Ochra's PL: 109,841 The Glaciel Belt, a frozen wasteland, not too dissimilar to the Saiba Wastes on Vegeta. The only difference was while Saiba was a desert, the Glacial Belt was a frozen expanse of nothing. Harsh winds blew across the icy landscape, as if eternally telling outsiders that they were not welcome here. It made sense that such a cold, inhospitable planet would give rise to a powerful race like the Arcosians. Through the howling of the wind, something pierced through the planet's icy atmosphere. It screeched through the air, before slamming straight into the ice, causing it to explode in shards, shaking the surrounding landscape. The thunderous crash echoed throughout the area, soon quickly absorbed by the roaring winds. For a few moments afterwards, everything was still, nothing moving within the large crater the space pod had made in its damaging entry. Then, the door was forced open, and a single form pulled himself out. Almost immediately, the bitter chill tore at his skin, causing his muscles to tense up reflexively, and him to draw in a sharp gasp of breath. After a brief second, he adjusted to the bitter cold. This was colder than anything he had faced before, but he knew he would have to get used to it, or at the least, endure it. He glanced back at the pod, seeing the damage the entry had caused. Well, I wont be needing it anymore anyway."[/b] Ochra started to climb out of the crater. This was the last place he could be. He had tried everything on Namek, and it failed. He could feel it growing inside of him, his mind fighting to keep it down. It was only a matter of time before he gave out. It was best if he was somewhere far away from people when it finally happened. And if this barren wasteland claimed him before that happened, well, it was the best for everyone, wasn't it? Without a destination in mind, he started to wander into the wasteland.

Ikra’s PL: 100
The biting cold and freezing winds might have made her dear Riis balk at the idea of coming here, what might be described as the most desolate and frigid region of Arcose. Ikra drifted in the shadow of an icy asteroid, enjoying a bit of sulking. Well, more like pouting. Riis still hadn’t noticed the little gift that she had given him despite the great pains that she had undergone. It was frustrating. And she just refused to show herself to him in this… sorry form. Hah… a pathetic lonely shadow. He could never love something as wretched as that. No, his first impression of her had to be with an actual body granted to her by her summoning. Content to wallow in her misery for a bit, Ikra cast her gaze to the stars. Just as she had discerned a constellation of a pathetic, weeping woman in them, a red streak ripped through the sky and exploded into the ground. That… that was not a shooting star. But just in case, Ikra made a tiny wish that Riis would find her letter soon. Curious, she slithered from shadow to shadow until she drew near enough to see what had crashed down. A space pod. The door exploded outward, making a nice little shadow for Ikra to curl up underneath. What stepped out was a man. Looked like he could be a Saiyan? Maybe a human or some other alien like them. Certainly not a Konatsian. In some ways, she was grateful for that much. Idly, she watched him mutter to himself. What an odd fellow. Ikra darted into his shadow, following him along. He had a familiar air to him. Ah! That was it! He looked as pathetic as she felt. For that reason, she felt a temporary kinship with him. Just two lonely souls in a barren waste. It was kind of poetic in a way. Oh, but she was getting carried away. Her heart was set on Riis anyway. Too bad, Mister Man. So sad. Happy with her one sided rejection of the man, Ikra decided that she would at least grace him with her presence. Mm. She could steal his shadow, but that seemed to lead to some misunderstandings. Plus… she wasn’t a big fan of the masculine form. It wasn’t exactly flattering for her. Mm… she supposed she could just manipulate his shadow. And morph it into a feminine form. That would probably be better. For her. Taking a deep breath, Ikra worked her shadow magic. The man’s shadow warped and stretched out in front of him unnaturally. It’s shape morphed as Ikra worked it into a roughly feminine visage. She wasn’t sure how to make herself. She’d been toying with a few different designs for Riis, wondering which he would like best. Well, this was just one more to try. Once formed, she waved at him from the ground, wondering if he would be too lost in his own world to notice her. Mm. Maybe some words? Out of his shadow extended some script. ‘Hello there.’

The wind was howling, the frost was biting, and Ochra didn't have any single destination in mind. All Ochra would do was keep wandering until he encountered something. On the plus side, the growing anger within him was thoroughly buried for the time being. It wasn't easy, effectively exiling himself on such a desolate planet, but at least he wouldn't be hurting anyone.
But then, he felt something. It was small, very small, but it was definitely out there. In fact, it seemed to be coming from in front of him. He glanced around, briefly, seeing nobody in the snow storm that surrounded him. There was nobody there, no sign of anyone out there. It was then that his eyes fell downward, and he took notice of his shadow. His shadow was changing, warping, until it took on a different shape. A distinctly...female form. Ochra rose an eyebrow. What was this? Was the harsh environment already affecting his mind? No, that couldn't be it. He hadn't been here long enough. He did notice that the power he was sensing seemed to come from his own shadow. This wasn't some sort of trick. It was like his very shadow was now alive. And was waving at him.
He wasn't sure how to initially respond, until the shadow started to produce some script out of itself, speaking out to him. Well, guess it made sense for a shadow to not have a voice. "Hello there," he said in response, looking at the shadow quizzically, "I must admit, I didn't expect to run into this."

Kraktus had just arrived on Arosce his ship just barely carrying them to the planet. He had left it an Arosce Ship repairing shop for the time being while he headed out to find who was around on the planet. He had to a scope of the damage that had been brought to the capital of the empire. After all he may soon be ruling over all of it and he'd have to see if it was even worth saving. Kraktus scouter picked up something that he had to check out right away. A Pwoerlevel of nearly <110,000>. That was even stronger than his own! Maybe it was Chill or Aizu? He could see that but he had to make sure. It could also be the Saiyan invaders? Whatever the case Kraktus would arrive at the potion his scouter beeping loudly to alert the two to his appearance if they already didn't know he was there. Kraktus sighed as he realized who was there, the one-legged Saiyan. He had lost a leg to Ashi he remembered that day well. They had stopped his advance on the prison and all he got out of it was a missing leg. "Seems someone is out here for revenge or something else." Kraktus grinned towards Orcha not noticing the shadow nearby.

Ikra’s PL: 100
The look on the man’s face made Ikra want to giggle. The raised eyebrow was most assuredly the best reaction to seeing something strange. A little offensive to the strange thing at times, but Ikra didn’t mind even a bit. When he returned her greeting, she grew even more tickled with herself. She swept her hand out and traced out a few more words from her shadowy form. ‘Nor did I! This isn’t the most hospitable place in the galaxy, you know. What brings you to this lonely stretch of Arcose?’Before the man could answer, someone else appeared. This alien was quite strange and reminded Ikra of some distant eldritch cousins. From his apparel, she could glean that he was a member of the World Trade Fleet who were apparently allies to her dearest Riis. Hm. She wasn’t fond of this one. He had a rather nasty grin nor did he seem charming or cute. No, this one was rejected out of hand. Too hideous. Ikra looked back to the man. They seemed to be enemies? She supposed that meant that this man was an enemy of Riis by extension. What a shame. And he wasn’t terribly unattractive. Such a waste. It wouldn’t do to be friendly to an enemy of Prince Riis. Well, maybe if he survived, she could work herself into his good graces and have him serve as an unknowing informant. Mm. Riis would praise her for that maybe. If he knew she existed. ‘Hm… it’s a little crowded. I’ll leave you two alone.’Another bout of pouting took Ikra as she warped the man’s shadow back to its normal state. She could just observe for now. No need to intervene or reveal herself anymore than she already had. Maybe she could learn something about fighting from watching these two? Perhaps? She wasn’t too sure how this would all play out. Mumbling her discontent to herself, she glanced up occasionally to keep tabs on the two warriors.

Ochra was indeed curious about this strange shadow creature, and she seemed to be curious about him as well, if her question about why he was here was any indication. It seemed like she wasn't exactly a native here as well. But before he could answer, a familiar voice spoke up. One that caused Ochra's blood to boil. He recognized that voice. He slowly looked behind him, seeing a familiar, tentacled face. He couldn't recall his name, but he had seen him on Knutts, with the World Trade Fleet. He could feel his power, and it was close to his own as well. But the fact that someone from the Fleet had found him so quickly. He had come here to be alone. But he should have expected this. "I have no business with you," Ochra let out a low growl, his sharp gaze focused right on the human squid. He didn't notice his shadow reverting to normal, their silent observer moving out of sight. This was now becoming between him and the squid, depending on what the squid did. General Kraktus

For some reason, he felt someone else was there but he still had not picked up on Ikra. He was too focused on eying up Orcha. The Saiyan seemed to be playing hardball. He refused to communicate anything at all. Kraktus frowned he never liked the quiet ones. Especially the quiet ones who spoke just to shut you up. "I guess your leg is still sore from that beating you took. Losing a leg must have been humiliating and crippling for you. No less you lost your leg to a Konatsian woman with a sword. She was not even that strong well untill she decided to cut you down to size. Now I have some questions for you." Kraktus crossed his arms. "Don't think about lying to me afterall were on Vegeta or Knutts. Kayen won't come and save you from your stupidly." Kraktus grinned noting that Orcha didn't have a tail. "You decided to come to Arosce despite being an enemy of us. You must have known how dangerous that could be but yet you still came. You must want something or have a purpose. Tell me what that purpose is." Krkatus gave a shrug hoping that Orcha would not be stubborn. He'd not want to beat it out of the Saiyan.

Terium was surprised when Kraktus just suddenly flew into a cold wasteland of all places. Terium, being the dutiful scanner for Kraktus, began trying to follow in order to continue watching Kraktus' back by making use of his enhanced senses. It took him a while as Kraktus was going very fast. Terium also liked to keep his powerlevel hidden, and thus had to move quietly without being detected, which just increased the travel time. So here he is now, having dug a tunnel, with power suppression on so as to not be detected, and is just listening in on the conversation. He connected his mind with Kraktus'. 'you rushed off quickly General, took me a while to catch up.' the red Bionandroid explained through the telepathic link. Though Terium did notice the shadow being. 'hmm, there's another low level one here, powerlevel of 100. Curious that someone of that level is out here.' he observed, now admittedly curious about the situation.
Energy Suppression [UT1]: You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can lower your ki signature to surprise your foes with your real power, or attempt to hide your energy at ambient planetary levels. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle

Ikra’s PL: 100
Well, her little man didn’t seem to pleased about the Fleetman’s arrival. Ikra couldn’t say that she was surprised. She had surmised as much just from the Fleetman’s introduction. Apparently, her little man had lost a leg in a battle. How macho. Ikra was more than a tad tickled to hear that a Konatsian lady had done the deed. She wasn’t aware that there were such skilled warriors in the Konatsian ranks. Perhaps she ought to learn from them. Well, not if it was that whore who ruined her poor Riis’s moment at his coronation. She supposed it wasn’t a coronation given what had happened. Mm. But this squid was sure chatty for what little her little man had given him. Couldn’t he just go away and let her have her chat? It wasn’t as if he could focus on her when there were more material threats around. So rude. Stretching out in the shadow realm, Ikra glanced around at the nearby windows into the world of light. She didn’t particularly enjoy watching from the ground all the time. The angles were just terrible. Hm… where was a good vantage point…? Ikra tilted her head, noting a window where there should be ground. Odd. Well, maybe some critter dug a hole or something. It wasn’t unheard of. There were plenty of cracks and fissures underground usually as well. Not here because ice, but usually. Still, she decided not to let curiosity get the best of her. Ikra picked out the shadow inside of her little man’s ruined space pod and drifted over to it. It was a much better view if further away from the action. She could still hear everything just fine too, so goodie. Curling into herself and settling in, Ikra readied herself to enjoy the show. Maybe she would participate if she got bored. She knew she really ought to help the Fleetman, but she was just far more intrigued by her little man and his aura of mystery. One of her few faults, she supposed.

As much as Ochra knew he wouldn't the fact that the squid-faced Fleetman refused to leave chaffed at him. Then again, this WAS Fleet territory after all. But then the obnoxious squid brought up him losing his leg, and just going on and on about it. The saiyan hybrid let out a low growl. The mechanical prosthetic he now wore would be a constant reminder. He did NOT need this walking fish spelling it out for him. "Is there a point to this history lesson?" he growled in irritation.
And then he came to the damn point. Asking him what he was doing here. A fair enough question, though Ochra had a feeling that he wouldn't exactly like his answer. "My reasons here are my own," Ochra replied, trying to keep the anger out of his voice, "But if it makes you feel better, I have no intention in causing trouble for you or the Fleet. though from what I hear, you've all been having some rather poor luck recently." Apparently the others had been wrecking some havoc on this planet, prior to his arrival. Something told him that the Fleet might not be too interested in starting any fights for a while.

Kraktus scouter beeped slightly though he didn't pay it mind. Someone was close but it looked so weak it was not even worth taking a look for. He just focused on the saiyan warrior before him. "Is there a point maybe to piss you off or you remind you that you are out of your depth." Kraktus hissed in annoyance. This Saiyan seemed to be the stubborn type never knowing when to give it up. "Your reasons your own?" He didn't like it when people hide stuff from him plus with Ochra was really not easy to read. Other than being mad at Ashi for cutting off his leg and Kayen not doing anything about it. Maybe that was why he was here afterall Vegeta forces had attacked Arosce. Yet, that seemed to not be his purpose he explained that he was not there to cause trouble. "Yes well that makes me feel so much better," Kraktus said with a monotone voice. He really doubted Orcha was being honest but he had no proof of that. "But yes Arosce has not had the best of luck now i'll ask you agian. What do you want on Arosce? Your not the type of man who just goes to someplace without purpose." Kraktus spoke with confidence.

Terium decided to not say anything more and just continued to observe and listen. If he had eyes, he would've narrowed them at how much the Saiyan was just standing there, and then talked about how the fleet was *short on luck*, this bit of info worried him as it meant that information had spread fast, and that as not good. Though Kraktus did bring up a good point, why was the Saiyan here? What did he want? Certainly not for a simple childish snowball fight, no, no, he has to be here for something much more serious. The only question Terium has, is what? Then there's the other power signature in the area, she felt...off to him. He wondered why she was here as well.

Ikra’s PL: 100
Oof. What a bore. Ikra was hoping it would come to blows sooner rather than later. But the Fleetman and her little man seemed rather content to just exchange verbal barbs. It seemed like they knew each other at least somewhere, and apparently the Fleet was a bit down on its luck of late. If that were a gentle way of saying that they were losing, Ikra wondered if Riis’s choice to ally with them would be the best for him. He could get hurt just by being associated with the Fleet’s weaklings. Provided they were, of course, weak, and this wasn’t some taunting. When the Fleetman asked the same question of her little man again, Ikra rolled her eyes and flopped backwards. Ugh. This was going to take forever. Zipping back over to her little man’s shadow, she warped his shadow to form words once more. This time she put them in big letters so that he would have less of a chance to miss them. ‘Oh, just tell him already. Get on with it. He’s not going to leave until you do.’Ikra was feeling just a tad impatient with this whole affair. Just a tad. If her little man didn’t look down, maybe she would write it in the Fleetman’s shadow. He seemed intent on keeping his eyes fixated there. Even though she was a shadow, she didn’t like to be ignored or interrupted by rude Fleetmen. It was frustrating! Just when she had found someone interesting to talk to as well. Most of Arcose’s inhabitants had their noses stuck up in the air too far to even see shadows. Let alone give them the time of day. It was ridiculous.

Now this was getting annoying. Granted, he should have expected that Kraktus wouldn't accept his answer. But hey, what else could you do? Folks like him, they didn't stop until they got what they wanted, and in this case, it was some justification to fight him. Oh, he didn't doubt that. Fleet types didn't shy away from an opportunity to flex their muscles and act superior. And he doubted that Kraktus would simply accept that he came out here for no reason. Despite the logic of it all, the squid's continuous appearance and questioning grated on him. Out of the corner of his eye, he could notice his shadow changing back into the female, the text coming up in the ice. She had stuck around? Well, she was a shadow, so it wasn't likely she was in threat of taking any harm if fists started flying.
His eyes turned back to Kraktus, glaring sharply at him. "I came to Arcose to be ALONE!" he growled, "Now, if you don't mind, I'd like you to go the hell away, before I bury you." At that moment, a small surge of power, barely contained, radiated out from him, causing the ice beneath him to crack. Nothing that would throw off his footing, but enough to show that Ochra was in no mood to deal with anyone right now.

His scouter picked up another power one he was aware of. Terium was somewhere around here but he had not contacted him yet. Guess he was watching to see what was going to happen. If there was a fight he hoped Terium would not step in unless he wanted to be a shield so he could strike at Ochra. Not that he needed it their powers were nearly even in power. When Ochra roared out Kraktus crossed his arms looking right at him "So what you came alone. Does that change anything? I was under the assumption you came alone in the first place." Kraktus called annoyance dripping from his voice. "Bury me?" When Ochra gave his threat he snorted then he began to laugh "Bahhahhaahahahaha." Kraktus could see that Ochra broke the ground with his aura but he didn't care. This guy was a riot. "You kill me? You can't even shine my armor." Kraktus walked over. "If you want to try to kill me your more then welcome but you may end up the one in the ground instead. I doubt you have the strength of mind and body to beat me. After all if that little girl could cut your leg off." Kraktus let the next few words drag slowly out of his mouth "I could demolish you."
