Two weeks had passed since their last interaction together. Yakone now was doing an expedition voyage where he would be meeting one of his father’s former business partners that provided Yangcong at the time a vast amount of liquified crystals which helped his mass production of arm cannon bullets which would aid his fellow soldiers at the time who couldn’t utilize their ki control and instead were opted to use the arm cannons instead to further aid them in combat.
Many business deals that Yangcong had done were strictly off the books, where they couldn’t be traced digitally. Everything was credits up front and nothing more. Now these years had passed since their last interaction and now Yakone was running low on the liquified crystals and he needed to have more to further expand his mercenary army. So now he stood in a sailor out with blue and white strip shirt with a bandanna over his head. He also stood with his paid pirate members who agreed to join him on the trip to the ghost islands in order to hunt for ghost and capture them. That was the set up but his true intentions were kept in the dark. With Jarico on his side, who appeared to be the leader of the expedition and wearing pirate clothing.

PL: 9,000 Nyaku was once again left in charge of the wild jungle brat that the queen had taken in, and despite his best efforts training and minding him was doing little to keep the child entertained. He was at a total loss for what to do - he couldn't afford to keep shoving food in the kid's mouth to keep him occupied, and he'd run out of steam for chasing after him or instructing him in fighting techniques. He couldn't take the brat much longer, and each time he prodded at the hole burned through his cheek it became harder and harder to quell the urge to smack the little shit as hard as he could. It was when he reached his wit's end that he heard through the criminal equivalent of the grapevine that a bunch of his old pirate buddies had been hired by a familiar figure for some mission in Earth's Southern Tropics. Figuring a little bit of piracy would do the boy some good, especially given who he'd chosen as his mother, Nyaku signed the boy up without his permission and up and decided to drop him off without explanation when the day came for the outing.
With Nyaku dumping him inexplicably in the middle of nowhere, Kabe sat glumly at the edge of the stone docks, his feet dangling just barely into the water, resting his chin on his palm and staring out to sea. With the grumble of his stomach, he brought himself to stand and clambered over to the pack Nyaku had left him with, only for his eye to be caught on something as he reached aimlessly for a snack. Several burly, strong looking men in striped attire moved about on the only ship docked to port. Some had scars, some had cool weapons strapped to them, and they all moved barrels and boxes and tended to ropes and such as the moved around. Pirates! Kabe's eyes lit up like in wonder, and he rushed over. Just like his mama, these were real pirates! "HEY!" He shouted, leaping aboard the ship in a single bound, hitting the wood hard enough that it creaked beneath his impact and the ship waved back and forth as though a wave had broken against it's bow. "PIRATES!! AAA-RGH!" He shouted, waving his hand around as though it were hooked in a claw. This was going to be so much fun! KP: 3/3 - Yakone

The boat had shook and all of a sudden a child had shown himself out of nowhere. As Yakone stood next to Jarico and leaning over the edge of the ship, he spotted Prince Kabe. Yakone was rather confused, how the hell did he find such a place? Did Kayen just let him roam wherever he pleases? Yakone shrugged it off and approached Kabe from the sidelines and smirked. His left hand was still bandaged up from the wound he had received since the last time they had met.
“Well well Prince Kabe. You like pirates huh? Hehe. How’s about you come here and be my first mate!”
Yakone didn’t have a kid size pirate outfit for him, however, he removed his bandanna and got to Kabe’s head level and attempted to tied the bandanna over his head.
“There you go, your official apart of the crew!”
The other pirates responded back with an argh towards Kabe.
“How would you like to sail the seven seas to a ghost island! I promise it won’t be scary or dangerous.”
He’d smirk at the boy with a pleasant smile and both his hands to his hips.

PL: 9,000 Suddenly, a familiar face appeared! "Crahnberri!" He shouted, still not quite getting the name he had been given right. As he got closer and addressed the young prince, Kabe stood and did a dramatic soldier's salute, one hand pressed firmly to his forehead. He'd seen many of his mom's pirate friends that he'd met do this to the stronger members, though they didn't all do it as it seemed kind of like one of those 'formal' things Barb had tried to instruct him in once. Oh well, he did it anywhere. Tightening the bandanna that Yako- Cranberry had given him, Kabe grinned with glee. "Kabe first mate! Kabe PIRATE!" He giggled and raised his fake claw up once more as these showman-like pirates joined each other in a cacophonous 'ARGH' to welcome him into the crew. Only two or maybe three of his mom's pirate friends actually said ARGH but he always thought it was so cool when they did. Then, Cranberry proposed a trip to 'ghost island'. Whatever it was, Kabe was excited! "Kabe not scare of anything! Kabe fight 'dane-jar-ous'!" Kabe chuckled to himself as he flexed his little muscles, and then looked rather confused, like the first half of the sentence had just properly dawned on him. He knew what a ghost was. There was some ghosts that worked in the Saiyan Kingdom, and a ghost pirate or two his mom knew. But... "...what's 'Eye-lend'?" KP: 3/3 - Yakone

Jarico had went behind the scenes, speaking to the business supplier who was Yangcong’s former associate.
“We will be arriving to the island relatively shortly. We are taking a boat there so it may take a while.”
The business partner was on his scouter and spoke as he twirled his mustache.
“I heard Yangcong had passed away. The rumors about his death was definitely alarming and the rumors were that you fought the Queen and died. Who took over as leader?”
Jarico responded back, with a slight smirk.
“Well, I am taking charge of it now. I was Yangcong’s most trusted advisor.”
The man had raised a brow in curiosity.
“Last I check, he was most of the time with that white lion fellow.”
Jarico chuckled, as he ended the conversation with one last line.
“Advisors and the most trusted are never seen in public as often. We will be there and scheduled within 30 minutes. Get the stuff ready.”
The call had ended and the scenery changed back to Yakone being with Kabe.
“Tell me something Kabe, do you remember anything of the events when you had gone ape?”
Yakone had to make sure that his memory didn’t add to the fact that they had assaulted him. The injuries that Jarico did on him was indeed serious even for a child. The boat was now sailed off and the journey started now.

PL: 9,000 Cranberry asked Kabe a question, and with a puzzled frown he furrowed his brow with silent intensity. "Great... Ape?" Kabe wasn't sure what he meant. He remembered, sort of. A hazy hot feeling, his vision going red... or white? Maybe it turned black? And, he remembered being in a chair before it happened, and Cranberry had gotten hit with... an axe? Yeah, something like that. After that he remembered waking up in the morning, his tail hurting a lot, and Nyaku asking him some questions. "Kabe not sure. Remember hot and angry, and, and... nothing. May-be... bird? Fire? Messy dream. Then kabe wake up."Kabe propped his little boots up to the side of the boat as it railed through the waves caught on the breeze, dragging a great trail of splitting ocean slush behind it. The wind in his hair, he almost forgot about the conversation he was having as he caught the glistening droplets against his face as they splashed up, and then, as he looked out at the sun, he did forget. All that was, all that could be - it was all gone. All that existed was this curious little boy, staring out at the waves, ready for an adventure. "Woah...-"THUD."-..AHHGH!" The boat caught a rough wave on an angle, and Kabe slipped to the ground, his head hitting hard against the railing on the edge of the boat. Rubbing at his head, he collected himself and sat back up. Looking up at Cranberry once more, he thumbed his temple and asked a simple question. "How longer Kabe wait? Ghost Island! Pirates! ARGH!" He giggled a little once more, but he was growing impatient. The swaying of the boat was rather annoying, in truth, Yakone would of loved to just fly over to the island and just retrieve it that way. However, he was getting a large shipment of it and he needed a vessel in order to carry it. Yakone stood in his pirates uniform and smirked his way towards Kabe as he placed both his hands on the edge of the ship. He could tell that Kabe was indeed growing impatient about the whole ordeal of traveling there, so he decided to distract the child with a question to keep his mind at ease. Jarico on the other hand, was looking through his telescope and seeing the island off in the distance, it wouldn't be that much longer than originally anticipated.
"Tell me something Kabe, what would you like to be when you are older? You see, when I was your age, One of my dreams as a young boy, I wanted to be the captain of my own pirate ship. To be a pirate and find treasure. I however, couldn't live that dream because I decided to join the army at a young age. You however, became a prince at your age. Must be intimidating no?"
He'd chuckle as he looked ahead as they got closer to the shores.
"What do ya know, we are already here Kabe. at the island."
The ship was already at the shores and the anchor was set in place in order to cause the ship to not move anywhere. Yakone then had briefly looked to Kabe and then telepathically speaking to Jarico.
"You watch the child, i'm going to go conduct the business."
Jarico nodded and as Yakone headed off the ship, Jarico walking along side Kabe and smiling.
"Hey Kabe, how's about you and I go on a treasuring hunting adventure? Or perhaps see some ghost while we are here huh?"
Yakone made his way off into the deep jungles and Jarico leading the other pirates with him and Kabe to go explore the area. Meanwhile, Yakone made his way to the destination and waited for the arrival of his business partner.

PL: 9,000 Kabe had never been asked that question before. He paused for a moment, and thought hard about the answer. What exactly did he want to be when he grew up? He knew adults were called grown-ups sometimes, so he must have meant when he is big and strong. "Hmmm. Kabe, um. Kabe be..." He couldn't put his finger on exactly what he wanted. He was a pirate already, he was on this ship! He also could say probably that he counted as part of the Stormbreaker's crew, when none of them were around to correct him. This was a tough one for sure. "YES! Kabe know! Kabe grow-up, Kabe be SUPER SAIY-AN just like Mama! Eat planets and losers!"The second half of the question was interesting too. Kabe was very new to being a prince, and if he was honest he hadn't quiet figured out what he was supposed to be doing with it. But, intimidating? That was a word people often used to describe his mom or Ramen or Nyaku, strong and cool people. It was a word people used that meant they were scared, he thought. Kabe wasn't scared at all of being a prince, he'd faced much harsher worries on Duria. "Intimidibated? No! Kabe not sure, be prince get Kabe food and shinies and fight! Not scare, not imtibated.!"Then, after Kabe voiced his answers he felt a solid thud beneath his feet and heard a cry from the men aboard the ship. They had landed! The island of ghosts! Exciting! Kabe began to hop with his step as he toddled to the edge of the boat, following Cranberry. As Cranberry left the ship, Jarico addressed the excited little tyke. "Sure! Sure!" Kabe nodded, following along behind Jarico and the pirates into the island in order to find some ghosts and treasure. Looking out into the horizon, Kabe frowned. "Ghosts? Where ghosts." Shady Shanks is what the underground world knew him by. A fitting name for a man whose face is half robotic and half burnt like two face. What happen to him, isn’t a mystery and word of mouth was clear that he had done shady deals in the past and has betrayed so many business partners that they ended up being dead by the end of the deals. This was no different and Yakone was met with Shady Shanks who wore a tuxedo and his goons stood behind him looking tough.
“You must be the guy that Jarico had told me about. Where is he anyways?”
Yakone slipped his hands to his pants and stared at the man all the while getting accustomed to his disgusting face.
“He’s busy off doing his own thing. Now let’s just cut to the point. Where is the merchandise?”
Shanks chuckled to himself and shook his head in disbelief.
“Straight to the point. I like that about ya! Come come, it’s a big shipment.”
Yakone followed suit behind the goons and entered their base of operations which was a nearby cave. Upon entering, the natural light source provided clear indication on what was inside the cave, absolutely nothing.
“Is this some kind of joke?”
Shady Shanks turned right and before Yakone knew it, he was decked in the face and then being held down by the man’s goons.
“You really think I’m stupid. You are that crazy man’s son aren’t you?! You have his fucking deceitful eyes! I may not be able to get my revenge on Yangcong, but I can get my revenge on you!”
Yakone closed his eyes, and sensed for Jarico’s ki signature and finding it!
“Jarico! The deal was a trap! I’m surrounded by Shady Shanks goons! If you go back to where I was, you will be able to see a cave nearby!”
All Yakone had to do now was distract the man. He’d simply chuckle.
“It looks like you and your goons aren’t making enough money based on your living arrangements. How’s about I give you three money to get out of here and leave me alone?”
Shady Shanks didn’t like his deal and pulled out a knife.
Sometime before, Jarico looked to his men and then at Kabe.
“Yakone needs our help!”
Without even skipping a beat, large powerful winds blew pass the lot of them. The trees that once stood proudly were gone without a trace. Knocked over and ripped to pieces by the high power of his speed. His bird transformation gave him the age and upon arriving at the location, he sent a strong straight foot smash into Shady Shank’s face, causing him to fly back into the cave wall and instantly dying on the spot. As for the other two goons, they ran out of there out of desperation in wanting to live.
Jarico kneeled before Yakone as he rose to his feet and brushed himself off.
“Thank you Jarico. You saved my life and for that I owe you.”
Jarico snickered and rose back to his feet.
“I owe you my life.”
Jarico reverting back to his base form.

PL: 9,000 Before Kabe could see any ghosts, or any jungle monsters, or any treasure, or anything cool and pirate-y at all... something happened. The man Jarico turned to Kabe and the pirates, and shouted quickly in distress. Yakone? Who was that? "Ya-kon-e..." Kabe frowned, mumbling the new name under his breath. He thought Jarico was only friends with Cranberry and the Pirates. Those were who he came with? Before he could think to much on it, a powerful bluster of wind blew Kabe back onto his heel as trees were flattened by the racing speed of a monstrous bird-man. "Woah!"Kabe and the pirates moved into action, charging through the trampled jungle trees and over the top of the bramble and brush. The wind had lashed the trees forward so quickly that some of them had been completely ripped from the ground, thrown forward a great many meters along the twisted path of devastation. By the time Kabe and the pirates had piled through the trees to the location there wasn't much left to be seen. A man was dead against a cave wall, his face mashed and body broken. Kabe could smell two sweaty, probably scared creatures somewhere in the distance. Kabe looked at Cranberry, and the man, and Jarico, and then back at the man. Walking toward him, Kabe thumbed in the dead man's direction. "Kabe eat. Cranberry an Jarico hungry?" Before he could get an answer, he chopped at the arm with his side palm and took a meaty bite of it, gleefully enjoying the taste of raw meat. Looking around again, he was still left with one question. Two, actually. "Jarico! Who Ya-kone? Only Cranberry an pirates. Ghosts also? Kabe want fight ghosts and treasure!" KP: 3/3 - Yakone

Kabe had arrived along with the others. Yakone looked to his pirate crew and then back at Jarico.
“It’s not here... the man had tricked us into coming here for nothing.”
Kabe then mentioned the name Yakone, he caught his gaze with Jarico who awkwardly stared at Yakone. He briefly sighed to himself and got to Kabe’s level.
“Yakone is my real name Kabe, I just like the name Cranberry. Because that is what people use to call me back during my pirate days.”
He’d tease the little guy, hoping that he would have him still see him as a friend. He would light heartily smile at the child prince and rise back to his feet.
“So I take it you still want to go on an adventure bud. I’m afraid we will have to cut the trip shortly. Some bad men ruined our fun but tell you what, next time we meet, I will have a big ol surprise for ya! A big present!”
As he said this, Kabe was eating an arm. Yakone was rather shocked about this and decided to dismiss it.
Yakone and the whole crew went back to the boat, dropping off Kabe on where he wanted to be left at and then leaving the scenery from there.
