Kraktus had entered the Capital of the dammed Namekian for the first time in a while. He had to admit he was expecting more but he was still impressed. For the people to live so peaceful in the village must of took a lot of ignorance or control. While knowing those outside the village could face danger very corner. He had a large cloak pulled over his body, he had picked up a new powerlevel in the area. He assumed it was not a saiyan afterall he doubted they would hang out in the village all the time. Kraktus was looking to see if he could find who was giving off such power. Sure if was just one of the saiyans it'd mean he'd be running away. Yet it was a Namekian perhaps he could get him to join his side. Tell me the truths and show him that the path Kraktus followed was the path he should follow. Maybe he could also get a good workout in without risking capture. Fighting the Saiyans was a no go in that regard, he stood zero chance. So Krkatus walked along keeping his scouter up to detect anyone out of the ordinary.

Having been sent to grab some supplies from the capital, Steno was getting some help from the locals to carry the majority of the gear and supplies so he could focus on what he was here for. Usually some of the attendants would have been sent, but given the unwanted guests on the planet, and the hunt going on for the dragon balls, things were more dangerous and Steno himself was likely more safe going out and could get there and back quicker anyways. In the midst of talking to one of the shop owners about medicine to stock up for potential injured outsiders he felt a spike in power level that seemed to be walking right towards him, and it felt familiar, but not in a way that it belonged to anyone he had met before at least.
Holding up a hand towards the shop owner he motioned for the attendants following him to continue the order as they looked to him curiously and somewhat worried given the way he suddenly turned. "Stay here, nothing to worry about." The power level alone wasn't the issue but more that it was clearly not anyone from Namek, none of the Saiyans he had come in contact with, not that crazy Monster creature Vocado was fighting, and all of the others had been considerably weaker power level wise. It was obvious at this point the power was headed right for him, but not all that quick, and at this point it would have been equally obvious Steno was headed right for them as well. The center of the village was a fairly open area with a bit of a makeshift crossroads created out of the buildings, and it was there Steno saw the owner of the power level headed right towards where he was now standing, sticking out from the others like a sore thumb given his specific guardian armor and his four arms. His stare was obvious towards Kraktus, but he made no attempts at moving further towards him, and didn't address him outside of obviously noticing him by the way he stood and watched.

Kraktus scouter beeped as he walked. Such a high power was this close. Kraktus checked the scouter a powerlevel of <90,000> appearing on the screen. Kraktus eyes widened in surprise. He'd looked around seeing who was giving off the powerlevel. It was a Namekian in an odd sort of armor and with four arms. Now that was surprising. He knew the slugs could regenerate but have more than two arms. Maybe the really strong one could have more than two arms. He did also notice the man was looking right at him. Krkatus turned walking right towards Steno. He'd made sure to push past anyone who got in his way as he walked. When he got into handshaking range he reached out a hand. "I can see you staring out at me, I assume you wanted to say Hi. I know your people sometimes are socially unaccepting of outsiders. It is nice to meet you. What would your name be?

Now closer and able to see Kraktus' face, Steno just looked him over from the top of his head all the way down, then looking back up to make eye contact. He exhaled quickly through his nose in a mixture of a scoff and a sigh as he looked down to the hand, not having decided if he was inclined to shake it or not. "Well you clearly aren't the one who was fighting the Saiyan.", he stated a bit randomly and bluntly, reaching one of his arms out and grasped firmly onto the offered hand, not shaking it but holding it and not breaking eye contact. "I can't say that I wanted to say hi, or even introduce myself. I was watching you because your energy is familiar and I'm mentally narrowing down why." His shoulders shrugged as he neither broke eye contact or let go of the hand. "I don't care one way or another about outsiders for better or worse as long as you aren't attacking us, which leads me to a curiosity. I could have sworn a power similar to yours was fighting someone I know, but there are so many odd spiking powers around recently it's hard to say and harder to simply accuse." Very lightly he gripped harder as he watched the reaction on this unfamiliar face in front of him as he stood silent for a moment. "I imagine that's a pleasantry of meeting someone new as I rarely hear people claim to find it nice to meet me. I can't say if it is nice to meet you yet as I have far too many curious questions and sneaking suspicions." Finally letting go of the hand he crossed both sets of arms once again, leaving another slight silence hanging between them. "My name is Steno. I'm the guardian of the Guru, Oboe."

"Ah someone fighting the Saiyans?" Kraktus grinned lightly. Guess the man didn't know who he was. "My energy is familiar." When the man said that Kraktus had to admit he had to be a little worried. He always let his energy be sensed. Now that was coming to bite him in the ass. He didn't want him to know who hew as yet. However, it seemed he was unsure. "I'm just a traveler. I have no interest in conflict. The power you must have sensed could of be jumbled with a bunch of others. Regardless he had a feeling this was going to be an odd time. The man introduced himself as Steno the guardian of Oboe. Guess there was no way of getting out of this. If this was the man's guardian he was sure the man had heard of him. "I am General Kraktus of the WTF. Seems my sulking has been caught out. Whatever will you do?" Krkatus asked a curious look on his face. He doubted things would end so easy for him but he also was in the village, maybe the man who not want to have such a fight here. Then he could plan what to do after.

Steno's eyes instantly narrowed as the creature started talking, being somewhat untrusting already, but was suspicious of nearly every word this one was saying. "I can't dispute the fact that you might be a traveler, but I for certain felt your energy fighting, or an energy very familiar that I haven't sensed since." He lightly shook his head and let out a soft sigh, not sure what to believe from this guy. "I'm not sure about that. There are only a few people on this planet right now with fight power as strong as ours. Two are Namekians, Two are Saiyans, one I'm not too sure about yet, another fighting one of the two Saiyans right as we speak, and then there is you. Maybe there are more but I can't sense any near as strong right now." His face turned from one of distrust to that of a smirk, "So I guess you are the energy I was feeling then. Guess I shouldn't be surprised with the dragon balls becoming active you fleet idiots would show up again just as fast as those Saiyans did. Oboe might trust the Saiyans more for some reason, but I don't trust the lot of you. Last time all of you showed up the both of your sides trashed our planet and our previous Guru was killed. I can promise you that won't happen a second time." There was no sense of a cocky overconfidence in his voice, just a simple stated fact. "I think the question is what are you going to do? If you think for some reason I won't fight because of our location, you are mistaken. I would however prefer not to. If you are looking for a fight though, I promise I'll put up a much better one than the last Namekian you ran across."

"I didn't come to the dragonballs." Kraktus snapped. How dare the Namekian assume such a thing. "I have no intrest in this orbs. All they do is compensate for weakness and allow ones to bend the laws of this universe. If I had the option I'd of killed your poor guru for making such objects. Too bad he's quite fun to watch. The man for all his faults is a man who's is bending close to his true nature. Being closer to me then to the holy man you may see him as. But of course, as his shield, you must know the truth yes. How vile he's deep down his primal emotions." Kraktus was gonna get a kick at this now. Since he was caught but he also thought he could easily escape he decided to play games. However, then the Stento seemed willing to fight here in the city. "I don't need to tell you about my goals. You're not worth the time. So go run along. I am more than willing to fight here too but you know that someone going to get hurt and i'm not talking about me." Kraktus grinned, hopefully, the Namek would know his place now.

His hand waved towards Kraktus dismissively as he scoffed at the words of this Kraktus. "Don't pretend to know how I see Oboe or what I know about him. Being a guardian of a planet, creator of dragon balls, or even a spiritual leader doesn't suddenly make him pure and innocent. I'm sure if he were here he would say the same." Taking a few steps closer he would keep his eyes locked onto this creature as he snarled lightly. "I would however suggest you don't talk about killing our Guru again, because while I know Oboe well, you don't know me at all, and I don't respond well to threats against the one Namekian I was trained and groomed specifically to protect.", reaching out with one of his two right arms and touching it to the man's chest to put an exclamation on his statement before pulling it back.
"I suppose you don't have to tell me anything, you are right there. I would say I would suggest it heavily regardless, otherwise I have to assume you are here for reasons I wouldn't like. Seeing as I also assume you to be the energy I felt fighting Oboe before, I have every reason to put you in the dirt.", pointing down at the ground heavily with both right arms. Taking in a deep breath, Steno yelled out into the sky, "By word of Steno, guardian of Oboe, evacuate this city now. This is not a drill. You will be no further warned." The attendants that had came with Steno heard this and dropped the goods they had in their arms and nodded to one another as they split up as they were trained to do and began to usher people out of the city. His head lowered once more as his gaze met Kraktus again. "Start talking. I have as much patience and time as is needed, but I have just as much reason to put you down as quickly and as immediately as need be. You are clearly a threat and have proved yourself as such in my eyes. There will be no more warnings."

"I doubt he would." Kraktus grinned. "It not just in words you can find intentions. Though I assume with those ears of yours you miss that just hear all the noise made to distract from the truth. Not that it matters I am not here to convince you of the goodness of Oboe if I was, I'd of brought you a book on psychology. You might have been able to process that yes?" Kraktus asked in a mocking tone. "Well, I'll say whatever I want not much you can do about it, Namek boy." Krkatus mocked once more crossing his arms. Still, this was really not inticing he was down to scrap like before but the man's willingness to fight right here was something that he did not take lightly.
"Put me in the dirt than don't keep me waiting." If the man wanted to fight so bad he'd be more then willing to fight the Namekian, he was in no mood to dance around the issue. Then the man screamed out to get everyone to move. That was smart of the Namekian to do that. He decided to not attack any of them as he stared at Stento. Sure he could have blasted them but he'd rather not take his eyes off the Namekian warrior. "I have no reason to talk you may have to beat it out of me. Though I doubt you can do that." He didn't feel like being cooperative today. The Namekian may be strong but Kraktus had a feeling he must not have a lot of battle experience. Who was there to fight on this grass bin. Other Peaceloving Namekians?

His face was as blank as ever as he just stared at the creature in front of him as he spoke words that he either falsely believed or was simply trying to throw him off. Perhaps this tactic worked more often than not, and it made sense given some of the other creatures and species he had met even recently given their quickness to throw a punch. Everyone was so quick to prove themselves and not have even a few pointless words hurt their pride, but Steno didn't care about any of that, he just didn't see the point to this entire situation and definitely didn't want anyone else hurt by this thing. Steno didn't give as much as an eye roll in response but anyone could see that a fight was likely to start between these two and any moment regardless the reasoning. "You have no reason to talk, but I have no reason to listen to anymore of your mocking comments and twisted statements. You've hurt enough people while you've been on my planet."
Steno's left foot slid back as all four arms spread into a unique stance he had spent literal decades crafting, ready to put it to a bigger test than he had in recent memory. There was a pause once more between the two that Steno took full advantage of so the village could clear further, but for whatever reason the creature Kraktus didn't seem to have any plans to stop them or attack of them from the way he kept his attention on Steno. There was no chance for a sneak or surprise attack as Kraktus was looking directly at him, though that was exactly what Steno wanted given the clear overconfidence of his opponent.
His planted foot pushed off and he cleared the barely arms length distance between them and raised his top set of arms further and brought them both down at an angle as chops towards Kraktus' neck. His other two swung down towards Kraktus' arms at the top of the elbow joint in an attempt to knock them down at his side and prevent him blocking the other two incoming blows.

Everyone really did clear out. His scouter did not pick anyone nearby. Just Steno and he were in the area. The man didn't even try to lash out guess he would not be swayed by words. It was to be expected by the Namekians. Calm untill their lights were turned out. Then he'd watched them scream in fear. He'd stared at Steno stance trying to figure out what he'd do. How would he attack with four arms? He never saw anyone fight with Four Arms. Kraktus stepped forward pulling his arms back ki sparking to life on his arms. He watched Steno kicked off with a speed that suprised him. Kraktus slid back slightly as he was hit by all four of his arms. Kraktus coughed out falling over onto his face into the dirt. Kraktus growled, that really got him in a bad move. One of his arms rose up as the ground would be lifted up as he attempted to throw Steno off by breaking the ground apart under him before sending it at him as rapidly as possible.

His attention was fully on Kraktus even after his blows landed, though trying to think ahead in the fight caused him to somewhat distract himself. As his bottom arms connected he expected a counter physical attack of some sort and has leaned into Kraktus in order to then counter that somehow, but the falling body alone caused his footing to slide just a few inches, and he hadn't quite planted his foot back again by the time the unexpected ability was used. Steno was used to direct combat and energy style attacks thrown his way, but he had never had to train against someone using any form of Telekinesis, and given his even slightly bad footing he ended up off-balance in a bad way from such a small mistake.
Both his feet went out as he almost did the splits until they fell behind him some as the ground continued to fly up towards him, looking like a bad cartoon character slipping around and trying to push off with all four arms to keep from behind pelted by rocks or landed face first much like Kraktus did. If not for the second set of arms he would have multiple times over landed awkwardly and painfully, but even then they only managed to push him away as he landed on his backside finally, rolling to the side to get back to his feet. It seemed he wasn't the only one with an unorthodox way of fighting, so now he had to really think about how to approach the situation, though he was more willing to sit back in a defensive stance and let Kraktus come to him this time.

He'd managed to get Steno off him which was good for him. The Namekian really did get the jump on him with those physical blows. Kraktus would pull himself up to his feet looking towards the Namekian wiping some blood from his mouth. "Not bad that was pretty impressive Steno." Kraktus laughed as he went back into stance his arm stretched in front of him. Maybe fighting Stento at close range would be unwise for him. That was just fine though, he could more than fight Stento from far away. Once he got an idea how he fought he'd stand a better chance at such close distances. His arm glowed with Purple energy. His scouter would pick up that no one was around as he tucked his arms to his chest the ki slowly covering his body. He'd had a plan to really throw the Namekian off his game. "DESTROY!" He'd thrusted his arms out as an explosion of Ki erupted from his body. Whatever it touched it blew away turning it into rubble as the explosion of Ki tried to level the area they were fighting in and maybe even level Steno in the process.

Despite the compliment on his attack, Steno didn't as much as show a sign of recognition as he kept his footing and stance firm. He wasn't one for battle banter and once a fight started he took it serious despite the situation. In the case of Kraktus the fight itself wasn't life or death, but this was an opponent that had already attacked Oboe once and given his actions he had no doubt he would attack others that were much less likely to be able to defend themselves, so Steno had no problems not holding back as he might normally to any extent. It was clear that Kraktus seemed less than thrilled about fighting up close and personal, which Steno would have to take advantage of as the fight continued. While the creature might have had a taste of his four-armed attack the real question was how familiar he was with fighting Namekians.
It didn't take the ability to sense energy to notice the charged attack of whatever description given the energy and the way Kraktus held his arms to his chest, but the best he could do was wait and see as he had purposely put himself on the back foot. The moment Kraktus released his energy Steno knew he didn't have long to access the situation, and he saw the attack going out in all directions, but he wasn't keen to take a direct hit, and with no one in the area, he didn't care if there was direct damage in the area as long as no one or himself were in the blast radius. All four of his arms slammed into the ground as he fell forward, pushing off of them as hard as they had hit as his arms extended outward unnaturally for most races, send him flying back and onto a roof as his arms pulled back to their normal length. The energy came dangerously close as it blew off the front of the building he landed on, and not wanting to wait for a part two of the attack Steno spread his arms out and as fast as he could manage began sending a barrage of ki blasts from all four hands to cover as much area as he could.

Kraktus could see his blast level the area around him as Stento moved to dodge. He was a fast fighter he had to give him that. Not just for his speed but his brain. He made sure to move away using the buildings to get away. He even stretched his arms, he'd find that neat if he didn't already face Oboe who had done the same thing. It was a novelty at best and a hindrance at worse. He supposed with four arms though Steno losing one would not be that bad. As his blast was going however he saw ki blasts heading the way he was barraged by the blasts as he was unable to move while blowing the area apart. Kraktus has blasted around as his energy disspeared. Guess that would cancel it out being pelted by powerful attacks like Steno just unleashed. Kraktus flew up after that grinning like a jackal as he raised his arms. A large purple blade formed between his arms "Take this gift. From Me Sent from your HELL!" Kraktus fired the massive blast down hoping to actually blast the Namekian away instead of him dodging like before.
