Flip's PL: 10,654Now, THIS had been an interesting turn of events.
After taking Casca on board, Flip had decided it was about time the Big Gamble pulled away from Vegeta and headed off to another world. In this case, Namek. If those Dragon Balls were to come into being, Flip was going to make sure they were at ground zero when they did. He was about to give the order for last call, before starting to close up the casino.
And then, he saw THAT come into Vegeta's orbit.
He recognized the ship. He had done enough research on them to recognize the design. That was a ship built by Crop Co. And judging by the design, Flip had a feeling someone very, VERY important to Earth was on board. The president of Earth itself, and the CEO of Crop Co. Carro. Flip had never met the man personally, but he had heard he was a Saiyan. It would make sense that he would come to Vegeta, but Flip couldn't help but wonder why. Did Carro have ties to the Vegeta government? Or was this just a vacation for the man?
Well, regardless of his reasoning, Flip figured that if he had seen his ship, no doubt Carro had noticed his. The Big Gamble had a tendency to draw the eye after all. And with such a VIP on the planet, there was always the chance of them coming up here to spend some money. Flip would be insane to turn down an opportunity like this. As such, he decided to linger in Vegeta's orbit a little while longer. Just until he could be sure if Carro was going to visit or not. In the meantime, he could always get money from the flow of patrons coming in.

CLASH OF MINDS
CARRO'S PL: 50 | L.E.O'S PL: 1,035,000 (x9P - 115k BASE)
Flip's suspicions were correct, but he hadn't quite laid his eyes on the President's transport. The other descending ship was likely one of his workers- any scouters or those with the ability to sense Ki would surely sense the approach of something else, something broadcasting a crushingly powerful energy.
The void of space itself seemed to ripple before caving in on itself, opening into a swirling orange portal. From the light lunged out a colossal, glowing mecha. The feline android's teeth bared as she roared back, dispersing the energy she'd used to warp through the final stretch to her destination. Floating in space a ways away from Flip's ship was the President's personal mecha partner herself, LEO.
"We're here. Wake up." She chimed, broadcasting her voice through her internal speakers. Carro stirred in his seat, stretching his limbs with a wide yawn. "Ugh... Just- just five more minutes, please." The tired saiyan complained, sinking further into his cushioned chair. The Plexroid sighed, raising her head and narrowing her eyes while her passenger inside closed his eyes once more. With a grumble, LEO fiddled with her internal settings to send a brief electric shock from her control panel to her unsuspecting pilot. "Ow, ow, OW! Okay, okay! I'm up!"
Carro jolted awake, giving LEO a stink eye from her interior. "Well, uh... Have you got a response yet to our message requesting landing? I don't wanna pop in uninvited." LEO frowned, briefly scanning her databases. Frankly, she felt her pilot was taking a bit too many precautions, but it was better safe then sorry. "I've received no new messages as of." Carro groaned. "Well... I guess we just wait, then-"
"-Oooooh wait, what in the Kais' name is THAT?!" Out of the corner of his eye through the glass, Carro turned to look down upon a massive, rather flashy-looking ship several miles below. It was even bigger than LEO! "My databanks provide inconclusive results. Expected, considering these are Earth-based databanks..." The superpowered robot commented, eyeing the vessel curiously. "Do you think this thing's with the Kingdom? We could get proper permission to land, maybe? If not, still- that thing's HUGE!"
As an avid engineer, the saiyan was admittedly curious. What sort of engines could propel such a massive ship? How much thrust did it output to prevent itself from being pulled by Planet Vegeta's gravity? And just how insane was the fuel amount required to run it?!
"...Perhaps. I'll open our communication lines." LEO chimed, quickly focusing her senses onto the ship to broadcast a quick requested call- hopefully whoever was in charge of the thing picked up. The mech herself descended closer to the ship, floating beside the starship- just to assure some better reception. She'd found her signals struggling in the empty voids of space, after all...

"Sir?"
Flip blinked and then turned to one of his subordinates, who had entered the room. "Yes? What is it?" The man hesitated for a moment, trying to find the right words. "Riddley's picked up another ship, just above us in Vegeta's orbit, and it's closing in."
Flip blinked again and walked to his desk, checking the monitor. He was surprised to see that the man was right. There was another ship, this one bigger than the Crop Co. ship he had picked up. And indeed it was coming towards him! It didn't look like any ship from Vegeta, or even anything from the Fleet. Was this another visitor to the planet? Or had Vegeta been developing something new that had gone past Flip's notice.
And then he noticed something else. The ship was sending out a message towards them, a request to open up communications. Well, this was interesting. He tapped away at the monitor to respond to the hails. "This if Flip Fortuna of the Big Gamble," he said in a polite, southern drawl, "How may I be of service?"
