Appearance:
Standing at 2.5 feet tall, with a slim build, she's a young Brenchian girl with pink skin, and white hair that falls just past her shoulders. Her large eyes are a pale blue. Due to the cold climate of Arcose, she tends to wear a red snowcoat with white trim, which covers most of her body, along with white boots and white thick gloves. A pink scarf is wrapped around her neck.
History:
Anglace was born to a pair of Brenchian scientists, having located to Arcose in order to secure better funding for their research. While they didn't work closely with the Fleet, they did know that they were the best source of funding for their projects. Not that Anglace knew anything about this. She simply helped out as a lab assistant, without really knowing what it was they were doing. While the recent decline in the Fleet's power meant harm to their funding, it at least allowed them more freedom in what it was they were studying. They had recently decided to go into the Glacial Belt and study the local wildlife on Arcose.
And that's when everything changed for little Anglace.

Anglace creates a small pink bubble of ki around herself, protecting herself with power equal to 33% of her current PL. If an opposing technique beats her barrier, and the Barrier user is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.
[UB2] Safe Place
Anglace creates a large, pink bubble of ki around herself and one other person, protecting them with power equal to 66% of her current PL. If an opposing technique beats her barrier, and the Barrier user is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.

Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a static image of yourself to distract your opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles.
Afterimage [SU2]
Through a sudden burst of speed Anglace leaves behind a image of herself to distract her opponent this image can preform a basic set of chosen movements when created to make the distraction more believable, this technique allows her to completely dodge techniques beneath 150% of her PL . This technique uses 2 KP in KP Battles.
Afterimage [SU3]
Through a sudden burst of speed Anglace leaves behind a controlled image of herself to distract her opponents, She has complete control over it and the image is capable of preforming any feats she heself is capable of, it cannot however actually harm an opponent, this technique allows her to completely dodge techniques beneath 200% of her PL. This technique uses 3 KP in KP Battles.
