BLOOD LINK
CARRO's PL: 100 | LEO'S PL: 3,280,000 (x20T | 164k BASE)
Everything had become a blur. Carro wasn't sure if it had been hours or days since he'd been ambushed by those people. Tuffles, he now knew. When he had part of their tragic story, he'd offered some help, but... A chill ran down his spine at the recollection of what happened after. Suffering or not, they'd tried to do something unspeakable to him. If it weren't for LEO, he wouldn't be himself right now.
He could remember the fear and his lingering resolve from those moments. The throbbing pain in his head made it hard to remember anything after clearly. Something happened. His desperation and willpower manifested into this form. Carro looked to the hand in front of him, clenching the alien claws. LEO's armored form had contorted in this eerily familiar state. It felt like the metal had welded itself to his skin, but he could feel the wind on the steel as if it were his own. Even now, it was hard to differentiate her disjointed thoughts form his own.
The taller, metallic figure's limp was uneven, like their legs were different lengths. He teetered as he walked, wobbling from side to side, with every step looking as if he were about to stumble. Beneath the mask stuck to his face, Carro felt his body aching, cheeks scorched red with the flush of fever. Cracks around his mask revealed bluish-purple bruise. From it were drizzles of now-dried blood that split down his exposed face like a waterfall. The armored man's breath quivered in short, quick gasps every time he inhaled, his lungs having no choice but to painfully and rigidly take in the chilled air around him. He'd been hurt far worse than this, but it was hard to remember a time when he felt this drained.
With one misplaced step, the amalgamation of man and machine crumpled like a puppet suddenly released of its strings. All he could muster was a started gasp, far too tired to yell out. "Urghhhk.." Carro groaned, his voice trembling in unison with LEO's as they tried to push themselves upright. But in spite of the staggering power contained in the mech's metal, Carro found his arms finally crumbling to exhaustion as his mind grew hazier. The unsightly memories Korla had forced onto him flashed again, causing his pupils to shrink to feline slits in fear. The orange in the pale-skinned leader's eyes flickered as everything began to grow darker. "N-no, no" Their two voices muttered in defiance. Their fear was like a parasite, eating away at their energy and disrupting the synchronization required for the Lifeblood to stay stable. "Not yet..." Their weak clawing at the dirt came to a stop as Carro's vision faded, finally succumbing to the drain of the form he'd stuck himself in.
Sometimes he'd fade back to reality for a few moments before falling unconscious again. Each time, his mind was swarmed with those infectious thoughts. They weren't his, but that didn't make them any less frightening. He'd never be sure how many hours he'd been lying alone and helpless before a familiar presence nagged at LEO's senses...
LEO's LIFEBLOOD (x16P) and MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE (+x4T) are active! (x20T total)

Sulfur's PL: 1,000 | TURO's PL: 901,143
He luckily wasn’t alone, or at least for now he wasn’t. Sulfur had been searching for Carro ever since she landed on Namek, doing so just to make sure that everything was fine and dandy. With her newfound power, she felt like it wouldn’t hurt to actually go visit him to make sure that he wasn’t, like in danger or anything. Geez, she wondered why he decided to go to Namek of all places… like, it’s a good planet sure, but Sulfur always felt like there was something off about it. It’s probably because of all the stories she heard about the war going on here, but it’s been MONTHS since it ended. The Fleet had lost, so she didn’t have to worry about any attackers considering how friendly the Namekians are.
The avian was walking besides TURO, going on foot for now while her plexroid companion searched the area. He was equipped with a scanner, so he’d be able to at least make out LEO or Carro. It scanned souls as well, so it wouldn’t be that difficult to find either of the two considering how familiar he was with them. It was silence the entire time they walked, until Sulfur decided to look up and ask, “Any readings yet, TURO?” Her tone was filled with forced confidence, believing that maybe TURO had finally found the two.
TURO would remain silent for a moment before saying, “Nope… but-” And then it’d hit him. A power so immense would suddenly be picked up! It was nothing he’d ever seen from LEO, but… it was LEO alright. And it was… Carro? Carro and… LEO? He was still getting used to the whole Life Link thing, so it was hard to decipher the scans he was currently reading. But he was sure that it was them, and with that immense power, something must have happened.
“What? Did you find them? What’s the matter?” Sulfur would ask, curious. TURO would just turn towards one direction and begin walking there, and obviously the avian would follow behind him. “What’s going on? Why aren’t you…?”
“Look. There.” He said, raising a single finger to point in front of him. Sulfur would stare at whatever he was pointing at, and she’d immediately… wait, no. Who was that? It’s orange, yeah… but it’s tall! She could make out the feline-esque appearance from where she was, but something was completely off. “That’s Carro.” TURO stated, “Be careful though. Something’s really off… and I don’t want you getting… oh kami.”
Sulfur would already be running towards the person that was on the ground. TURO would just roll his eyes and quickly follow behind the avian, only stopping whenever she crouched herself besides the presumed CEO. “C-Carro? Is that… you?” She’d ask, hesitantly extending a hand out to Carro. “Carro? What happened? A-And… why are you tall all of-” Sulfur would cut herself off, shaking her head. “Nevermind. A-Are you okay? Answer me… e-er, TURO? Is he okay?” Ugh, why was THAT the thing that concerned her the most? "Why are you tall all of the sudden?" Bleh.
She’d turn to TURO, who’d just shrug, “His soul is still there, as well as LEO’s. But you should REALLY be careful with touching him… because he’s extremely powerful. Something might happen, but I'll make sure to get you out safely if things don't go well.” He said, staring at the Carrot. For now though they’d wait to see if they’ll get a response, and hopefully it’s something positive. Just what the heck happened to this suddenly-not-shrimp-sized President?

CARRO's PL: 100 | LEO'S PL: 3,280,000 (x20T | 164k BASE)
"...Sulfur?" Both voices spoke in uncanny unison. Carro's vision returned, but this time he could make out a light blue, four-eared shape in front of the bleak skies. Realization clicked in his half-lidded eyes, glazed pupils narrowing into feline-esque slits of LEO's accord. Part of them was immensely relieved and grateful that finally, someone came- both of their consciousness were quick to latch onto the reassurance of Sulfur's surprise presence with hope, keeping the duo conscious. The other part of Carro was disappointed that he'd wound himself up in this kind of scenario yet again.
He managed to move his head. His entire body felt heavy- the once secure armor was now a weight toiling over his body. Just as he managed to raise his head upright, a small spark of electricity from the cracked dome on his scalp caused the intertwined voices to yelp. A few more bits of armor around his forehead crumbled off, further revealing the swollen, infected cut on his forehead. While Korla had long left his mind, other alien bacteria weren't as merciful. Combining that with the toll stress gave in LEO's current state was what caused the mighty metallic amalgam in front of Sulfur to be in such a sorry state. "N-not really. Everything f-feels... t-tired..." The two managed to mutter in response, taking in slow, deep breaths.
"T-there wa-was... a p-person. They tried to d-d-do som-something awful." A glitched undertone occasionally interrupted their dialogue, causing a computerized stutter. How were they even supposed to explain what happened? Carro barely understood half of the event himself. Another one of Korla's unsightly memories caused his shared body to shudder. Extending one metallic claw, LEO's will pushed their armored torso off the ground. Her voice was more prominent now. "Brainwashing."
"...We're b-both still ourselves, though. They failed in tha-that r-regard." The duo reassured- while they were ill and being drained by their forced form, it was still better than being a pawn to a malevolent force. Even if the Tuffles had faced genoicide and tragedy, nothing gave the right for them to try that. A cancer to the universe, they'd called Carro so quickly after merely seeing his tail. "W-we're-- I'm just so tired."
Carro couldn't help but to be frustrated, his tone taking priority now. "An' I hadn't even been here for fffive minutes before--!!" He began before dropping his armored head again, voice devolving into incoherent mumbles. While crisis had been averted on his end, things didn't feel any better.
