Ever since her encounter with Nashi, Suri had been spending her time on her training, instead of her usual routine of wandering around and dropping by at random food places. That didn't stop the Majin from picking up snacks every now and then, of course.
It was a morning like every other, for Suri. The Majin stepped out of a cafe with a bag of fresh donuts she had just bought. She was going to eat them on her way to her training spot for today. Probably somewhere in the woods, or a mountain, so she wouldn't be getting food made by others for a while. She was already wearing the Cat School gi Nashi had given her, and she was carrying a giant backpack that was bigger than her, filled with training weights that clinked together with every step the girl made.
Soon she realized how much of a nuisance she might be to anyone else on the same street as her, with how much space her backpack took up. So, Suri decided the best course of action would be to go to an open area, like a park, or something. She could put her bag down once she got there, take a break, and eat her donuts. 'Yes, great plan, Suri', she thought to herself, with a fist-clench and a somewhat smug grin.
That didn't solve anything immediately, but it was pretty early, so at least the streets were pretty empty...

Rare as it might be, Logan was taking a break. Not just a short, half-hour interruption between his training but an actual honest to Kami break from his training for a bit to just... be a normal human, he supposed. His dedication to the art was thorough, and honestly he never really got the chance to experience normal things. Like... donuts, for some random example. Or movies. Or... wow. Okay, so maybe he should take breaks more often in order to not appear as stiff as an android when talking to other people?
South City was a good place, he supposed, given its' tropical location and nice weather. There was bound to be plenty of activities he could participate in or something of that ilk. To that end, he had changed into 'normal' clothes - a gray sweatshirt and black sweatpants. The gi which had weirded him out at first now felt like real clothing while this stuff felt strange - a reversal of the roles to an amusing degree.
So, in goal of having a normal day, he marched his way towards a Cafe not too far away. It was early morning, meaning most people were asleep. Which also meant no traffic or lines - which suited Logan just fine. He could do without the whole rat race. He then turned a street corner and came face to backpack with a gray Majin hoisting a pack full of something with them. Ah, curse his daydreaming!
Logan sidestepped, avoiding accidentally bumping into them and offered a smile. Hopefully they didn't see him last second and panicked or else they might drop whatever they had! "Sorry about that. Wasn't paying attention."
He then noticed her outfit, which had a striking resemblance too...
"Say, where'd you get that outfit from? It looks... very very familiar to something I've seen before." Which didn't include them. The last Majin he remembered associating with the Lookout was Myu before she turned into a rude little gumball of chaos, and this certainly wasn't her. It was possible he didn't know every other student, but...

...except for one person around the corner she almost bumped into. "Gah!", Suri's voice slipped out. She braced for impact while she cursed her own carelessness, but the man stepped aside just in time, to Suri's relief. "I'm so s-" Huh, he was apologizing? "N-No, I should be the one apologizing! I'm sorry." Then, out of habit, Suri bowed with her apology, which caused the weight of her heavy bag to almost make her topple forward! She quickly straightened her posture to stop that from happening, just barely. "Sorry, I...ugh, I definitely overpacked today, didn't I..."Her outfit? Suri didn't expect him to ask that. "Uh...this? You've seen it before? Then...you must've seen other students from the Cat School wearing it." Suri took her backpack off for a moment to show her gi properly. A prominently blue martial arts gi, with a white undershirt and belt. She turned around to show the back, which had a white cat-shaped emblem with 猫(cat) written on it. Suri put her pack back on her back and faced the man again to continue with "Er, it's a martial arts school that I joined, and...I got this gi from my master." Suri didn't know any other students, though she would have loved to be introduced to some. Maybe she could ask Nashi the next time they met, or...maybe she could find them, if she hung around where they were for long enough. "Say...where did you see people wearing gi like this? Was it nearby?" The possibility of the stranger in front of her being a fellow student didn't quite register in Suri's mind yet, due to the way he said that he had seen it before. He was also wearing normal clothes. His hair was blue, sure, but that didn't automatically make him a Cat School student...

"Oh." He said a bit stupidly, squinting and resisting the urge to smack himself in the forehead. Yeah, forgetting the outfit of the same martial arts school you go to is somewhere near the top of embarrassing things he's done. So, apparently, the Lookout - or more specifically Nashi - had gained some new recruits since last time. Neat. He didn't expect everything to be the same when he returned, so this was not an unexpected revelation.
"How's Nashi been?" Logan questioned, a smile crossing his face. "It's been a while since I've been at the school, to be honest... but yeah. The people I've seen with that on would be me. Well, person in this case, but you get the point. Name's Logan, you?"

...? He squinted for some reason.
"Oh?" He knew Nashi? Been at the school? What was he... Oh, he was a student too! "Oh! My name is Suri. It's a pleasure to meet you, senpai!" Suri bowed, but not before putting her bag down again. Dang, that heavy thing.
"He's...living. Dealing with the Abraxas problem, which I think has been rough for him. You probably know what happened already, since you were with the school longer. I've only joined recently." Probably after Logan started taking his... "Vacation? Are you back from vacation?" Well, in any case, it was great that she had managed to find a Cat School student! "We should train sometime!" She eagerly suggested.
Not long after, she would pick up her backpack, and ask "Where are you headed, senpai? Breakfast?" Didn't seem like he was going to train at the moment, he didn't have his gi on! Well, then again, they did seem good enough for training. Suri wore normal clothes when she trained too, before she had her gi. "Would you like a donut?" Suri asked, lifting up the bag of donuts she had purchased earlier.
