Chime's PL: 100k
It was a beautiful, crisp autumn day at the Lookout. The sky was a bright blue, the breeze was pleasant, and a shape flew through the air towards the floating hemisphere. Luckily, it wasn't some villain looking to assault the place and start a fight. It was the Guardian of the Lookout himself, returning after his time away.
Chime touched down on the perfect grid of tiles with a bright smile on his face. He'd needed the time he'd spent traveling the planet, retracing his steps and thinking hard about his purpose and what he's doing. But now...it was nice to be back. He lifted his arms above his head and stretched after his long slight as he strolled across the Lookout, towards the central building. "Hey guys! I'm back!" He called, loud as he could. If anyone was down in the deep sub-levels, they probably wouldn't hear him, but he'd go find whoever was around either way. There wasn't any rush.
As he walked, he went over the mental checklist. Nashi was likely still hunting for Dragon Balls, and Myu was likely with him. Tysco was probably...wherever he went, when he wasn't here, but he seemed up always pop up sooner or later. Daruma and Cobalt might be around, the place looked clean and put together as ever, so they'd at least been here recently.
A few yards from the building, he paused. Everything seemed clean and in order, sure, but something felt...off. Like coming back to your bedroom and finding all the clutter very slightly rearranged. Enough to notice something was off, but not enough to realize what it was. Chime stood there with his hands on his hips, peering around. Was the garden different? Had someone been here? Was the roof painted a different shade of pink. He wasn't sure. It was probably fine, right?
hey nerd's what've you been up to in my house

PL: 12,000 Ichi's PL: 12,000 Near oblivious to his surroundings, Daruma mindlessly hummed a simple tune to himself as he sat by himself by the door to the Room of Spirit and Time. It was a blissful day with the breeze of fall blowing the leaves across the Lookout's pavings, a dancing, silent symphony that only the most dysphoric could effort to hear. He liked that sound, that beautiful call the trees gave out to one another. Daruma quietly mused about how much it reminded him of his friends, and for the first time in a while he smiled as he thought of Synthesia. Reaching a hand down to his side, he scruffed at the collar of his draconian buddy. "I think he would have really liked this, bud." He spoke into the wind, and the snoozing dragon hadn't really heard what he'd said, but that didn't matter much. Daruma had mostly said it for his own enjoyment. Leaning his head back and closing his eyes to enjoy the softness of the breeze, there wasn't much that could make this day better. Not much at all. "Hey guys! I'm back!"Well, that was definitely something that could. Daruma threw his head forward, eyes widened to bowls in excitement. "Chime.!" He shouted, half-whispering near the end as he cautiously slipped out from the nuzzled hug Ichi had been in with him. Racing to the opening and clambering with all the grace of a ferret across the tiling, he spied his friend in the distance and a wide grin pasted itself across his cheeks in an instant. "Hey! You're back!"

Cobalt had spent most of his day today like he always had; cleaning and preparing meals for everyone at the Lookout. Today did feel rather slow to the android, though, as he continued on with his work. Cobalt hummed a chipper tune as he dusted. He had gotten used to this every day life, and appreciated the healthy mix of peace and random encounters that came with it. But...without his dear friend Chime around, Cobalt had been feeling down and empty inside. That is, until today he heard a voice he recognized.
After hearing Chime declare his arrival back home, Cobalt quickly dropped what he was doing and went to go meet him. As he did, he saw Daruma pass him in a flash. He must have heard Chime, too! Soon enough, Cobalt exited the main building of the Lookout and rushed towards where Chime was standing.
"Heey!" Cobalt called out, cheerfully. "Mr. Chime! It's great to see you again! How was your journey?"

Chime called across the Lookout, and it was echoed back at him twofold. Daruma's shaggy head appeared first, and Chime was running before he realized it, with a big grin on his face. He leaped the last few feet of distance to tackle the ogre into a hug so hard they spun around once. "Daruma! It's so good to--" He began once his feet were on the ground again, but then another familiar face showed up. Cobalt! The android kept to himself a bit more than the other residents of the Lookout, but he was still Chime's friend, so the Namekian stretched his arms out to try and grab Cobalt and yoink him into the hug, too. Finally, he let go and stepped back so he could see them both. The grin hadn't left his face.
"...It's good to see you." He told them, "Sorry I was gone so long. I think it was for the best, though," He paused and rubbed the back of his neck, not wanting to elaborate on that just yet, "Anyway, how have you guys been? How's the Lookout? What'd I miss? Tell me everything!"

PL: 12,000 Ichi's PL: 12,000 After the tackle-spiral-hug was over, Daruma gave one last gleeful squeeze before letting his friend go. Now that Chime had his attention turned, Daruma felt a little guilty that the other caretaker of the Lookout hadn't been noticed by him. Before he could verbalize an apology, his budding anxiety at the subject was squashed with a mighty metaphysical hammer as the beaming grin of Chime addressed them both. "It's good to see you too!"As the Namekian rubbed at the back of his neck, Daruma noticed that he seemed as though he'd just brushed off the most of what he might have said there, cutting into it with questions to the Lookout Cleaning Brigade... or were they more like some cleaning-based pun on two musketeers? For a moment Daruma was lost in thought, but he yanked himself out of it with a pinch to his hip and pursed his lip before answering Chime's questions. "Well, I can't speak for Cobalt here." That was obvious, and Daruma felt stupid the moment the words left his mouth, but he continued. "But, I've been great. I think I've finally come to terms with some things. Being by yourself can do that, I suppose. Wish I'd spent a little more time with Cobalt or Nashi, though." He looked over at the android, then back to Chime. "Lots of self-imposed lonely nights..."With a glum look for a moment, Daruma mimed out waving the bummer thoughts away and smiled again. "Oh, yeah! Kayen came by Looking for you a few days ago. I told her you were out doing something official, fighting evil magic, or something. Other than that, just a lot of stragglers popping up here seemingly at random. Most of the time looking for you, or just whoever is in charge. I feel kinda bad but I've mostly avoided them. They always seemed to show up when I was least in the people-ing mood."

|| Tysco’s PL: 24,000 || PL Suppressed to 333 [UT1] Secret Identity is in effect ||
Far below within the Lookout’s holy halls, something was brewing. Thankfully, it wasn’t trouble— at least not this time. Nestled in one of the many mystical rooms was Tysco, all geared up in appropriate science garb, and he had devoted a good portion of his time today to studying something that he thought he could be much better at; magical alchemy.
Some time earlier he accidentally come upon this room that he chose to begin experimenting in— it was a mystical laboratory of sorts, created by a more scientifically aware Kami of the far past, and then more recently used by the author of the mysterious journal Tysco had inherited. The journal stated that there was a secondary notebook that catalogued experiments, but at the moment it was not on the premises; Sabriia had an idea of where it might be so she was tasked with finding it elsewhere.
Since he was lacking that crucial resource, Tysco decided to just diligently work on making discoveries on his own with the resources available. He was doing quite well in fact, and was on the verge of a breakthrough until a familiar Ki pinged his sense.
It was none other than Chime! He had returned from his journey of self evaluation! Tysco whooped triumphantly, and did a little jig. Unfortunately in that moment he forgot he was in the middle of an experiment that required attention in terms of timing, so the corked round flask that Tysco was holding gained so much magical pressure that the cork popped out and disintegrated in mid air, followed by a small booming sound (that would be more like a light ‘doof’ to those upstairs) as a bunch of rainbow-y porridge-like substance rushed from the flask; and there was far more in there than expected! “Aheh... Whhhoops.” Tysco chuckled, his ‘lab’ coat outfit was turned multicoloured and comically fluorescent.
There was no time to clean this mess up, he would do so later— and fight Cobalt over cleaning it instead of the Android if he had to— welcoming back his friend Chime was way more important! So, Tysco ran full speed all the way up to the top of the Lookout, shoved open the main doors and did a rolling front flip as he emerged, rainbow outfit trailing a few sparkles behind him. “Heyooo~!” Gliding to a halt by the group, Tysco gave them a quick wave. “Welcome back, dude! You got your thoughts all in order then, I’m assuming? You doing alright? I’ve been, uhh... Doing stuff to keep my mind off of things. Central City and all that. Yyyou know how it is.” Tysco was being somewhat vague on purpose, but he gave Chime a knowing look, no doubt referring to Sensoa’s raging meltdown and subsequent takeover attempt. Otherwise, he remained quiet, allowing Cobalt and Daruma to speak.
