Blinky is a fierce little mole, standing at 6 inches tall. His only accessory is his trademark round sunglasses, which Newton made specifically for him. Then, there's Blinky's suit. Newton's first prototype capsule suit was made for Blinky. The Cap Suit mk. I is designed to be used by Blinky, it's constructed by a nickel-titanium alloy that Newton got his hands on through his father's job.
History:
Blinky was born in the backyard of Newton's home on August 5th, 3014 to two completely average moles. But Blinky wasn't average. He was destined for great things, and was always trying to leave the tunnels to go out into the world beyond. And that's exactly what he did. The same day that Blinky ventured out into the world was the same day Newton was taking a rare break from inventing and studying robotics. And that's when they met, after Blinky stole Newton's favorite toaster strudel, BaoTarts, Newton caught the mole and was originally going to use the little garden destroyed for early failed models of the Capsule Suit.
But, they developed a quick and solid friendship when Blinky started getting Newton's food for him. After that, the two became inseparable. Whenever Newton was outside of his room, Blinky was always accompanying him, either sitting on his shoulder or lounging atop his head eating.

[A1] Super Cool LASER!: The Cap Suit's gauntlet transforms into an arm cannon, which can unleash a beam of artificial ki for 33% of Blinky's PL for 1 KP.
[UA2] EVEN COOLER LASER!: Blinky claps his hands together and the suit melds both of the gauntlet's into a bigger arm cannon, unleashing even more artificial ki at the target for 66% of Blinky's PL for 1 KP.
Support
[SU1] Jett Boots: The jet's on the boots of the suit automatically activate when an attack comes across it's sensors, allowing Blinky to dodge attacks under 100% of his PL for 1 KP. Why's there an extra t in the name? Because Newton thought it sounded cool on paper.
