Letting slip an inappropriate word by accident is one thing, but continuing to push your luck after you were asked to stop by multiple members is another. Discriminatory terms and inappropriate phrases have no place on World of Dragon Ball and shouldn't be used in any sort of context, period.

In spite of being told by the staff to refrain from posting these pre-written PM thread posts, we have been told you told your thread partners it was okay to post them anyways. You lied to the staff about not stockpiling posts upfront and despite being told to refrain, you lied and told at least one of your partners to do it anyways. You said you were going to PM Ramen, but you never did such thing as you and Synthesia, perhaps one of several, continued with the aforementioned PM-made thread. While this isn't the worst abuse possible by any means, you have still dishonestly went ahead with your posts. It's been reported that you've done this to several people and have ignored verbal staff demands to stop, so further action must be taken.

RULE 3) [DE] (*Death Enabled) or [SAGA] are very special threads wherein the stakes are at an all-time high. Entering or creating one of these locks you out of joining any other threads until this one is completed, or you exit it successfully. Everyone in an open DE gets a gain bonus, whereas the bonus is not prominent in initially closed or invite DEs. By joining or creating a DE thread, you accept the risk of death that comes with it. While usually you cannot casually skip a person in a thread, if someone does not post in 48 hours, the next person may post and skip them. The skipped person may re-enter the post queue when they see fit after being skipped. DE threads must have proper risk and justification for being created- someone going to a grocery store and nothing else will be denied as a DE. Note that some transformations can only be triggered in these threads as well. You can not re-enter a DE after you exit.

This is a big rule of ours, due to how negatively it can impact both yours and other people's characters' timelines and plots if you were to die while having started and joined in other threads. Even if it is a closed DE and you had the result planned out with the other participants, the rule still unfortunately applies. 10% warning level will be added and 1,000 XP will be deducted per post made outside the DE. Only one post was made, so this is more of a slap on the wrist than anything, but do be careful in the future.

We've been trying to get members to show more respect towards artists and commissioners by clamping down on art usage without proper credits for a while now. This has been an admittedly slow process, but some progress has been made towards this as we're aiming to make our community more friendly to artists by cutting down on the amount of art theft usually rampant on role-playing sites. Along with this effort, we specifically warned Thaw in the past to stop editing art-work, primarily when it was done to other member's purchased commissions.

Result of Appeal:

The error in this case was chalked up to a genuine mistake on the part of the individual in question. Although this should not undermine the importance of this sort of issue, Thaw will not receive a full warning for this instance. Members should remember to treat artwork respectfully in the future, as well as to follow the terms of direct verbal warnings when issued.

Please remember that the appeals process exists for a reason: in instances where a situation is nuanced, the exact results will necessarily follow through procedure taken between staff and the member(s) in question.

It doesn't matter if you feel an outburst was justified or not - directly lashing out in response to someone angering you is never the proper action to be taking, no matter the aggressor or the circumstances. If you feel there is a problem with someone's roleplaying conduct, contact staff about it and they will handle it with the individual in question. Taking matters into your own hands rarely works out for anyone. That being said, we will discuss with Thaw in private about his own conduct in this scenario as well, but a line was certainly skirted here.

Additionally, the power-level in the thread was changed to a more recent power-level, the conversion to which took place well after the character had left Vegeta.

This one fell through the cracks, but that doesn't make it any less of a warn. Regardless of what your personal opinions on the subject may be, this site is not the place to voice them in a manner that negatively affects the experience of other players. The validity of other individual's gender choices is not up for debate, nor do we want this sort of talk to become a trend. We have multiple players whose identity could be considered as being brought into question by your comments, and it should be obvious why that isn't acceptable.

Additionally, it was made clear early that the discussion was not welcome, and yet you still posted to try to take the last word. Whether or not you imagine yourself to be correct in any given situation is irrelevant: be more aware of what you're saying, and in which servers.
