The one who saved Pankaa from overheating when he first came to Earth, Nero is both the Avali's hero and currently his only family figure. Thanks to his patience, understanding and care, Nero is held in high regards to Pankaa and holds a special place in his heart.
A fun blue friend! Pankaa met Nashi over some pancakes before a play in the park. Nashi is incredibly fast and skilled and Pankaa looks up to his new blue friend, hoping to be just as skilled someday!

RAMPANT- Since separated from his Family Tribe, Pankaa finds it increasingly hard to process getting stronger and growing up, his current age adds to this difficulty. (Transformations 1, 3 and 4) DURABILITY:Pankaa is hardened and strong enough to survive in the void of space. Tough as nails, he can reduce the damage of a taken attack by 33% once per thread. REGENERATION: Thanks to all the testing done on the Avali from a young age, alongside a slight heat resistance he gained some regeneration abilities. Once per thread, Pankaa can heal 100% PL in damage and grow back lost limbs, as long taken damage is under 200% of his PL. OFFENSIVE TECHNIQUES:[A1] Bubble Blast: Through the various experiments done on Pankaa when captured, he gained the ability to shoot pure energy from his body, this tends to come from his mouth in either a beam blast or a bubble orb which only does any damage once it bursts. Both the beams and bubbles are a glowing cyan in colour. Deals 33% of his current PL in damage. [B1] Bubble Barrier: Through energy manipulation, Pankaa much like the bubble blast, can summon a barrier, similar in colour it tends to appear visually as a semi-transparent cyan ball and can even bounce. This protects him with power equal to 33% of his current PL. If an opposing technique beats the barrier, and Pankaa is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. If Pankaa is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%. UTILITY TECHNIQUES:[UT] Telekinesis: Another side effect of the testing and experiments done on the young Avali came in the form of gaining telekinetic abilities. Pankaa is able to lift and manipulate mostly objects with this ability but sometimes extending to people, given his age the ability currently is a bit random rather then on command and tends to only happen when he focuses his eyes on something or someone, or panics. His telekinesis forms a soft cyan glow around whatever or whomever is being manipulated by it. [UT] Energy Sensing: Via some method, Pankaa is capable of feeling the natural energy of living beings, he has an understanding of the power level of other non-android warriors and can feel the power of the attacks they are using compared to his own. This technique is passive and doesn't require activation, using 0 KP in a KP battle. Does not work on Androids. [8k Slot][UT1] Telepathy: The basic form of Telepathy allows Pankaa to communicate with those he is familiar with across the planet he is currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear him if the effort to block them out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle [16k Slot][UT2] Telepathy: The limits on the range of Pankaa's telepathy are significantly lessened allowing him to communicate with anyone he is familiar with on the same plane of existence as himself. BUZZ  Buzz is rather large for a bee but rather small for a dog, being around 15cm in height. Covered almost everywhere in bee fluff the stinger on his honey abdomen is retractable and his eyes can have a pupil as well though he tends to hide it. Looking like a mix of dog, bumble bee and honey ant, the honey looking abdomen is genuine honey. His little wings can allow him limited air-time as well, being more successful in helping him to hover more then actually flying.

 Sunny Side DownAfter a tear too many in his suit ends up in the young Avali being abandoned by his kidnappers, Pankaa finds out just how harsh Earth's atmosphere is for his species but at the same time, learns how kind and caring some of its inhabitants can be when the Saiyan, Nero comes to his rescue. Bird is the Word!Living at Nero's apartment has been quite the experience and the young Avali doesn't quite understand yet as to why his friend has to go out every so often for hours on end, Nero says it's for "Work" whatever that is. All the neighbours are occupided and a friend of Nero's by the name of Russe, has to be called in to watch Pankaa instead for a while. But will the Avali be on his best behaviour? Expanding HorizonsWhile out for a walk one day in his new cooling suit provided by Nero, Pankaa comes across a pancake store. Hungry and looking for his guardian, the avali comes across a new blue cat friend by the name of Nashi who kindly got him a pancake to share. While spending time with this kind cat, Pankaa learns new words and tries his best to communicate with the other boy, learning that blue is quite the clever colour afterall. Pancakes and PiratesWhen out in search for Nero one day while the Saiyan is at work, Pankaa manages to bump into Nero's big sister Kayen. The young avali finds out the two were separated at a young age and hadn't seen each other since. While concerned about the two's bond, Pankaa spends this time to befriend the Saiyan Queen and go out for lunch in the time they have available, getting an insight on her side of the story as well. Leaving the nest, joining the flock, learning to flyAfter having organised a meeting with the President, Nero takes Pankaa to meet his friends; Carro and Sulfur. Two people who'd be able to make the young avali's life a lot easier with their factions technology and smarts as they had done for Sulfur. Daycare DefianceMuch to Pankaa's original protest he is taken to a daycare for the first time as Nero goes to work to make some friends around his age while also being minded. When there the young boy meets a Saiyan child named Kabe. The two become quick friends despite their many differences and begin to learn off of each other, mostly unaware of the potential family connection the two boys shared thanks to their adoptive parents.
