PL: 32,000 - Narissa's PL: 9,000[x4]
Scallio observed the construction crews from his position aloft in the sky. Some were leveling out the ground and laying the foundation. Others were mixing cement and preparing metal rods to be placed into the ground. They even had crew members checking to make sure equipment and construction vehicles were ready for use. All of them were hard at work at various tasks related to their singular goal. The construction of a colosseum. A place for warriors from all over the galaxy to come and fight for money and glory. While crowds cheered and shouted their names. It would serve as a distraction to the citizens of Vegeta who grew tired of the war and the tragedy it's wrought.
What role did Scallio and his men have to play in the construction of this colosseum? Why they had been contracted by those with power within the Kingdom to serve as security. Powerful bodyguards who overwatched the construction of the colosseum and ensure it was built without issue. As even on the Kingdom's homeworld of Vegeta danger lurked within the shadows. Powerful forces waiting for the right moment to strike. And as the Crimson Apes first major contract, and outing since gaining the trust of Queen Kayen. Scallio couldn't afford to let those forces or anyone thing else halt the construction of the colosseum.
While Scallio overlooked the entire construction zone from the air the rest of his crew was spread out. Three of them were positioned amongst the construction crews. While a fourth was doing regular patrols around the surrounding area. In case anyone was attempting to sneak in and cause any types of chaos. Narissa, Scallio's second in command for this operation, was located within one of the trailers within the construction site. She was monitoring communications and working on repairs to construction equipment.
The only thing that Scallio could do now was wait and hope. Hope that no one showed up to cause trouble.
Scallio & The Crimson Apes are assisting in the construction of a colosseum in the Saiba Waste.

Auber had been watching the construction for a while now, he had his arms crossed and he was staring curiously at the colosseum that was in the process of being built, it would be a location for warriors all over the galaxy to come and compete in.
Auber thought about entering the arena once it was built to see how many saiyan citizens were actually strong, it would be a good time-killer, if his schedule wasn't so strict already, maybe when he has a break he himself declares, he can come and visit this place.
Of course, dangers do exist even around these parts, from saiba-beasts to Fleet spies and kamikazes, things could go south, however, this is another reason he was watching over the construction, to make sure it proceeds well, it wasn't really an order given to him but he approved of this construction in more ways than one, for starters, there will be something of a building in the middle of this desert, and it's nice seeing Saiyan Society expand beyond Cacumber for once.

Date and Lisha PLs: 26,976 and 14,009
Lisha has the scouter on.
The day had come for the Crimson Apes to assist in the construction efforts, and unfortunately for the Wolfbane family members, they'd been running late! Lisha's scouter, one of the main sources of communication, had been acting on the fritz as they were heading out. She had to scramble around for her tools to fix it up, knowing it was simply due to a part inside getting knocked out of place. Date, meanwhile, had darted ahead of her cousin to the site. He was supposed to be acting as a on site patrol, keeping an eye out for any suspicious activity as the workers were moving along. Sensing a presence around Scallio's strength, the mercenary double timed form Cacumber's Radditsu District to the site. He'd been only armed with his compact bow and hollow iron tipped arrows and was only in his light brown t-shirt, pants, and boots.
Date arrived, to see that the unknown presence was someone dressed in a saiyan soldier's outfit. He dropped down near by, calling out with a arrow pulled out and energy flooding into the tip, "Hey, you there!"
The Earthen Mercenary hadn't pulled the arrow back on the string, but had it partly raised. He was suspicious of this person. Lisha, seconds after in her red tank top and black sweatpants with her own set of black boots on, arrived after and landed down near where Narissa was said to be at. She dropped her energy's presence and took a fairly round about way to get to the structure.
"You want to identify yourself," Date asked the red gloved saiyan. He couldn't be too sure. Scallio was overlooking the area from above and didn't seem to be reacting yet to them, so Date had to be sure.
Meanwhile, after her silent run around, Lisha arrived at Narissa's trailer and knocked on the metal door. She whispered with a bit of a rasp, "Hey, Narissa! Date and I are here! Do you got any idea who that guy is that Date is talking to?"
Short version: Lisha and Date arrive late to the party, with Date arriving first and speaking to Auber. His weapon is at ready, but he isn't making any threatening gestures. Lisha, meanwhile, uses Ki Suppression (UT) and darts around the crowd of construction workers and machinery, before eventually arriving at Narissa's trailer and knocking, with a question to her on who Auber is.

Narissa had been mid-repair, goggles overtop her eyes, and grease staining her blue face when the knock came. She lifted her head from the jackhammer she was working on. Lisha's voice echoing from behind the door. The Heran stood and flung the door open, a wide smile on her face. "Lisha, hey there! So nice of you to make it." she was in a good mood, and why wouldn't she be? Finally, she was getting to work on something outside of ship repairs. "What's this about a guy though?" she blinked, hopefully, this wasn't the start of something bad. "OH! You must mean Auber. Yeah, he's cool, one of Scallio's friends from the Kingdom. He's just giving us the assist." she nodded her head. Before darting back into the trailer to finish her repairs.
No issues had arisen or threats had presented themselves. Everything was going smoothly, and Scallio couldn't help but smile with pride at this fact. Although that did leave things to be a rather on the stale side. The word boring even came to mind. But he'd take that if it meant seeing the job complete. "What's this?" a question to himself as his eyes fell upon the figures of Auber and Date. Date seemed to be holding Auber at arrow point. Shit, had he forgotten to inform Date about Auber? It was time to fix that before things got sour.
He flew down, coming to a stop in the air next to the duo. "You can put the bow down Date, Auber here is with us." he instructed folding his arms against his chest as he did so. "I'm glad the two of you are here. Although I don't foresee us running into trouble." Scallio glanced from his left to his right. "Things have been going very smoothly since we started." he added further. "We should be finished in now time if things keep up like this." and he didn't see things changing any time soon. With all that said he took off back into the sky with a nod towards both of the men. They were free to do what they want. But Scallio would stay until the colosseum had finished its construction.
A process that would take three days. But it would finish without issue, and the massive construct would be a jewel in the wastes.
The Great Oozaru Colosseum has been successfully built!

It wasn't long before a slow-minded fellow decided to interrogate Auber, he turned his head towards the voice that called out to him, it seemed to be a Saiyan, he was holding some sort of bow which was aimed directly at Auber, he merely smirked "I guess you could say I'm a friend." He vaguely replied, he wanted to be sassy towards this guy who thought a bow and an arrow were enough to threaten him.
Before things could get out of hand however, Scallio dropped in from above, apparently having noticed the situation, Scallio evaluated their progress to be going pretty well, if things keep up this way, then they'd have the Colosseum built in no time at all, that was good supposedly.
Scallio would wrap up his time by continuing to watch over the construction of the colosseum, which would most likely be used for tournaments and other sorts of similar events, would it be used for challenges to the throne however? Probably, "There's still some dangers around these parts, Saibamen and other beasts, so it's good to watch out for those."
Auber nodded towards the leader of Crimson Apes and turned towards Date once more, he waited until Scallio was basically out of sight, he then charged at Date with all his speed and attempted to gut-punch him with as much force as possible in order to momentarily stun him "As he said before, the name is Auber, pleasure to meet you, Date." He introduced himself in a sarcastic and friendly voice despite the situation, "While it is appreciative that you note suspicious characters, please do restrain yourself from jumping to conclusions, it's a bad habit." With that said, he attempted to sweep the earth Saiyan's legs from beneath him and knee his stomach "I do hope we meet again in better circumstances." He grinned before enveloping himself in a dark-purple aura and taking off towards the capital.

The man was slow to speak up, but he did with a mischievous grin before that. Date returned the smile back, saying, "Right, and I'm a construction worker on this project! Funny!"
Date picked up the bow and pulled the string back, energy flowing in the tip. He then uttered, "Care to try answering who you are before I start-"
The guy then started speaking about the dangers around, interrupting the saiyan's question! Not to mention, right after, Scallio came down and did the introductions for the guy before hauling out of the area, evaluating that there weren't any threats. Date's eyebrow raised up, the bow being lowered and the energy in the arrow dissipating as he put it in his quiver. Auber, as Scallio introduced, rushed him and aimed a shot at his gut! He was quick, and had Date not been on edge, would've easily belted Date in his abdomen. However, the Mercenary dropped his right arm into the punch and was knocked back from the force. The smile turned into a grin, saying, "Nice punch! Maybe next time, you could land it!"
Auber had a quip of his own, talking about leaping to conclusions. The distance given between the two, Date had enough time to hop back, giving out a laugh as he did. Auber was making his leave and the Mercenary saluted him, saying, "Better circumstances? Sounds great! I'll bring the beer next time, Aub."
Lisha had been listening to Narissa all this time, as well as what was going on between Date and Auber. Date's giddy reaction to the guy trying smack him around like a pinata meant one thing: Date met someone he considered a possible, 'friend,' and that was terrifying..! Date called out to her, "Yo, Lils! We're gonna get going ourselves! We got a lot of catching up to do."
The Mercenary shot up into the air, intending to catch up to Auber. Lisha, meanwhile, simply groaned and followed after. A job, after such a long time, finally got completed, and although it was a small experience, it was opening up much larger avenues... Just what Date was looking for!
Date is making his way out of the DE, along with Lisha! DE is now coming to an end.
