Nashi was rather young, yes, it was true. But he was going to be even older one day! And, I mean, like, heaps older! For Nashi was the Senbyō, the ‘very very handsome immortal cat who is cooler than Yanwang’— that’s the literal translation, anyway— which meant he was definitely immortal, probably, maybe heaps a bit. That meant that (assuming the immortality was actually a thing and not just a ‘hey, I’ve lived for a while, that must mean I’m immortal’ thing and that it could be inherited), if the fight went on for long enough, Nashi would win by default because Yanwang would have died by old age by then! Ignoring, of course, the factor of food and drink, adequate sleep and exhaustion, access to lavatorial facilities and the slightest hint of a possibility that either of them win before that… but, nah, those aren’t important.
Back in the fight, Nashi had gotten stuck in the mindset of not using any ki (as up to that point they hadn’t really done much with the stuff) and was understandably a bit surprised when those signature words escaped Yanwang’s mouth— no, not ‘whatever’, the other bit. ”Oh no, my only weakness: non-blue light!” But Nashi had a trick up his sleeve: the Blue Bro… the middle one. Bomb? Blast? No, no, it was… ”Blue Bro Beam!”
Nashi threw a ball of ki at Yanwang so quickly it seemed to make a continuous afterimage, almost making it look like it was, for the slight moment between firing and being hit by it, look like a beam. The attack would outshine Yanwang’s Solar Flare, and still had excess energy to use! Energy headed straight for him!
das a UA2. Hits the A1, 115,830 remains headed for Yanwang.

Yanwang watched as Nashi fired off his own attack at Yanwang's attack and stopped it. "Dangit!" He wanted to hit Nashi with something though. He could not just let Nashi block his attack and get away with it. Yanwang crossed his arms as the blast hit sending him flying down. "Gah!" He'd coughed out rolling across the floor blood covering his mouth. That really hurt but the smoke from the attack impact would hopefully cover him. His hands glowed with energy. "HAH!" The smoke would open up a blast of fire flying out at Nashi. This would hopefully take Nashi's focus. Yanwang flexed his left arm White energy forming over the limb. With the fire from below, he formed a portal above Nashi before pulling said left hand down. The Portal would snap to life and no words were needed for this attack. A large bolt of Lighting shot out of said portal aiming to slam into Nashi's back and send him flying back down and pay him back for his last attack. Hopefully, his plan worked he didn't want Nashi to make a fool of him twice.

Yanwang tanked the Blue Bro Beam. Blood started to sputter out from his mouth: woops. The point of sparring was much the same as the point of training, though sparring tended to be rather more productive and even more so dangerous. Stuff like this was inevitable, in a sense, but that didn’t mean it wasn’t something you’d actively want to bring about.
Nashi was looking at Yanwang’s spilt blood so deeply that, by the time he was fully back in the fight (due to the spooky fire blast), a bolt of lightning was only centimetres away from his skin… needless to say, he got hit. Nashi was knocked across the room, a hole forming in the back of his gi/armor where the lightning struck him!
”Nice one…”
Nashi jumped up back onto his feet. ”But you used your bag magic, not your own power. So, if you’re gonna be cheating, I guess I’ll have to, too…!” Nashi got out his Power Pole before charging at Yanwang, the weapon constantly shifting what position it was in and how many hands were holding it. He was amazingly quick: he was proficient in the use of the Power Pole more than anything or anyone had any right to be proficient in anything, and the sheer fighting prowess it afforded him allowed him to put a tad more energy in his speed.
”Watch your left!”
Now, perhaps, Yanwang might think upon hearing this that it was a trick. Perhaps he’d think to himself: ‘he said “watch your left”, so what I really ought to do is prepare for a strike from the right!’ This would have been clever, but, no, Nashi was honest in his dealings and he wasn’t much a fan of the idea of getting Yanwang even bloodier.
Nashi would come in for a mighty, extending swing of the Power Pole from the left.
Nashi takes 32% damage. Then, he send out 110,880PL from the Power Pole, due to its special ability™.

"Yeah, I got you." Yanwang grinned as Nashi then called him out for cheating. "WHAT this is my power," Yanwang grumbled. Why did Nashi not get he was like a part of the Fujin Bag now. "You really don't get it but alright i'll let you think you totally know what going on." Yanwang watched as Nashi pulled his Power Pole out. He heard Nashi yell the pole was coming at his left and he saw it. Yanwang crossed his arms as he was sent flying across the room. Yanwang coughed out flying back. That attack had been even worse than the last one. He was really getting beaten up but he knew Nashi was hurt and tired too. Yanwang opened his Fujin Bag a blast of air coming out and launching him back at Nashi. "HAH!" He swung an elbow at Nashi's jaw hopefully be able to knock him silly for him being rude and dumb about his powers.

”I know everything that’s going on, always! It’s because I’m so wise.” Nashi did not believe this, it was a taunt, almost like a self-complimentary quip. He knew he was still young and knew that he still had much to learn, but that was fine. After all, he was the Senbyō, the Immortal Cat: he was gonna be around for a good long while.
Yanwang had been struck and sent back, though quickly he was back into the fray with a quick blast of air. Nashi would strike Yanwang’s elbow as it flew towards him, bringing enough energy into the attack to cancel the attack’s momentum. Then, not a moment later, Nashi would make a leopard blow against the funny bone of the same arm, potentially (but, hopefully, safely) sending that arm out of operations for a while.
”So very, very wise.”

Yanwang's blow was blocked by Nashi and he could see Nashi was sending a blow at his arm. Yanwang would not allow that to happen not in a million years. Black energy formed over his arm was covered in bouncy pads to absorb some of the shocks of Nashi's attack. Yanwang landed as the pads faded away. "That still hurt." He spat on the ground and grit his teeth. Yanwang was not about to give up though. He got on all fours and launched himself at Nashi. He'd spin in the middle of the air as the back of his head faced Nashi. Then black energy covered his head and hair. Then from the portal, a barrage of sharp needles flew out at Nashi Magic and Ki enchanting them so they were not normal needles and could hopefully do some damage to Nashi.

”What the—?” As Nashi’s leopard blow struck, it didn’t feel like what Nashi was expecting it to feel like. Instead of skin and cartilage, Nashi instead felt something… bouncy? Almost like a trampoline or a pillow filled with many, smaller trampolines.
”Hey, no spitting on the ground! It’s my ground!” He’d have to clean that up later and everything. But before long, Yanwang had gotten himself in a beastly position and launched at the cat! Nashi was expecting blows, but Yanwang’s magic sack powers would continue to keep him on his toes: a cloud of sharp, metal needles tried to rain down on Nashi.
”It’s not gonna be that easy…!” Nashi spun the Power Pole around rapidly. Perhaps if he had spun it around even more rapidly, he’d have created winds strong enough to send Yanwang’s needles back at him… but that was not Nashi’s intention (besides, Yanwang would have just portal’d the needles through himself harmlessly). No, when the needles stopped, so too did the rapid rotations of the Power Pole, and with that it was revealed that Nashi had caught every needle across the length of the Power Pole! Nashi then mentally commanded the Power Pole to shorten, causing the caught needles to get closer until they were pressing against each other, eventually pushing each other out of the staff and onto the floor, until only one remained. Nashi extended the Power Pole back to its standard size before plucking out the remaining needle in a dramatic fashion.

"Yah well that hurt I'll clean it later!" He'd growled. He'd not give up that easy he had to focus up and not worry about. When he fired his nails at Nashi. Sadly it seemed it seemed that the Power-Pole was able to block each blow. That really sucked but he had to get past. Each blow was blocked but he saw the power pole would shorten during the fight. He had to show he was just as good as Nashi and that staff was being a pain. Now that it was shortened it'd be his good chance to move into attack. He'd flown towards Nashi spinning into a ball as black energy keeps around his hair. Time for him to attack with all he had. His Hair set ablaze as he charged in flying like a ball. He was spinning as a hairball aiming to smash into Nashi with all the strength he had.

Ah, well, if Yanwang was going to clean it up later, there wasn’t all that much of an issue with it, was there? Boom, crisis averted.
Yanwang flew towards Nashi,, spinning into the shape of a ball with some black bag void stuff flying around… ah, right, that’s his hair. ”What the…?” The ball flew towards Nashi, giving him barely any time to think, so instincts took over:
Yanwang did not strike Nashi but, rather, an afterimage formed in his place. The real Nashi had flashstepped behind Yanwang as he made the attack, and already had a decent amount of blue energy brought about him! ”Blue Bro Beam: Belectric Boogaloo!” He didn’t mechanically use an afterimage btw, I just did that because I thought it was cool. Can change if you want. As before, the UA2 hits the A1 and 115,830PL remains left over!

His ball missed! Yanwang hit some wall of air as he turned to see Nashi fire off a beam right at him. He was in the stomach and sent flying back across the room. He'd landed on his back holding his stomach. That really knocked the air out of him. Yanwang slowly pulled himself up looking at Nashi. He'd grasped at his stomach for a bit before pulling in the air he would need. He bet Nashi used a ton of energy to dodge his attack and then blast him so he had the advantage now. He just had to hit him with a strong attack of his own! "That was a good attack but I'll just hit you back." Yanwang left fist glowed with black energy. "Cold wave!" All of a sudden a wave of icy energy would fly out of his palm aiming to slam into Nashi and freeze him over with his Fujin powers.

This felt sort of familiar. Each of them would rest for a bit until they had energy to use. Then, Yanwang would attack Nashi with a small attack, Nashi would attack back with an attack of twice the size, Yanwang would take the damage and send another weak attack Nashi’s way… how did Nashi get out of this the last time? He couldn’t say he remembered. Sure, it didn’t happen all that long ago, but they were in a fight and Nashi was focused. Not that it mattered. Nashi had an idea. He’d try something new and, while it wasn’t likely going to win him the fight— indeed, there was a very solid chance it would go against him— he could at least, when the day was done, say he tried it.
Energy swirled around Nashi like stormclouds over an unlucky person or a swirling school of fish swirling around the centre of a swirling school of fish… yeah. The energy accumulated! ”That’s nice… but, sometimes, an attack is too much to handle!” Did he have enough energy in reserve for this? No. Was he at least going to test the technique responsibly? Also no.
Nashi needed two things from this attack. One, the ability to use it under irresponsible, low-energy conditions without burning himself out like a lightbulb powered by a nuclear reactor. The other? Well, he knew it was a long-shot, but… it didn’t matter. What did matter, then, was actually getting the technique out to play.
The icy blast of energy headed towards Nashi in what seemed like slow motion. Nashi held his breath, tensed up his tail and prepared to jumpstart his instincts…
But nothing came. Nashi failed in using the Blue Bro Behemoth and, without it, the Cold Wave was free to freeze Nashi solid! Nashi tried to use [SIG] Blue Bro Behemoth but failed. Is dealt 32% damage. [3/3KP]
