Kayen rolled her shoulders as she looked at The Pit, Raiti was filled to the brim with seedy bars and clubs but The Pit was the best of the worst, while not literally the center of Raiti’s largest city it WAS the ‘center’ for all of its business, it was to Raiti what the Throne and Palace were to Vegeta, the seat of power, the place where Raiti’s most “elite” worked out of, before she had taken off to stab Vocado it had been hers. Since her departure through others had moved in on it, pushing and killing those she had left behind to maintain her ‘rule’ over the Asteroid. No single person had risen to the top of the heap quite yet from what she could find but there were certainly moves being made to change that. And today, all the games, all the petty back and forth over who would take over in her absence? All of that would be done with. Kayen had no intention of just slaughtering EVERYONE who had made their moves, she could respect the hustle it took to try to make yourself the top dog, and as long as they realized that the time for that was over she would let them slink back to their territories and begin the process of setting Raiti back to how she had ruled it. Less internal conflict, more harassing external forces, sure there would always be jockeying for better positions of power on Raiti, that was something even she could never truly erase without just butchering the whole asteroid and starting over from scratch, but when Raiti had a leader, a true leader who could direct its chaos, it could do SO much more than putz around snapping at it’s own tail. Kayen smirked as she took to the air floating up above The Pit her arms crossed over her chest as she let the ruby’s power surge through her blolstering her strength and making her aura ignite like a raging inferno, the power she put out rushed over the city below like a heavy breeze to capture the inhabitants attention. “Barb, open the channels. It’s time” Kayen spoke into her scouter and waited a moment before confirmation that her message would go out to all of Raiti, and soon enough likely spread to the rest of those who paid mind to the universe. “It’s been too long since I was last here, and it seems in my absence people have forgotten who runs this rock. So here’s a reminder. I’m Kayen, Pirate Queen of Raiti, Queen of Vegeta, and if you have a problem with that, step up and make it known so I can put my sword through your skull. I’m a very busy woman and I have no interest in playing around. Raiti is mine alone, anyone who THOUGHT they were running the show while I was away can feel free to step back to where you’re supposed to be. ”

Auber has barely been on Raiti for a week or so but he had already gotten an idea on how Raiti is, and man, was it a scumhole, if that was even a thing, the inhabitants here are some of the most disgusting people ever, in Auber's opinion, even Arcosians seem like saints compared to these people.
But in any case, Kayen ruled here for a while so he can see where she picked up her style, but he still wasn't sure how useful Raiti could be overall, it does seem like an ideal place for manpower, after all, the individuals here seem to experience violence likely every day, and dabbling in the underworld could have its uses.
For now those are the only reasons Auber had for thinking Raiti to be worth it, oh well, he could just ask Kayen for the reason after they conquer this miserable asteroid, his opinion of the rock itself was expectantly negative, though he would be lying if he said people here weren't easy to manipulate, greed, power and money dots the ambition of most scum here.
He carefully floated down next to Kayen, he had been watching the display from afar after all, "Think anybody will come?" He inquired, Kayen knows the rock well, so he could get a pretty good idea on how much resistance they're gonna receive.

“I doubt it, if this were Namek or perhaps even Arcose we might have run into some issues, but Raiti is a planet built on crime, it has few people invested in it’s fate other than me. MAYBE if any of our enemies were actually worth fighting they might try to band together, maybe the Stargoons and Chill take a stab at killing me when I’m out in the open. But they aren’t and even if they DID have the strength to fight me they might just as well assume Ramen or Nashua were here as well.” Kayen said with a shrug, she had sort of hoped for a bit more or a reaction, or really ANY reaction from the other powers out in the universe but perhaps they were all still just a bit too busy tending to their own chaos. “OI KAYEN” A loud harsh voice called from the ground below, a tall Brenchian with a small group of armed thugs behind him wielding what appeared to be some sort of laser cannon, Kayen narrowed her eyes from up on high and smirked “This should be fun” she said as she recognized the man, he was one of the crime lords who had never quite taken her ascension to leadership over Raiti particularly well, none too fond of Saiyans he had been a thorn in her side for a long while though never quite enough to warrant killing him. “Benna, a pleasure to see you” Kayen said as she floated back down to ground level “You think you can just stroll back in here and pretend you run the show? NOT HAPPENING, I’m gonna do what I shoulda done YEARS ago and blast you off of MY asteroid” Banna said with a manic grin as he took aim at Kayen with his cannon. The Queen raised an eyebrow at the Brenchian and shrugged her shoulders “Go for it, lets see what you-” Kayen was cut off as the massive weapon surged to life and unleashed a massive laser blast at her striking her dead center in the chest “-’ve got” Kayen was only barely cut off by the blast and looked entirely unperturbed by it. Benna scrambled to hit as many buttons on the cannon as he could muttering about malfunctions without quite realizing that the device HAD worked exactly as intended, fired at its peak strength, it was simply not enough. It would have barely been enough to harm Kayen BEFORE she had left “We’ve never really gotten along have we Banna? I tried to work with you but you’re just too stupid” Kayen said shaking her head as she stepped forward, another blast erupted from the cannon doing nothing to halt her progress, then another more sustained blast that Kayen simply walked into unharmed until finally the weapon gave out. “W--I dont- how” “I can at least appreciate that you solved one problem for me. I knew you’d be a problem, but I figured I'd have to wait a while for you to do something really stupid. This saves me SO much time” and with that Kayen grabbed hold of Fateburn and swung cleaving through Benna, the men that stood behind him watched in shock and horror before the Queen took another swing and cut down the group as well. No sense bothering to keep anyone stupid enough to follow Banna into “battle” against her around. “I think that ends that, lets go Auber, We’ve got shit to do” A few of the more cautious idiots who would oppose her return would need to be dealt with and then it was on to more enjoyable things.
