Mollusc watched as the Namekian children ran around joy filling their eyes. Mollusc had to admit it was a nice sight to see. Still he felt lonely looking at them. Maybe it was because of how his life had gone since his return. He came to Namek in the search for answers to his questions but he had not gotten any closer. Mollusc rubbed his chin trying to piece together what he had to do next but their was nothing. Mollusc let out a sigh as he began to walk around the farm watching his kin working hard. He thought once to be a farmer when he left the WTF but it never fit him. He could not just be a peaceful person deep down in his heart. He liked fighting and blood rushing to his ears. He wondered if maybe the answer was to connect back to others he knew in his past life. Maybe he could gain a better understand of the Kingdom now and of himself. After all, the Kingdom had changed a lot in his life time. For better or worse it'd be a good idea for him to understand his enemy better. He just didn't know who to talk too about such a matter.
Narissa exited from the spaceship just a few minutes after Scallio had. Rather than join him on his walk towards wherever he was going. The Heran took off into the skies and in the opposite direction of the Saiyan. Narissa had no particular destination in mind as she flew through the skies. She only knew that she was headed away from the ship.
Away from Scallio.
That being said, Namek was a foreign world to the warlord's daughter. One that she was quite eager to explore even if she was only doing it to distract herself. Although given how everything here looked the same so far. How long it served as a distraction she wasn't certain. The repetitive nature of the Namekian landscape had quite honestly helped Narissa catch sight of the village.
It was a small cluster of buildings not that far off in the distance. She sped up and she drew closer she realized that it was a farming village. Likely one of several dotted along the landscape ahead. Excited to see the Namekian culture first hand she landed without a moment of hesitation. Narissa touched down at the edge of the village. She didn't want to disturb the Namekians as they tended to their fields.
"This world seems so primitive." that wasn't to say it was a bad thing. Plus, they obviously had the capabilities for space travel. Just when she compared it to places like Vegeta or Earth. It seemed to be like she was stepping into an entirely different time period. Narissa stepped further into the village. She followed the sound of children playing and laughing. Which ended up leading her to strange...Namekian? It was a little difficult to tell. Whatever the case the stranger currently seemed to be lost in thought.
"Uh...hello." she said with a wave to get Mollusc's attention. "Real sorry to bother you." she wasn't, "I'm a tourist and was hoping you'd maybe be able to tell me a bit about this place." she flashed a friendly smile. "Well, that or point me towards someone who could."
"Hmmm?" Mollusc turned his head to see a blue-skinned woman asking for his help. He was more than happy to help someone who was looking for help. Mollusc would walk over waving his hand "No worry you don't have to be sorry about bothering me." Mollusc was going to ask what she needed but she quickly explained that. She wanted to know a bit about Namek? Mollusc was not the most knowledge but he could say what he knew. "Well, Namek is home of the Namekian people. We lived here in harmony for centuries. The Namekian people are apart of three clans. The Dragon and Warrior clan have always been close. The Mazoku use to be more on the outskirts but are now fully integrated. The Three Tribes work to keep Namek safe from invaders and allow its people to prosper. Namek is usually isolated but since the Dragonballs are active at this time they were being used. The Dragon Clan's head also known as the Guru of Namek has the power to create these wish-granting orbs. They each have the power to give Three wishes. That is the basics of Namek would you like me to go into more details?" Mollusc asked.

"Wow." she whistled, "I had no idea Namek had such a history about it." and a lot of it begged further investigation. The Heran looked towards the Namekian children playing nearby. Her eyes narrowing as she focused in on their appearance. They all looked different from but she'd expected that much. What Narissa was looking for were signs of which of the castes the children could belong to. She was left disappointed when she couldn't spot any obvious signs.
"It's no use." she said with a huff, "Is there a way to tell the different castes apart from one another?" there was a pause, Narissa making sure to pick her next words carefully. "I can't seem to find any difference myself." she tapped a finger against her chin. "Although, I suppose that might mean everyone in this village is from the same caste." if that was the case, of course, she wouldn't be able to spot any differences.
Narissa had further questions, ones about the wish-granting Dragon Balls the stranger had mentioned. But she didn't want to overwhelm him with inquiries. "Oh, how stupid of men, I totally forgot to introduce myself." she offered Mollusc a friendly smile. "Narissa is the name," she outstretched a hand for the ghost to shake.
"it's a pleasure to meet you....." she trailed off growing silent as she waited for the stranger to say his name.
"Yes, Namek is a planet that is rich just like any other planets. Not just a planet of rocks." Mollusc chuckled. Mollusc nodded as Narissa asked is there was any way to tell them apart. "There is no need for everyone is peaceful. If you want to know, however, the Warrior clan are usually the strongest and when they transform they grow taller, the Mazoku usually has altered the appearance and the Dragon Clan can use magic better then the rest." Mollusc nodded. Hopefully, she would not be too worried about who was what cast but in this age, there really was no difference. All of them were friends and allies in this age. When she introduced herself he nodded he'd offer his hand for her to shake. "I am Mollusc it is nice to meet you. So why are you on Namek if I may ask?" He didn't want to push but she seemed nice. He was sure it was nothing serious or bad.

"I didn't mean to imply that Namek didn't have more to it. It most certainly does and I'm eager to learn." she smiled, hoping that it helped get across that she wasn't trying to offend. Something she was certain that she'd done up until Mollusc had chuckled.
"That's a relief."
The inquisitive Heran tapped a delicate finger against her chin. "I see..." she muttered, "So outside of the Mazoku the best way to tell the castes apart is by their abilities." that was going to make things difficult. She supposed if Mollusc about there being peace between the castes it wouldn't matter too much. Yeah, better to spend her time investigating other topics about Namek. It was the Dragon Balls and Namekian technology that she was really interested in anyway.
"Mollusc huh? That's an interesting name." she smiled cheerfully, " I like it!" she exclaimed with a nod. "As for why I'm here..." Narissa's thought immediately drifted towards Scallio. In doing so her cheerful demeanour shifted. The smile on her face turning into a frown. She sighed, "that's a little difficult to explain." and it was a long story. One that she didn't want to subject Mollusc too. "Let's just say that I'm here on vacation." that was the easiest and quickest explanation at least.
Without warning Narissa clapped her hands together, "Anyway!" her smile returned and she took a step closer to Mollusc. "About those um...whatcha call em again?" she snapped her fingers, "Dragon Balls! About the Dragon Balls, how exactly do they work?" she inquired with a grin.
Mollusc nodded to Narissa. She was at least wanting to learn more about Namek. That was a good start. Being open was what was most important he didn't want to really help and tell someone who was a fool all about the secrets and knowhow of Namek. Mollusc listened to other words giving light nods but waited for her reason. It took her a bit to get too but she just said it was a vacation. He doubted that was the truth but there was nothing to say she was lying either. So he let it slide just giving a nod of approval. Then she focused on asking how the dragonballs work. Mollusc looked at her confused. "While I know about them and what they do the inner functions are something I don't really understand." Mollusc shrugged. He knew a bit but only the Dragon Caste would really understand the true functions of the Dragonballs. He was on the business of giving false information to people.

Narissa frowned disappointed that Mollusc was unable to answer her question. "Dang." It was a bit foolish of her to assume that he'd be able to answer every inquiry she had. After all, it was impossible for someone to know everything. Even if she wished that wasn't the case. The Heran placed one hand on her hip and moved the other through her orange locks. She let out a sigh, "Mollusc, that kinda blows. I was really hoping it be easy." she admitted, a smile returning to her lips as she spoke. "This at least makes things more interesting." and more challenging as well. Both of which were things she never shied away from.
"I assume my best bet for info on thee inner working of the Dragon Balls would be someone from the Dragon Clan yes?" those were the Namekians that Mollusc said made the Dragon Balls. That and they were the most magically inclined. And something told her you didn't get wish granting orbs without a little magic. "If I recall what you said early correctly I'll need to find this Guru specifically." she muttered to herself but still spoke loud enough for Mollusc to hear. She was just adding one task on top of the next to her list of things to do. It was a good thing that she didn't plan to return to Scallio anytime soon.
She seemed to really wish to know how they worked. She was hoping it would be something easy to find but at the same time, she didn't seem to be that bump-out. Something about the challenge was exciting to her. He really could not understand it but just nodded. She then asked of course if she did want to know how the dragonballs worked she'd want to ask the Dragon Caste members. She seemed to want to know these answers really bad but she still had not given an exact reason. Mollusc was slowly getting sucpcious. Why would she not say her reasons right away? "So I didn't press before but I feel I have to ask again," Mollusc said calmly but one of his fists was tensed a bit. "You must have a reason for you want to know about the dragonballs. I assume this purpose is for good?" If it was not then he doubts she'd say it and he'd use that as a reason to boot her off Namek. On the other hand, if she gave her reason then he could judge it from there. It was a simple enough process in his mind.

She'd figured it was only a matter of time before he questioned her interest in the Dragon Balls. With how hard she was pressing the issue it was to be expected. Narissa chuckled, "I was wondering when you'd ask." she said with a nod. "Truth be told I don't have much of a reason." she spoke without any hesitation. "I'm just curious to learn about them." that probably hadn't been what Mollusc was expecting to hear. Nor did she really expect for him to believe her. If the Dragon Balls really could grant any wish she imagined all sorts of people would be looking for them. Some of which would even have nefarious wishes they'd want to be granted.
Narissa smiled reassuringly at Mollusc, "You might call my curiosity and thirst for knowledge my Achilles Heel." it had gotten her into trouble on more than one occasion. "For the most part I'm just interested in things like machines and tech. You never know when knowledge in the occult might be useful tho." hopefully that would help put his mind at ease. Just to be on the safe side, however, Narissa continued to speak. "If I did wish for something it wouldn't be anything bad. Of that I can assure you." as she thought on the matter her eyes drifted downward. "In fact," she spoke softly, "I'd probably wish to undo a mistake my....partner made. It cost a lot of innocent people there lives." cleaning up after Scallio's mistakes like always.
Mollusc stared at Narissa. He had to admit he wished he could have the ability to read the emotions of people to try to tell how much she was saying was from the heart and the truth. For now, he only could use what she said to determine if she was good. From how she stared she claimed she wanted to know about the dragonballs. Those were things in his mind anyone could learn out that from a book. He didn't say anything else he just heard her explain that she always had a fascination with technology and knowledge. She wanted to know all of these things. Then she said something about if she got the balls that she'd wish for. Mollusc tensed as she claimed it was not bad and her words backed it up. She just wanted to fix the mistakes her partner had done in the past. He assumed that meant boyfriend that what he learned from that book he used to learn about friends. Panther in his mind was something closer than a friend or fellow soldier. That was what he understood the words as. "I see well if you want to do that and figure out more I'd suggest talking to a man named Oboe." Mollusc bowed his head.
