BACKGROUND: Aisise was born to a lower class family back on Konats. Both of her parents were mostly absent across her entire life. Her mother died shortly after giving birth to her younger sister while her father was a mercenary, often out and about traveling the universe for jobs to provide for his family. Because of this, Aisie was raised by her older brother by eleven years who acted as a breadwinner. He enlisted in the Konats army and was possibly the most skilled swordsman that she had ever met. He was more than happy to teach her during his spare time and with hard work and some small natural talent, Aisise became skilled in swords fighting as well. However, despite how hard she tried she was never able to beat her brother in a fight.
There was only one peculiarity with her childhood that Aisise forgot about as she grew older. She had a strange dream where she heard a familiar voice calling out for help. When she responded, the voice had told her that there was a great evil that was trying to hunt them down and that they needed help from anyone, even if it was simply a small child. Aisise, still thinking it was a dream, was thrilled to have the ability to play the hero and agreed to help. The voice thanked her and then she would finally wake up. She wouldn’t hear back from the voice until much later in her life.
When she had grown into a teenager, Aisise and her siblings lost all contact with her father and no longer received any source of income from him. Believing that he had died and in great need of more money, Aisise decided to join the Konats army. Her skill with a sword had already made her an excellent recruit and eventually became one of Konats most accomplished soldiers. But tragedy struck with the invasion.
Robots from years in the past had reemerged and begun attacking Konats, killing most of the population in the process. Both of her siblings were among many of those who were killed by these mechanical invaders. It didn’t take long for her to realize that she could not win against the robots. As such, Aisise had taken a nearby space pod and set it course to a random planet, and had managed to escape. However, the pod itself was already damaged from the attack and the landing functions didn’t work as planned. When her pod had entered the atmosphere, there was almost nothing to protect her against the force of the fall. However, before she reached the ground, a familiar voice spoke within her mind, promising to protect her like she did many years ago and she had blacked out.
When she came to, Aisise found that she was warm, safe and all of her wounds had been treated. Some of the inhabitants of one of the nearby villages had found her on the brink of death, yet miraculously still alive and had taken her in to treat her. However, her spacepod was completely wrecked in the crash, with interstellar travel being nothing more than a myth to the planets’ inhabitants. Aisise was stranded on an obscure planet known as Setrippe, with no way to get home.
After a bit of searching, Aisie had found a smart mechanic who would be able to fix her spacepod, however it would take a year for him to do so due to the complexity of the workings and because of the fact that they were still in the midst of discovering space travel. However, the year was not During her time on Septrippe, Aisise had picked up various skills.
Fighting was a large part of Setrippe’s culture and there were plenty of fighting masters that was happy to help her improve her abilities. It was here where Aisise had learned how to fight with two swords rather than one, which is how she was used to doing in the past. In addition, there were also quite a few inhabitants which specialized in the the spiritual and mystical arts that taught Aisise how to use ki and magic.
The year passed quickly, and soon the mechanic had finished with her spacepod allowing her to go anywhere, but only for one trip. If she wanted to, he could also modify the makeshift spacepod to allow more trips, but it would take another year. While Aisise did consider staying, she ultimately decided to go home. She wanted to see the state of the planet since the attack and put her deceased family to rest.
To her surprise, when she got home Konats was restored. It was almost as if the invasion never happened. She was overjoyed to see her family restored to life and soon she would be able to return back to her normal life as a soldier. Shortly after her return, Aisise was bestowed with a great honor due to her combat skills: becoming the personal bodyguard of Riis after his failed attempt to take the crown.
She had taken her position very seriously, but her position didn’t last long. She was one day given a new mission to take in place of her responsibilities as a bodyguard. One of the princes, Typha, had went to Namek only to never return. She was to investigate the reason for his disappearance and try to bring him back home. Without hesitation, she agreed, setting a course towards Namek.
TECHNIQUES:
OFFENSIVE/DEFENSIVE TECHNIQUES:
[A1]Black Blade: Aisise quickly draws out both of her swords from its sheaths, and in the process quickly slashes her opponent, dealing 33% of her PL in the process. Alternatively, this technique can also be done by jerking both swords upward in a diagonal manner, which will cause the same damage.
[UA2]Void Slash: Infusing her blades with magic, Aisise slashes her sword in the direction of the opponent. If they are far away, a black wave of magic shoots from her sword, dealing 66% of her PL in damage.
[MA3]Touch of Darkness: Aisise first barrages her opponent with ki blasts before she then lunges forward, assaulting her opponent with a series of slashes from her magic infused swords. This attack combination deals a total of 100% of her PL in damage.
SUPPORT TECHNIQUES:
[SU1]Shadowgiest: Using a bit of magic, Aisise creates a clone of herself from where she is currently, jerking her body away from the attack. The clone then takes an attack in her place for up to 100% of her PL. If she wished to take an attack for someone, she would be able to use the force of the clone to propel her forward.
UTILITY TECHNIQUES:
[UT]Powering Spell: Aisise empowers herself with magic, surrounding her body with a shadowy aura. This magic allows her to strengthen her attacks by +x1. However, the magic also makes herself more susceptible to attacks, decreasing her defensive PL by -x3.
