Of all the things Zriracha would have expected General Kraktus to desire… the knowledge of magic was not even on the list. She stared at him, an eyebrow raised in dumbfounded confusion, before she shook her head to get back down to earth. He needed an answer… though it was unfortunately that it wouldn’t be a positive one. She’d faced this lesson with Queen Kayen and, though she was curious as to how a psychic might handle magic, she had to be upfront and honest with his chances. “While I would love nothing more than to spread the greatness of magic… I’m afraid that may prove impossible, in all reality,” She held a hand to her arm, the one that held the Wrathful Blaze, and popped it back into place with a grunt of pain. “Although I am quite adept with the magic of destruction, illusory skill and materialization is far, far out of my skill-set. Give me… perhaps a thousand years, and I should be ready to teach you.” She knew he wouldn’t be alive in a thousand years, but – straight talk. However, there was something else she could offer him. “I can provide you the origin of magic and even a few books that my Father gifted to me as a child, however-” She smirked, “-I believe that my talents are worth well and more than the secrets behind my magic.” She hoped that it was enough to offer as an apology. Kraktus stared at Zriracha as he broke his hopes. When she explained that he could teach him in a thousand years he rubbed his chin. "Well, I should be able to wait a thousand years. Actually, your loyalty is good enough I suppose." It was a shame but he just had to figure out another way to move his plans forward. He doubts in a thousand years he would need the magic if his plans went the right away and if they went wrong he'd need. "It's fine I will just figure out another way. Magic was not too important to me as a whole I just wanted to see if I could learn it." Kraktus explained with a shrug. "But your talents should be enough if you did not already meet someone I need you to find someone named Maple. Tell him General Kraktus sent you. He'll fill you in." Kraktus began to float. "We should meet again sometime soon but I can't stay here long I'm the type of person that must always be moving there are many people who would love to find and defeat me." Kraktus then blasted off leaving Zriracha to her thoughts.

Zriracha couldn’t help the snort of laughter that almost burst from her; She didn’t know whether to be impressed or afraid that this man could potentially live to a thousand years and for some reason, it just felt funny to her. With a nod, Zriracha would place a hand over her chest in a small bow, “That is satisfactory to me. I do not know ‘Maple’ quite yet, but it is no difficult task to procure such knowledge.” Whatever mission Kraktus had in mind, she hoped it wasn’t something out of her power to grant.
Wouldn’t that be embarrassing?
As a final farewell, Zriracha would give a nonchalant wave before Kraktus blasted away. She stared at his diminution form before her smile would turn down into a frown. “We will see, General.” Today was a near miss by all counts and a potential lesson for her to learn about picking her battles. Though she had seemed to gain an apparent ally, something much more suspicious was attained…
She would search for this person, ‘Maple’ and hopefully understand more of what Kraktus would need of her. The faster she performed this task, the sooner she would be out of debt with him.
