ALIASES: Apart from having been called V a few times by his friends, nothing.

Volpe has long, messy black hair. He's 5'8", skinny, but not very muscular. He prefers to wear an undershirt along with an overshirt, complete with jeans. Unusually, he sometimes wears glasses, but has no sort of sight problems.
BACKGROUND:
Volpe Moretti was born in Satan City, in the Sleepy East. His home life wasn't very unusual, but from ages 5 to 16 he's been obsessed with finding the dragon balls. At first, his parents were thrilled he was so passionate about something, but slowly began to become concerned when he didn't grow out of it. His parents, teachers and peers have been discouraging him for so long that he's become essentially immune to it. At age 13, he began to develop a slight passion for martial arts, and his parents were so elated that he was thinking about something other than the dragon balls that they pushed him into the cheapest martial arts school available.
Unfortunately for those who realized how unrealistic his goal is, he thinks of it mainly as a tool for obtaining the dragon balls. However, his life has improved much from the discipline and physical fitness of martial arts. He attends 9th grade, and slacks off often with his small group of friends. Recently, he's set his mind on buying a dragon radar, despite the repeated protests of literally everyone he knows. Wish him luck!
TECHNIQUES:
OFFENSIVE/DEFENSIVE TECHNIQUES:
Soul Stiletto: Volpe focuses his ki into a small dagger-like shard, and uses it in the manner one usually uses a dagger, dealing 33% of his power level. (Reflavored [A1] Ki-Infused Melee Attack)
SUPPORT TECHNIQUES:
Splash Kick: Volpe kicks off his own ki, sending out a splash of color where he kicked. This launches him, allowing him to dodge an attack under 100% of his power level, but more importantly, do sick flips and spins. (Reflavored Afterimage [SU1])
UTILITY TECHNIQUES:
Ki Copy: Volpe splits his ki in half, effectively creating a copy. Of course, this copy isn't totally physical, but it interacts with Volpe's ki in such a way that it might as well be. (Reflavored Multi-Form [UT1])
