Tarch’s cocky smirk dropped almost immediately. Belle was going to do what now? “Wait wait lemme put on my-” Too late. Tarch was now trapped in a pinball game where he was meant to be the bumper. No matter. He didn’t earn the name speed king for no reason. He was going to need a hand though. Two more to be exact. Tarch quickly tossed his jacked a small way into the air. A fully corporeal second Tarch appeared behind him, securing the makeshift blindfold to both his own face and his clone. The clone then dashed over to just behind his little sister, leaving the blinded original in his fruity death trap.
This was more what he wanted actually. With Belle’s energy constantly surrounding the apple, he could sense each and every move before they were even made. Of course, at those speeds, he would need a little more power, especially with his own power being reduced. He was an actual blur, only making himself just visible enough for the watching child to get a good look. No matter where the fruit came from, Tarch would deftly move out of the way. Belle would have to pull something really sneaky or big if she wanted to hit her brother.
“Pretty cool right?” the Tarch standing behind her mused. “And neither of us can see thanks to this,” he announced, tapping at the jacket covering his eyes. “I may not have telekinesis like you. But the thing is I can sense the energy perfectly. Not only that but I sense it so fast that it’s like I can see the future! … kinda. I can sense what your energy is going to do next. If I use my speed, telepathy, and energy-sensing all at once I almost see the future. Again, kinda. But it’s cool right?!” Both Tarch’s began to pant lightly. Concentrating so hard for this long did have some major downsides. “But uh… it’s not easy. I definitely get tired after a while.”
Tarch uses multiform. Both energies set to 40,000 and one uses [SU2] Intuitive Afterimage to dodge the apple and look cool doing it.

Belle was amazing at how easily Tarch avoided her attacks. Both of them! She clapped her hands together in wonderous applause. Standing up, Belle brought both of her tired looking brothers a pack of juice and held it out to them. “It’s super cool! If you can do that, then you’re almost invincible, right? No one can hit you!” Belle smiled, still offering the juice pack to him.
“Do you think I could learn to do it too? It seems like it would be really good! I can um… I can do two of those things! I’m not super fast though…” She could try to use her psychic abilities to enhance her speed and strength, but doing all of that was really a lot to juggle. If she got something wrong, she could accidentally crush her own hand or twist herself the wrong way. It was a lot to handle all at once. She was a little scared to try something like that. Maybe she could try it on something else…? She wasn’t sure what though. She tapped her chin, deep in thought.

The two teens removed their respective blindfolds as they listened to their little sister talk. Of course, more than a little jolt of pride flared up inside Tarch’s chest as Belle called him invincible. Come to think of it, he may as well have been. Who could hit him? Maybe Nashua. But she would never hurt him anyway. And if she did he would just hit her right back and they’d have fun. Honestly, could anyone else get close to him? He was the speed king after all. There was only one time his near precognitive ability failed him. Even then he could still predict getting hit.
No use thinking about it now. Tarch just smiled as he was then asked if Belle could do it too. “Hmm… let’s see.” The two Tarch’s circled the little saiyan, making overdramatic thinking posses and loud ‘hmm’s as they examined her. It was true she wasn’t fast or strong. Yet Tarch saw first hand that her power was growing, and fast. Soon she may even be on his level. What a bizarre sight that would be. Finally, after their over-the-top examination, the two back up, mirroring their chin-stroking.
“Y’know. I don’t think you can,” one began.
“Not on the ground anyway,” the second was quick to cut in. The two Tarch’s looked at each other, chuckled to themselves, and refused with their usual high-five. The now singular Tarch let out a sigh of relief, taking a moment to readjust to being in a single spot.
“Actually I think you could do it if you can fly. See you got something I don’t. If you use your telekinesis on yourself while flying, then maybe you can go fast enough to do what I do. It’ll take a lotta practice though. I mean like a lot.” Tarch crossed his legs, planting his tail on the ground and took a hovering seating position. “I had to train each part of that separately to be able to use them all at once. You know, try and move fast enough, try and sense stuff, and then just using telepathy on their own. Then I kinda just brought them together. Do it just like that and I bet you’ll get it too! Wait, did what I just said make any sense?” That was a bit of an issue. Belle was a bright young girl. Heck, were she Tarch's age she would probably be way smarter than he was, not that he was stupid by any stretch. The problem was he lost himself in his own lesson. When in doubt do what Nashua would do. Show it in action! Tarch looked around the picnic area. He needed something to use as an example. Another apple? No, that was too hard. He needed something softer in case things got a little carried away. He then spied a PB&J poking out of the basket. Perfect. In a flash, he zipped over and back with a sandwich in his had. “Ok so here’s an example. Try using your telekinesis right now to bring yourself over to this sandwich, instead of the other way around.”

When one Tarch said that she couldn’t also do the precognition thing, Belle’s smile quickly morphed into a pout. As soon as it did though, it disappeared when the second Tarch cut in, making her tilt her head to the side in confusion. Not on the ground? The two Tarches merged back into one Tarch in a motion that made her blink and squint. That was definitely weird to see! Maybe even weirder than there being two Tarches in the first place. Tarch was quick to explain what he meant though. Belle just nodded in agreement, kind of having come to that conclusion. She wasn’t very fast if she was moving, but if her brain was doing the moving, that was another story!
“Y-Yeah! I think so. I gotta do a lot of things all at once! Mmm… It does seem like a lot though…. I’ve been training really hard, so maybe?” Belle perked up when Tarch suggested a more practical example. His request was simple enough. She had done that dozens of times before! Her eyes flashing their customary telekinetic green, a faint green aura surrounded Belle as she floated easily over to Tarch and the sandwich. She looked down at it. “Do… um… do I get to eat the sandwich?”

That was easy. Too easy. Belle really was miles ahead from where she was when the two first met. Tarch pursed his lips in mock contemplation as his student asked if she got to eat her prize. It really was too easy. She should work for it, right? Then again, this was supposed to be a party first and foremost. Soon his laughter broke through the facade as Tarch waved the sandwich in front of Belle’s floating face.
“Of course you can silly!” That didn’t mean he was done testing her though. “Here,” he called with a sly grin, “think fast!” Now he wasn’t going to throw the sandwich or anything cruel like that. After all she did follow his instructions/lesson exactly as he described. But he did let the sandwich fall lazily from his outstretched fingers. Of course, his conscience decided to kick in at the last minute as his other hand quickly darting to catch the food if needed. “Sorry!” he apologized, chuckling sheepishly. “I was having too much fun.” That being said, he would be in for a pleasant surprise if his sister ended up catching her prize despite his apology.

Belle's PL: 46,000 Aura Block: Active (Set to 40,000)
Tarch seemed a little surprised. Belle was a little confused. Had he expected that to be harder? She had been carrying herself around like that for a long time now. Ever since she had gotten hurt, if she remembered correctly. It was just a lot easier and a lot less painful if she needed to get around to anywhere with any amount of speed. She smiled when he said that she could have the sandwich, though she felt like it wasn’t really earned. When Tarch went and dropped the sandwich, Belle sent herself lunging forward, catching it in both hands. She could have just caught it remotely with telekinesis, but that wasn’t the point of this exercise. Bringing it to her lips, Belle bit down on the sandwich and munched away happily. “It’s okay? I got it. It probably would have been faster if I had just grabbed it with telekinesis though.” She took another bite. It occurred to her that Tarch didn’t know just how skilled with her telekinesis that she’d become. How could she show him? It wasn’t exactly easy to summon up her full power without being really upset. Still… if she tried, she was pretty sure that she could work up something. Floating idly in the air, Belle closed her eyes tightly and tried to summon up the well of power buried inside of her. She didn’t want to always have to think of bad things to summon it up. Maybe if she thought of good things instead? Like how much she loved Tarch… or how she was trying to love Chromo. Or Miss Sulfur or Mister Carro and how kind they were to her. She felt something. It happened slowly at first before a comforting warmth spread throughout her little body. She opened her eyes and smiled. “Tarch! Look! I did it!”
