Korla watched the small “camp” from atop a nearby cliff, she wasn’t entirely certain if Carro, or worse LEO would be able to detect her at this range but she had taken as many precautions as was feasible, namely maintaining distance and taking as little action as possible in order to keep her ambient power low and give them no reason to pay her signature any mind if they DID pick it up. Usually espionage over a Saiyan for Korla was with the intent to at some point kill them, and in theory if she could catch the massively powerful LEO off guard she probably COULD do just that, a single Zero Point Erasure aimed at Carro’s building would likely kill him, and some part of her instincts WANTED her to do it. But she knew that was neither necessary nor right. She’d already made a blunder with Carro once before, no her espionage was now aimed at just… finding the right time to apologize. It turned her stomach to think of it as apologizing to a Saiyan so she mostly focused on the fact Carro was part Earthling, and of course LOOKED like a Tuffle. That helped immensely, all she really needed now was to figure out what to SAY. “Sorry for trying to brain wash you” was a bit.. Weak… “Why couldn't you have just been a Tuffle…” Korla said with a long sigh as she let herself fall to her back on the grass while she mulled over her thoughts a bit more. In theory it was probably preferable by Carro that she just NOT apologize, just leave him alone entirely, but she couldn't risk him maintaining a negative mindset toward the Tuffles, even if the best she could accomplish was indifference that was better than potential distaste, to potentially have him side WITH the Saiyans.

TRYING AGAINCARRO's PL: 100 || LEO'S PL: LEO'S PL: 1,584,000 (x9P | 176k BASE)
Carro appreciated the silence for once, letting out a long sigh as he slumped further back against LEO's body. She'd strewn herself next to his capsule home, quietly resting her eyes with her pilot leaning against the warmth of her wired neck. Carro ran a hand across his forehead, pulling at one of the tightly wrapped bandages and wiping his nose. It had been awhile since that encounter, but the wound and the mild illness from the germs that invaded after Korla left still hung around him. A sneeze snapped the saiyan from his thoughts- he really should have brought some cold medicine with him from Earth...
First things first, he turned back to the beeping robot in his lap. The spherical, spider-like bot buzzed and whined as he closed up a hatch on it's back. It, along with several others had gone through much worse than Carro, being sliced by that cyborg and all. "There you go." Carro tried to soothe the little android, fixing in the last screws to a newly repaired leg. "G-good as new!" The drone wiggled it's new limb testingly, followed by a set of high-pitched, happy clicks. Frolicking off to join it's repaired brethren, the drone wobbled it's new limb to show off to the rest. Carro sighed and slumped further back against LEO, contented. His head still hurt, though...
Rubbing his forehead, Carro found his gaze trailing. The clearing he settled in was very pretty- the creek flowing by soothingly rippled with green water, and the trees parted around the bluffs of a pristine cliffside hung high above. It was nothing but him, LEO, his robots, and some weird white shape sliding back into hiding above the cliff...
...Wait, what?
Carro felt his heart begin to beat faster. LEO's eyes snapped open as soon as she sensed her pilot's unease, quickly booting up her scouter systems. Even if they had a moment of respite, LEO had never once dropped her guard since the initial assault. "Carro," She growled as her scouter focused on a notably large power. "Stay here."
"Oh, u-uh, ok--" He began, confused at first, but yelped in surprise as LEO pushed herself upright and pounced at the cliffside. He fumbled at first as he had nothing to lean on anymore, but straightened himself up against the wall of the building. His heart began to sink into his gut- he really, really hoped his suspicion wasn't right this time...
LEO's claws dug into the cliffside. With a shrill hiss, the mech lurched to the top of the cliff, her eyes quickly locking onto the would-be invader. "YOU!" She roared, moving to attempt to slam a claw atop the Tuffle- while it would hover a few feet above Korla as to not crush her, each of LEO's nails would dig into the earth, acting as prison bars if she managed to contain the parasite in her claws. "If you really want to try again, then I can skip to the part where I make you leave." The mech snapped. Whether it was a change of heart to try and invade Carro's mind again or to try and convince her that genocidal take-backsies were right, LEO's patience had already worn thin to the Tuffle cause...
All the while, Carro found himself anxiously staring up at the cliffside as he realized just what was happening. He hated it when he was right. He knew LEO wasn't going to kill Korla, but... Carro shook his head, sliding into the treeline. There had to be a safe way up that cliffside somewhere around here...

Korla’s scouter could barely alert Korla to the danger she was about to be in with enough time for Korla to actually react to it, it started simply at first with the Scouter beginning a standard passive scan as Korla cast her gaze to the sky while trying to think of how to approach the situation and then suddenly it picked up a powerful approaching reading. Korla bolted upright intent on evaluating the situation but there was simply no time to do so, as the scouter finished its alert LEO appeared in her vision dragging herself up the cliff in a vicious show of power and speed as she loomed over the Tuffle snarling down at her and slamming a metal paw onto Korlas chest forcing her back down onto the ground and pinning her there. “I.. no thats… thats not why I am here” even with her bodys more efficient means of taking in oxygen the Tuffle still found it difficult to breathe with LEO bearing down on her. Korla made a nominal effort to struggle out from under LEOs grasp even though she knew there was no freeing herself unless the Android WANTED to free her. “I wanted.. To.. apologize.. Explain my..self”

LEO narrowed her eyes, jaws curling in thought as the Tuffle claimed that she wasn't here to attack them again. For all she knew, it could be a pitiful excuse made just to get out of her grip. However, with her claim that she wanted to apologize, the feline's eyes widened. She instinctively lightened her grip, but the Tuffle would still find herself trapped between her ki-filled talons. "No sob story can excuse what you did." LEO hissed, still skeptical of this apparent change of heart. She found it hard to believe the Tuffle was here out of the goodness of her own heart. There had to be a catch.
"L-LEO!" A familiar voice snapped the feline from her thoughts. LEO's head whipped around to see Carro's bandaged face pop up from the cliff's edge. "Did... Did you climb up here?" She muttered in a mixture of disbelief and concern. "...Maybe." A small metallic leg waved to LEO- one of the little drones had secured itself to Carro's back, using it's spare legs to keep him from falling. That being said, raising its limb to greet the feline with a friendly beep wasn't that smartest idea. Carro's grip faltered for a moment, but the feline was quick to turn around and scoop her pilot onto solid ground- and in turn unintentionally freeing Korla. "I swear, when you break your back doing these stunts of yours, I'll tell you I told you so."
"Yeah, but, uh, first things first." He nervously gestured to the Korla. While he was still trying to be optimistic, Carro found his body tensing and the strands of hair on his tail standing on end. LEO turned as well with a low growl, positioning her tail between the Saiyan and Tuffle protectively. "Oh, right--" Korla no doubt knew of LEO from his memories, but he had to be polite with a formal introduction. "Korla, LEO. LEO, Korla." LEO only hissed back in response.
"....Aaaaanyways." Carro trailed off to hush his partner, though her gaze remained fiercely fixed. "W-was there something you wanted to explain?" He overheard some of the exchange between LEO and Korla. Still, the President found himself fiddling with some of the wraps around his forehead again, wincing in remembrance.

“I’m not trying to be excused I’m trying to apolo-” Korla continued to struggle under the weight of the android making ultimately futile efforts to free herself or at the very least weaken the massive mech’s weight on her, she was however cut off by the sound of Carro calling out to his companion, having apparently scaled the entire cliff himself.. At least as far as Korla could tell not actually being able to see that he was technically assisted by a lesser android companion. Korla was not sure at first what did it but something caused Leo to quickly pull her paw off of Korla’s chest allowing the Tuffle to scoot herself back to freedom, though ultimately that freedom would only be maintained for as long as LEO allowed it. Or perhaps for as long as Carro did, now that he was here she was hopeful that Carro would not be as immediately inclined to restraining her, though he would perhaps be well within the right to consider it as an option. Being introduced to LEO was… strange, in a way Korla was ALREADY familiar with the android, she had seen much of Carro’s life in both her efforts to Tuffleize him and his efforts to resist it by focusing on what made him… him.. But she technically had never truly ‘met’ her outside of the brief encounter during the incident. Korla simply nodded as LEO hissed at her not wanting to make a comment that might anger the android into attacking again “I.. yes… I was trying to figure out the best way to do so while… watching you” Korla had vaguely understood that her stakeout tactics were not exactly the best for endearing herself at all but she had never intended for it to take more than a few moments, but her indecision had lead to things being even MORE awkward. “I… I should not have done what I did. Duran reaction threw me back into fight mode and I just sort of.. Acted, without really thinking much…. We’ve been fighting for so long my combat instincts sort of just took over” along with her newer biological ones “I should have realized you weren’t an enemy though, even if your tail was a.. Surprise”

Oh, he was being watched earlier. "Oh- ok- cool," Carro bluntly responded, at a loss for what to say. But the prospect of being stalked did send a nervous bead of sweat down the side of his face. LEO sharpened her glare further, eyes trained like a hawk's. Still, the Tuffle was now well-aware how wrong her actions were. There was no excuse, but there was always room for an apology... Well, she didn't say "sorry" flat-out, but the implication was enough for the President for the time being. "Yeah, just... Don't do it again." He spoke slowly at first, but his tone soon grew grim and stern. "Don't do that to anyone. Ever. For any reason." Even the worst of people didn't deserve that. Carro very well could have had his very being torn away and replaced with someone elses... The mere thought made him shudder and grimace in pain.
LEO lowered her head beside Carro, gaze softening. As livid as she was with Korla, her priority was to comfort her friend. His tail twitched instinctively as Korla mentioned it, curling itself around one of his legs. Although she was sorry, the President was still rattled to the bone. He'd been crushed by the claws of an Oozaru, he'd driven a blast to his own heart, watched his legs get snapped and dangled from the iron grip of a giant squid, but Korla's stunt easily topped the list of uncomfortable things Carro experienced. The cold liquid sloshing in his brain, the alien presence and memories as he was painfully strangled and later held at knife's edge...
"B-but, uh... Yeah. Just don't do it again and we're fine, I-I guess..." What else was there to say? He tried to put on a smile, but it was clear Carro was just as uncomfortable as Korla. "Just know I'm not like... super evil or anything just because my Earthling side is balancing my Saiyan blood, or something. That doesn't matter." Carro composed himself, prying his hand off of his still-aching forehead. "I'm who I am because of everything that's happened in my life and not by my genetics dictating me to act accordingly. So are many others- for better or worse."
He'd been nothing but kind before- if the mere sight of a monkey's tail triggered fight-or-flight to that degree for Korla, Carro worried what could become of the next innocent saiyan she'd happen across. "Not all Saiyans are... good, for the lack of a better word. You know that already. But we're not all innately..." Carro trailed off, slumping against LEO's side for support. He pressed his hand to the side of his scalp again. It was hard to think with a migraine.
