Saizomaru PL: 1,800,000 (Hokuto-Chikara + Overdrive [x12])
It was an immediate mistake that Saizomaru was focus his attention pure on Sensoa. Had had not realized then, but he found that the demon's partner was nowhere to be seen. The android's eyes flicked from side to side, scanning his immediate surrounding for any sign of Mumbo. He had wondered where exactly he went if he could not see him—a big grey blob like him wasn't exactly hard to miss.
It wasn't until Saizomaru had heard the majin scream from above him that he was able to see his movements, albeit a barrelling boulder of armor and flesh as the majin rocketed down to earth like a meteorite. With half of his attention on Sensoa and the other half on the Star Goon, the android was caught flat-footed with no way to dodge in time. So, to stifle come of the impact, he flared his power even more to try and mitigate some of the damage as he held his blade horizontally, grasped in both hands to use it to hold Mumbo back.
Of course, against something like Mumbo, the sword was not one to be effective as a shield. The majin crashed into Saizomaru's body, even with the android using his arm strength to try and hold him off. At the last moment of being crushed under him, Saizomaru swung the blade to one side to guide the majin down into the sand beside him, with the resulting impacted shockwave sending him hurling backwards. His feet dragged through the sands as he slid further and further back, creating a dozen meter gap between him and his two opponents.
"Damn. Totally forgot about you," he said as he shook his head, though his smirk belied his apparent irritation. He looked down at the blade in his hands—still intact, thankfully—but he also saw numerous splits in his forearms where Mumbo's attack had torn through the synthetic flesh. He flicked his arms down, splattering white blood in the sand beneath him. "Guess I got my work cut out for me here, eh? I'ma have to be a bit more careful."
And careful he was as he watched Sensoa charge at him once more. The android glanced at the pillar of green flame that was now engulfing the demon's sword. With a hum, he did the same thing; his hand ran across the flat of the blade and, with ki infused into it, began to give off an eerie blue-white aura that flowed through and outside of the blade like rippling water and pluming smoke.
"Force Edge!"
Then, the blade's struck upon one-another once more. Green fire and blue-tinted aura clashed upon the edge of steel, mixing and mingling among each other as if they were within their own fight to the death.
"You wield your rage well," said Saizomaru as he brought both blades up, positioning them between his and the demon's bodies. "But you must wield it for a better cause! I have faith in that! But for now…"
His palm placed against the flat of his own blade, dangerously close to those verdant flame's of Sensoa's own. Then, in a soft glue of pale blue, the android's own katana began to glow brighter and brighter as though it were being heated through. It began to hum a high-pitched tone.
A wry grin spread across Saizomaru's lips. "For now, let's have that fight you wanted."
A explosion erupted between the pair of them as the two opposing forces combined and ruptured in the blink of an eye, sending off waves and sparks of emerald green and pearlescent azure. The combined force of their two attacks was likely more than enough to send whoever was close by away from the epicentre, even Mumbo if he tried to dash in while their blades were locked.
Once more the android was sent hurling backwards, back almost against the stone wall of the tower itself. He had to embed the katana in the sand just to stop himself from slamming against the stonework.
"Okay, then… was not what I was expecting to happen…"

Mumbo smiled toothily as he crashed into the ground, rolling back to his feet within the crater. He shook sand from his head, watching from below as Saizomaru and Sensoa traded blows once again. Their energies clashed against each other, scraping steel whining like whistles. Shortly after, they exploded, the force pushing the fighter's back across the wastes. Even Mumbo felt the pressure from so far away.
As the two fighter's recovered, Mumbo leaped from his hole, chuckling. "Who evah said he's fightin' for da wrong cause. Jus' cuz he's kickin' yer ass don't mean he's wrong!" The Black Stargoon posed again. "Evil is great! Evil is da ting dat makes da woild go round! Don't go 'round tellin him what he can and cannot do!"
With a roar he thundered across the wasteland, his fists pulled back behind him like two great big mallets, and as he arrived they actually became them! Massive grey hammers replaced his hands, and with a triumphant leap he attempted to bonk his foe on the head with them. Saizomaru would surely be knocked into the sand!

Sensoa's blade clashed with Saizomaru's before he was thrown back as well, the brute force of his own legs keeping him upright. The man had something akin to heat in his blade from what the demon saw, but that heat would pale in comparison to the rage boiling inside of his heart. He despised Saizomaru like he had the king, a cold fire that burned as brightly as any other, but with coldness. He had fought many in his life, some he hated, some he liked, each with their own reason for fighting. Saizomaru seemed hell bent on preaching that he was wielding it for a wrong cause. He supposed in the end that everyone fought for their own causes, and the point of a rallying cry was to convert soldiers to the leaders cause. He couldn't fault the man there, but Sensoa had gave his all to try to change for this world. But everyone seemed to demand him to change without helping him. As the demon straightened himself out, he stood up slowly before getting into the defensive stance honed from years of combat. Decades of war, of strive and battle, of killing and bloody conquest. Sensoa had done all of this and yet it was the opposite of this accursed humans. They preached peace, but didn't want to sit down to aid those who would join their cause. The ones who would teach him weren't even from this planet! Yet he had to sit there listening to their constant preaching. "You lot preach about your cause, about how my ways are wrong... But you never bothered to sit down to hear my side of things. Years I've spent waging endless war, constantly at battle with the clans that neighbored my own... Forcefully ripped from my home and placed on this putrid planet. Despite this I tried to learn your ways, to even... settle down to be with my family. But you knew this Saizomaru... yet even now you have that judgemental eye... staring me down like my life's choices were a constant mistake. This is why I hate you earthlings."
Sensoa looked to mumbo, a being who didn't judge him based on anything. If he fought the demon he did so because that was how it was at the time. But when the demon was to stand alone, even the star goon had come to back him up when no one but Tysco had come to stop him. On this day... Sensoa knew that earthlings didn't care as long as they got their way. "You say my cause is not the right one, but who are you to judge me? Mumbo came to my aid and has fought me. We are neither ally nor foe but he does not have that one unmistakable and disgusting thing you humans have. That look in your eye when I make a mistake. But I doubt anything I say now will change your mind, nor will you change mine. I will kill you or you will kill me. There is no more words to be said here."With that the demon slowly exhaled as smoke vented from his mouth and his green eyes shown their bright colors of emerald green. His heart had tried to open, he had done all that he could, but it wasn't enough for them. Blamed for killing those who would hunt him, blamed for innocence when he saved them, blamed for so much and yet never asked his side. He was made the villain and so now he would embrace it. Jinn had told him to never kill a hero, but this was different. On a personal level this was beyond just heroes and villains to him, now he was just being the monster they seemed to think he was. He would apologize to Chime later, and to tysco as well. But only after he had Saizomaru's head to place upon a shelf in his ship. The demon lunged forward then, his blade swinging horizonally, followed by a swift tail swipe at his opponents feet in hopes of knocking him down. This was just opening attacks, attempting to gauge Saizomaru's strength as it had changed in their last set of strikes. The demon could not sense Saizomaru's power, so he needed to physically make contact with the opponent to gauge just how strong his opponent was. This battle would not be easy for Sensoa, as he couldn't tell if he should be offensive or defensive right now. While Mumbo was there true, he could not over extend his own safety in order to work alongside mumbo if he could not actively engage and see the power his opponent had. Knowledge was lacking here and unlike the majin, Sensoa was not as durable as the other. He would need to play this carefully, and not over extend himself to much but not give Saizomaru a chance to regain his bearings. PL: 1,584,000

Saizomaru PL: 1,800,000 (Hokuto-Chikara + Overdrive [x12])
The android's hand placed itself on the rounded pommel of his katana as he gazed up at the two enemies some distance away from him, but his focus was completely on the demon. Even from this distance he could see all of that rage and anguish and, potentially, fear in those glowing emerald eyes of his. He had seen those eyes many a time from many a person, but this was different. Any other time, it was a reflection of their lack of control over their own circumstance that lead them to such a predicament. For Sensoa, it was a wave of killing intent towards the personification of all of his resentment.
Saizomaru sighed, his head hung over the sands. "You remember the first time we met?" he asked as he pushed himself back to his feet. His other hand came to rest on top of the other, poised stationary with them on top of the embedded sword. His head lifted, looking back at Sensoa once more with eyes that gave a sense of longing and pity."I told you it wouldn't be easy. I told you that people would fear and resent you for being who you are, but that you just need to prove them wrong. Go out and make a name for yourself, I said. Help the unfortunate who needed helping regardless of how small the contribution, I said. Make a good name for yourself—build a good reputation. I had no doubt that you could do that… and I still don't."
The sound of sand upon steel rung as he drew his sword from the sand. A slick of the button retracted the blade back into the handle, then replaced back into the sash behind him. "I don't judge you, Sensoa. I never did," he continued, resigned in trying to perform the fool's act of trying to convince a raging demon. "You've made mistakes. We all have. My words back then may have been harsh, but they were only to try and make you understand that what you find the norm is not acceptable here. I can't speak for anyone else, Sensoa, nor do I intend to—I don't know what other people you've been seeing apart from me—but as for myself? I was never mad, nor disgusted; only disappointed."
The android shook his head and brushed a bang of hair from the front of his face. "As for aid? Well… who was it that found you bleeding to death in Satan City? Who was it that took you to the hospital and made arrangements to get you treatment? Who was it that spent hours on hours getting a healing tank fixed just for you? Do you think I would have done all of that for no reason? I did it… because I believed that you had the potential to do good in the world. That belief has not changed."
The android closed his eyes. He could remember that day clearly as though it had only happened yesterday. He remembered seeing Sensoa being aided with walking by his two friends. He remembered when he had seen them. Back then he had no reason to help the demon—he could have left him to die on his own in the rain with no one to remember him except for his two companions. But Saizomaru wasn't like that. He always tried to look for the good in people regardless of who they were. He even tried to do the same for Chamil. Hell, he was trying to do the same for Mumbo too.
But now? Yes, he still was, even now, as they were all locked in a death match that he knew he would not likely win. Even if he were to die, someone would take his place. Maybe he could get Sensoa to change his tune with his last breath. Anything was possible at this point. All the android had to do was try, just like before.
His eyes opened. Then, his arms extended outwards, hands formed into loose-fingered knives as he prepared for what was to come.
"I just hope that Barban and Hyuki continue to believe in you."
It was the majin who had made the first move between the two enemies. Once more Mumbo launched himself into the air—a manoeuvre that Saizomaru remembered well. He was more than prepared for it, holding his palm up to catch both of the large hammers His fingers dug into the putty-like flesh, then swung the majin around to one side to try and toss him hard into the wall of the tower behind them.
But he never lost his focus on Sensoa. As that sword swung across, Saizomaru slammed his palm onto the flat underside of the sword, making it glide right over his head and, potentially, embed itself into the stonework too. Once that tail came sweeping low, the android simply held out a foot to stop it right in its tracks and stomp on it, pinning it under his boot and into the sand. Stepping off of his back foot, he would aim to drive his leg into the demon's gut with a powerful side kick.

Mumbo’s attack failed miserably. The Android had reflexes much faster than Mumbo’s own speed, allowing him to catch the incoming strike and send the Majin into the wall of the tower he was trying to conquer. Groaning in pain, Mumbo lay there, listening to the duo’s conversation and pondering. It was a shame, he supposed, that he hadn’t thought of a smarter plan of attack. Maybe the head-on stuff wasn’t gonna work so well.
As the Black Stargoon wrenched himself free, he tumbled to the ground, groaning again. He wasn’t used to feeling the pain so much. If it weren’t for Sensoa, Mumbo would be outmatched like crazy. Teamwork sure was nice!
”Ey! Just cuz I’m in da wall don’t mean anythin’!”
Screw it. Why not just one more head-on attack?
Pulling his hands back, Mumbo’s palms overflowed with Ki. Black in one hand, white in the other, the two orbs were slammed together, creating a yin-yang of energy. Grinning wide, the Majin thrust his hands forward, sending the spiral of color toward Saizomaru’s side. Hopefully Sensoa had been knocked away already!
Should the strike hit, it’d cause a mighty explosion on impact. Mumbo’s attacks were usually quite volatile. Not for intention, of course; he was just very fast and loose when it came to learning how to control his energy attacks.
Regardless of the success of his strike, he felt it time to go on his own rant.
”Da only reason yer callin’ Sensoa’s actions mistakes is cuz dey ain’t whut YOU tink is da right ting ta do! So you patched him up a bit. Any jo schmo with a pair a’ hands coulda done dat! He don’t owe you nuttin’!”
In truth, Mumbo cared a fair bit about Sensoa. Not because they were the closest buddies, or because they had some grand adventure together. No, it was much simpler than that. Sensoa was a beacon of hate and vileness, and Saizomaru was trying so hard to kick that out of his brain. Redemption arcs were all over comic books, but the best stories didnt have those. Well, in Mumbo’s opinion anyways.
”Ey Sen. You want buds? Like real-deal pals? Da Goons always have a spot open. Or if ya don’t wanna loin ta pose, you’s could always just hiyah us too.”

Sensoa's attack had been deflected and then he received a kick to his gut, causing the demon to slide back. His opponent had more of a punch to it than he did, was faster than the demon as well. This left Sensoa feeling frustrated, but the words of Saizomaru rang out in his ears like hollowed Church bells. The names he spoke causing him to grit his teeth in frustration. This man did not deserve to speak their names, he did not deserve the joy they brought his life. His green runes beginning to fade to red, shining brightly as he felt the rage within him growing in power. "You do not deserve to speak their names! You sully them just by speaking their names!"Sensoa roared as his power skyrocketed once more, nearly doubling. The feeling of rage within him was nearly unbearable, the fires within him bursting forth to scorch the sands he stood upon. His breathing becoming ragged as he stared into Saizomaru's eyes, fury reflected that look. He didn't judge Sensoa? Then why did he tell Kitiana it was ok to not trust him? He had said the words right in front of him, that he had trusted him with a second chance. Yet he didn't rebuke it, he didn't seek out why or anything, only just blaming him for attacking and threatening students. The demon gripped his chest as he stared at the man, no... he was not a man... He was something else because a man had a life force. This was a battle between monsters, a battle to the death between freaks of this world. That triggered Sensoa's rage, his flaming engulfing him as his transformation took place. His body growing slim, hair extending down to the back of his ankles and the sickly look that was his anger. How he hated Saizomaru's attitude, how he hated that belief he was in the right. That this planet was worth a damn anymore! A sick reasoning was all that Sensoa could see, twisted in his fury and his belief that this world was beyond saving. He had wanted to live here? Now he wanted to watch this world burn! He would turn this world to ash and purge it! The demon's growl growing feral, eyes red as burning steel and the blood lust that was from his aura clear as day to anyone with a sense of the tension in the air. He didn't know why he had even bothered to let Saizomaru speak, why he gave him the chance to simply talk when he could be reducing the other monster to ash! "I'll kill you! I'll Kill you! DO NOT SAY THEIR NAMES!"With that Sensoa held out his blade, flames rising up from the hilt to consume the whole of the blade. A blackened flame that spoke of the sickening rage within him, of how it tainted his very life. He hated this thing before him more than he could put into words, no words existed to say how much he despised him. He had helped him, aided him in his time of need, but when it came to the demon learning of this world, the demon was looked at like a monster. If he defended himself against killers, he was a bad guy. If he saved civilians, he was a bad guy. If he went to a dojo to train with potential warriors, he was a bad guy. Kitiana had apologized, thats all he had wanted but now he wanted to tear this thing apart! The demon held his blade behind him, the sword glowing menacingly within the blackened flames with an eerie green. This green soon shifted to red as a disturbing hum from the blade began to emit, like it was screaming out in agony with the amount of fury put into it. As the power built up into it, lightning of black replaced the flames. The ground beginning to shake violently as lightning licked at the surrounding area like a greedy animal. With a mighty roar, Sensoa swung the blade in a horizonal swing at Saizomaru. The blade's edge extended far beyond its actual edge. Sand dunes to his right were cleaved in half as the blade made its travel around to its target. This would naturally begin to cleave the tower at its base like it was made of butter. If the full swing was let to continue it would cleave a huge wedge of destruction in front of Sensoa as he attempted to cut the monster in his eyes in two. He was going for the kill now, he would not stop in the slightest until Saizomaru lay dead at his feet. Then... he would bid his time before he turned this world into a smoldering world of Ash! PL: 1584,000 -> 2,592,000 KP: 7/7 - 4/7 Atk: [MA3]My Rage: Sensoa channels the boundless fury within his soul to enhance his strength and draw forth his full power. Saizomaru PL: 2,850,000 (Hokuto-Ikari + Overdrive [x19])
The android's eyes quickly glanced over at the majin as they fell from the small crater that was left in the tower wall behind him, crumpling to the sands like a freshly rolled out ball of dough onto the work surface. It was somewhat apparent that whatever they felt now was pain from being slammed so hard into it. Saizomaru was smarter than that to think that it would put Mumbo down for a while, however. He had dealt with majin before—he knew of their durability when damage was a concern.
But then his eyes locked back to Sensoa. He could see that there was so much anger and frustration in him, and it was made even more apparent once those marking began to change from verdant to crimson. It was black humour for the android that he could trigger this demon so easily with just words. A part of him was proud of it. The other half had nothing but pity for such a creature that behaved like a toddler throwing a tantrum and chucking its toys out of the cot.
Yet Saizomaru could not help but feel the same. The more that Sensoa raged, the more he continued to deny his own wrongdoing, the more he pinned the blame on others instead on self-reflecting upon the sins of his own actions, the more Saizomaru began to grow ever more impatient. That once calm, serene glow of blue about him slowly began to change hue. Blue became violet, violet became rose, then orange, until finally capping at a pale shade of red not unlike that of Sensoa's own markings. The once aura that flowed like gentle smoke on the water began to bubble and boil like magma.
Then, with a flick of his arm upward and straight, he pointed his finger at the crimson one with a finger as though pointing the tip of a rapier at him. "You are the one who sullies them, Sensoa!" he growled back. . "Through your actions then and now, you are denying them the opportunity to live the life that they and you wanted! How can you not see that your actions affect more than just yourself?"
But before he could go any further in his tirade, Mumbo was already up and on his feet with another attack ready to be fired. Saizomaru Turned to see the spiralling sphere of black and white heading towards him. He held out a hand and gritted his teeth as the ball clashed and pushed at the palm of his hand. The power and momentum behind it cut and seared into the skin and flesh of the android's hand until, with a brisk heave of his arm, he flung the ball away. The damage was done, but it was nothing serious for the moment.
Once more Saizomaru quickly lashed out with that charred hand of his in an effort to slam Mumbo back into the hole he had crawled out of. If it was successful, his free hand would take the sword back from his sash, blade extended and drive it into the majin's stomach in an effort to put him to the stonework. He would make sure Mumbo stayed in place for longer this time.
By now Sensoa was already prepared to deliver a fatal strike to the android. As that huge, verdant-flamed blade came swinging at him once more, Saizomaru held up both hands to catch the blade by its flat sides, holding it between his palms and keeping it from pressing against his body. However, those flames were damaging enough; their intense heat and demonic corruption searing and burning into him. Fel steel cut into synthetic flesh and muscle done to the titanium frame that was the android's skeleton. Demon flames burned through all that they touched, leaving nothing but black and green-hued ash in their wake.
"How do you not see, even now, that your actions effect more than yourself?" asked the android once more. . "Do you not want to give them both a good life here on Earth? What about the friends you made? What about the friends they made? Will you throw it all away because of a few assholes giving you a hard time?"
As much as it appeared to just be a waste of time at this point, Saizomaru had to at least do whatever he could to try and make Sensoa understand the folly of his current course. What else could he do at this point?

This was getting intense! One of Mumbo's strongest attacks had been tossed away like it was dirt. Although his and Sensoa's attacks put on the hurt, it was clear that Saizomaru was used to punishment. If it hadn't been for the unending surge of Ki from both fighters, Mumbo would have continued on the assault. However, he was pushed back from their sheer strength alone.
Mumbo's scouter-shades cracked from the sudden power increase, his body tumbling backward through the sand. Luckily he was able to dig his feet into the ground a good hundred yards away. As much as he wanted to help, he was outclassed. He'd have to push himself beyond his limit to compete with either one of them. For now, he'd hold back. If Sensoa was in danger, then he'd jump in.
The android ranted again, trying to get Sensoa to see the error of his ways. To swap to the side of justice. Mumbo held his tongue. This wasn't his argument to make. If Sensoa was as evil as Mumbo hoped, then anything the Black Stargoon could interject with wouldn't matter anymore.
"Dis is wacko... Wish da boys wuz heah."
Subconsciously, Mumbo pulled his phone out of his pocket, and hit record. Bloom and Ashi would get a kick out of this. Hell, if Dosu ever showed up again maybe he'd like it too.

Sensoa watched the other take the hit with the heat, scarring his metal body quite a lot. While the demon hadn't cleaved him in two, it was a clear sign that he had done his damage. But the problem remained that bothered Sensoa, even in his furious state. His opponent wasn't fighting back, instead just standing there speaking. That was all this race was good for, their jaws just constantly going on and on. Sensoa remained panting in exertion, breathing heavy as he stared into the eyes of Saizomaru. While he didn't enjoy the sight of the man, the fact he wasn't fighting back bothered the demon... Was he planning to strike when he was weakened? Perhaps that was what he planned to do.
"Why aren't you fighting back...?"
Sensoa ignored the rest, Saizomaru knew Barban had been tortured by the bounty hunters, he had saw the stab wounds upon his chest. A hard time... it was much more than that, and yet he kept going on... and on about how little it was. To Sensoa it was everything, yet no one else could understand that. He felt like this human's were like people sticking their heads through his windows and telling him what he should do... And what did he need to do? He had fought only for himself for so long, and yet he was suddenly thrown into a world full of contradictions. A peace loving race who practiced being a warrior for fun, who spent more time talking then fighting and coddled their weak. It was the opposite of everything he had ever known, and even after this long year, he was still not use to it.
Mumbo seemed to have backed off, leaving Sensoa and Saizomaru at the center stage. Yet Sensoa hesitated, the knowledge his opponent was just standing there... letting Sensoa kill him bothered the demon. The red runes no longer shined brightly but remained their dull red. He despised Saizomaru sure but... some part of him felt conflicted to killing anyone who didn't fight back. Even in demon world he didn't do that, as he viewed it as wrong. But in this crazy world of hypocritical people and lies how could he trust this? A world that prides itself on deception and rejecting that which they don't understand. Or perhaps Sensoa was rejecting them? It was all to confusing for him to care about in the middle of a fight, but he wanted to know why his opponent wouldn't fight back.

Saizomaru PL: 2,850,000 (Hokuto-Ikari + Overdrive [x19])
As much as Saizomaru could not feel the pain of the burning blade cutting and searing through him, he could steel feel the heat of it against his face. He gazed through those emerald embers straight into Sensoa's own eyes. A part of the demon was still feeling rage and sorrow and anger towards the android, yet now it had become more diminished. Resigned. Hesitant, even. Saizomaru did not know whether his words were getting to him.
Then, Sensoa asked him a simple question.
Only a small smirk could be seen on the android's face before he had completely faded to nothing. That fel steel claymore of the demon slammed into the sand where Saizomaru had once stood, splitting the ground in half in a harsh shockwave. The very edge of the sand-strewn ditch that was formed had turned into green-tinted glass from the sheer heat of those flames.
"… Why don't I fight back…?"
The sound of fizzing liquid came from behind the huge demon as Saizomaru stood behind him only a few meters away, backs faced towards one another. He took a long drag from the tip of his vape, held it within his lungs for a moment, then exhaled through his lips into the air. A large, dense cloud of strawberry-scented vapour poured above him before being carried away by the winds.
"Y'know, I never noticed that," he replied with a small chuckle. "I guess… sometimes a fight is best fought with words instead of weapons. Diplomacy. Democracy. Compromise. Or maybe… maybe I'm just tired of fighting over inane things nowadays."
He took another shot from the cigarette as he turned to face Sensoa. "No. Maybe it's because I have things in my life that don't need me to fight." He hummed for a moment as he swept some of the hair from his face. "I've settled down more than I did before. I have a family now. I have a house—nice, big house that you often see those fat cat, bigwig tycoons have. I have a partner, and a kid, too. I have a life now. I have a normal life that I never had before."
There was a pause. Saizomaru hung his head down, gazing down at the sands as though in thought. For what felt like minutes he contemplated everything that he had seen, everything that he had done, and everything that the demon had told him up until now. Then, he looked back up at Sensoa.
"I have the life that you wanted." His voice was quite, almost mumbling so. There was no mistaking the mix of joy and happiness and sorrow and pity for the demon in the tone of those words. "You and Barban once told me that you wanted to live on Earth and have a home; to be a family. You wanted to have friends and live a peaceful life here. I want you guys to have that too. Truly.
"We're not that different, you and I. We were both raised to be warriors. We've both killed because others told us too, or because we wanted to. Our lives have been harsh on us but we took it to the chin because that's all we ever knew."
Saizomaru chuckled with a half-smile upon the corner of his lips. "You remember what I looked like the first time we met? When I had that metal body? I didn't choose to be like that. It wasn't a morbid hobby of mine. I didn't pick it out of a Crop Co. catalogue and pay for it on my credit card or anything. It was forced upon me. I was torn piece by piece by saws and prongs. I had my organs torn out of me like I was the last pig in the abattoir—and I was conscious through all of it, until I was nothing but a head in a jar. Sometimes… I still feel that pain."
He shook his head, trying to get all of those nightmarish memories and recollections out of his head. He quickly took another drag from the cigarette. "And I just wasn't me anymore," he continued, threading his fingers through his hair. "For three long years I walked around aimlessly. I left my job. I never went back to my parents. I was shunned and ridiculed about what I was. No one cared for the person, only for the machine. I was miserable, depressed and angry about… everything, I suppose.
"But, then I went home. I met my parents after so many years of being away. Y'know what the first thing my dad said to me was?" The android laughed for just a brief second. "He said to me, 'Stop feeling sorry for yourself and do something about it.' And… I did. I worked long and hard to go back into the world. I went in to try and help people, even if they hated or feared or ridiculed me for what I was. But… in time… they began to see who I was."
Saizomaru slipped his hands into the pockets of his robe. That small smile became a genuine, sincere one. "That was the path I took. That was the path I hoped you would take. That path isn't closed to you now, Sensoa. You can still walk it. You just have to change yourself as I did. You just have to have faith in yourself as I did. You just… need to do what's best for everyone, just as I did."
He hummed a little as he rolled his eyes ever so slightly. "Well, damn. You got me ranting for way too long now. But, if you want to fight… then I can't change that. We just gotta make it a good one, right?"

Mumbo scowled as he clicked his phone off. More speeches?! Really? This guy must have been a Pride Trooper or something with how much he liked to talk. Reminded him of Koban in the worst way. The heroic way that sways hearts and turns evil into a twisted mirror of itself. The people will cheer, while villainy cowers for another year or two. Mumbo wouldn’t stand for it.
”YAKNOW WHAT?! SCREW YER ‘EVERYBODY’ CRAP!”
Launching himself into the fray, the Black Stargoon skid to a stop at Sensoa’s side, brow-ridges furrowed to their fullest. This was the first time in a while that Mumbo was upset for real.
”You tink dis guy really cares about yer path or whaddevah? So he’s got a sob story. So do both of us! I used ta woik at an office buildin’ where everybody made fun a me! You tink dat Imma staht speechin’ to ya’s about how white collah jobs ah da truest evil? NO!”
His gaze turned to Saizomaru. For one of the galaxies strongest, he wasn’t exactly putting on a good show. ”He’s jus’ savin’ his own skin. If I wasn’t heah he’d be fightin’ ya at full force and makin’ fun a ya’s. Dat’s how Goodie-Goods woik. Dey put on a smile and sing about how sad Dey was as a kid, but only if Dey cant beat ya’s.”
With a slow motion, he tried putting a hand of Sensoa’s shoulder. If he allowed it, the Majin would take on a more sympathetic tone. ”We’re freaks. All tree of us. Da Goodie-Goods only like freaks when it suits ‘em. You tink Kami is gonna make ya tea and cookies if you show up wit a smile and a new color scheme?”
Mumbo shrugged. ”But whaddevah. If you really wanna do a face toin I won’t stop ya’s. Just don’t be suhproized when da public toins on ya fer not savin’ a kitty fast enough, ya dig?”
He’d step away after, giving the two goobers time to talk. If Sensoa was really about to have a change of heart, Mumbo was gonna lose it. Evil was losing its grip every day, and this’d be a major pitfall.

Sensoa listened to the tragic tale of Saizomaru, understanding the pain of the humiliation. Saizomaru spoke of having a family, of having the life they had desired... Sensoa felt his stance soften as he thought about all that he had been told. He remembered the days he had spent in the mountains with his family, chopping wood for the fires. He remembered the beauty of this world and all of its luxurious that came with it. Sensoa also knew that if he kept on this path Chime would hate him, Carro would hate him and he would be doing something horrible. But what if he wasn't the one in the wrong here? Slowly the demon's eyes turned to mumbo as he spoke, talking about how this good guys try to save their own skin with words. There was truth in Mumbo's words, he spoke true about a lot of things. Saizomaru had revealed the truth to Sensoa. A truth he hadn't been focusing on at all until this point. The demon's eyes staring into the sky then as he tilted his head back, watching the clouds for a moment. "I see... The life I wanted... Yea... I could probably get that if I wanted it here..."Sensoa then closed his eyes a moment before turning on the spot and swinging his blade at Saizomaru's back then. What good did Honor have in this world anymore? He had honored a lot, having done a lot by human standards... Yet he was to suffer more because mortal kind had brought him here? He was to suffer for this dirt ball in a universe of planets he could choose as his home? When Sensoa had arrived on earth he had only known about earth, vegeta and the planet he would not name. He had done all in his power to make this world a home for himself... but that was the problem, he didn't belong here anymore. After the swing, regardless if it hit or not didn't matter, he would take a few steps back from Saizomaru before snorting in response. He believed every words Saizomaru said, but he also believed Mumbo. It wasn't that Saizomaru was the problem, no... it was earth. This people was nothing more than putrid worms who hurt even their own kind. They were not worth suffering for just to live among-st hypocritical individuals. Why would he put his family through the tragic fate of letting them walk among-st this people when he could just reduce this world to ash... then he would not have to deal with them anymore. "I believe both of you... I believe that you and I are much a like Saizomaru... But then problem is that I see the universe for what it is. A place full of planets, home to many different species and all with their own ways of life... I will find a planet for my family and me where we can live without having to see this happen again. A world full of people who judge you and shun you? Why would I live here when I could live anywhere else?"Sensoa held his sword in front of him then, blade held firmly and with determination. He had a fire in his eyes unlike before, it was a focused hatred. He understood what he must do, and that was purge humanity from this world. From the universe so that they would not create another Saizomaru or another Sensoa. They seem to have created all three of them here, Mumbo even admitted he had been made fun of and ridiculed. It was a minor thing compared to the pain he and Saizomaru had suffered.... but the majin was not comparing but instead simply stating that everyone has a sob story. "Aye... I think I understand where the problem is now... Earthlings and their culture are the problem. They created monsters like us... I already got my revenge on those who wronged me once before... Now I understand I wasn't finished... Yes, I think this shite ball is the problem. The people on it are to coddled, allowed to run free without shackles to hold them back... I think its time they got a wake up call. To remind them that beings exist who are more powerful than their pitiful creations... To wake them up from their coddled dreams and peaceful lives."They had not suffered enough, their peaceful life had let them believe that war would not come to their doorsteps. They hurt each other and mauled each other without realizing it. The earthlings on this world, the very foundations on which they based their beliefs were flawed. He had come here and tried to make a life among-st the weak... But it hadn't worked. He knew now why that was. The strong shouldn't shackle themselves because the weak could not keep up, no if the weak could not keep up, then they had to be purged. "I get it now... Humanity, earthlings in general have had such a coddled life that they couldn't see the suffering they were causing... I think its time they suffered a little themselves! The strong shouldn't limit themselves so they could live among-st the weak. Wolves shouldn't live among-st sheep and suffer for it... No we should teach them fear, and despair so that they don't try to shackle us."A smile formed along the muzzle of Sensoa, his jagged teeth betraying the sadistic anger in him. His reasoning had been twisted, but to him it made sense. In his world he lived happily because he was strong and the weak were dominated... here he suffered at the hands of the weak so he could live among-st them. He had not tried to do what his father done, to create a utopia for the strong... perhaps he should take up that mantle then, to follow in his fathers footsteps and dominated the weak... His heart skipped a beat at the thought of being home once more, but it made him excited to think of a kingdom that followed the same principles as his old one... "Aye... I know where I want to go now and what I must do... Leave Saizomaru, go home to your family and be happy... Enjoy this 'peace'... Because I will do what I had been destined to do but didn't realize it till now... I will dominate this world and from it I will create a clan like my father before me. That clan will be my family and this world shall bend its knee to my whim."With that Sensoa got ready, as he believed Saizomaru wouldn't let this all go, but then again he had fooled the demon before. He knew just what he wanted to do, and how he would do it too. Yes... a perfect utopia for the strong would be created. PL: 2,592,000 KP: 5/7 +1

Saizomaru PL: 2,850,000 (Hokuto-Ikari + Overdrive [x19])
The android watched as Mumbo once more joined his partner by their side. He listened as the majin spoke, continuing this ongoing battle of words for Sensoa's allegiance. But Saizomaru could not give up now; he was on the cusp of getting Sensoa to see reason, to see the truth, and to see that he could make a place for himself in this world.
"Save my own skin? Hardly," quipped back the android with a small smirk on his face. "I already died once. Death doesn't scare me. But, then… this isn't about me anymore, is it? This is about the whole planet. If I die here, nothing changes. So the least I can do is try and talk some sense into him."
True enough, it seemed to work. Once red highlights upon the demon's body changed back to their emerald green glow. Saizomaru watched as Sensoa began to contemplate on things as though in revelation. He smiled a little, letting out a subtle sigh of both relief and pride—befitting for a person within the Pride Troopers. "You can get that life, Sensoa," he said as there was a pause between the three of them. "You just need to work for it, y'know? Nothing in life comes free, after all. I think all three of us can agree on that."
Then, suddenly, the broadsword came swinging right at him. It almost took Saizomaru off guard if it weren't for the fact he realised it best to keep caution around Sensoa. The demon was unpredictable at best; chaotic at worst. The once serene smile on Saizomaru sobered, then formed into a glare. It seemed that, ultimately, his words had not reached the demon.
Saizomaru continued to listen attentively. Whatever Sensoa had to say would be ominous. For a moment the android wanted to interject to try and steer Sensoa's thoughts and actions, but he left him to be. If Sensoa could travel amongst the stars and find a new home for himself, then he was content to leave him to it.
But as they continued to speak, more and more Saizomaru could feel his heart and soul taking a nosedive. He could feel his body getting colder with each passing word from the demon's toothy maw. It was finally evident that Sensoa just could not cope with Earth nor the people who dwelled upon it. It was finally evident that nothing Saizomaru could say would change his thoughts now.
It was finally evident that Sensoa was a huge threat to the Earth—one that needed to be dealt with.
But this was not the time nor place for it.
"You have chosen… poorly."
Oils fizzed in the tank before Saizomaru took a long drag from the nozzle. He glared back at Sensoa for a moment before two streams of vapour poured from the android's nostrils like released air pressure. "If this is the path you have chosen… then I will say no more. I will need time to reflect upon what has transpired this day." With that, he turned to walk away.
Sensoa had indeed found reason. He had indeed found truth. He had indeed found a way to create that life for himself on this planet. But it wasn't the reason or truth or way that Saizomaru had wanted him to find.
"If you choose to follow this path, Sensoa, we will meet again," he called back as the distance between himself and the other two continued to widen. "Next time… one of us will fall."
Pushing off of the sands, the android began to soar up into the sky as he took his leave.

In the end Sensoa had chosen his own path. Not Mumbo’s not Saizomaru’s were right. No, he decided he’d conquer Earth. Make it bend the knee or die. Mumbo’s eyes lit up, and a tear welled up behind his shades. Was this it? Were the Goons finally about to break into the big time?
”Hell yeah! Now dat is what I am talkin’ about!”
One last act of mercy was needed, though. Sensoa let the Android off the hook; to kill him another day perhaps. It was common for villains to do that sort of thing. It gave the Goodies some false hope when one of their strongest can survive impossible odds.
To be honest, Mumbo was a bit disappointed. That feeling was washed away entirely by how excited he was. The prospect of conquering Earth was almost too much to handle. With a snap of his fingers, a pair of comical-looking bombs appeared, one in each of his massive hands.
”So! How’dya wanna blow dis place? See-Foah? Big Bomb? Just blast it? We godda make it big, Boss! Make shoah da camera is on too! Dey gots ta know we’re serious or else we won’t get a big crowd when we take ovah da foist city.”
Looking over at Muscle Tower, Mumbo couldn’t help but grin. He had originally considered turning it into a Stargoon base, but the fire station was more than enough. Besides, once Sensoa took over the planet, they could take the Lookout as their new base! He sure hoped it had WiFi, though...
Mumbo awaits the towers destruction. Sensoa better make it look good!
