"Eh?"
He looked over the part she pointed at, the Prince part. Upon seeing it, he only muttered, "Damn it, HR 0013!"
Mere seconds later, the employee from earlier came back with the updated document, Ghoti thanking them while handing the old one to them, stating, "Be sure to get HR unit 0013 checked out. It may be trying to slip in additional people to sign documents... Again."
The worker bowed before Ghoti brought the update sheet back over, checking it this time for its updates and the requests Vegia made. 5 pods, and the removal of this, 'The Prince,' guy that she mentioned. Ghoti was made curious by this, the fishy businessman asking as the document was put before Vegia, "So, Miss Vegia! Everything is order, but I do mean to ask: Who is this 'Prince' fellow you mentioned before? Is he someone within your group that you nicknamed?"
Ghoti had come across people of the military in the past that would often call each other by their unit's nicknames for each soldier. Human Resources unit 0012 went haywire trying to identify who was getting what in that meeting Ghoti had, causing a fire in the Human Resources department! It costed them several thousand zeni alone just repairing that office, and considering the unit's age, it costed them a couple tens of thousands of zeni to get Human Resources unit 0013. Considering the occupation it had, calling it a Human resources unit wasn't so intelligent to call it.
Alright, any other things you'd like taken care of?

There was something in the way Ghoti spoke about the machine which unnerved Vegia. Was it a machine, or was it alive? Could it really be ‘trying’ to do something rather than just be faulty? Earth was proving to be a very strange place.
Nevertheless, the renewed documentation looked fine, and she was happy enough to sign it. She didn’t question whether she was actually legally able to sign anything given that she was only sixteen years old… she was also probably stronger than the vast majority of Humans, so maybe that’d give her special privileges? Ghoti probably knew how Earth Law worked better than she did.
“Hm? A nickname?” She asked, shaking her head, “No. Prince Vocado survived the attack and is here as well. He’s the highest-ranking Saiyan that I’ve found so far, but my word should be good enough on a matter like this.”
She was firm on that. She was a Royal Guard; she could definitely speak for herself. Her ‘compatriots’ might technically be a very small group… but if anyone wanted to abuse these pods, she’d be having strong words with them as well, if she didn’t just turn them over to the authorities herself.
“Thank you for your assistance, Director. Hopefully we’re putting things in place that aren’t necessary… who knows? Perhaps the World Trade Fools will grow some common sense and leave Earth in peace.”
She doubted it, though. As she stood, she walked over to the window.
“You don’t mind if I exit out this way, I hope? I’d find it a lot more comfortable than that elevator.”

Vegia signed it without any issues found int it. After that, she went to explain that the Prince character was an actual Prince of Vegeta! Ghoti held some of his surprise back, a switch clicking in his mind making think about all the deals that he just opened up by helping someone associated with royalty of a friendly kingdom. Granted, he'd have to do some background checks, but in his mind, he could see CURE theme parks opening on the Earth, Vegeta, Earth's moon, and all sorts of places that would rake in so much cash, as well as providing a melting pot of dna for CEO Tanga and the scientists of CURE to delve headlong into!
Not missing a beat, Ghoti replied, "Oh really? I would love to meet this Prince Vocado! It would assuredly be beneficial to all if we knew who the man is that we're about to be associating ourselves with."
Ghoti bowed to Vegia upon her thanks being given to him.
"It all comes with being an individual within CURE, Miss Ve-"
The question about using the window instead of the elevator was posed to Ghoti, the fishman scratching his fishy chin as he replied nervously, "Those... Windows don't open up, Miss Vegia. I promise, if you use the elevator, you will be at ground level in thirty seconds or less, so long as you don't use the procedure told to you before. There's a simple number pad that you can input into. Just hit the 1. There is also a stairwell for you to use, if you happen to be among those that are capable of flying, Miss Vegia."
The door had been opened upon Vegia requesting to leave. Should Vegia choose to leave through the elevator and follow Ghoti's instructions, it would quickly move her down to the ground floor, no speed issue or elevator music to torment her. There was also a stairwell close to the elevators that she could use, a large enough gap for her to leap over the railings and fly down. There'd been several workers in the building, most especially the security, who did just that, since they were just as fast as the elevators!
Alright, if we are done here, consider this Ghoti's exit! Good thread, Vegia! :D
