Cress snickered while he watched one of Earth's entertainment shows on one of those high price TV's he'd stolen. These earthlings were really creative. While lying there on his bed his stomach growled. It looked like he'd gotten hungry. He sighed, pushing himself off the bed and turning off the television. He'd make his way to his closet and put his spandex back on before heading out the house to go hunting. Hopefully he'd run across a dinosaur tonight, he was craving their meat in particular tonight. Springing around from place to place, his nose was on high alert. Not too long he picked up the scent of one hiding in the brush.
Cress grinned, that one would be his meal for tonight. Sniffing again, he picked up the scent of another one... but it was moving. Apparently it had been keeping watch and noticed him, roaring and alerting the other dinosaur. Cress quickly formed what was essentially a fireball in his hand, tossing it at the one that took notice of him first. It looked like he'd be have plenty of left overs. The fireball crashed into the dinosaur, causing it to light on fire and panic. Cress laughed. " That's what you get for interrupting me!", he says as if the dinosaur could understand him. As for the other one, it charged towards him, only to be met by another fireball which hit it in the face. Ouch.
Now that the forest was brightened up he was visible to the naked eye.

It was late evening by the time Zriracha had deigned to hunt for herself. She was on her way back home to the forest in the southern region, but had stopped near the East when she just couldn’t wait any longer. As she soared through the air, a scent would catch her attention – fire, made from vegetation, if she was identifying it correctly. She stopped in the air and looked down, spying a small glow of some light from the sky and it looked as if it might grow bigger. She tilted her head to the side in thought; she was unconcerned for the forest, but curiosity was another animal altogether. She dropped down, landing a distance away and levitating just above a tree branch so as to not break it with her weight. As she approached the light, a figure would come into view as well as another body that wasn’t so humanoid burning from the same fire around him. Oh? Is this another hunter, I spy? She thought playfully, contemplating playing a little game with him. With a loud ‘FWUMP!’, Zriracha would drop down not far from this man’s game and linger with a grin. The fire would illuminate her form partially, revealing the dark brown of her fur and skin, her eyes glowing in ephemerally. “Nice night for a hunt, wouldn’t you say?” Her power would increase as a way of preamble before she would lick side of her lips. “Let’s play a game.”

As Cress watched his prey be cooked alive he picked up a strange new scent. Someone was very close. Cress gazed into the darkness, his eyes locking on to the spot in the darkness where the figure was apparently up in a tree. The figure didn't take to long to come into the light, landing next to his meal with a loud thump. Cress looked what appeared to be a 'she' up and down. She definitely wasn't human, and neither was he. She was also the one to initiate a conversation.
"I got hungry.", he responded with a grin. She licked her lips, was she here to steal his meal? Or was she here for a fight. It seemed like the latter was true by her following request. The saiyan shifted his limbs and entered his fighting stance. His blood began pumping, he was excited at the thought of a good fight. Hopefully she was strong or he'd not enjoy this.

By the look of his stance, and that tail she could assume made him a Saiyan, this male was wholly perceptive to her offer. It was a simple one, too – one he couldn’t refuse. Without words needed to express exactly what her game was, Zriracha quickly made to close the distance between them- rushing toward them with an elbow aimed straight away toward their face. Fully revealed to him, Zriracha would introduce herself properly and slightly ply off his hunger with a joke, “And I am known as Zriracha of Chakkapak! Prepare yourself, Hungry!!” She jumped back, hooves clomping loudly in the dirt as she lowered herself into a stance as well. Zriracha tilted her head at him, “In case it isn’t clear, I am also hungry and wish to do battle for your catch.” She didn’t really imagine he needed the clarification, much less over a game, but there was always that one-off chance that she would offend him and lose out on a potential bit of fun. Cress blinked, did she think his name was hungry? Or was that just what she wanted to call him? Whatever, it didn't matter. She did give him her name, though: Zriracha of Chakkapak. Was that some secluded place here on Earth he'd never been to or heard of? He might ask a couple questions after his fight, but the fight was more important to him. Fights took priority ninety-nine percent of the time for him. The saiyan watched as she loudly slipped into a unique fighting stance of her own. It'd bee a while since he'd had a fight in the dark, this'd be exciting.
Zriracha also clarified that she wanted to fight with the food as the prize, which actually hadn't caught on to. "Oh.", he responded, looking at the two lizards that were still cooking. "Alright, let's try not to blow up the prize then." The idea that the food would be prize sort of made things more exciting for him, even though he could easily catch more food if he lost. He had a feeling he wouldn't loose tonight, but who knows? Maybe Zriracha was some sort of powerhouse that he'd never heard of before.
Cress grinned before springing forward without warning, pulling his arm back in preparation. If he got close enough to throw a punch, he'd attempt to thrust his fist at her in an attempt to drive her deeper into the forest, putting some distance in between them and the prize.

As her elbow came to him, he’d also thrown his own punch out and their force had collided in a powerful mashup that would force Zriracha to bound back into the forest. Her voice could be heard as her hooves grinded into the dirt, branches and foliage within the darkness. “As you wish!” Then, from the shadows, a ball of fire would scream toward Cress – the next apparent move from Zriracha. It held little power and would hardly hurt should he decide to block it or get hit; no, it’s purpose was merely to distract the Saiyan as Zriracha laid in wait for him to follow. From the tops of one of the highest trees, Zriracha would be perched – levitating from the branch so as not to make any noise from her weight or break it. She kept her senses open as she readied another blast of fire, a little more potent than the last one, this time. She called to him, taunting, “I hope you’re not afraid of the dark! Here, let me light up the area for you!” Quickly following up by sucking in a breath and blowing out a massive wave of black flames in his general direction. They burned away at the foliage, blackening the bark upon the trees and incinerating most of the matter within it’s path along it’s way. “Oops! Sorry, I forgot my that those flames aren’t quite bright enough to help you!” She laughed. Cress

As his fist came in full force in an attempt to put some distance between them and the food he was met with some resistance. Letting his aura wrap around him as he weighed in, he broke her defense and sent her flying back into the forest. While the light from his aura may not have spread far he could still keep up with her with his nose. Cress forced his momentum to cease and landed on the ground a short distance away from Zriracha, who agreed to his suggestion. Near instantly after that he was met with black fames, and had he had seen the attack before it got as close as it did, he could have dodged it. It was too close for him to dodge, though, resulting in him getting hit by the flames. "Shit!", Cress barked as the flames burned away at his clothes but did little to his armor.
"I've never encountered anything like that before.", he thought as he quickly patted out the flames. Fire that didn't produce any sort of light, that had to be some magical trick. If he wanted to dodge something like that again he'd need to increase the amount of light he was giving off. An idea coming to mind relatively quickly, the saiyan let out a yell while his aura grew in size and produced more light. "That's better.", he thought, his eyes looking out past the light into the darkness. His eyes settled on where her scent was coming from, an elevated position. Cress sprung in her direction, sticking out like a sore thumb as he did. She called out to him, seemingly notifying him of an incoming attack. It'd been more beneficial for her if she hadn't, though.
The saiyan exerted his spiritual energy from his hand, forming a barrier in front of him. Dark flames crashed into his barrier, while any others not caught by it raced past him and burned away at the forest. She laughed at him, only to get a quick response. "It doesn't matter! I can easily counter them like this!" The saiyan homed in on her position, and when in a good enough range, he formed a green and white energy orb in his hand and threw it at the tree she was located in, aiming to cause an explosion that'd envelope her and hopefully cause some damage, although it didn't pack much of a punch.

Her laughter was cut off quite abruptly, interrupted by his sudden call back at her as the flames she’d sent at him appeared to harmlessly pass by his form. Did he possess some form of shielding or charm to resist her attack? I’ve got to be careful with this one! Already, he’d proven to see through her tactics by lighting up his place within the forest - effectively making hitting him MUCH harder. “Tch, you’re taking the fun out it,” She muttered, eyeing the incoming ball of green and white energy and bounding effortlessly away from her tree. It exploded upon contact and rendered the entire branch to dust, blackening the tree. Zriracha allowed herself to free fall for a moment or two, watching the Saiyan from upside down, before she flipped and recovered to land in the dirt with a heavy ‘FWUMP!’ Around her, the forest burned with black flames – illuminated ever so slightly by the saiyan’s aura as a measure to likely keep from being surprised. She had to plan this out carefully; her newest attack could have potentially taken him off guard – had he not responded with the form of protection that he did. That left her with two options: get creative or a full assault. One certainly has more appeal than the other. Still, there was always room for banter, “Is this how you treat a lady?” She teased. “Whatever happened to a nice midnight stroll through the forest? Although, I do like the mood lighting,” Her hand came up, ignited in now red flames, “-Let’s add to it.” With a heavy toss, she hefted the ball of flames in his direction. As it approached, however, Cress would find that it didn’t come close to hitting him and instead blasted a tree behind him. It crackled and groaned, before finally, it fell forward towards him. Cress

The energy that raced out of his hand smashed into the tree, causing an explosion that Zriracha easily avoided. The tree was left with a large wound in its side. Utilizing the quick flash of light, Cress' eyes followed Zriracha until being interrupted by the sudden return of the darkness. He did manage to hear her land, though, as she made no effort to suppress the sound. Even then, he still would have found her. The saiyan dropped out of the air and landed just as she began jokingly questioned his manners. He'd entertain that question. "Sounds like an Earthling thing. The ladies where I'm from love a nice, romantic fight.", he responded with a grin, watching a flame appear in her hand.
This time it wasn't one of those black ones, why'd she choose one he could see? That made it all the more easier to dodge. Light produced by the fire temporarily exposed her position before she tossed the flame at him, only to be covered in darkness again. Cress stood still after determining that it was just a tad bit off-course, meaning that it wouldn't hit him. He felt the heat coming off the ball of flames as it flew past him. "Nice shot!", he jokingly said with a laugh following it.
As he prepared to kick off the ground and attack Zriracha, he heard a creaking noise come from behind him. Turning around, he saw a tree that was presumably sat ablaze by Zriracha's attack falling over him. Cress quickly coated his hands in ki and grabbed the tree as it fell, holding it above him. The saiyan would toss the flaming tree at her and quickly firing an energy wave from his right hand that'd vaporize the tree and try and hit her.

She watched as the tree had begun to fall onto Cress, burning and breaking from her attack. Just when she was sure that he would be overtaken by the tree, he grabbed it as if the fire meant nothing to his skin and throw it in her direction. The Demon stared at the tree with an expression of shock before leaning forward – just as the tree would appear to almost hit her – she would leave behind an afterimage. The wave of Ki that had destroyed the tree would pass through her afterimage, destroying a few trees that were behind her in an explosive show of light and debris. For a few intense moments, all was quiet aside from the crackle of the fire and shuffle of the wind. The animals had long since abandoned the area through self reservation, fearful of the powerful monsters that had taken their homes. The fires had started to bloom and spread, taking over many of the trees beyond the two. Should they continue, the fires would likely keep spreading and eventually form a dangerous forest fire that could destroy miles of land. Grinning and with her fist blazing with a powerful fire enchantment, Zriracha would appear above Cress. “If that is so, then I am sure you’re quite the Casanova!” She joked with a laugh, clasping her hands together before she would attempt to throw them both down into Cress’ head. She would be woefully depleted of magic for a time but hopefully she would give Cress a powerful lesson in underestimating her. Cress

Cress watched as his attack hit nothing but air, passing through what he assumed to be an afterimage and causing an explosion once it hit the closest tree behind her previous location. The ground shook violently as debris was sent flying in every direction, resulting in Cress shielding his eyes. "She's quick on her feet.", he thought to himself. His nose was overpowered with the many scents left lingering in the air, causing him to temporarily loose track of her. The saiyan swatted the air, releasing a powerful gust of air that cleared out most of the scents. Fire lit up the forest around them, bringing the need to use his aura to counter her dark flames closer to its end. This sight would make an environmentalist break down and cry.
As nearby scents came flooding back in, he was suddenly alerted by Zriracha's scent above him. She commented on what he said earlier, finishing off with a word he didn't understand but assumed the meaning to. Fire blazing around her hands, he was given more than enough time to dodge the incoming attack- but he chose not to, deciding to take the pain and use the energy he saved to send an even more devastating attack her way. What he'd not do is let her burn the hair off his head, though. The saiyan leaned back, bracing himself and putting up his guard, letting the attack slam into his arms while they shielded his head, and most importantly, hair.
The saiyan winced as the flame began to burn his skin, peeling some skin off his forearms. The force behind it was pretty strong as well, knocking him off his feet and causing him to fall on his back. The earth cracked as he slammed into it with a thud. "I'll get you back for that.", Cress responded as his determined frown turned into a grin. The saiyan kicked off the ground, sending himself flying back, and after a quick maneuver, he was back on his feet. Cress began laughing as the ground began to shake, pulling his hands back as his powerful spirit energy began increasing for an attack. A circular near solid, non-transparent aura surrounded him. The ground began to shake even more violently than before, and electricity sparked around his body. "This is going to hurt like hell!", Cress warned as he thrust his hands forward, palms exposed. A massive energy wave shot out of his aura and in Zriracha's direction. This would possibly be the most powerful attack she'd ever seen, and one that'd leave him completely drained.

She stared down at Cress’ form, breath heavily from utilizing so much magic at once. While her attack had been a success, something didn’t quite feel right about this. Just as she was certain he might have had enough, the saiyan was back on his feet again and didn’t really look that worn down – unlike herself. In spite of this, however, Zriracha couldn’t help the grin on her face at the challenge before her. General Kraktus was a powerful opponent and one I had no chance against – How will you measure up?! Vainly, she tried her best to regain at least something to move with or counter-attack with. However, by the look and feel of Cress’ energy, she would be left without any other option than to simply hope her natural endurance could take whatever he was going to dish out. However, the longer she stared on, the most powerful his energy became until it completely overtook her own. Her mouth gaped, sweat gathering and rolling down her forehead. “W-What power-!” She hissed in fear. Suddenly, the wave of heat was upon her; faster than she could escape and far stronger than she could take. Wait! At the very last instant, Zriracha’s hand would clench – opening to reveal a coin that could promptly smashed within her palm. Her power doubled just as the wave of power made contact and she gave an agonized howl of pain as the wave bowled over her form and knocked her body to the ground. Her body sustained intense burns and she was still exhausted of her magic reserves – but she hadn’t taken as much damage as she could have. The following destruction around her left more trees mangled and most other charred beyond repair. As the dust settled, her form would be revealed to have slightly changed yet no less worse for wear from the attack. Her clothes were burnt away in many places, the Gi half-torn exposing part of her undershirt below and her burnt skin. Her horns had grown and curled, the fire that burned atop their tips now burning within the open curl of the horns. Her red eyes glowed with power as she grimaced. With a groan of pain, she leaned up and gave a wince of pain grasping her shoulder where it took most of the damage. “D-Damn, that… He did not lie. This hurts like a son of a bitch!” She looked around, trying to find her opponent. She was in no condition to defend against another assault like that. If she was going to claim victory, it had to be with more caution than she’d been exercising up to this point. Cress

It seemed like the demon was in shock at the amount of power he was generating for his attack. Now all she had to do was feel it to get a good measurement on just how strong he was! Cress looked on as his attack raced toward her, draining spiritual energy from deep in his reserves. It would have hurt him had he not trained his body to prevent that from happening. Finally, his attack slammed into her, burning her as she let out a howl of pain. Cress, being quite the sadistic saiyan, let out a taunting laugh. "Too much for you?", he said, although most of the words were drowned out by the noise his attack was giving off.
Cress gaze concentrated on the area in front of him as the bright light faded and the dust settled a good portion of the shadows were drowned out again by the forest that was lit ablaze around the edge of the scar that ran along the ground in front of him. He immediately spotted Zriracha, and after a quick look, determined that she had underwent some transformation. She had to if the attack had that little effect on her. That meant he was exposed now, he needed to move. Cress quickly looked to his side and leapt into the forest with all the speed he could muster, finding a good spot to stay quite in until some of his energy came back to him.
He didn't wander off too far, though, hearing what Zriracha said. He wondered how he'd fair against her now. Would he be at a severe, minor, or no disadvantage? Before he used any transformation of his own he'd wait and see. For now all he had to do was wait until he had regained enough energy to put up some sort of defense.

With her skin burnt in some places and certainly bleeding in others, she went about searching for the Saiyan she’d underestimated. Scouring the forest, she would swiftly soar through the trees as they burned and seek out the power that Cress had displayed. Was he actually hiding?! She snarled, the fire burning within her horns flaring from her emotions. Well, fine… if he wanted to try and hide, then she’d smoke him out somehow. “Where are you?!” She would bellow, intent to get under his skin through the way of his pride. She laughed, loud enough for him to surely hear, “Is this the extent of your power? A few grandiose abilities and that’s it? Come out! Show me the strength of your will!” However, Zriracha was not going to wait very long for him to appear, flying higher into the air as her power radiated with darkness. She would dig deep and – as she promised – smoke him out one way or the other. Once high enough that she felt he would certainly be hit by her attack, she would declare, “If you won’t come out – then I’ll MAKE you come out!” Then, with little preamble, she would take a deep breath and ignite the flames in her throat. Like a rain of fire, she would blast a wave of black flames down upon the already burning forest, either ignorant or uncaring of the destruction she wrought down. The Demon was not down or out of the battle yet, though whether she would realize sooner rather later that their ‘game’ had gotten a little too intense would remain to be seen. Cress

Cress stood on a branch, one hand against a tree keeping an eye out for Zriracha. His nose was mostly clouded by the smell of the burning forest, only able to catch a whiff of Zriracha ever now and then. His eyes would be left to do most of the work, but she wasn't too hard to keep track of due to the fact she was making noise. Cress growled as she bellowed- she was taunting him. An aura surrounded his right hand as she began to laugh. "Just you wait!", he thought.
Despite what she may think that wasn't all Cress had in store for her. He was just out of energy right now. She didn't wait for him to come to her, though, she decided to take action before he had the chance. After announcing that she'd make him come out she took to the sky before dousing the forest in black flames. Unable to avoid it in time, the black flames hit Cress, completely covering it. The aura around his hand faded as he fell out of the tree, yelling as he rolled across the ground to put it out, only to be covered in more flames. "Shit!", Cress said as he got back on his feet, attempting to pat the flames out as they burned through his armor and clothing, causing the skin underneath to darken. There was no doubt about it- she transformed. If he was right she didn't have much energy, and if she was able to inflict this much damage she had to have transformed. Now that he thought about it she looked a bit different. If she was going to transform he'd do the same! The saiyan summoned his nearby pod with a remote, which quickly rushed to a point above him. The pod shined as it put off Blutz Waves, which were the key to his transformation. It illuminated part of the forest with its light. Partially still on fire, Cress would rocket through what was left of the treetops, his gaze locking onto the pod.
In just a couple of seconds he began to dramatically change, his body stretching and increasing in size as hair coated most of his body. The expansion would only stop when he was multiply stories tall, taller than most buildings. The ground shook as his muscles tensed, an intense feeling surrounded him. The saiyan would suddenly unleash a deafening roar, causing the ground to shake even violently than before. She was in for it now. Cress would suddenly reach out for her in an attempt to grab her and would toss her to the ground if given the chance. 68% damage taken. 123% damage taken total. Transformed into Oozaru.
