Mollusc had finally calmed down. It took him a bit to get over Min's foolishness and Chime wanting to protect him. He could not understand why he'd allow someone like that to walk freely. However, Chime was the Kami So Mollusc concluded he had a reason. After all, he had many mystical powers and was closer to the Dragons then he ever was. Even if he cursed their names Chime would at least have great knowledge and wisdom. For now he'd not do anything to upset him. To his knowledge he was all he had left. Everyone else he had scorned or he hated with a new fiery passion. Chime was his only friend left in the living realm. So he made peace with himself and headed to the lookout. He knew Chime had not reached the level he had that allowed him to reach the form he dubbed, Super Namekian. Chime didn't have the power to stop Abraxas well at least physical might. He doubted his magic would be able to get him out forever, so he decided to head to the lookout to catch up but also help his friend. Maybe then he'd get a better understanding of what he needed to do.

Chime's PL: 88,000
Life following Abraxas' attack on the moon was tense as it ever was for the young Kami. There was still Sensoa's imminent attack to worry about, and they wouldn't know the target until the battle was upon them. He trusted Carro to be able to prepare Central City, so Chime focused on readying the Lookout. Currently, he was down in the massive library, where he ended up spending most of his time anyway. There were so many texts down here, most of them ancient, and many of them unique. If the Lookout was destroyed, hundreds-- no, thousands of years history would be destroyed with it. He needed to protect them somehow. Copy them with magic, then move the copies somewhere safe? Or maybe move the originals? It would take a long time, either way. He'd have to talk to Tysco, maybe Nashi and Daruma to help move everything...
He was pulled from his musings by a familiar, yet alien, energy signature arriving on the Lookout. It took him a moment to realize who it was: Mollusc. His friend was just a spirit without a body, killed by who knew what. ...Well, Mollusc knew, presumably. Chime would have to ask. His energy felt strange now that he was dead, but there was something distinctly Mollusc there that made him recognizable. Chime headed upstairs as soon as he sensed him, and within minutes he was up on the Lookout's surface.
"Mollusc!" he called as he jogged over to meet his semi-transparent friend, "I'm glad you came! I have so much to talk to you about."

Mollusc had to wait a few minutes but Chime did not leave him hanging. He was unsure where they stood exactly after he had nearly killed the Min fellow. Guess he was still happy to see him. Mollusc sighed, he'd keep it cool. He didn't need to burden him with all the things he had gone through. "Yes, it is good to see you. I apologize for being gone for such a long time. That was not fair to you but I can sense you've grown very strong. There is a lot I know you want answered I assume." Guess what the hell he had been doing and how did he turn into a ghost. "You can ask whatever you want I'm happy to answer but I assume we don't want to do this all standing up. Maybe we can sit down or something. I assume somewhere in this place, there is a set of chairs?" Being god at least had the perks of good chairs right? He'd hope so or else Chime's job would sound far more miserable then he thought.

Chime laughed self consciously when Mollusc commented on how strong the little Kami had gotten, "Eheh, thanks, but it's nothing. There's lots of people way stronger than I am running around. You saw Nashi and Abraxas the other day, there's plenty more like them. But I'm doing my best up here." A beat of silence while he gave his friend a reassuring smile, "Don't worry about running off. I'll admit I missed you, sure, but you're not bound to this place, or to me. You're free to go where you will."
"There's plenty of chairs, yeah. I could just make some if there weren't. Here--" and he reached for Mollusc's hand, to lead him through the Lookout, but he hesitated. In his single experience with a ghost, she had been solid, yet strange to the touch. Cold and distinctly not quite there. It was a feeling Chime had never experienced before or since. Would Mollusc feel the same? Or would his hand pass right through? Chime wasn't eager to find out, so he tried to turn the reaching motion into a wave, instead, but it was awkward, and his original intent was plain, "--Uh. This way. C'mon." And he started towards the central building.
Chime led Mollusc through the little building atop the Lookout, and then down some stairs, into the structure's much more spacious basement levels. They didn't go far, just down one story and through a hallway, then into a cozy living room space with a couch, table, and a few chairs. Chime sunk down into one of the chairs, and made a sweeping gesture for Mollusc to sit wherever he liked. Now that they were still, it became clear just how tired the smaller Namekian was. If he wasn't actively talking to Mollusc, he looked like he could nod off where he was sat. He didn't, though.
"Alright, questions...first off is the most obvious, I suppose. What happened to..." and he paused, finding himself unwilling to say 'killed' or 'dead', "...Make you like this?" is what he settled on.

"You're stronger then you think. I can sense you are almost to the level I was." Guess he'd have to tell Chime but what he dubbed the Super Namekian form. It would be important for him to learn how to use it or at least its existence. He'd looked at Chime who tried to grab his hand as he nodded. He'd follow Chime along looking around as he walked. They climbed up to a little building that had a ton of chairs and a table. He ignored the couch and grabbed a chair to sit down in and in order to face Chime. Afterall with what Chime had to ask he felt it would be fair to face him head on and tell him the truth.
The first question Chime asked was one he already expected. How he became a ghost was a question he even had himself he supposed he could tell the background. "I cannot tell you exactly how I came this. Though I was killed. I had a vendetta to pay agiasnt the queen of the saiyans Kayen. So I trained for a month or so on Vegeta preparing a plan to defeat her in one on one combat. I was able to reach a new level, one I dubbed the Super Namekian. With other knowledge gathered from Vocado, I faced off against her. She was still stronger than me but my plan was going quite well. We were both badly damaged but it took me to long to realize my forms own flaws. I assumed unlike the Super Saiyan I would have a steady dose of Ki but that was not true. The Form operated in the same way as the Super Saiyan, a burst of power that could not be maintained forever. I was drained so I gave up. Then she killed me and I went to heaven. Then somehow I returned to Vegeta."

Chime sat up straighter in his seat at Mollusc explained himself. As he went on, Chime's brows pinched together more and more, until he was outright frowning, "That...raises more questions than it answers, honestly," He replied, once Mollusc had finished, "You're telling me you fought Queen Kayen? The Queen of all the Saiyans? Why? I'm not sure what I think of them, myself, but I don't want to pick a fight with them." And it was true. The Saiyan's reputation as warriors and conquerors was well known in history, and Chime was somewhat wary of their Kingdom as a whole, but...the few he had actually met, Nashua in particular, seemed like good people. He'd have to meet their leader himself before he made a real judgment, but so far, they spent their time on opposite ends of the galaxy.
"But what's a Super Namekian? You don't sprout a bunch of golden hair, do you?" Chime smirked a bit at his own joke. He hadn't heard of any 'Super Namekians' before, but his training on Namek had been centered around healing and magic, not fighting. Maybe the Warrior clan had some sort of ability he wasn't familiar with, "Seriously though, do you think you could show me? If you still can like...this." He gestured to Mollusc's ghostly form, "Speaking of which. You said you don't know why you came back? Well...I'm no expert in spirits, but usually it means you have unfinished business, right? Maybe there's something you want to do before you pass on. Like defeat Kayen! Or something else," Chime shrugged, then dropped his gaze to the floor.
"...I'd really rather you didn't pass on, though. The Dragon Balls should be back soon. We can find them and wish you back to life!"

"Yes, I fought Queen Kayen. I had a duty too." Mollusc said with a frown. "I could see how she was changing my old comrades. When I was apart of the Kingdom I was good friends with Nashua and Ramen." The other saiyan he could not remember his name and he didn't remember hanging out with him as much as he did with Nashua and Ramen. They were being changed even if they didn't see it especially Ramen. She went from a fighter to a murder. It was if we swapped spots. I was the one without reason but then became the one with reason. So I had no choice but to cut the head of the snake. At least then I could save the rest of it. I could not let my friends be blinded my faith like I was once." Mollusc sighed sadly, guess that was what he should have told them maybe then he'd have a better chance to convince them to stop Kayen.
As for the Super, Namekian Mollusc rubbed his head. "It is hard to explain. But to answer that first part lucky for us no golden hair." Mollusc snorted knowing it was a joke. "It is a culmination of all our power. I'd image it like this. You take the Great Namek form's power but instead of just growing you compress it down to the smaller form. You compress your Ki and bring it to the max level of power you can while giving up the constant strength you normally have." Mollusc rubbed his head, he was really unsure if that was a good example but it was all he could think of. How else could he explain a form he only used two times. When he unlocked it to face Kayen and then when he used it to face down Kayen that was it. He really wished he had trained more with such a power.
When he mentioned if he could still do Mollusc shook his head. "I cannot this form is much weaker. I'd say I was twice as strong when I was alive. Death has really been a burden on my strength. Though I still plan to try to tell you how I reached the level so can you can on your own. I may not have the power to reach that form but I still have the knowledge that came from training for it." Mollusc smiled at Chime. When he mentioned a reason he could still be around he nodded. "I had not thought of that." Guess that was why he went to Chime, he was someone who knew a lot more then he did with magic.
Mollusc sighed when Chime offered to bring him back to life. "If we have nothing better to use them for I suppose. You are the Guardian afterall." He was really unsure how to feel. Sure being brought to life would be good but he was really unsure if that was the best use for the dragonballs. He had gone off and got himself killed for almost no reason. They could also be useful if a crisis came up but instead, they would have been wasted on bringing him back from the dead. Then he thought of something else he should ask. "This Min person. That the red-haired girl at the moon battle right. She is using a blood ruby. You would not happen to know how she got one. I've seen three people with them now. Kayen, her and a plant man. That Plant man went berserk when using one Kayen and that cat fellow seemed different when they had the rubies but still in control. I've seen enough to conclude that those rubies bring out the darkest tendencies of a person though I can't say for sure. I'd rather make sure they are all destoyed so they are not misused."

"Your comrades...?" Chime frowned. He considered Nashua an ally, even a friend, but Ramen... "I've only met Ramen twice. The first time she nearly killed me and my friends. Including Nashua. She was under the influence of some dark magic. The second time, she actually helped to defend me. Maybe she felt guilty, or maybe Nashua talked her into it, I don't know," he shrugged, "I don't know what kind of stuff the Queen has been ordering them to do, but I think there's more to that story than just her."
He listened to Mollusc's explanation of this 'Super Namekian' form intently. Compressing ki, huh? He held his index finger up to look at as he thought, "That sounds like my Kanrikosen technique. I concentrate all my energy into my fingertip, then fire it out. So you're basically doing that, but with your whole body? Hm," he tapped his chin, "It sounds difficult. I actually never learned the Great Namek form, myself," Chime admitted, with only a little sheepishness, "Being huge wouldn't help me heal people, you know? I can harness my energy and get stronger, just not like that."
"I can't promise there won't be something more important," Chime told him, in regards to bringing Mollusc back to life, but he winced as he said it. Effectively telling his friend that there were things more important than his life didn't feel good, as true as it was, "Life on Earth as been pretty hectic lately, to say the least. But if there's nothing else we need them for...I'll wish you back. If not this time then next time, or the time after that. If you feel like floating around that long. As for Min...you've got me at a loss," Chime paused to rub the back of his neck, "I think you know more than I do with that one. I don't even know what a 'blood ruby' is. It seemed bad, but Nashi turned out okay. He's not tainted or anything, I've checked."
Chime's thoughts screeched to a halt when he absorbed the last thing Mollusc said. A plant man. A plant man with a ruby. His expression froze as the gears turned in his head. He didn't know many plant men (only two, actually), and he'd only ever seen one with a ruby. Synthesia. Chime had known something was up with that ruby, and had meant to look into it someday, but it hadn't seemed too concerning at the time...had it actually been one of these blood rubies? Had it been something evil, and he'd let it slip?
The smaller Namekian broke from his thoughts and launched out of his seat to land next to his ghostly friend, "Mollusc, tell me everything! Everything you know!" he implored, desperately, "About the rubies and this plant-man, anything! I need to know. Please."

When Chime mentioned Ramen's actions he nodded. "So she attacked the lookout then came back to defend it." He'd defiantly have to ring Ramen for that one if they ever meet agian. "It is not the Queen ordering them exactly. They are their own people and I can't say how much control she has over then. Nashua tried to stop me from fighting Kayen. Had to rip my arm off to get out she had a tough grip in that super saiyan form." Mollusc laughed slightly. "It is more so Ramen. I think Kayen is bringing out her darker tendencies. She is losing reason and anything relating to Kayen she can't accept fault in. It's like she has her on a higher pedal-stool. It is like she is untouchable in her mind." Guess that was the best he could explain it.
When Chime explained his Kanrikosen and how it worked he nodded. He seemed to already be on track. Mollusc could not even focus his ki in a finger when he started so for Chime to be that far meant he was really going to learn it fast. However, he also explained his form was different Mollusc gave a nod. "Well, that does make sense I'm a warrior clan and your dragon clan so the form may work differently for you. I had not thought of that before." Guess it would be hard for him to teach him the same way he had learned it. It was a work in progress he supposed he would have a lot of time to help Chime learn it. It may have been the reason he was here.
"Eh?" Mollusc shrugged when Chime mentioned something could come up to stop his revival. "Look I lived my life. I can accept that I failed and died. In fact, I didn't even want to come back. I was ready to accept the end but I'm back. So I'll live this second life with all the prices that come with it. I may never be as strong as I use to be or able to do the things I use to do but I made that choice. I just want to make sure that those I left are safe and happy. My time is over." Mollusc smiled at Chime trying to reassure his friend. As for the Min thing he didn't really know. "I see. I'll have to pay her a visit then. First I have to head to Namek Though. I was hoping to find more information to figure out how else I could have been brought back. I thought I was wrong about this Porunga stuff but prehaps just a slight chance that why I was brought back." He didn't want to go back to being crazy like before but he also wanted to keep all options open.
He'd looked over at Chime who seemed to be freeze over something he said. "You ok?" Mollusc asked carefully not trying to upset his friend. Though Chime came around eventually as he landed nearby asking him to tell everything about that incident. Guess he knew who this person was. "I suppose I can tell you what happened. On Arosce Ramen a friend of hers, A Saiyan warrior whose name illuded me wanted to destroy some residential buildings on Arosce. I and this plant-man didn't allow that to happen. Guess he was there cause he was a pride trooper. We came to some sort of peace but the Saiyan attacked an Arosican fellow but Ramen blocked it. The plant man became overcome with rage and blasted the Saiyan for trying to kill this man. His anger had overtaken him it seemed and that caused enough for Ramen to kill him. Apparently, he had killed someone named Banzo. That ring any bells?" Hopefully, Chime would be able to solve this mystery. He also hoped that the info he gave Chime was enough he did have more to give but he didn't wanna drown his friend with too much.

Chime watched Mollusc with wide eyes as the ghostly Namekian explained what had happened on Arcose. He was silent for a long minute after Mollusc finished, processing it all. A plant-man pride trooper...that could only be one person. He'd been right. But then why...
He began to pace and think aloud without really meaning to, "But why was Synthesia on Arcose? I didn't think he even knew how to fly a spaceship! And why would he want to defend them? I don't understand. And where had he gotten a blood ruby? And how--" He stopped his rambling to take a deep breath, then turned back to face Mollusc, "...Sorry. I doubt I'm making sense. Let me start from the beginning. Synthesia, the 'plant-man' you met, was a friend of mine. I knew he'd died but I hadn't known how, or why. You're saying Ramen killed him?" Anger flashed across Chime's face, an expression usually foreign to him. What was Ramen's problem, anyway? He knew she was allied with the Saiyans in some way, despite seeming to be human, so her attacking Arcose didn't surprise him. But why go so far as to kill Synthesia, after apparently defending an Arcosian? Something wasn't adding up here, "I don't know anyone named Banzo, no. A Bozo, but no Banzos. So...what, you're saying this was revenge?" Chime scratched his head. One question answered, at least three more asked. Such was his life.
"I'll have to figure all of this out. Thank you for telling me, I've been wondering after this for..." and he let out a bitter laugh, "A while. But if I can ask you one more thing. Synthesia's ruby, what happened to it after he...died. If you know."

Mollusc sat and waited for Chime to say something he was unsure what else he could add. There was that slient that seemed to last a lifetime yet the silence would not last forever as Chime finally spoke. He had a lot more questions but a lot of them he could not answer. He didn't speak he'd not give an answer something he knew nothing. There was no need to waste time like that. When he apologized Mollusc raised a hand "Nothing to feel sorry for. Yours just trying to understand that can't be easy." He'd smiled lightly. He knew them was a lot that had to be explained still, he could understand his confusion. Mollusc nodded sadly when he asked if Ramen killed his friend Synthesia. "She did with one swift attack. She called it justice. I called it to revenge there is a fine line between those two. Afterall I walked the path of Revenge in my crusade agiasnt Kayen. She did the same even if she feels too arrogant to admit it."
"Banzo I didn't know him myself. From what I understand he was a Saiyan, a strong one at that. Guess something happened to him relating to the Pridetroopers. Guess the Pridetroopers took him down I talked to Makaimorph who was apart of this group. He explained he went on a rampage in Central City and had to be put down as a result. Something about a group called Cure controlling him. Regardless he thought she didn't know which is possible. I can say for sure what happened but Ramen and he must have been close at some point. She must have felt the Pride Troopers as a whole were responsible for his murder. The last question was about the Ruby whatever happened to it he rubbed his chin thinking, he didn't remember exactly. "I think it was destoyed I didn't have it myself if not Ramen or Kalabas has it." He'd said sadly.

It took a few more minutes, but Chime eventually calmed himself down from the frenzy he'd gotten worked into. He took a deep breath, then settled himself back into his chair so he wasn't looming over Mollusc, or pacing around him. As the other Namekian elaborated about Banzo, he scratched his head, "So...this Banzo guy got taken over by CURE, and the Pride Troopers had to kill him, so his old Saiyan friends are mad about it?" He summarized, "I can understand where they're coming from, honestly. I don't feel too happy with them right now, either, but...maybe I could talk to them. Maybe we could come to an understanding." He felt kind of doubtful of that, honestly, but he had to at least try. And if they couldn't...well, he'd figure that out when he got there.
There was one bit of information that puzzled him, though, "Who did you say told you this? Tysco? And he's with the Pride Troopers?" Chime tilted his head to the side, "But that's not true. Tysco's my friend, but he's an intellectual sort of guy, he's not a fighter. Are you sure we're talking about the same guy? White hair, big eyelashes, pretty orange?" He didn't know who else it could be, he didn't imagine there were many people named 'Tysco' running around. But he had also learned to take what Mollusc said with a grain of salt, after the whole Porunga thing. As much as Chime valued his friend, he seemed to have an odd perspective on the world. He planned to get all of this information double-checked before taking drastic action.
"Anyway, that's enough from me," Chime waved a hand in the air, dismissively, "I've done nothing but shoot questions at you since you came up here! Is there anything you want to ask me? Or...anything I can do for you, besides the obvious?" He then gestured to Mollusc's ghostly form. That wasn't something they could fix just yet, if at all.

Mollusc nodded when Chime asked if the other saiyans were going to mad at his death as well. "That is complicated, Ramen was the only one I knew who was mad about it but I don't doubt they are others who feel resentment. I just think Ramen's was the strongest." Mollusc frowned. When Chime mentioned coming to an understanding with Ramen he shook his head. "I don't know if that can happen. I think she believes what she did was right down to the bone. I don't think she will be changed. I suppose that is with my words though prehaps you will have a better chance." Mollusc hummed but he could not be for sure. At least it was worth a shot Ramen was hopefully not a complete lost cause. In his mind, she was just confused.
"I said this to the man you speak of that Makaimorph fellow." Mollusc gave a nod, the man had seemed nice enough. Guess Chime also knew who the man was. As he asked, however, talking about who he thought he was he remembered the dude was wearing some sort of get up. Maybe he was some hero, he didn't need his secret spreading about. "Guess it was someone like him. Maybe not exactly." He decided to play along for now. "It was a while maybe my memory is going on the fritz being dead." Mollusc let out a meek laugh. Mollusc waved his hand "Well I expected a lot of questions you don't need to worry about it. The only thing I came up other than telling you all this was to make sure you would grow stronger. I made an oath once to protect you an oath that I really did a bad job keeping. As a result, the only way I can keep it is to teach you how to surpass me. So you can protect yourself." Mollusc tipped his head to Chime.

"An oath...?" It took Chime a minute to realize just what Mollusc was talking about. He thought back to when he'd first landed on Earth, which was also when he'd first met his friend. Finding a fellow Namekian had been a relief in those early days, when everything had seemed so alien to him. He nearly laughed aloud as he remembered it, how lost he'd been a year ago. He also remembered Mollusc saying he would protect him, but he hadn't taken it very seriously at the time. It just seemed like a nice thing to say, like telling someone 'everything will be okay!', but apparently, Mollusc took it much more literally than that.
"Oh, that! Don't worry about that, really. I wasn't holding you to that. And I wouldn't say you did that bad a job. I'm still in one piece, after all!" Chime gave his friend a reassuring grin. Sure, there'd been countless attacks on the Lookout that Mollusc hadn't helped defend against, but Chime wasn't about to bring that up and make him feel bad, "If you really want to teach me, that's fine. I'm always up to learning new things. Just, uh..." he rubbed the back of his neck, "Don't get your hopes up too high, okay? I'm not a Warrior like you are, fighting isn't really my specialty. I'm more focused on magic and spellcraft," He waved a hand in the air and materialized an apple in it, easy as he was talking. Chime wasn't just being humble, most of the techniques he developed himself used some combination of magic and ki. The only move he knew that focused purely on ki was the Kanrikosen, and even that was pretty weak compared to the massive death-blasts he'd seen some people fire. Suffice to say, his hopes weren't very high for himself, but he didn't want to disappoint Mollusc.
"But! If you're willing to be patient with me, I'll do my best to learn whatever it is you want to teach me."

"Yes, It has been some time I honestly forgot somewhat I suppose the Mollusc I was when we meet is someone that is distant from who I am now." He really was he could barely image how he was over a year ago. Mollusc knew he really had changed for the better in this time. In his mind, he went from a zealot to a man looking for the best in the world. Even if sometimes he did things others would not for that goal, he felt, in the end, they all wanted the same thing. A world where there was peace if one wanted it. "I've really didn't I was not around I suppose in the end you became the person you wanted to be and found others who'd fight with you." He knew from what he sensed of Chime now he didn't need a bodyguard anyway. Chime could defend himself.
"I won't have my hopes up. I use to hope for things but hoping is asking for something higher than you to do something for you. Now I just believe in myself and my friends. That all I need to believe in afterall." Mollusc would give a nod to Chime. Mollusc hummed as he got up. "It not as if it will be that hard I believe. Prehaps you will find a different form with your magic but the idea of controlling your ki in such a matter can be useful for other reasons. For example, I couldn't sense ki before I learned to do that but I also learned to hide my power make it lower than it actually is and keeps it that way. Sure my actually strength stayed the same but If I keep pushing I could be able to do just that."
