! He didn't expect to see him on Vegeta. He doubted the queen wanted him to be around her. He assumed he was still a threat for the crown. He prob wanted to get it back after losing it. Mollusc stepped forward eying him, "It has been awhile." He'd give him a look over mainly at the hair. So he was a Super Saiyan like Kayen. That gave him a thought, If he was going to fight Kayen he should experience the power of a Super saiyan first hand. "You seemed to be busy. What are you doing out here on Vegeta? I assume it is business like myself. I planning on taking the crown myself soon enough." Maybe Vocado would have something to say to that. Plus it was a bit of small talk before he tried to get his favor out of the former king.

It was a surprise to see someone like Mollusc flying over the horizon. He was certain the green lunatic had given up on the Saiyan race entirely. Hadn't his dragon god told him to buzz off or something? Vocado couldn't keep track of all the wacko stories he'd heard anymore. Maybe one day he'd jot them all down.
"Not busy enough for my liking, honestly. I'm just trying to fulfill a promise to an old friend, but promises are becoming harder and harder to keep these days."
He didn't dare bring up his own ordeals. Wrapping someone like Mollusc up in his business was a bad idea, especially since he'd decided to let Chill involve himself. If word got out that he was working alongside an Arcosian, he wasn't sure what the public would think. A bout of lunacy, perhaps? Worse yet, betrayal of the worst kind might be the assumption of the pitchfork-wielders.
Head in the clouds, Vocado almost missed Mollusc's comment. With a raised brow, the once-king placed a hand on his hip, and scoffed. "You'll be dead in the doorway. Should I write 'Porunga's Pet' on your gravestone, or would you like something a bit more cryptic?"
Perhaps he was being a bit harsh on the Namekian, but to be fair the last time they'd met Mollusc did denounce his faith in Vocado as a leader. Maybe he was right to do so.
Still though, he didn't mind the idea of Mollusc taking over. It'd be an easier mountain to overcome than Kayen, that much was certain. "I assume you have some plan of attack if you're confident enough to blurt out plans like that. Want to tell me what it is so this conversation can end a bit faster?"

Mollusc grunted when Vocado spoke he was not busy, just working on an old friend. "Yes. I use to think that was for the best but I realized most people who were my friends are long dead." People that he use to be friends with were either gone, distance or different people. When Vocado noted he'd be dead on the doorway he chuckled. "I doubt that. I don't intend to lose. I am not fighting for myself like you were." Mollusc countered. "As for the Porunga pets. I've denounced Porunga, if he would allow someone like you or Kayen onto the throne, then he is not a god on my side. I won't fight for him, what I will fight for are those people who stood by me despite my lunacy."
Mollusc sighed as Vocado tried to get say what he wanted to say and get out. Mollusc got on his hands and knee's in front of Vocado. "I intend to fight the queen but I know as I stand right now I cannot hope to defeat her. You were the closest to beating Kayen twice. You know how she fights better then I do and I need that to my advantage. That is why I need your help. I need to face the power of a Super Saiyan. I need to know what I am up agiasnt. I will give you anything I can in return." If he could help his friends who care what he had to lose. If he could just defeat Kayen then he could fix everything.

"Quite the charmer you are. I honestly can't tell which of us you dislike more."It seemed Mollusc's plan was a bit more foolish than Vocado expected. Rather than trying to think up some way to close the gap or simply stop her from using the form, he opted to get some hands-on experience with a Super Saiyan. It made sense, in some backwards way, but it wouldn't get him very far. Even if Vocado fought with his hands-- or rather hand-- tied behind his back, the Namekian Loon wouldn't last long. He had half a mind to flip the Namek off. It wasn't like they were close friends or anything, especially not recently. But something inside tugged at him to help. Even if it'd be in a vicious way. Besides, maybe some fighting would help him figure out where to go next. Without a word, Vocado sent a kick right to Mollusc's face, aiming to send him tumbling across the rubble. "Alright then. I'll play your little game. No better way to learn than in the thick of it, right?"Shouting furiously, Vocado's energy exploded. Golden Ki whipped around him like a shield, encasing him in its light. His cloak slipped from his shoulder, revealing his missing left arm. It'd been cut from the shoulder down, making his upper body uneven, if not a touch unsettling. Revealing his wound didn't seem to bother him much, though; in fact it seemed to embolden him. The Super Saiyan smirked, rolling his neck as he dipped into a fighting stance. "I'm not going to give you a second to think, same as she would. If you can survive just one minute, then I'll tell you a little secret about this form."He didn't give Mollusc time to respond, just as he said he would. Within the blink of an eye, Vocado was on the Namekian again, aiming to elbow him in the stomach before using his monumental speed to bowl Mollusc into a nearby cliffside.

As Mollusc waited for an answer he got none. Instead, he got a powerful kick right to the jaw. Mollusc flew across the ground and slammed down hard. Mollusc got to his feet quickly enough and wiped the purple blood coming from his mouth. Seemed Vocado was going to help him and he was not going to have to give him anything in return. The only condition? He had to withstand the power of the Super Saiyan for one minute. That didn't seem to hard to him. When he looked up at Vocado however, he noticed the stump. Guess he had lost something fighting Kayen. What he had to worry about against her was losing his life rather than his arm. He doubted Kayen would have some mercy if he lost.
Before he could refocus however Vocado had gotten right where he wanted to be and elbowed Mollusc into the cliff. Mollusc slammed through the rocks coughing out a heap of purple blood. Mollusc slumped over in the rocks. That had knocked the air out of him. The speed too, he could not do anything agiasnt a super saiyan. How the hell had Vocado lost to Kayen? Mollusc was pretty ready to just lay there but he was compelled, he had to fight! Mollusc pulled himself out of the rocks slamming his feet. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" He'd screamed into the air as his body began to bulk up. He would triple his height and increase his power greatly. Yet, he had no illusions he would beat down Vocado. He had to withstand the assault. His left fist tightened up as he swung it down at Vocado trying to get the Super Saiyan away so he could catch his breath.

Mollusc was far from a challenge. The gap between them was so vast it was almost laughable. Instead, it brought out a twinge of guilt in the once-king. The Namekian was a strange individual; win or lose, his vigor and determination would be tripled. Was Vocado preparing Mollusc for a suicide mission? He hadn't truly considered that angle before booting him across the crags.
But it seemed Mollusc wasn't all talk. With an explosion of power, the Namekian's body grew in size, his Ki building along with it. A form like this would have been useful about half a year ago, but the Saiyans his foe needed to defeat had long outstripped the Oozaru form.
With a defiant roar the Namekian's massive fist slammed into the earthy terrain where Vocado once stood. The Super Saiyan leaped backwards through the air, somersaulting to a stop in the sky above. Mollusc may have been weaker, but a big fist is still a big fist.
"If this is the best you've got you're dead!"
Vocado's energy swelled again, and he launched himself across the cloudless sky. There was no need for tricky tactics in this fight; Kayen wasn't one for that sort of thing, and Mollusc needed every bit of experience with the real thing that he could get. Flipping through the air once more, he shouted out a taunt as he aimed his knee for Mollusc's massive nose.
"Time to find out how Fried Slug tastes! Baahahhaaaa!"

Mollusc crashed down but he felt nothing under it. The Speed was much like Kayens. Though with his experience he at least could track its barley. He knew Vocado had moved back and not forward. That was good, he'd need to guard up after his attack failed. His arms pulled back but it was far too late. Vocado even called it out on it. If this was all he had, what was he suppose to agiasnt Kayen? Mollusc was hit across the face by a powerful knee. He had never taken a blow like it. The Towering Namekian crashed onto his back. Mollusc laid them in clear pain his nose shattered and his face bruised. If that had been a real fight it might be over. Mollusc though was thinking of this to the death. If he could not even touch Vocado, who lost to Kayen, then he was doomed. Mollusc slowly pulled himself to his feet.
His eyes focused back on Vocado. Desperation was in the namekians eye. He was nearly unconscious but he had not given in yet. He still had the ability to heal himself. Yet he needed time to get that off. Vocado would easily beat him down before he could heal. All of a sudden Mollusc ripped off one of his arms purple blood flying out towards the Super Saiyan. Mollusc let out a roar of pain, the pain would keep him focused and not flat on his back unconscious. He had to do anything to keep his senses alive. Yet the pain was only part of his plan. Ki surging into the arm as he tossed it towards Vocado. He didn't think the former king would expect this. He'd raised his other arm ki surging to life in the arm. He'd attempted to blast Vocado sky high the arm exploding into a fireball of Red ki. He knew that the arm was worthless on him then off him. This maybe would buy him time to regenerate or come up with a counter attack.

To say Mollusc was determined would probably be an understatement. From just one blow the Namekian was floored, proving that he stood no chance. Even still, he stood up, ready to continue the fight. Vocado wouldn’t deny him. Maybe he’d learn something important in the next few seconds. Either that, or Vocado would be pleasantly surprised.
When Mollusc launched his own arm across the battlefield, Vocado knew which of them was about to learn something.
The rouge limb exploded brilliantly in the air behind Vocado, who’d spun mid-air to avoid its initial flight. The sudden expulsion of energy sent the once-king careening through the air, slowly skidding to a stop nearly three miles above the battle.
”Kai’s be damned! That’s how you throw a punch! Aaahahah!”
His aura exploded around him, and he zipped toward the ground in little more than a few seconds. Was Mollusc ready to continue the fight? Vocado didnt much care— his foe was about to earn a free lesson about the Super Saiyan form.
With a roar, Vocado leaped skyward once more, his arm raised over his head as he dropped down onto his foe. His aim was to plant his elbow into Mollusc’s skull, and hopefully knock him flat in the process.

His attack worked. He'd watched Vocado fly back it didn't seem to do all that much damage. It at least bought him a bit of time. A large red aura surrounded Mollusc and then focused in on his wounds. Vocado was flying right at him ready to attack. He'd needed to do this as fast as possible. He'd brought in all his reserves of ki. An arm burst out of the socket giving him a new limb to fight with. Still, it didn't do much to stop Vocado's elbow to the head that slammed him right back into the dirt. The Namekian pulled himself up from the ground rubbing his head. Despite taking another hit he felt a lot better now. He'd spat a glob of blood onto the ground. "That was strong. I can see why right now I can't beat Kayen. Does not matter. I will beat her. Because I have to them is no other option." Mollusc swung both arms back attempting to smash Vocado between them like a bug. Maybe his little monologue threw the king off just a bit. Though if it took him ripping his arm off to get a hit he very much doubted some words would do the trick.

It seemed Vocado was too late. In his hubris, he’d let Mollusc regenerate his body. Namekians were certainly crafty types; if he’d gotten to spar against Elder Slag a bit more, he might have had a backup plan or two for their increased durability. As it stood now, though, he’d have to just keep up the pressure. This egg would crack soon enough.
”You’ve got the mind of a Saibaman.”
Mollusc suddenly attacked again, slapping his fists together around Vocado like he was some fly. His attack went off well, or at least it seemed so.
A few moments later, Mollusc’s hands were pushed apart by sheer force. The Super Saiyan was using his only arm to push one hand away, while using his feet to repel the other. He winked at the Namekian, before releasing another energy beam from his mouth.

Mollusc had been mostly healed from Vocado's attack thanks to his regeneration. Yet his body still burned with pain and Vocado would not be held by his arms. Ki swirled to life in his mouth. Once he broke out he'd be ready to blast him away. With his full strength behind it, he assumed even a super saiyan would struggle to take it without countering. If he could burn away at the saiyan's energy maybe he could endure longer. His arms gave way to Vocado's strength as Mollusc was suprised Vocado pressed the attack. He didn't expect him to use another blast so quickly. Mollusc expanded out as a powerful blast of orange ki slammed into Vocado's attack. Yet it meant nothing. Mollusc was sent flying his arms grabbing at the ground. He'd stopped himself from falling or being defeated but he still took heavy damage.
Now he was out of options. He realized how corned he was. Vocado had made him use all his energy. His regeneration was gone, his strength was gone, his ki was drained. He'd breathed out gasping at his chest. He had used all his energy for what? To still nearly be blasted to unconsciousness. He was unsure how much more time he had to last but he'd stay up. He had no other choice. Mollusc pulled himself staring down at Vocado. His foot raised up as he roared out slamming it down in an attempt to crush Vocado under it. It was all he could do. Just try to brute force his way through. No techquine or move could get him to last.

It seemed this was the final moments of battle. With one decisive, explosive strike, Mollusc had lost his footing. Even with his best efforts, the Namekian barely stood ground against Vocado. The Super Saiyan wasn’t even putting his full effort into this fight— a fact that might shatter the ex-fanatic’s faith in himself.
As Mollusc caught himself mid-air, Vocado readied for another attack. Mollusc struck first, however, raising his foot up to slam down onto the once-king. With a dexterous motion, Vocado spun his body like a top, kicking away the massive boot and probably causing the Namekian to stumble yet again.
Suddenly, the Saiyan’s aura flared, a tornado of Ki swirling about him. ”Just give up now, Namekian. i’m sure Porunga would let you lap at his boots again if you go home and beg hard enough.”
Vocado charged, fist cocked back for one last strike. As he closed in, however, his scouter began to beep. He skid to a stop mere inches from Mollusc’s face, and sighed.
”The minute’s up. Good job.”
His golden aura vanished, and with it the power of the Super Saiyan. He let out a relaxed sigh. As intoxicating as the Super Saiyan form was, it was straining on his stamina.
Vocado floated to the ground slowly, waiting for Mollusc to shrink before they talked. Despite how estranged they’d become, he still had some respect for the Namekian. He’d come to join the cause so early on that it felt rude to think too poorly of the man; even if he was a little naive.
”You’ve got the workings of someone who could stand a chance. Victory is literally impossible, but you could give her a run for her money, at least.”

He was forced back Mollusc falling onto his butt. He'd looked towards Vocado the ki surrounding him was overwhelming. Mollusc was unsure what else he could do to fight him. Another one of those beams and he was done. Mollusc aura swirled to life. He had to bring all the energy he had left. He didn't know how much longer he had. Mollusc looked towards Vocado as he brought his fist back. But Vocado stopped which confused Mollusc. Was this a feint? Mollusc sighed as Vocado said he just had survived the minute. He didn't even realize it had been a minute. "Guess I got lucky." Mollusc sighed as his shrunk down to normal size. He was going to be sore for a while. Vocado told him the truth, he had no chance. He also knew he'd prob not even give her a run for her money. "So then. If I stand no chance and you'rea super saiyan. You've fought her so if you fought her. How would you approach it." Mollusc narrowed his eyes. He'd needed to know how he was going to beat her. Because dammit he had no other option. He had to defeat her.
