Tarch PL: 160,000. Energy Setting: 40,000
This was a little strange. For one, Tarch had to ask his cousin to go out of her way to leave her home city and come to the outskirts of the city of all places. Tarch figured promising not to go into the actual city was a good way to entice Chromo. Two, Rota watched some people she knew die from the attack brought on by the very same bug he wanted to introduce as his brother. Three, Rota knew who Kon was. They never met in any regard. But she knew that Kon was his half-sister, the other half being mortal enemy number one. So to once again bring a killer sibling to the mix definitely seemed a little ubiquitous at this point. But this sibling wasn’t actively trying to kill him or his mother anymore. That meant something right? The question was, how did Chromo feel about all this?
“Don’t worry bud. Rota is like me only somehow even more… go with the flow? Is that an adjective?” Easy going was the word he looked for, but his term wasn’t inaccurate either way. She barely let anything bring her down. She could have a giant ki blaster pointed at her head and she’d probably just laugh it off. You could destroy a country or even a planet, but as long as you learned something from it it was okay. “Point is nothing ever bothers her. She’s also REALLY strong and insanely smart.”
Tarch walked up to a lone capsule house in the mountains, hopefully having Chromo in tow for real this time. He then gave the door a few quicks taps. At first, things seemed pretty quiet, then suddenly a scuffle of moving furniture broke out.
“Hang on! Damn capsule homes are too small!” Soon a frazzled looking older teen opened the door, dressed in a loose pair of jeans and a tank top. “Howdy Tarch! Yer a little early. I was hopin’ to get a nap first. Anyway. You bring that friend of yers you been meanin’ to introduce to me?”
“Hey, Rota!” Tarch threw his arms around his cousin for a quick hug. “Yep! But uh… don’t freak out. You might actually know him.” Hopefully Chromo would have a little more courage than he did with their mother. Granted last time it made sense. He did kind of kill her. Meanwhile, Rota was a complete stranger who just happened to live in West City. If the demonic monkey lizard could handle Kohlra, then Rota should be a piece of cake.
OOC note to literally anyone else. Yes, Rota is just an NPC with a theoretically high power level. However, since this is a private thread, both parties agree that she can have a sort of PL and be very strong. ok? ok cool.

OTHER SIDE OF THE FAMILY
CHROMO'S PL: 168,000
"What does swimming have to do with any of this?" Chromo muttered in confusion. Swimming with the flow of a river, presumably, was all well and good, but what did it have to do with this mysterious person Tarch was dragging him to meet? The saiyan managed to clear things up slightly, stating that nothing bothered whoever this person was. Nothing at all? Chromo chittered in thought. At least they were out of the city... How did he wind up always being talked into these kinds of things by Tarch, anyways? His brother was very persuasive, that much he could give.
Soon enough, he could make out the visage of a dome-shaped capsule home. Chromo gulped, shuffling behind Tarch for some semblance of comfort and to hide from the menacing sound of knocking on the door. Things seemed quiet, though. Too quiet... Maybe she wasn't here? That'd be a nice stroke of luck. "A-are you sure that she's home--" Chromo began before squeaking in shock at the sound of clattering furniture.
Rota emerged to greet her cousin while the beetle remained huddled behind his friend's legs, relishing his last few moments of privacy. As Tarch shifted the spotlight to the beady-eyed bugger, Chromo slowly peeped his head out from behind Tarch, teeth anxiously grit between his closed jaws. "Hhhhiiiiiii?" Chromo muttered the word like it was from an alien language, sweating a storm of bullets.
The beetle glanced upwards to Tarch for a moment, eyes silently pleading for help- he had no idea what he was doing. What was he supposed to say? He didn't get the script to this!

“Well, shoot I know lots of…” Rota stopped short as she saw a very familiar bug. Her face betrayed no emotion, no hints of anger or fear. If anything she appeared more confused than anything. She looked Chromo up and down, her expression remaining the same the entire time. Her hand slowly went to her cousin’s shoulder. “Tarch can I speak to you real quick?” He didn’t dare answer, just gave his brother a half confident shrug. Rota pulled the little hybrid into her capsule home.
“Did you know yer friend here is the thing that tried to destroy West City?”
“Yeah?”
She looked back at Chromo. “Uh huh…” Tarch began fidgeting. His mother was one thing. She was plenty strong to be sure. But Rota could match a super saiyan and then some. Would she really get mad? “Interestin’. I think I should have a talk with him.”
She took a few steps toward the clearly nervous bug, putting her hands on her hips. “So! Yer the infamous West City Destroyer huh? Don’t look like much to me.”
“His uh… his name is Chromo.” Tarch quickly cut in. “And he’s my brother.”
“Ya’ll don’t look alike,” she snorted. She began to quietly inspect the bug, looking him up and down. If allowed, she would even poke and prod at random bits of his tough shell. Soon enough her inspection would end as she stood back up folding her arms. “Well now. Tarch may have forgiven you but I ain’t there yet. A few of my friends died y’know. Of course, I hear I got you boys to thank for their return. Still, where I come from when one person wrongs another they’re expected to atone fer it.” She then jumped back a ways, taking up an almost ridiculous fighting stance. Tarch knew what was coming next. “You like fightin’ right? Yer Tarch’s lil brother so you gotta right? I may be just a human but I like a good match. Give me three free hits, and MAYBE I’ll THINK about forgivin’ you.”
