“Where d’ya want us to land boss?” Manatsu called, as the Stormbreaker entered Earth’s atmosphere forcing the pilot to take back active control of the ship, he’d long since been pulling back on the speed so it was simple enough to get the ship to stall in the air high above the relatively peaceful planet. “The Lookout, the location data should be transfered into the ships systems by now” Kayen said leaning back in her chair, it had been a while since her last visit to Earth, she held no particular love for the planet but had found herself enjoying at least some of it’s residents. She had figured by her next visit Neo would have taken over as Guardian but from what Nashua had told her apparently someone else entirely had taken up the roll. Perhaps the little dragon had failed in her quest to learn to create the Dragon Balls and simply decided herself unworthy of the position? Or perhaps whoever this alternative choice for Guardian had simply figured it out first? Kayen was not entirely sure about the whole ‘becoming guardian’ thing but as long as this new one did not end up being an annoyance she would see about finding out if they could provide any insights, Kiko was interested in establishing something similar on Vegeta and if it turned out to be something useful to her Kayen was VERY interested in helping the little Goddess in her quest. Manatsu took a few minutes to pull up the information and Kayen could practically hear his thought process as she watched him as his hand paused mid scrolling and his head tilted to one side “Its a floating bowl?” Manatsu was already gearing the ship up to take off for the Lookout even as he posed the question to Kayen. “Not REALLY but it’s the best way I found to describe it, theres a few pictures from the Eclipse. Try not to smack into it” Kayen was unsure exactly how durable the Lookout WAS but she had no interest in finding out, she had only just gotten her ship back and wanted no part of being stuck here while Barb scrambled to get it back in working order. Within a few moments the Stormbreaker’s engines fired up and the massive ship lurched through the air, soon appearing very near to the Lookout, it was very likely that even though traditional detection methods could not pick up the Stormbreaker or the power of those within it, that its sheer size would lend plenty of Earth’s denizens a good view of it as it approached the Lookout. And soon after it’s arrival the ‘block’ on power detection would be broken as the port side doorway opened and the Queen launched herself out of the ship and toward the Lookout landing with a heavy impact on the strange structure’s pristine tiles. “Now lets see if anybody is home…” Kayen said rolling her shoulders and starting to make her way toward the only building present.

Chime's PL: 100,000
Unfamiliar, staggeringly powerful people coming to the Lookout unannounced was routine at this point. If Chime was shocked every time it happened, he would have died of a heart attack months ago. What was less routine was powerful energy signatures appearing out of nowhere as if teleporting. It startled him so much the poor Namekian fell out of the chair he'd been sat in. People weren't supposed to just appear like that. Even Nashi, the fastest person he knew, still had to travel from place to place. So who in the worlds was this? He scrambled to his feet, dusted himself off to at least look a little presentable, and hurried to the front door.
The answer to his questions presented itself as soon as Chime opened the door. A massive ship hovered nearby, dominating the sky around the Lookout and generally looking imposing. So not teleportation, then, simply a powerful ship. Less mysterious but no less intimidating. From the massive ship leaped a massive woman, towering a good two or three heads above Chime's meager height, and muscular on top of it. A Saiyan, he assumed, from the tail and the wild hair. He stood there in the doorway as she approached and after a moment he realized just exactly who she was. Not just any Saiyan, but the Queen. He wasn't one to watch the news, so he'd never seen her face, but he wasn't so unaware that he'd never heard about her. Every description of Queen Kayen he'd heard talked about her impressive strength and her giant sword, which he could see clearly slung over her back. Chime wasn't sure he could even lift that, much less fight with it. Thoroughly impressed just from this entrance, but trying not to let it show on his face, the Guardian of Earth folded his hands behind his back and strode out to meet her.
"Queen Kayen, I assume? I'll admit this is a surprise. Did our President leave such a good impression that you had to come see our planet yourself?" He forced himself to smile up at her a bit, then, "Oh, right! I know your name but you don't know mine: I'm Chime, Guardian of Earth and Kami of this Lookout," He gave her a brief bow of his head.

Kayen was not entirely sure what she had expected out of Earth’s Guardian, she was however pleased to find that they were substantially more powerful than the President, where Carro was barely above the average for a Civilian this Guardian was someone who’s resting power was impressive not actually too far from her own and in fact on par with the power Mollusc had wielded during his failed challenge, which meant that it was quite likely this Chime could pose an actual challenge if necessary, though Kayen was stronger than she had been then and had full control of her Super Saiyan power. There would be no opportunity to try to weasel a win by draining her power. Kayen gave Chime a grin at his welcome “I’ve been to Earth before, during my hunt for Vocado, I’d always planned to make another trip back but with how things went it took quite a bit longer than expected. When I was last here there was someone quite different looking to take the mantle you’ve achieved, a little dragon girl named Neo” Kayen said returning the bowed head Chime had given with a brief one of her own, she had no need yet to antagonize any of Earth’s leaders with rejected shows of respect. “But it looks like she never quite achieved her goal, Nashua was actually the one to inspire this visit, she’s mentioned you in passing a few times as a friend and someone who aided her in making the wish to fix Vegeta. I wanted to see what you were like myself, you’re quite a bit more powerful than Carro though I got the feeling from him that he has machines that he uses to augment his strength normally.”
