Steno was far from the smartest fighter, but he was well-trained and the lessons were beat into him by many losses over the years by many teachers. The most important lesson was always overestimating your opponent and treating them as stronger and smarter than you regardless of facts and move forward trying to beat them with tactics over brute force. One victory or one defeat in a fight meant nothing to the outcome, and thus far the two fighters had a bit of both against one another. Their attacks however seemed to cancel out given the output it seemed, but Kraktus was never deterred for a moment despite not landing the blow with the explosive display, coming out of the blasts and explosions right into the air with what looked to be some sort of energy blade weapon. What he was learning most about this creature so far was less bout his fighting style and more the fact that he liked theatrics with the way he exploded and used colorful energy attacks and the way he would banter. The two fighters were matched in power but completely opposite in fighting styles, and to Steno it meant he had something he could learn from this Kraktus. He was also seemingly hard to predict, as what appeared to be a melee attack incoming turned out to be a blast from him, again leaving Steno little time to react.
His first response was to barrier the attack, then perhaps send a much large attack in return, but neither happened as the attack caught him in the chest and sent the Namekian sliding back off the building and out of view behind it. Out of sight Steno had fallen for a moment and jumped up to his feet, using his stretching ability this time to attack inside of dodge as two hands braced him against the building as the bottom left and right arm slammed right through the building and were sent flying up at Kraktus as balled up fists heading for his chest.

He watched as Stento was blasted by some of his energy though he could tell it really had not done that much. Kraktus landed as he saw Stento moving but then he was gone. Maybe he decided to run away. Kraktus was ready to pat himself on the back before Stento's arms burst through a nearby wall building as he was hit in the chest by the attack. Kraktus clutched his chest as he was sent sliding back clear pain forming on his face. "That was nice." Kraktus pulled himself up as he cracked his neck. He then pulled his arms together once more. He knew where Stento was and might as well give him a big surprise. He fired a massive purple beam towards Stento.

He could hear the attack hit before any need to see it came into his view, but his attack seemed to be used against him given the way he was hidden, meaning he couldn't see the attack coming. Steno was a well trained fighter, but he was far from a well experienced one, and his strategies were sound but mostly untested, and Kraktus ended up using that against him even if entirely unintentionally. Staying hidden for the moment attempting to try another unseen attack, he was caught off guard by the blast sent his way, crashing into the wall more than himself, but the entire wall caved in towards him sending him doubling over before slinging him back a few feet as the roof of the building caved in with no more support walls to hold it. "Damnit...", he cursed under his breath. He knew he was tunnel visioning too much in the fight as far as trying to sense Kraktus, which let the energy attack come right at him in a way he shouldn't have been able to, but he was slowly starting to figure out this fighting and how he preferred to attack. It seemed he was in fact going to stay more at range for now unless Steno could close the distance quickly.
His eyes scanned around him to see if he could use any of the terrain as cover again if need be and a thought crossed his mind as he looked up for his opponent and rushing towards the pieces of the broken building. Perhaps staying at range could work in his favor if he played it right. His four arms began to stretch out and grab pieces of the broken building and toss them towards Kraktus, spinning and throwing each piece faster, until he was full on spinning like a top, sending pieces of varying sizes flying at the creature as fast as he could move and throw, getting closer slowly with each one.

He'd watched the ball go up in smoke as he blasted Stento head on. Kraktus crossed his arms pyshic energy swirling around his body as he waited for Stento to return. His scouter could still pick him up so he knew that had not been anything to badly harm the Namekian warrior. He'd not, however, like to go prowling for him in the ruins just in case he set an ambush. He'd just wait and if he took too long fly off. He had no investment to stay and fight. All of a sudden however he could see chunks of buildings and rocks fly right at him. What a fool to chuck these so lightly. Kraktus raised his arm as his telekinesis came to life freezing the rocks in place. Still, it did take a lot of focus with the force Stento threw them at. Yet it leads to Stento's goal Kraktus had not even realized Stento was heading closer. "Dammit." Kraktus raised his arms attempting to fling the rocks back down at Steno before he could attack at such a close range.

It wasn't the first case of telekinesis Steno had witnessed, but it was an impressive use of it regardless, and the skill it took to stop so many of the pieces of building meant it was well trained which he could respect even in the midst of a fight. As his opponent must have guessed by this point however, it wasn't so much an attempt at damage but a way to get closer. The pieces of building began to rain down on him, and while Steno wasn't afraid of collateral damage, he realized that things could get out of hand and more than a single building destroyed if this fight drug out too long. His energy blasts so far weren't strong enough to do any real damage and Kraktus wasn't likely to stay in melee range enough to do any real damage that way either, so it meant taking a risk and turning things up.
A few pieces of building were striking him as he continued his attempt to close the distance, but he finally had to back up a bit to give himself time to knock away and dodge the bigger pieces. With the speed they were coming he didn't have time to attempt charging any sort of attacks, but a smaller condensed attack was perhaps enough to do some real damage if it could land from this range. Each time he would pull an arm back to pull up energy for his attack he would have to use the bit of ki to blast rubble, staking a step back each time, until finally in his right hand was a charged up ball of blue energy not much bigger than a baseball. Pulling his arm back Steno tossed it forward through what bits of rubble were left to toss heading straight at Kraktus with a loud whizzing sound.
[A1] [Unnamed Technique]: Creates the equivalent of a baseball sized condensed ball of energy in his palm that can be thrown in varying manners once formed. The technique has no proper name as Steno doesn't find it specifically important enough to name as it is only a tool to him. [33% PL Damage]

He'd was hitting him with some it was but it was not enough. The man was going to attack now. He could see he formed a small ball of energy and Kraktus's scouter was beeping letting him know this was not just some attack. All his rubble that was left was easily destoyed by the ball he made as it raced towards him. Kraktus dropped his arms before his right arm glowed once more with Ki a claw of pyshic energy forming around his hand. "Soul Claw!" He'd swung the arm out slamming the ball into the ground where it exploded. Dust and smoke covered him before he stepped out rubbing his right wrist. He was able to block the attack but it still hurt like hell. Swatting a blast that strong away even with his own equally strong attack was not something he'd do agian. "That was pretty impressive but not enough to defeat the likes of me." He'd then thrusted his left hand out ki surrounding his palm. "HAH!" He'd fired another large beam at Steno trying to push him back once more as he was still pretty sure in close combat Stento would have the advantage.
N1: Soul Claw- Using his races mind power Kraktus slashes his arm down sending a purple claw of ki at a target which cuts them. Does 33 Percent of his Powerlevel in Damage. Damage:25080. 25080/29,700=84 Percent so both fizzle out. Kp:2/3

His attack seemed to be dispensed of by Kraktus' own attack, causing his lip to curl just a bit, a bit frustrated with himself for thinking something like that would work so easily and being quickly proven wrong. His neck rolled a bit as he shook his hands some and took another step back, watching Kraktus closely, almost impressed with how he fought. "I have to ask, why do people name these attacks they do? What's the purpose?" The dust cleared from where his attack had landed, his eyes traveling down at this hole created before looking back up with a single blink. He wasn't given much of a chance of receiving an answer before another attack came his way, though much weaker than Steno's previous attack, and enough for him to be able to deal with. The beam show towards him was met with one of his own, then a second from his left hand, one arm raising at a time until all four were blasting forward at the center point meeting Kraktus' attack as he took step after step to close the distance as he began to pick up speed. His upper two arms broke off the attack as he got closer, with the other two still blasting forward, clenching his two upper hands together and bringing down a hammer blow towards Kraktus' face.

Stento had a nice question to ask he supposed he'd take a break to educate the man. "Naming Attacks I suppose its way to add strength to something. When you put conviction behind something. Instead of it just being some attack it is a powerful attack you've made just to defeat your foes. I suppose that is part of it. Plus it gives me much pleasure when said attacks fail to hurt me. Seeing a Martial Artists poor attack doing nothing to me is a feeling that is not the same as a random blast of ki with no name." As he was saying all of this Steno beam and his own clashed, Kraktus was good at multitasking. However, Kraktus was sliding back as he realized Stento was overpowering him. Since he had four arms of course that what made it worse when he got of range of a hammer blow. Kraktus felt the blow smashed onto the top of his head as he stumbled down before ki swirled around his left arm. "HAH!" He'd sent a powerful left-handed stomach punch at Steno trying to pay him back for that last attack. "You Namekian really try hard to piss me off," Kraktus growled afterwords.

Feeling his blow connect, his scoffed a bit as his mind kept going back to Kraktus' explanation of naming techniques, and his satisfaction from stopping other named techniques. "I suppose there will be no satisfaction for you today, squid man. I see no use in naming techniques. They are tools, not toys." His fists raised again and the beam struggle had come to an abrupt end, leaving his other arms free, but Kraktus was quick to reply with a quick strike to his stomach, causing him to audibly cough and growl at the same time from the pain. As Kraktus began to speak, his bottom two arms shot out past him momentarily as the began to stretch, before being quickly pulled in and wrapping themselves around Kraktus many times over. "You must be easily angered.", grunting as he pulled his head back before leaning forward and aiming to headbutt Kraktus forehead to forehead, while the second set of arms released their grip from the earlier blow but simply rested apart not far from Kraktus' head.

"Of course their tools. Why would I need a toy? Afterall I already have you." Kraktus gave off a cheeky grin as he saw the Stento cough out from his stomach blow. As he was about to say something else more snarky then the last statement he was bound by the Namekians as he wrapped two arms around him. "Really?" Kraktus frowned under his beard of tentacles. "Easily Angered. I would not say that." Before he had anything else to say as Steno headbutted him Kraktus coughing out some blood. "You know wrapping arms around me. I didn't know you Namekians were so touchy. I thought without you know." He'd looked down before a button launched up in the air from Kraktus armor. He'd pressed it with his telekinesis. "Sadly I'm not into that kind of stuff." A large ship appeared overhead blutz energy flying into Kraktus's body. Kraktus would begin to grow in size soon growing as big as an Ozzaru. He doubted Stento arms would hold on and even if they did right when he stopped transforming a crimson beam would escape his newly formed maw attempting to blast Stento across the sky. Steno's face showed no sign of registering the retort as his eyes met Kraktus. These two weren't polar opposite, but they greatly differed in how they approached a fight from an attitude standpoint. While Kraktus was brash, talkative, and almost mocking, Steno was much more humble and quiet and took no pleasure in hurting his opponent. It would have made for an interesting fight to see from the sideline, but there was no one near enough to witness it at this point. His blow connected shortly after another comment from Kraktus, and for a moment there was in fact pleasure from Kraktus pain surprisingly, but more from the momentary ability to keep his comments in check. It didn't last long however before he started again, causing Steno to grumble to himself, but quickly distracted by something flying out of Kraktus' armor. His eyes narrowed to focus on it as he saw the button press, likely with that telekinesis the creature was showing off before. The sky darkening overhead was a far more strange occurrence and appearance comparitively, and really he had no idea what to expect from it as his mind raced. Was this going to be some sort of an attack, or maybe calling some backup, or was Kraktus trying to use this moment to escape altogether?
What happened was something that hasn't entered his mind for even the briefest of moments as some sort of energy seemed to be aimed down towards Kraktus, causing an immediate reaction. Alright, this can't be good. Immediately his arm started to retract and he released his grip as he watched Kraktus not only start to grow in size but in power, feeling the surge increase every moment his size increased. After a moment his power was double, then triple, even quadruple his own, and he knew a that moment that standing and staring was going to get him killed if he didn't do something himself. Planting his right foot hard into the ground he focused his energy as his stance widened, letting out a soft grunt that barely sounded like a strain, likely not loud enough for the transforming Kraktus to even hear, and his energy shot up near that of what the now massive creature had powered up to. It was no where as impressive to witness, but it was another example of the difference between the two. There wasn't much of a chance to think up a strategy to fight the giant monster as it let out an energy blast larger than the size of Steno's body, giving him only long enough to raise his arms and fire a blast of his own. The light blue energy collided enough to slow it down, but Steno wasn't interested in a beam struggle he wasn't sure if he'd win, instead pushing off the ground and leaping a few feet to the right, letting the blast blow past and he looked up shaking his head. Where do I even start with this thing?

Seems the Namekian was smart enough to back off a bit. He did not want to be crushed by the overwhelming might of Kraktus. It was to be expected afterall, a namekian could not hope to stand against his true power. As he was about to claim victory Steno powered up the scouter still attached to his face beeping. "Huh?" Kraktus gave it a peek seeing that Steno had gained the power of <360,000>. It was equal to his own though Kraktus realized he still had not fully powered up. With a little more roaring he was able to reach a little more reaching a battle level just over Stento but nothing that would give him an advantage. They were bascailly evenly matched. His beam did fly at Stento but he was smart enough to block some of it then fly up to avoid the blast. "I suppose you can good practice at my true strength." Kraktus opened his mouth again rapid firing more giant red beams trying to hit Stento right out of the air. It was honestly pretty fun for him seeing how the Namekian would have to figure out some way to stop him. He supposed it could take off the edge for the time being.
