Kraktus grinned as he walked through Satan City. It had been sometimes since he came to this city but it as a good name. It use to be a place of evil when the Stargoons came to the planet. Now it was a breeding ground of hard feelings. He assumed the hero's thought by letting the corruption be defeated that they would find a group of people thankful to them. Why be thankful to those who them wallow or were not there to fight on that day. Kraktus chuckled as he walked he could see a man speaking to a crowd. "The Stargoons came back and what they were let go to return another day." Kraktus had a cloak over him so they could not see appearance as he walked up. The guy pointed down. "You there got something to say." Kraktus nodded as he moved to let him speak. He'd hit the Microphone and use his Telepathy to connect across the city. Just a ting a noise to attract people to look over hopefully nothing too crazy. He didn't doubt a lot of people would not be watching now. "You all live in fear now yes, asking why the Stargoons came. Well I can say why." Now to wait for the crowds reaction.
Gita wasn't sure what the commotion was, however he was just above high grounds and listening on in, in the mention of the stargoons. Gita hopped over into the crowd as he heard the mention of the stargoons and looked at the crowd and at Kraktus's back as he made his landing. With his hands in his deep pockets of his unkept robe, he looked to the man with a slight smirk and his head cocked downward with his scarf covering his mouth.
"I'm interested as to why they left this city and never returned. You seem to know answers and I will make sure you tell me what those answers are. I'm in league in trying to find out all of the members of the stargoons. How's about you be a good chap and tell me who they are and where could I find them?"
He stood in the shadows briefly, with his waistline being the only thing to see at first. Now revealing himself from the shadows, he made himself well known now and less intimidating with his hands still in his pockets and a smirk to go along with it.
"Spill the beans man , I would love to know."
He gave him a stare, something that would prove to be more of a threat than what his words had to say.

Majin Pocus PL: 20,000
To Pocus, it seemed that Satan City was always busy, which was really unfortunate for him during lunchtime. He was on the lookout for any big threats on Earth, seeing as they have an issue with some evil organization pretty much every other week. Of course, there were an oddly high number of heroes out and about to put a stop to all the villainy, but the Galactic Patrol never looked for excuses when sending out its members to ensure that no harm is done to the general populous. This meant bad news for Pocus who hadn’t had any good interactions on the planet for a few months now.
At least he was now onto something while walking around a crowded street eating a hot dog, making sure that no one bumped into him and caused a mustard spill on his clean Galactic Patrol uniform. The Majin happened to walk into a gathering of people surrounding a public speaker with a microphone. The man was practically fear mongering by bringing up a group of real baddies that Majin Pocus actually heard a little about. Some group of villains that had attacked the Earth quite a number of times. The patrolman was never on Earth when this occurred, so he never met them in combat.
Finishing up his meal, he got into the front of the crowd and listened rather intently to the man, when suddenly a hooded man came to talk, revealing that he had information about the Star Goons that everyone wanted to know about. Someone else, a Namekian, was rather impatient to hear what the alien had to say, looking rather threateningly at the second speaker. Pocus just stood there with his arms folded against his chest, waiting to speak until he could gather further information. If the Namekian got uppity, he would try to shut him up too.

Kraktus scouter beeped under his cloak. Two strong powers had arrived in the area. It had taken long enough for someone to arrive and want to hear what he had to say. There was someone asking him about what he knew. "All in good time." Kraktus hummed as he scanned the crowd. The power speaking to him was a Namekian and the other he couldn't tell since he was in the crowd. "Now the Stargoons as you know are villans. They are a mercenary group. Your leaders will tell you they were hired by a demon named Sensoa. This is all true but they don't tell you who Sensoa is working for. Sensoa was as strong as he was just a puppet of another power. He was working for the Saiyan Kingdom. Queen Kayen wanted to test the strength of Earth for her invasion in the future. She wants to rule all the planets just like the World Trade Federation. While they shall fall the Kingdom will become powerful and then use that power to plunge Earth into chaos." He was hopefully the start of his speech would gather more people to hear him out and see what he had to say.

Gita had smirked when he mentioned the word leader, assuming that he was apart of a lucrative organization. He allowed the comment to sly for a brief moment as he continued to hear the man out and so did the others in the crowd. Unfortunately for Gita, he didn’t carry a device with him or knew ki sensing in order to pick up the other entity that was with them.
“I see, you assume that I’m apart of some grand scheme organization that hands out information on a lim. I must say, I am not apart of any organization. In fact, I am just a wandering namekian just trying to find myself in this world of chaos. I normally wouldn’t care about you and what your doing here. But just the mention of the word stargoons, raises questions of my own. Since you have been so kindly to present me all of this information, why then? You don’t know me. You don’t know if I could be a fleet member or a Saiyan kingdom member. Why blindly spit information so carelessly to those you don’t even know?”
He’d pause for a brief moment, shrugging to himself as he showed a wide grin.
“Well you are right for one thing, I am part of an organization. No sense hiding it right? This world is built on liars and killers after all. I am from the group known as the Fortuna Syndicate. But I must ask, what do you gain by spilling all of this information so willingly? Are you trying to gather allies for a bigger purpose? Or perhaps foes to make yourself for infamous. I’m assuming spilling information like this would most likely get you killed if the wrong ears heard it.”

Pocus thought the other guy was fear-mongering, but not on the scale of the second one that took the mic. Claiming that an attack by a mercenary faction was ordered by a group that as far as he was concerned didn't really have an issue with Earth was a very heavy insinuation. One that the Majin was doubtful anyone would buy, and yet he stood there as a lot of people were now talking amongst themselves, letting their imaginations get the best of them instantly.
At least there was one person questioning this man, Pocus thought, in the form of the Namekian from earlier. The green man wondered why this hooded speaker would give out this information to just anyone, finishing his response by name dropping the faction he was apart of. One that Majin Pocus surely hadn't heard of. Either way, the space trooper was done listening. He walked out from the crowd and into the view of the two, pointing at the speaker and looking rather cocky.
"Ah yes, I know your kind too well. Those that travel the galaxy looking to incite wars for one reason or the other. Usually, I would ignore false claims, but seeing these other idiots really ponder your words has me irritated," he went off, putting his arm back to his side and now standing just a few feet away from the one he had a problem with. "Unlike the other guy, I could care less about why. I just want you to stop," Majin Pocus declared with the same arrogant grin on his face, waiting to hear a response.

Kraktus heard the Namek in the crowd call out asking some stupid questions. Kraktus left off a frown as he watched the man ask why he was spitting out so much information. He could hear the mutters in the crowds now. Now they were thinking instead of hearing. That was not what he wanted. "Enough," Kraktus called was going to speak again but a Majin walked up. Guess both of these clowns were going to get in his way. The crowd would be thinned now. He was hoping that the masses would hear the words but now these clowns had ruined it. He watched them disperse muttering to themselves. Some would listen and some would not but it could have been far more effective. Kraktus turned to look at Pocus and Gita. "So you two wish to know more?" Kraktus said irritation pouring out from each word. "You want your questions answered as i'm trying to tell the people as a whole the truth. That all I want the truth that would be hidden from the masses. You two seem to not want that to be the case. Is that out of ignorance or arrogance please enlighten me." He'd wait for their answer before he dispensed some pain on the two of them.
Gita was just plain furious at this point, he wanted to know the answers of the world and if this man knew anything about it, he was going to find out one way or the other. He made his step away from the crowd and glaring at Pocus with a look that made it clear without words, if he said anything that would piss him off, he would be struck down. If any of them had a means of sensing ki or a scouter, they would fill Gita's ki sky rocket from a measly 50,000 to 200,000. He would stop wasting his time as he was now face to face with Kraktus and send his hand straight in an attempt to grab him by his throat and if this was successful, he would lift him to the air and have a grip that wasn't tight enough for him to speak his information clearly.
"I am a man on a mission. I am trying to change the world and get rid of both factions, The world trade fleet and the Saiyan Kingdom. Once they have been gone from this world. No one will be using the dragon balls for their own careless desires and once I obtain all of the dragon balls, I will destroy them and cease their existence permanently. If you truly have the information I seek, I suggest you speak. You wanted someone to listen and here I am. I'm trying to save the world from monsters and for Guru. I can't do that if these monsters are out there causing terrorism.
It was this very same city where the first terrorist act was established. It made all the civilians into corrupted souls. I want to stop not only the stargoons, but all the factions that are evil. My patience is running thin and I don't have time to waste. Give me the names of all of the stargoons, and fleet members, and the saiyan kingdom. If you truly are a man of knowledge, give me what I want."
Based on the look of his eyes, Kraktus would tell that he wasn't here to play any games and anything that wouldn't provide him the right answer, a sword would appear in his free hand and with a tight grip at that.

As Pocus hoped, the crowd dispersed amidst all of the commotion that he and the Namekian caused. The hooded figure was angry at them, as one could guess the frustration someone would have when a demonstration they had planned was ruined. The Majin didn't care one bit however, still smiling at the stranger who was now berating him.
"Like I said before, I don't want any questions answered. Whether you are right or wrong doesn't matter. If a threat comes I will just stop it, simple as that. It sure as hell beats getting the masses riled up and panicking over it. Now that they are gone, I don't really care what you do," Majin Pocus explained, just to get the guy off his back. That wasn't the end of the whole thing though since the Namekian decided to get a lot more aggressive with his words and actions. Pocus didn't like what he was saying one bit, but it just seemed like crazy talk that he didn't care to get into, especially considering there was no crowd to listen to him anymore.
"Hey, if you guys want to cut each other up, be my guest. Not like I'm the authority here or anything," the patrolman commented as he backed away from the area a few feet. Some officer he was.

Kraktus checked the scouter. Guess the Namekian had a bit more power to spare. <200,000> filled the screen as he gave a grunt of annoyance. He felt a hand grabbed his throat from Gita as he stared down at the Namekian. The man had dared grabbed him by the throat. Kraktus stared at him anger in his eyes. He could not overpower him, however, which was the worst part. The man went on explaining what he wanted. How he wanted to rid of the dragonballs along with The WTF and the Saiyan Kingdom. Kraktus flexed his muscles. So he thought of himself some hero in the making. He wanted answers but he didn't seem to be the type he'd want to deal with it. "Ok, i'll tell you." He'd looked at the Majin. "Your smart to back away." He'd give a look over him to see who he was.
"Ah, I've seen that suit before. The Galatic patrol huh out here on Earth. I'd think you be hunting the WTF on the outer reaches of space. Guess I can see why you came to this planet though. Earth is a place of strength. I can see why you stopped me." He'd laughed briefly looking at Gita. "You, on the other hand, will let go of me. If you don't let go of me you will suffer greatly. I am not someone to be played with." He'd eyed the sword Gita had. "If you want to know what I know you can ask nicely. I was trying to give a speech not to be interrupted by some clown." If Gita didn't let go well then Kraktus would have to make a mental note of squashing the slug soon after.

Gita was definitely not playing games as he hurled the man from his grasp and to the ground with a simple shove. He would poof away his sword and fold his arms across his chest. The truth was Gita wasn't evil as he showed towards Kraktus. He just gave him a serious stare that showed that he was a man who wasn't to be played with.
"You know what I want Octopus. Tell me what I want to know. Unless, you have a common goal like myself? Wanting to take these individuals out?"
Perhaps Gita was going strictly off appearances alone and seeing as how he was profiling this man due to his intimidate like appearance, perhaps he was judging him before getting to know the man. Gita closed his eyes and began to think. He then opened them and sighed to himself.
"I'm just trying to save the world. Starting with my people and these two powerful factions. What do you know about them."
He really wanted these answers from Kraktus and decided to stay silent and hear what he had to say.

The hooded figure took time away from his situation with the Namekian to address Pocus for backing away, claiming he was smart for it. Indeed the Majin was, as he was able to sense the power level of the two, concluding that he would just be pulverized if he tried to do the whole justice routine. The speaker also took note of his uniform and thought that the space soldier would have been going after the WTF, remarking afterwards that he could see why Pocus was instead here to stop him.
"The WTF? Not like they are so much of a threat that I would have to lift a finger right now. Besides, some other colleagues are near that way, so if anything happened it would be on them," Pocus replied, but by then the guy was probably too focused on the Namekian to reply. They were still going it at it with the 'truth' discussion, so Majin Pocus took a seat on the sidewalk with his knees up and just listened. He was still on a lunch break and didn't have anywhere else to be. Besides, there was still the chance that one of these crazies would start bringing in another crowd, and he couldn't have that.

"I see that makes sense." He'd nodded a few times as Gita explained that he was still keen on getting the answer he desired. He'd looked at Pocus who was asking about the WTF. He seemed to think they were little of a threat. He would have sneered but it was not wrong. Right now the WTF was recovering from the damage they had taken in the past months. It would be a long time. He'd looked at Gita who claimed he just wanted to save the world. "You cannot save anything. I'll tell you this that threating me and attacking me was a fool's mistake. We shall meet agian and when we do I'll have your head on a spike!" Kraktus purple aura shot around him the cloak blowing away to reveal his appearance. Then he shot off flying into the air and leaving the area. He would have loved to stay but he could not beat him. Shame would bite at his chest but he had goals if he was defeated there be no great battle or war. So he'd punish the two mongrels below him another time.

And with the strange and mysterious robed man leaving the scene, Pocus also had no reason to stick around. He didn't care to chat with the odd Namekian, so he ascended into the skies and went back to patrolling the Earth.
"Welp, see ya, scrub," he said to the Namekian before heading out.
