Despite being also primarily composed of grass and water, the Maima Region of Namek had an overall more... magic-y feel to it. Paige couldn't exactly put it into words, but the sudden... feeling of magic surrounding them like a mist was palpable, and she wasn't even an exceptionally talented caster herself. It was a truly unique experience, and if nothing else was gained from this trip (as Paige had already begun to see just how... similar most of Namek was), she at least got to refresh in a miasma of magic. Klarenets was unusually quiet, not even bothering to rattle or vibrate in its' sheath. Paige chalked it up to the presence of 'positive' magic in the area, which combined with Paige's divine energy sapped the will out of the Demon Sword.
Currently, the lesser Kai was in the midst of visiting a place that amounted to a tourist museum for magic, perhaps built in an attempt to appear more accomadating to non-Namekians. It was nice enough, but hardly a place that could really hold her interest or teach her anything new. She had cruised along the few exhibits with a few artifacts and walls of text describing the many kinds of magic in the universe, passing by a crowd consisting of mostly Aliens along the way. Sighing, the Shinjin exited out the front - down a flight of stony steps to the winding dirt street of the small glorified tourist stop 'town'.
At least it was sunny! ...Like it usually was, here on Namek. Paige didn't have a particular problem with its' people or how the planet operated, per-se, but finding unique things to record for her mission was exceedingly hard. Drifting to a small food stand (set up specifically for off-worlders), Paige got a basket which consisted of a purple oval shaped object with a soft skin, and some strips of green rectangles. At least she could attempt to try all the unique cuisine?
Sauntering over to a bench, Paige unslug Klarenets' sheath from her back, setting the sword beside her - halfway out of its' holder - as she began to eat. Most people here mistook her for just a lesser known Alien, which was fine by her. That meant less people saw the need to come and bother her during a nice meal.
