Mollusc sat the graveyard praying to them. He had started doing it after the "death" of Bass. He still had no idea what had happened but after he hit him he just died. He wondered if he had been a ghost the whole time? Mollusc really no idea but what he did know was that he felt odd about it. On the one hand he felt bad of course hurting and killing a fellow namekian. Yet he was also a coward and seems to be a sore thumb. He really had grown sore in his death. He wondered if he should tell anyone on what had happened. Yet he felt like they would not understand. How was to explain he kicked someone and accidentally killed him. Mollusc let out a deep sigh as he looked up into the clouds. He thought coming back and trying to figure out why was going to be bring him the most questions. Now this event with Bass was wracking his brain. He supposed it was good to not be worrying about the whys but this was just as bad.

It had been a while now since Masu had landed with the Arcosian refugees on Namek. Since then, Masu had decided to take it into his own hands to do a little reconnaissance, trying to scope out a higher power level, maybe even recruit them to the Psycho’s cause. He had sensed out a couple higher levels already and had decided to settle for very powerful energy that seemed to be all on its own. It was much higher than his own, but he figured that it wouldn’t be an issue so long as he didn’t try starting anything, as much as he wanted to get a good fight in.
Landing at what seemed to be a gravesite, he spotted the source of the power level; A Namekian, possibly visiting the grave of one of his friends. It made the prince think of the people close to him he had lost; or lack thereof. He never even visited either of his older brothers’ graves, nor did he care to with how little he knew them. He didn’t see the point of visiting the mass graveyard of Hokkyoku’s soldiers either; Soldiers were meant to die, it was practically what they signed up for. He figured, however, that getting on the good side of the locals was in his best interest, and tried to show respect as he landed and greeted the green alien.
“Visiting a friend?” He inquired, trying to put on a sympathetic tone.

Mollusc snapped out of his thoughts as someone else arrived. Mollusc shoulder rose as he got ready for an attack. He had not even sensed them coming. When he focused he could feel their ki and felt they he was little threat to him. Mollusc shoulders fell as he calmed himself. Someone had just come to see if he was doing ok. He was not a Namekian though so he wondered what brought them here? Maybe the dragonballs but they were down so he'd not find anything useful. "You scared me a bit. Sorry I was really just in a mode." Mollusc got to his feet. "I would not say I am visiting a friend. I was maybe hoping to find some answers from my kin. I am quite close to the dead so I was thinking maybe some answer would be brought to him but all I've found was silence. It realy is not that encouraging. Sorry to burden you with such thoughts." Mollusc bowed his head in apology.

Masu felt slightly guilty for startling the native and hoped it wouldn’t sour the mood. Fortunately, the Namekian didn’t seem too disturbed by his arrival. It turned out he wasn’t visiting a fallen acquaintance, rather he had come to seek wisdom from his fallen ancestors. He remembered that some of the villages in Hokkyoku would perform a similar event, visiting the graves of those who had long come before them. To the prince, it was a pointless and foolish endeavor. The dead could not speak, couldn’t offer any words of wisdom. They were little more than worm food after being buried.
“Ah, seeking advice from those long past? The dead must hold many stories that have been left untold, wisdom never imparted. I'm sorry to hear that they've been silent to you as well. I can only pray that they answer to you in time.” Masu tried to speak as sincerely as possible. He approached the Namekian, and offered a small bow. “I should introduce myself. I’m Masu Hiyama, I’m here helping the refugees that landed on your planet not too long ago.”

Mollusc nodded as Masu asked if he was looking for advice in the past. Mollusc tried to close his eyes, maybe Masu presence would bring people towards him. Yet he sensed nothing and didn't hear anything to say that the dead stir. Guess he had been too hopefully that the souls down in the graves were anything like him. Mollusc sighed deadly once more. "I doubt I will get an answer but there is nowhere else I can get an answer." The question he had he couldn't tell anyone else. Only the dead could be trusted. Mollusc got up as Masu introduced himself. Masu explained who he was and he was helping the refugees. He remembered what Oud has said Mollusc nodding. "Yes, I've heard of you. May I ask what you know about the refugees. Do they seem to be good people or are they here to cause harm if given the chance." If this man was helping them then maybe he'd have a good idea of the nature of them.
