Powerlevel:107,000 "But we gotta start moving men to repair the Capital after those Saiyans finally leave of course." Kraktus grunted at the Breechan. "Leave at least half for me on my ship that is a weapon of war and defense. That is an order." The Breechan nodded. "Fine that's better then nothing thank you General Kraktus." He'd bowed head back into the large shipyard. Kraktus wanted them all repairing his ship but what could he do. Kraktus began to walk off looking around. Froz had not been attacked and that was a good sign. It was the bigger of the two major cities and the center of trade. The Capital would be a devastating blow to lose in terms of moral but with Froz still standing trade could last. Kraktus scouter was beeping to life at every turn as he looked out for anyone that stood out. He was hoping to find loyal soldiers patrolling the streets keeping the city safe from invaders. He wanted to see how things were going on Arosce in general. From what he seen so far he didn't find any outstanding troops maybe the best of them had decided to leave. They had such a choice afterall. For the rest this was their homes so they would live and die by Arosce victories in this war.

Terium was on all fours just carefully sticking to building tops for the time being, right now he was inside a vent opening that was on top of a building near where Kraktus is, his telepathic link connected to the General. He had ki suppression on to stay even more hidden and used his ki senses to scan the area for any higher than average power levels as he knew he could probably detect the power signatures faster than the General's scouter could. That said, they both knew that if someone too strong for Terium to fight shows up, that Kraktus would have to be the one to fight said person if it comes down to that. Even still, Terium served to make sure such things don't catch the General off guard.
He was also using the sensors on his form to scan the streets below. Now, he couldn't exactly truly tell who was loyal, and who wasn't, as he hasn't done operations like this much. Staying hidden he can do, he's done it before on Namek and on Earth alike. 'hmm...city seems to be well intact. Wonder why the Saiyans left Froz be?' he Telepathically asked out of curiosity.

Kraktus walked across the streets his scouter did pick up the power of Terium nearby. Guess that was a good sign. Still, this place had been quite empty at least of strong powers. Other then Teirum and himself he picked up nothing. He could see what the empire had been crushed so swiftly when attacked on their own soul. As Terium asked his question Kraktus grunted and telepathically linked himself to Teirum in order to speak. "That is a good question but I think it is that it did not acomplish much. They wanted to kill Chill that was the goal. Harming the citizens of Arosce was not really what they wanted. Their moral compass made them unable to consider such an action. They want to justify their actions and as long as they don't sink as low as we did once then they will be able to keep their moral high ground and allow their chins to reign high when there is nothing to be proud of." Krkatus explained.

Terium understood Kraktus's words well, so it seemed that the Saiyans thought themselves as 'heroes', and refused to do any damage besides killing Lord Chill. 'I see, so it was a moral compass that held them back' he replied, thinking more on this, 'and public image to boot, how...interesting.' he finished, clearly thinking about that statement. He jumped into the vent of another building as they continued to travel throughout the city 'Still, their foolish actions may yet serve to our benefit' he stated as they closed in on the blood bank. 'ah, a blood bank' he jumped onto its roof but hid in one of the shadows. 'Perhaps we could obtain some samples here? Taking too much would cause unneeded panic in the populous that we don't need.' he acknowledged the latter part of his statement as causing panic at this stage would be detrimental to his plans.
He merely waited for Kraktus to give the okay. He had a way to store the samples and ensure they replicated for future use, after all, he IS a bio-android.

Kraktus nodded as Terium seemed to understand what he had been trying to say. "It is just my assumption. They could be doing for the kicks for all I know but I doubt that." Kraktus said as they walked his eyes wandering the streets. Still, nothing else that caught his eye. Just the normal folk here and there. As they walked Terium asked him a question if he could begin to collect some samples. Kraktus rubbed his chin. He didn't want people to see Terium doing such an action but he also didn't care for these people. A hundred of them put together still was weaker then Terium and far below himself. "If you are careful you can take some just don't get caught. I don't need this trouble on our hands. The people of Arosce are already on high alert." Kraktus telepathically said in a stern tone. He didn't want to have to clean up the Bio Android mess if he started one. That would be his job.

'very well.' was all Terium stated in reply to Kraktus as he quietly crawled into the vents of the blood bank building. He used his senses to check if anyone was inside, only 4 people, but that could change if he messes up. Using his other senses he could detect where the cameras and sensors all were. Thankfully the building isn't exactly one of high security, in fact the part with the highest security is where the money is contained, which isn't what he's after here. He continued crawling through the vents and arrived above where one of the rooms containing blood samples are. He honestly doubted that any samples of Lord Chill's blood are in here. Nevertheless, using his senses he could only detect like...2 cameras in this room? Really, that's all there is in this room? No guards either, this was just pathetic, but he supposed it made sense. Blood banks aren't exactly the highest priority on Arcose to protect right now, are they?
Still, he wasn't going to waste this opportunity, he waited for the only camera that faced the entry point he was at to turn away, then he could simply use all the cabinets containing blood donations to hide from the cameras. When the Camera turned away, he exited the vent and hid in the isles of cabinets. He turned towards the cabinets and began opening and taking the samples. He managed to collect 20 samples before he had to go back into the vent as he could sense a guard approaching the room. Luckily he had enough time to wait for the camera to turn away, and once it did, he went into the vent and closed it. 'Samples collected General, guess for all the high alert status, they don't consider blood banks all that important. Oh well, it's to our benefit I suppose.' he told the General as he exited the building with the samples which he simply absorbed so as to begin replicating them with his...unique...biology.
