Pankaa's PL: 10,000
Pankaa seemed thrilled that Kabe was going to give the bucket and sand castle making another shot and flapped his little arms up and down a few times in his excitement. He'd reach around and give the little robot on his back a gentle tap on the head which caused it to wake with a gentle beeping noise, " Hey Care? Could you please wet some of sand for us so we make castle?" A small latch would undo itself from a strap on Pankaa's outfit and the little backpack sized robot would pop off and hover on over to a patch of the sand pit, spraying it with some of the stored water it had to spare just enough to make the sand damp enough for the sand castle they wanted to make. After having done so the robot would then return to being the avali's backpack. " Thank you Care! Castle easier now!" Sitting in the sand Pankaa would carefully poke some holes into the part of the castle he had already made to make little windows in the sand while he listened to Kabe's question. It was a good question and not really one the young boy knew the answer to. " Umm... Pankaa not too sure... Something that happen long ago, I think" Pulling his hands back he'd fiddle anxiously for a moment while he thought on the matter. " Kabe's mama still has picture from when papa and your mama were little!" Pankaa would add since Kayen had shown him that as well, " Has your mama not spoke to Kabe about papa? Papa was kinda the same about your mama... I only know cause I ran into her, I thought she was Papa when I went out looking for him, they have similar hair cut!" Still something Pankaa thought was rather odd, he thought Nero had it because of the scar on his head but why did Kayen have it? Did she know Nero had that haircut? Probably right? " I hope they can be friends again... Like us!" The avali tried to be rather hopeful on the subject but he wasn't honestly sure what was going on between the two adults or if Nero even knew his sister was a Queen now. Kabe did seem to love his mum just as much as Pankaa loved his dad though but they were two different kids and he really hoped this didn't effect their bond, " Kabe still friends, right?"

PL: 12,000 With a bucket padded full of sand and water, Kabe smiled at the little robot. Squidging the wet sound down into the bucket harder to make it tight and firm, Kabe thought to himself as Pankaa answered his question about why their parents had been fighting. He frowned. It was very sad that they didn't like each other. Pankaa mentioned something about a picture. "Picture? Mama never show a picture, or spoked about pankaa papa to Kabe."It was very sad. Kabe frowned harder, this little depressing goblinoid curl of his lips betraying how unfortunate he found the troubled relationship their parents were stuck with. Pankaa asked a very anxious question after musing on his hope that their parents could fix whatever had split them apart in the first place. He tickled his nose and looked rather confused toward his avian friend. "What pankaa mean? Ob-course, Kabe friend! Queen and Prince always friends. That are rules."With his friend assured, Kabe shook off the lingering sorrow with youthful resilience and began patting down the last handful of mucky half-wet sand into the sandcastle bucket. Taking a deep breath in anticipation, Kabe flipped the bucket for another try and hoped that it worked this time. As he readied to lift the bucket, his little heart thumped with nerves and he worried that he might have failed again. With a quick, anxious yank he threw the bucket upwards as he yanked it off the sand and squeezed his eyes shut. He did it. He did it! Kabe's eyes opened cautiously, and then shot wide as he clapped and hopped in excitement. "Kabe did castle! Castle! Yay!" KP: 3/3 - Pankaa

Pankaa would watch Kabe pat the sand down into the bucket and attempt to make it firmer as his second attempt at making a castle and would clap and encourage his friend to keep going, he knew he'd get it this time! There was no way this castle was going to crumple! "Oh... Weally?" Silly 'R's were hard sometimes. He frowned lightly after hearing that Kayen hadn't shown Kabe any picture or even spoken about Nero to him, though to be fair Nero hadn't said much about Kayen prior either it was almost as if the two of them didn't want to acknowledge the other even existed for some reason and it made the avali sad. "She has for sure though! It's when they were kids! But... Papa doesn't talk much about Kabe mama either, I think he doesn't like topic" He still really hoped Kayen wouldn't also be upset that he was telling Kabe this, perhaps he was the only one she had shown the picture to? He wasn't sure but he thought Kabe deserved to know! Especially if Kayen was his mama afterall.
Hearing Kabe say that they were of course still friends despite the split between their parents made Pankaa smile though, and giving a light laugh the avali would lean over and attempted to give the Saiyan a light hug, "I'm glad to have Kabe for friend!" Pulling away with a big smile on his face he was certainly feeling relieved and happy now, hopefully Kayen and Nero could work things out but either way Kabe was still his friend!
The avali would stand up for a moment and shake himself to try and rid some of sand from his fluff and feathers, shaking out his legs one at a time, looking a little disgruntled at having some sand get into his outfit especially since he was still getting used to earth clothes in general still. Once he'd given himself a good shake he then looked back to watch Kabe take a breath and lift the bucket in his second attempt at castle making, the Saiyan seemed very anxious but Pankaa would cheer for him and clap his hands "Nice nice! Kabe did it! Kabe's castle great and strong!"
The avali didn't seem to mind that the Saiyan had literally threw the bucket up when lifting it off of the sand inside but things that go up always have to come back down, and on this planet especially they came back down rather quickly. Pankaa wasn't about to let gravity and a plastic bucket accidentally hit his friend OR his newly made castle and with that in mind the avali focused on the airborne bucket, squinting as he did his best to focus hard. Sure enough it would stop mid-air and began to glow a light cyan in colour, similar to Pankaa's eye colour. He knew what he was doing somewhat, Nero had called it something that started with a 'T' but the space raptor could never say the word right! But that didn't matter right now, he was doing it and had gotten it away from smooshing Kabe's new castle!
Bringing the bucket back over to himself, he'd concentrate harder to have it float over the sandpit and towards his open arms but he'd never focused this hard before and it was starting to hurt his head! Breaking focus and giving his now tired head a shake the Avali gasped as the bucket dropped just shy of his hands and instead smashed his sandcastle into a sad crumbled mess of a pile. "Oh..." Pankaa picked the bucket up properly to examine his now ruined sand heap before sitting back down as tears welled up in his eyes. He'd made little windows and everything! Now it was a silly looking mess! Pouting sadly he'd start filling the bucket again himself after rubbing his eyes. It was okay... At least Kabe's castle was okay! That was what mattered, and it was what he'd been trying to avoid so his efforts weren't a waste afterall!

PL: 12,000 "Woah, woah!" Kabe clapped, watching as Pankaa strained his little brain and the bucket began to float, glowing bright blue to Kabe's amazement. From the grit in his little bird face and the blue of his focused, narrowed eyes, Kabe could tell it was Pankaa that stopped the bucket. What a wondrous sight! Kabe clapped his little hands in joy as the bucket floated it's way toward Pankaa. All the excitement and cheer of the successful castle and the floating move flopped to the ground in a moment, much like the bucket, as it plopped down smack bang in the center of Pankaa's castle. Kabe frowned at the mess of a thing, and then looked up to see Pankaa nearly crying at the sight of it. "Hey, hey! No cry, Pankaa!" Kabe said, moving quickly to squeeze his new friend as tightly as he could. Kabe didn't know his own strength, and would probably squeeze tight enough to hurt the little bird, and would definitely interrupt him poutily refilling his bucket. "It okay, it okay!" He'd say, squeezing the birdling tighter and tighter. After a little too long of a hug, he'd let go, and move back to his castle, gesturing toward it. "Kabe and Pankaa share castle. Queen and Prince always share castle!" KP: 3/3 remember when the premise of this thread was that we'd end up fighting?? turns out our beans are too good bois for that Pankaa

Pankaa seemed pretty upset about the bucket ruining his castle especially since Kabe seemed so impressed and amazed at him making the bucket float too and now he just looked silly! His pout grew a little bigger in size but his feelings didn't go unnoticed by Kabe! The little Saiyan boy would move over and squeezed the bird tightly... A little too tightly! Pankaa would let off a light squawk at being squeezed as it was tight and strong enough of a hug that it began to hurt, " Kabe very strong!!! Hurting Pankaa!" His bucket would be dropped during the saiyan's squeeze and it did all in all make him feel a bit better. When he was let go the avali would stumble for a moment, working on catching his breath shortly after having regained his balance. Some of his feathers remained a little scruffed up from the thigh hug though but Pankaa didn't seem to mind. Eventually his smile would start to crawl back to his face when Kabe said that they could share his castle, " Really?" The avali would rub his eyes clear of tears as he waddled over to Kabe's little sand castle. Pankaa would look at the sand castle for a moment before looking back to Kabe and giving a light sniff which seemed to brush away the last of his pout " Kabe... Kabe is Pankaa's best friend!" In a little flurry of feathers the avali would latch onto the saiyan in his own hug but his was much more gentle and softer then Kabe's earlier squeeze, he seemed ready to cry again but in a different way to when his castle got smashed to a sad lump, this time he seemed more ready to cry because he was happy and grateful for his new friend! " Thank you Kabe" Eventually though he too had to let his friend go and when he did he rubbed his eyes again but this time with a smile. Perking his attitude back up Pankaa would point upwards with one hand rather enthusiastically, " What is castle name! As Queen of castle Kabe gets honour of name!" OOC: asdfgh Yeah, they're just too sweet to fight, bless them, maybe one day they'll get their fight!
