Item Rules Clarifications During your entry to a thread- this is a requirement for DEs especially- you need to declare what item's you are bringing into the thread with you and which characters have them when relevant in the case of minions. (*Noted in that item's section in your listing.) List items in either code or quotes to avoid it being contributed into the Auto-Grader.
Tech Items

| —★ Scouters |
- One scouter represents a 'scouter' for you and your minions. It must be some sort of device in-character.
- Scouters provide exact current PL Numbers and nothing else in relation to power.
- Distinguishing the "feel" of individuals' ki and thus finding familiar characters via the feeling of their ki is not possible with a scouter.
- You can communicate with anyone you have met prior in person, and both of you have Scouters. This includes interplanetary conversations, which are to be posted in Outer Space.
- The Android Scouter is functionally identical to all other scouters, it is simply implanted into it's user generally as an eye.

| —★ Dragon Radar |
Healing Items
 | —★ Senzu Bean & Repair Pill |
- These two item's are functionally identical, they simply have separate Item Signatures.
- You CANNOT use both a Senzu Bean and a Repair Pill in the same thread on one character- they both count for your single full heal.
- These items clear all damage that you have taken in a thread.
- These items can be used at any time except in the case of your character being hit for 300% or more of their current defensive PL.
- Senzu Beans can be used to restore a character who has been knocked out but not killed by an attack as long as there is another character who can feed them that Senzu Bean and they are not interrupted (*Hit by a KP attack or Non-KP attack from a character with double their power.)
- Consumed on use regardless of thread type.

| —★ Medical Machine |
- This item's effect is only granted if a character is brought near death in a thread but still wins / survives / escapes- dead characters can't Zenkai. As such a Medical Machine only applies it's benefit after a DE / SAGA thread.
- The Medical Machine requires a House, Dojo, or Spacecraft, but does not count toward the Equipment slots for a House.
- To recieve the power boost from a Medical Machine you must request it when you exit the thread.
- Medical Machine-boosted Zenkais cannot be used mid-thread- only upon exit when brought to the machine.
- Only one person can benefit from an individual Medical Machine per thread.
Training Items
Transport Items
 | —★ Stealth Upgrade |
- Requires a Spacepod, Spaceship, or Royal Spaceship
- With this upgrade you no longer need to make a travel post, instead you must PM a minimum of 3 active Admin accounts on-site with your departure time and Travel Log data privately.

| —★ Autopilot |
- Requires a Spacepod
- Usable once per week, the 'Week' resets on Monday at 12 AM EST
- Requires that you have met the character you wish to send the ship this has been upgraded with to.

| —★ Turbo Drive |
- Requires a Spaceship or Royal Spaceship
- Reduces Planet-to-Planet travel to 12 Hours
- Reduces Planet-to-Space travel to 6 Hours
Special Items
 | —★ Blutz Generator |
- Requires any Transport item such as Spacepod, Spaceship, Royal Spaceship, Pirate Cruiser, or any of the Nimbus items.
- Provides the ability for up to 3 willing characters to activate any of their Blutz-dependent Transformations or abilities.
- Can be turned off at the behest of the owner, all characters benefiting from it lose the benefits at the end of their next post.
- Can only be destroyed with permission from the owner. If 'destroyed' it does not need to be repurchased and can be assumed to be repaired whenever you want.

| —★ Devil Lamp |
- Provides the ability for up to 1 willing character to activate and Demonic transformations or abilities they have.
- Only consumed on use if used in a DE thread.

| —★ Naughty Magazine |
- Provides one additional technique slot as long as it remains in your inventory in addition to your usual techniques.
- If you trade this item and do not have enough spare technique slots for your new technique total you lose access to your most recently applied for technique.

| —★ Hetap Xtreme Soda-Pop |
- Provides +1 KP and, if applicable, allows you to temporarily have a KP total of 4 (*for Permanant or Base forms) or 8 (*for Temporary forms) until the next time you spend KP.
- Consumed on use regardless of thread type.
 | —★ Battle Armor |
- Once per thread, increases your Defensive PL modifier by +x1 if you are targeted by an attack that exceeds your Defensive PL.
- Lasts for 1 Post.
- If you are hit by an attack the % of damage you take is based off of your increased Defensive PL.
 | —★ Blood Ruby |
- Once per thread, increases your Offensive PL modifier by +x1,
- Lasts for 1 Post.
 | —★ Destron Capsule |
- Once per thread you can target your opponent with this as if it were an Attack to reduce their current Transformation Modifier by -x1 if their Defensive PL is within 60% of your Offensive PL.
- This effect lasts until the end of the targets next post.
- This 'Attack' is treated as being 66% of your Offensive PL for dodging purposes but deals no damage if it hits.
- Does not stack with other Destron Capsule effects or the effect of the Destron Variant.
- This does nothing if the target is in their Base form but will take effect if they transform during the post they would be affected by it.
Minion Items
NOTE: When an item refers to a 'Minion' it, unless otherwise stated includes Followers and any Minion-like items & LTOs

| —★ Powa-Fresh |
- This item is only usable by Minions.
- This item is only usable in a Minions base form or in a Permanent transformation.
- Using this item allows the minion to go into negative KP values to use a MA3, MB3, VA3, or VB3 and take no damage.
- Going to -3 or lower KP will still kill the minion at the end of their turn.

| —★ Sacred Flute |
- Only directly usable by the Player Character and not another Minion.
- Requires that you have and are using a Transformation.
- Reduces your transformation multiplier(s) by half rounded down.
- Increases all minion transformation multipliers by +x1 as long as the minion's Base PL is at least double the Player's base PL.
- If the Player Character is an Android and is used as part of a Android Minion's Super Android trait this effect ends.
- This item only effects your own minions and not other characters' Minions

| —★ Arm Blaster |
- This item is only directly usable by the Player character.
- This item can only be used once per thread and only on a minion whose Base PL is at least double the Player character's Base PL.
- When activated the targeted minion's next Attack (*A1, UA2, VA2, MA3, or VA3) has it's power ratio increased by 33% (*66%, 100%, 66%, 133%, and 100% respectively without any other ratio alterations)
Structure Items
- Only one of your houses provides you with slots for Equipment, unless you state otherwise it will be assumed to be the one that provides the most slots.

| —★ Basic Gym |
- Takes up 1 Equipment Slot on your House.
- Allows you Train ONE A1 or B1 techniques per gym.
- The trained technique either gains a Variant of choice or Increases its power ratio by +11%.
- The trained technique additionally can now only be used twice per thread.
- The process of training a technique requires 1 group training thread centered around the development of the technique and costs 1 technique slot.
Mention that you're training a technique in your TTG post as well.
- You can only train a technique that is not apart of a technique line that is also affiliated with an Action Signature, additionally technique lines that have a trained technique cannot become Action Signatures.
- Technique Training is applied for in Technique Applications like a normal technique.
- If you lose your Gym, you lose access to the Trained Technique, if you do not intend to repurchase it you may apply to regain the original technique.

| —★ Super Gym |
- Takes up 1 Equipment Slot on your House.
- Allows you Train ONE UA2 or UB2 technique per gym.
- A character can only have 2 Trained techniques of each tier (*A1/B1, UA2/BA2, VA2/VB2)
- The trained technique either gains a Variant of choice or Increases its power ratio by +22%.
- The trained technique additionally can now only be used twice per thread.
- The process of training a technique requires 1 group training thread centered around the development of the technique and costs 1 technique slot.
- You can only train a technique that is not apart of a technique line that is also affiliated with an Action Signature, additionally technique lines that have a trained technique cannot become Action Signatures.
- Technique Training is applied for in Technique Applications like a normal technique.

- Takes up 1 Equipment Slot on your House.
- Allows you Train ONE VA2 or VB2 technique per gym.

- The trained technique additionally can now only be used twice per thread.
- The process of training a technique requires 1 group training thread centered around the development of the technique and costs 1 technique slot.
- You can only train a technique that is not apart of a technique line that is also affiliated with an Action Signature, additionally technique lines that have a trained technique cannot become Action Signatures.

- Takes up 1 Equipment Slot on your House.
- Technique slots gained from this are in addition to your normal technique slots
- This item gives you an additional technique slot for every 30,000 PL you gain.
- If you lose this item and do not have enough spare technique slots for your new technique total you lose access to your most recently applied for technique.

| —★ Library |
- Takes up 1 Equipment Slot on your House.
- Technique slots gained from this are in addition to your normal technique slots
- This item gives you an additional technique slot for every 30,000 XP you have in your Total XP discounting PL and only counting Minion PL at half of it's normal value rounded down.
- If you lose this item and do not have enough spare technique slots for your new technique total you lose access to your most recently applied for technique.

| —★ School |
- Takes up 1 equipment slot on your House.
- Requires at least 1 of the Gym Equipment items to provide it's effect.
- When you acquire this item you must post in Training Applications to note which of your Gym Equipment this applies to.
- Characters that you teach the Trained Technique to must fulfill the normal requirements (*1 Training thread though it is required to be with you and 1 Technique Slot)
- When you teach the Trained Technique it is required to be the same bonus (if yours is an increase to Power Ratio theirs will be the same.
- A character can only have 2 Trained techniques of each tier (*A1/B1, UA2/BA2, VA2/VB2)
- Also requires that the technique being trained be reasonably similar to your original technique.
- If you choose your Basic Gym and later acquire a Dojo and Dojo Link you can reapply to have your School effect a Super or Hyper Gym instead.
- Characters that you teach the Trained Technique to must fulfill the normal requirements (*1 Training thread though it is required to be with you and 1 Technique Slot)

| —★ Dojo Link |
- Takes up 1 equipment slot on your House.
- Requires that you have a Dojo, without a Dojo this provides no effect.
- Only effects a Basic Gym and otherwise functions for it in an identical manner to a School.

| —★ Battle Link |
- Takes up 1 equipment slot on your House.
- Allows you to make 1 Training Thread with a character or characters on another planet.
- Requires all thread participants have a Battle Link
- Counts towards your 2 Training threads per week.

| —★ Creation Station |
Limited Time Only (LTO) Items
- Allows you to fly.
- Does nothing.
- Once per thread you can choose to either avoid an attack within 100% of your Defensive PL OR attack a target with an attack that is treated as being 33% of your Offensive PL, free of KP costs.
- Using the Power Pole takes up neither your use of an Action Technique or Support Technique for the turn.
- The 'techniques' generated by the Power Pole can share stylistic similarities to existing techniques you possess but do not have any extra effects.
- Uses of the Power Pole are not required but ARE encouraged to incorporate the pole itself into their use.

| —★ Z-Sword |
- Once per thread you can increase a Non-Signature technique's Power Ratio by 33%
- You cannot apply both the Z-Sword's effect AND a Arm Blaster's effect to the same technique
- This CAN be used with Trained techniques.

| —★ Blood Ruby Pendant |
- Increases only your Offensive Multiplier by +x1
- Allows you to unlock any transformation 10,000 PL earlier than usual as long as you also meet any other requirements for that transformation.
- If you unlock a transformation early with the Blood Ruby pendant it's Offensive Multiplier is increased by +x1 and Defensive Multiplier reduced by -x1. This is in addition to the +x1 the item provides and persists even if you lose this item, this effect can additionally only be applied for by the character that purchased the item.

| —★ Destron Gas Machine |
- Does not provide additional technique slots or techniques
- This item allows the owner to apply for techniques with the Destron variant.
- If you lose or trade this item you cannot use any technique that has the Destron Variant and those technique slots will not be refunded.

| —★ Senzu Bonsai |
- This item effectively reduces the total % of damage you have taken or are taking by 100%.
- You cannot use the effect of a Senzu Bonsai in the same turn where you would be hit for 300% or more of your Defensive PL.
- This item provides none of the exclusive benefits of the Senzu Bean item.

| —★ Gift Bag |
- Provides a variety of festive, themed items. One is randomly drawn upon item purchase.
- Possible attainable items are Battle Armor, Hetap Xtremes, Senzu Beans, Destron Capsules, Spaceships, Scouters, and Naughty Magazines.
- The Gift Bag itself should not be obtainable, if you recieve one you may apply to have it's cost refunded in full.

| —★ Pirate Cruiser |
- Has 6 Slots for Player Characters to travel in.
- Provides the benefits of a Stealth Upgrade and Turbo Drive.
- Once per month this ship can travel to any location in 1 Hour instead of it's usual travel time. This ability resets on the 1st of each month at 12:00 AM EST.
