Typha had been running around since he had been returned to life. Their was so much for the him to get done in fast as possible. For one to his knowledge neither Kalabas nor Yogu was revived. He'd needed to fix that he had promised to help the both of them. Knowing Namek dragonballs were deactivate he turned his attention to Earth. He was heading towards the lookout with Yudi to try to talk with the guru he'd probably would be able to figure if the dragonballs were ready to go from him and explain the situation. He was sure Chime would be more then willing to help at least revive Yogu. As he was flying however he felt a prickle in his head. A power that he felt before but it had been such a long time. If it was who he thought it was then this may of gotten easier or much harder. It really mattered the mood he find the Pirate Queen in. "Stay behind me and don't say anything." Typha looked back at Yudi who nodded unaware of the hornets nest they may of just found. Typha landed in front of her ship he knew it would not be long before Kayen would figure out he was there if Kayen was even here.

“How long until the stealth drive is back up, the last thing I need is Carro panicking because a whole warships worth of above average power levels just popped up out of nowhere” Kayen asked looming over Barb as the technician did her work on the aforementioned Stealth Drive earning a sigh from the long suffering hybrid “Probably about an hour, we should be mostly fine from detection, most civilian grade scouters don’t have a range far enough to pick up anything around here, I’m pretty sure thats how the Guardian avoids notice” Barb offered briefly rolling out from under the drive to speak to Kayen. “Hmm.. fine I’ll go find someone else to harass” Kayen said with a shrug earning a sigh of relief from Barb who scooted back under the drive and returned to work as Kayen turned on her heel and exited the room heading back up through the ship and into the main control room, she had a nice view of the Lookout her captains chair, she could use this time to figure out a few more of the particulars with her plan. Or at least she would have had someone not landed on the nose of the Stormbreaker. Kayen growled and jumped from her seat as she felt the power signature, strong VERY strong, but also familiar… She took a step forward and got a better look at the person who had landed on her ship and recognized him instantly “Open control room panels” Kayen ordered, it was something generally not done, as the Stormbreaker spent so much time in space but it WAS an option and while still on Earth it posed no risk “Get in here you asshole, you’ve got some explaining to do”

Typha waited what seemed to be a long time but maybe it was just nerves. He could sense Kayen had grown a great deal stronger. Typha saw that Kayen yell out at him to come inside and he had some explaining to do. Typha was worried something like this would happen. Seeing as Riis had told him about allying with the WTF Kayen would take that very seriously. There were her foes and Typha had been pretty keen to be allied with Kayen. Part of it was that he respected her warrior medal but also cause he'd not want to face her as a foe. It was not that she was strong that didn't make him really eager to fight. It was how she carried herself and knowing her background at least snippets. He doubts a betrayal would lead to a peaceful conquest of Konats. He'd had little doubt their be a lot of blood on his hands in such a scenario.
Typha looked back at Yudi as the man seemed nervous. "Were really meeting the Pirate Queen I heard she is the meanest person in the universe." Typha shrugged. "Maybe but I'm not an ogre who reading everyone records. You have nothing to fear." Yudi shook his head. "Of course I got something to fear she seems really angry what if she attacks you. No way I can defend you." Typha grunted. If Kayen wanted to attack he was quite sure she would have already done so. Guess she wanted an answer from his mouth. Typha walked over to enter the ship with Yudi keeping his mind calm. He didn't want to assume anything of the Queen. He'd enter looking around for her. "I know you want to know a lot of things. I assume they have to do with Arosce." Typha would hope that was not what she wanted but he might as well break the ice and be honest that he knew what might be coming.

As Typha entered the ship Kayen was surprised to note another, much weaker, power signature follow along inside with him, as the duo stepped into the control room itself the control rooms front panels slid closed behind them cutting off the duo's most immediate means of escape but also cutting off the rush of noise from the high winds around the ship. Which of these was Kayen’s actual intention would remain a mystery for the moment. Kayen kept track on the power signature of the man who followed along with Typha but otherwise paid him practically no mind, focusing her full attention on Typha himself “Arcose is certainly at the top of my ‘I want to know what the fuck is going on’ list. But let's start simple. Who’s your new tagalong.” Kayen nodded in the direction of the older looking man though kept her attention on Typha himself. “And then we can move onto you explaining what the hell happened to lead to your brother apparently standing alongside Chill as a friend and ally”

Typha stood calmly as he walked in through his good eye keep itself on Kayen. Just in case she decided to try something though Typha quickly calmed himself of such thought. He was way too tense for this meeting. Typha had remembered what Ashi had told him and that had left him quite angry from hearing that. In his mind, it was not nor ever going to be Kayen's business to decide who should rule Konats. Typha was glad that she only put it down in words if he had heard more he might have done something he'd regret to the queen. When she asked who he was with Typha turned away for a moment to introduce Yudi. "This is a friend I made in the afterlife he is Yudi. He's an ogre and after my training, he decided to join me in the world of the living as my sworn sword." Yudi nodded.
Then they moved on to the important question, Typha letting out a long sigh. "I told him to meet you. However, Riis never became King so any alliance was not official. It is not my business to say who my brother cannot be friends with. If he wanted to make the the WTF his ally to Konats I'd of stopped him them. I am unsure how long they were since by the time I learned about this I was dead and really couldn't do much about it." Typha spoke calmly. "I doubt you go motioning what each of your subjects does and tell them to cut it out if you don't like who they want to hang out with. Rest assured if he was King and wanted to make alliance I'd of stopped him." Typha repeated that point once more trying to make sure Kayen heard him. "I still want to keep our friendship intact so what do you want in payment of this error," Typha said waiting to see what Kayen wanted to do his muscles tensed for action.

Kayen gave the Ogre a brief nod as Typha introduced him but paid the man little mind otherwise, as long as things went well here she would have plenty of time to find out more about him and Typha’s training. He was most certainly a lot stronger which meant that whatever training he HAD gotten certainly seemed worth it. He could even post a reasonable challenge to her base strength, the real question lay in what his peak power looked like. “Even if he is not officially King he is, by your own claims, the heir apparent, and the one who sought to take the throne. He represents the potential future of Konats, his actions represent where the planet COULD go if he takes the throne. Friendships are important when it comes to the people in charge, especially when it comes down to the person slated to rule a planet and the person ALREADY leading an organization” Kayen was far less calm, not outright angry but very clearly annoyed, be it with Typha himself or the situation in general she made no effort to clear up. “I don’t keep track of my subjects relationships but theirs don't hold the same weight, and I DO aim to keep track of any possibly dangerous relationships held by those near me, the people I give power. Such as Nashua and Ramen. If THEY were friendly with Chill or any direct enemy of mine I WOULD deal with the situation. Your point fails to stand because your brother is not just a random subject of your Kingdom, he is the person you told me would be taking the throne. I put what little trust I lend out to you to deliver my offer of partnership between our worlds to him.”
“So either you failed to do that, or your brother is a COMPLETE fool for not only ignoring it, but actively insulting my offer by turning to the Fleet instead”
“You made it seem like your brother was intelligent, the one better fit to lead. But he very nearly put your entire world in jeopardy. What I want is simple, I want to not have Konats be a potential risk, I leave it be because you are one of the few people I find myself fond of. I don’t give that sort of reprieve easily. If you need to be babysitting your brother to ensure he doesn’t align himself with the losing side of a war, perhaps he ISNT the most fit to rule” Kayen said leaning on one arm not actually answering Typha’s question.

Typha heard Kayen words and clearly she was dissecting what he had said and known it was not all that good of a defense. Typha had been hopefully it would have been well enough, he was not someone good with words after all. That was why his brother was first in line and he was third in line. He trained all his life to be a king and he trained it to be a soldier. Typha didn't say anything he just let Kayen speak there was not much reason to try to counter her statements when at least part of him knew they were correct. When she mentioned Chill Typha let a sigh. He had a response for that at least. "Him again I didn't know him but he seems to be not that bad of a person." Typha calmly stated. "Sure he could be a psychopath but one of your men Kalabas and he had been rivals. He protected the saiyan girl Belle when Kalabas wanted to use her to take a shot at him. So my brother may have been manipulated into thinking he was a better person then the Saiyan he did meet." Typha explained.
Then she mentioned if the info of alliance was even sent. Typha spoke honestly. "I'm willing to admit where I am wrong. I was waiting until he was King. That would have happened some months ago but someone named Ashi didn't think us as good leaders. Many of the people of Konats agreed so he was not made a leader. I told him after to speak to someone named Kayen not telling him who you are. I'd want him to judge your character without the attachments of salivation on it." He knew he mentioned it before but he had to repeat it since Kayen seemed to have missed it at least that was how he interpreted a lack of a response to it. Typha stared at Kayen for a long moment after she finished. Yudi began to hum to fill the void of noise as Typha sat thinking how he wanted to word his next statements before he spoke them. Finally, he raised his hand to Yudi. "Leave us for now Yudi." Yudi got up and looked at Kayen. "You sure you're going to be ok," Typha spoke his voice a bit deeper anger tinging it. "Yes." Yudi hurried out as Typha looked back at Kayen.
"I had talked a few hours ago to Ashi. She is someone who is not quite happy with me in general. Since I caused the machines to come and that lead to her death. She and many others lost a lot because of my failures. She is young and strong I know that for certain. Maybe one day she could protect Konats if guided on that path. Hell, maybe i'll let her kill me to clear my consciousness." Typha good eye narrowed. "But, she will not rule Konats. She told me you gave a suggestion to let me and her rule Konats. We are friends of course so I assume you meant it lightly. Yet, I want to know if you were serious in that prospect. If you were what would you do to that." Typha leaned back. "Cause if you were thinking of forcing me I'd have to warn you as a friend that would not be a good idea for you."

“Well, hes a corpse now so the kind of person he was doesn’t matter much” Kayen said with a shrug, she did not know much of the details of what had gone on with Arcose, but she DID know Chill was dead leaving Arcose and the Fleet leaderless once more. “What sort of person he might or might have been doesn’t REALLY matter, he was the clear leader of the Fleet, and a high ranking member before that. If your brother had any sense he would have kept a distance from him unless the Fleet at the very least wasn’t absolutely being demolished” At least an argument could be made that Riis was taking a gamble on the Fleets chances of victory by standing with Chill if the Fleet were anywhere near a threat, but the Fleet had long since stopped posing a real challenge. The last time they HAD was when Boreal was at the helm. From the sound of things Typha had apparently mostly botched things, Riis certainly was still an idiot for his part in things but the way Typha told it placed little actual reason for Riis to seek her out… and potentially just gave him little to go on of Typha also failed to mention she was the Queen of Vegeta. Kayen waited to respond as Typha clearly was building a bit of intensity as he spoke and even ordered away his companion, curious where this was going Kayen remained silent as Typha revealed he had apparently already spoken with Ashi and he was not entirely pleased with what he had heard from her “I did, she wanted to see about me possibly dealing with Riis myself, she’s aware of his connection to Chill and figured I wouldn't be overly fond, a correct assumption. Until she mentioned you I assumed he was some separate party looking to take advantage of your death to take over Konats. When I got to know the situation a bit MORE I obviously couldn't just agree to taking him out” Well… she COULD have but it would have very likely ended any positive relations between her and Typha. “So I floated the idea of a better way for things to go with Konats, your brother isn’t an ideal choice. He’s apparently prone to putting your people at risk by throwing his lot in with the losing side of a war. But YOU remain as far as I’m concerned an ideal leader for your people. You’ve made mistakes but have a drive to fix them, you clearly care for your people, and you have the power to defend them if need be.” “I floated the idea of you AND her ruling because I think, from my little interaction with her. It would do the pair of you well, create a scenario similar to my time ruling alongside Vocado. You’re both completely invested in your peoples prosperity, she’s even more receptive to YOU leading, at least over your brother. I'm sure you're not overly fond of me discussing how your home should be ruled with others. But my aim is to help YOU keep it functioning and safe. You might have pointed your brother in my direction but he never pursued it, so either he's an idiot, or he doesn't care to follow through with your suggestions.“

Typha shrugged. Kayen did have a point on the Chill thing but still, she was also mostly ignoring what he had to say. The question was whether he was a good person or not. Still it didn't matter he had sided with Kayen's foe and he had a decent idea of the type of person she was. A warrior queen to be sure and someone who'd not care for good or bad. If you were her foe you'd go down. Typha waited for Kayen to respond to what he had said. Typha nodded as Kayen as explained Ashi wanted to have her deal with Riis. Yet when she heard it was his brother she decided not to do such a thing. Typha was glad about that but he still not happy that she even considered going on Konats. He didn't want force to be the way the people of Konats ruled.
Still, not everything that Kayen said he hated. She did want to bring an ideal leader to Konats. She even noted while he had made his mistakes he could still be a good leader of Konats. Yet the problem was the power. Was he worthy because he was strong and would he take the throne with that power? Typha didn't want to be seen as a Tyrant but he also didn't want to see what would happen if Riis stayed on the throne. Not because he didn't think he could do good but he was worried about what others would do in response. He had made himself unpopular in some circles for his mistake. She brought up the council idea that Ashi had mentioned to him. He really was not too keen ruling with Ashi. Typha sat there for a moment his hands coiled at his chest as he heard Kayen out. Finally, he let out a deep sigh. "I cannot allow that." Typha raised his hand as he got ready to explain himself.
"Maybe everything you and Ashi said is true. Maybe my Brother is not worthy of ruling Konats. Maybe I or Ashi would be better suited." Ashi was strong but he didn't want her to be queen. He'd rather run thing himself since he could trust his own judgment on the universe. "Yet I cannot throw my own brother out of ruling Konats. I cannot force him to step down and move the line of succession. I could try to convince him to step down for the time being and let myself rule. Our middle brother was never going to rule so that option would be the simplest. I don't think he'll get rid of the throne nor do I want it. I also don't wanna put Ashi on that throne. My family earned the throne through blood and protecting Konats. I don't think my options are that simple though. So suppose I sit on my hands and do nothing. What are you gonna do." Typha voice became cold as he paused. "As a friend, I want your honest answer."

“You CAN, you CHOOSE not to. Neither of you have EARNED your throne, you were GIVEN it because someone else did the real work. You weaken your people and your planet by holding onto the belief that only your line deserves to lead. You are the closest one between the two of you who has done anything to ‘earn’ that throne by reviving your people. But even that is only because of an error you made. At least though you took it upon yourself to go out and DO something.”
“My ancestor ruled the Saiyan Empire during the last age, but I don’t hide behind her accomplishments to stake my claim to Vegeta. I EARNED my throne, I made Vegeta mine by fighting for it, I did the same with Raiti before that. If ‘earning’ the rulership of Konats is so important to you then either take the throne or stop standing in the way of those who might.”
“If you WONT do anything about the issue I have no interest in the partnership I offered you, I wont actively pursue Konats personally as long as your brother stays our of my way. But if he DOES I’ll treat him like anyone else in my way, I also wont come to its aid, any problems Konats faces are on YOUR head alone, especially considering when last we spoke you made it clear your brother was no warrior”

Typha looked towards Kayen as she explained how of course he could have taken the throne but he refused too. Typha stared at her anger piercing his eye. She was right about a lot of it. They were claiming rule by their bloodline but no other Konatsian has stepped up and proved themselves. He'd be dammed to let someone who didn't know the first thing about the universe rule his people. They could cause untold amounts of peril. No, he couldn't let something like that stand. Yes, he was the best person to take the throne prehaps that was true. But he couldn't in his heart. He couldn't do that to his people and just take the throne from them. Even if it was for the best he'd refused to use his power to decide how his people should live. She even earned her throne not out of blood even if it was royal once she just got it because she was the strongest. Viens formed on Typha's head. It was not as if he was living on Vegeta her society was on built on the strength he could not do things as Kayen did. That would never work.
The final nail in this coffin? He'd lose Kayen's support. Sure she'd no go blow up Konats but if it got in her way? Then she'd have no choice to deal with it. Typha was not worried they get in the way but if someone did come what would he do. What if Ashi had been wrong and the bad guys came. What if Kayen came herself. He was not naive, she was certainly capable of heading to Konats and laying waste. If she thought it was in her best interests? He had not even made allies with Earth yet. Typha was not someone that wanted to dive in the political sphere. Riis error really was pissing him off now. Typha was lost in what he was supposed to do. Typha nearly slammed his fist down but he stopped himself. Typha took in a deep breath. "Sorry." Typha looked at Kayen. "I'm bad at this stuff. I'm so use to being a fighter. Cutting down men and machine alike without a care in the world letting myself let loose. I hate this so much that I'm lacking control. Though I understand why you have your stance. If our positions were reversed I'd of done the same thing." Typha took in a few more deep breaths to let himself calm down but the anger was still there it didn't go away at all.
"You talk about blood how you had the blood of a royal throne once. I know you earned your throne by combat but I'm sure that helped. My blood? My family whole line was built on Konats greatest villain I'm quite sure he fought one of the queens at least once. We are built on the back of Plato of Konats. That why I can't take the throne. That's why I can't just go swinging my sword and say that because I deserve it the most that I should sit the throne. Just like him, I failed to protect Konats and now I return from the grave only to take the throne. My goals may be good but I'd become a tyrant. I know who I am deep down. I don't have the self-control or resolve to be a King. Saiyan society is based on strength and Konats is on honor. I lost my eye, my people, my life and so much more. I refuse to give up my honor to my people. Never." Typha fist coiled. "I really think I need to blow up some steam." Typha sighed. "Wanna fight." Off-topic as it was he felt that he needed to do something else right now before he blew his lid off.

Kayen grinned “My blood didn’t do a damn thing actually, the average citizen probably doesn’t even know I AM descended from Habana. I don’t need it to back up my command. But if honor is your hangup, cant you do some sort of formal challenge, hell maybe even let him name someone to fight FOR him, you said he’s not a fighter so it’d give him a means to have an even chance at maintaining his throne, and worst case he figures out that what he’s done has severly screwed with your planets safety.” Kayen rolled her shoulders as she paused not yet giving an answer to Typha’s question, to his challenge. “As for a fight? I think that could do us both some good, I’ve got some steam I need to blow off as well, not here though. If you fuck up my ship I’ll send you right back to the land of the dead” Kayen said turning from Typha and making a gesture for him to follow along, presuming that the Konatsian did so they would travel through the ship and into the Gym, a state of the art training center designed to allow Kayen to flex her full strength without risk to the ship, it would be quite the test to have a full on fight inside but based off of all of Barb’s numbers it would hold up as long as they weren’t actively attacking its walls or TRYING to cause the room damage.

Typha nodded as Kayen explained that her blood had not been important for gaining the throne. Most of the people would not even know she had that blood tie. He wondered how many people even know who Habana was. He did wonder though if the bloodlines would follow suit and history would repeat itself. He hoped not, he’d not want to make Kayen his enemy and die again. He’d like to keep his life for at least a few more months. As for the honor and her suggestion he shook his head. “I am not going to fight my brother. I’m gonna let my brother fix himself. He made a mistake and if he gonna correct himself then I got no reason to try to throw him off the throne. I don’t think people will attack Konats unless we start stirring trouble.” Typha shook his head. Typha then followed Kayen as she did accept his challenge. He’d follow and arrive at her active gm. Typha looked around giving it a nod. “Seems nice.” He couldn’t tell how strong it was but Kayen seemed to think it was just fine. “So we going all out or we are holding back. Don’t wanna destroy your ship and find out if you can kill me.” Typha began to stretch and waited for Kayen’s response.

“Some people need a kick in the ass to realize they need to change, but do what you want” It was pretty clear that she wasn’t going to be able to convince Typha to kick Riis off the throne quite yet, perhaps sometime down the road though when/if Riis continued to be an issue Typha might realize that perhaps something DID need to be done. Konats would likely remain relatively safe for the foreseeable future, without Kayen being immediately invested in taking it over it had few true direct threats, but even if one DID arise it was not as if Typha not being its true leader meant he wouldn't be protecting it, it would simply mean he would end up covering it for any potential problems that might arise from Rii’s management of his world. “This room was designed to give me a place to cut loose so as long as neither of us are actively TRYING to destroy the walls we’re fine, the walls have some sort of paneling that leeches small amounts of ambient energy to reinforce them, not enough of a drain that it could ever affect us directly but enough to let it disperse the impact across the whole room rather than whatever single point gets hit.” The explanation was a touch complicated but FAR less so than Barb’s first attempt to explain what she had done. “We can start out slow if you want though and work our way up, don’t bother with that intermediary form you have though, it’ll just be a waste of your energy to try hitting me with something in THAT form since even if I had my tail the Gym isn’t able to support Oozaru sized combat” Kayen said rolling her shoulders and drawing Fateburn from her back to ready herself for the coming fight.

"I guess. Maybe one day but I'd like to give him the chance to redeem himself. I know if he knew the truth he'd of been much more careful." Typha smiled though he was ready to move on from his brother. He was ready to fight with Kayen and test out his strength against hers. He had gotten a lot stronger but he was unsure how'd he'd match up agianst someone like Kayen. It was not like she sat back and didn't get stronger as well. Typha had already sensed that when he returned. She was a step above from where she was just after her fight with Vocado. Kayen explained that this place would be able to handle them going all out but she was more than fine with taking things slow. "I'd normally take the offer of being slow but I want to test myself. I've gotten a lot stronger being dead. I got some new techniques to test on someone as strong as you." Typha grinned.
Typha began to stretch and cracked his neck. He had never used this form outside the living world so he was unsure how it'd go. Typha took in a deep breath as he tightened his fists. A pink aura surrounded Typha "HAAAAAAAA" He felt the spark of his Pale Rose form but no, it was not high enough. He was going to face off with Kayen's Super Saiyan form. If he was not strong enough to at least face that power he had no right to protect Konats. He would need her to protect it from any threats because he was quite sure people were out their nearly as strong as Kayen that could do great harm to Konats if they desired. "HAAAAAAAAA" Typha roared out. His hair turned white as his power rocketed far above his pale rose form. "That was close I was a bit worried I could not do it in the living world. The Otherworld my body is much tougher and able to handle more energy." Typha rubbed the back of his head before drawing his sword. He'd let Kayen power up first before he attacked. She'd need it.
