Cress held a wide grin as he jumped from tree limb to tree limb, outrunning the bounty hunters who pursued him with ease. At this point the saiyan was just toying with them, able to outrun them easily at any time he pleased. There was not much point in doing that though since they had scouters and could come and bother him right after, so he'd be dealing with the group now. They found most of their strength in numbers but there were some pretty strong ones among them, bolstering their strength with transformations and body modifications.
A quick shift in mood spelled doom for them, more than chasing him down already did. "Alright, I'm done toying with you guys now!" After calling out to the group close behind Cress gripped one of the tree limbs he was jumping to with his tail, swinging around it and stretching his leg to kick one of the closer pursuers right in his crown jewels. The man released a whimper as he was sent flying through the top of the treeline, crying out in pain as Cress followed behind. In his right hand at his side ki flicked to life, rapidly growing in size for an attack. With a toss Cress sent the blast flying at the man, blowing him to pieces upon contact.
"One down!"
Just as he began to turn his nose picked up one of the pursuers scents approaching, and upon turning he saw a bright blue ki blast headed right for him. Waiting for the attack to come closer, Cress would draw his hand back as if he were preparing to slap someone, and when it was in range he swung it forward and slapped the attack away from him. Not taking the time to watch the attack fall to the ground, Cress rushed forward with a sudden burst of speed at his opponent. Cress showed no mercy in the attacks that came after, unleashing a barrage of punches that ripped through the mans body, his fists coming out on the other end with every hit.
"Two down!"
One of the mans remaining partners rushed him from the back, but Cress could smell him approaching. Freeing up one hand Cress let it fall to his side. The front of his hand faced the approaching man, and from it came another ki blast identical to the one before, frying the mans body now turned corpse in the same second it hit. The smoking corpse fell to the forest below, which would possibly cause a fire later. Seeing that they couldn't win against the saiyan as his reflexes were far too quick for them the remaining three decided to flee. Half their team was gone at this point.
"Three down!"
Cress waited for them to make their next move before realizing they were fleeing as their scents began to fade. "What happened to that confidence you had at the start? You should have valued your lives more if you wanted to live!" His projected voice traveled through the forest. A quick idea came to his mind to flex on them with his super saiyan form. Maybe add some value to their lives as it approached its end. A loud roar echoed through the forest as Cress quickly caused his power to skyrocket, his hair flicking from a dark black to a golden yellow and his eyes a dark brown to a teal. A new form of aggression could be detected in his eyes as the super saiyan form altered his emotional state.
The trio were surely trembling in fear now that their scouters had picked up his transformation. With a burst of speed Cress quickly covered the distance they'd fled in in only a fraction of a second, appearing overhead. The trios scouters beeped as it warned them of their impending doom as Cress descended from atop the treeline, landing softly in front of them. "I think it's time we finish this." They stood their in shock before their attention was drawn to his hand as a sharp ki blade flicked to life, completely engulfing his forearm and hand. In the blink of an eye Cress would lop off the remaining threes head, letting their remains drop to the floor for the animals and insects of the forest to feast on.
Once everything was said and done he stood there as if nothing had happened. He did take a moment to look at himself though, deactivating his blades and looking up and down his hands and arms. Slowly it began to kick in that he indeed was a super saiyan and what that meant. Even though he hadn't unlocked the transformation here, but on the lookout during the fight for the blue cat guys, whose name he didn't want to waste time remembering, dragon ball.
A grin spread from ear to ear across the saiyans face. "I am a super saiyan!" As he yelled this he unintentionally sent out a shock wave after having risen his power. His celebration wouldn't last long however as a though ran through his head. The amount of super saiyans that had existed by this point sort of made the accomplishment not as... exciting to him after a couple seconds. Compared to the amount of people with the potential to that had existed it was rare, but not rare enough. He had to do something bigger, then he could really celebrate. Becoming a super saiyan two would surely be a great feat, there weren't very many of those throughout history. Maybe he could even take it a step further...
He stood there looking up at the sky, imagining the possibilities.

A nice day; a quiet day.
This was all Kuma needed after the hectic fights, arguments, explosions, killing, discussing, emotional fits, and training her ass off. Her last trip into the Fukurou Forest had her meeting a strange Majin creature, but it was relaxing, and she even got a snack out of it. Her trip this time around started as quiet as the last, leaving a relaxed smile on her face - for all of fifteen seconds. Close enough for her to feel the rumbling an explosion went off, though it wasn't anything large and devastating to the forest, if she had simply turned her head and paid any attention she would have seen it coming. It looked as if someone was being chased, and at least one of the people wasn't chasing anymore, and just a few feet closer and she would have had some of the pursuing person on her boots. "Really?", looking around as a few people ran past her much closer, one almost knocking her over.
"Could you not blow up the forest please?", she screamed out. This was the only place on this floating dirt ball she actually liked, and she shows up to find people shooting at each other. "There are plenty of nice deserts you can go kill each other in!", she screamed out again, sighing. It didn't seem they were too interested in listening, whoever these people were, so her mixture of curiosity and annoyance had her now start chasing after them. It only took a moment to catch up given the distance, but she could hear someone else ahead of them and saw a body go down with someone counting, running up ahead with her eyes narrowed until she caught up and rolled her eyes. "Why are you blowing up the forest?", was her first comment as she finally saw Cress up close, now right beside him, looking over his form and grumbling. "Oh, so you're one of those Super Saiyan glowing guys too now. Is everyone a Super Saiyan?", she was speaking with a fairly obvious bit of jealously as she had met something like five Super Saiyans since her fight with Cress, yet she kept hearing how she wasn't strong enough to be one herself yet, which really pissed her off on top of things. Thankfully he had came to a stop after his exclaiming of his form, seemingly not seeing her yet, or being too busy boasting to see her standing near him with her arms crossed and a raised eyebrow.

After his brief celebration he'd noticed a familiar scent and face show up, both belonging to none other than the saiyan known as Kuma, who'd he fought back in the section of Earth known as the 'Western Verge' after a heated dispute. That was an enjoyable but rather quick fight, that reminded him, he'd never asked Kuma about that technique she'd used to transform in place of a blutz generator. Maybe this would be the time to ask, but first came her questions. "Blowing up the forest wasn't my intention." He quickly paused before moving on to the next question. "If everyone were able to become a Super Saiyan then the form wouldn't be called Legendary." The form was becoming more and more common though, but it wasn't like every saiyan was going to become one. Not now and not ever. "From what I know there's less than ten of us currently alive."
Now he wondered, how was his comrade doing in the strength department. He quickly tapped the button at the side of his scouter and it came to life, beeping as its screen loaded and began to scan Kuma. After a split second of waiting her battle power showed up on the scouter's screen. "Eighty thousand huh? You're getting stronger faster than I've ever seen anyone do." Cress smirked and folded his arms. "Consider me impressed. What's your training regimen looking like? You've gotta be doing something new." Perhaps he was wrong about the wish that brought her and all the other casualties of the war against the fleet. Could this be the beginning of a new era? And if it was, he'd have to train harder and harder to keep his position among the top fighters in the universe.

Kuma had already put her hands on her hips and leaned in expecting some sort of comment about collateral damage or how the forest wasn't that important, but gave a somewhat surprised look and leaned back up. "Oh. Well good. I like this place. It's quiet." She wasn't too sure how to deal with the slight awkwardness she felt around him given how she reacted when they had met, and then ended up turning into a giant ape out of sheer frustration. A part of her wanted to apologize, but she wasn't quite ready for that, assuming she would ever be. "I didn't know it was called Legendary. I didn't even know it was a thing that was real. Then I died, then I undied and Nashua was a Super Saiyan. Then apparently I learned Vocado was one, and that Queen I still haven't met, and some kid named Tarch, Some Saiyan named Kohlra, you, who knows who else. I dunno if that Auber guy was, but I ain't seen him since. That's a lot of Super Saiyans. Compared to how many Saiyans I met on Earth, most of em are Super Saiyans.", slowly crossing her arms and looking him over. This was the first time she had seen someone in this form actually look intimidating, given the others had either been showing it off and looking silly, or just showing it casually and making it look much less impressive. Her eyes narrowed as she could see exactly what he was doing with his scouter, squinting towards it almost glaring for a moment, waiting for it to say a low number he might negatively react to. "Is that good? Why is it I'm the only one that doesn't get what these power level numbers mean. I haven't touched a scouter since I was a teenager." To her surprise it didn't seem to be all that bad given his comment about her strength growth, but truth be told she didn't feel stronger at all even if she was. She didn't feel stronger than she was before she died either, but given the people she was facing she knew deep down she must have gained strength if they were strong and she was holding her own. "My training regime, Uh, fight a lot and get my ass kicked. Or maybe that's just bad luck, I dunno. I've been training to control my Oozaru form up in the snowy mountains, so I guess that's a thing. Uh let's see what else...well I've been working on some fighting styles, so there's that." She didn't feel she was going out of her way to train anymore than she had in the past, but she didn't put a lot of thought into it and was just doing it. There was a lot more physical activity for sure, and she had learned without realizing it to streamline a lot of what she was doing, meaning she was doing a lot more in a shorter amount of time. It was all repetition and she didn't know how to convey that because when it came down to it she didn't even realize a lot of what she was doing.

She seemed to be surprised that his acts were not intentional. Had she thought he was doing it just for fun? Just going around and blowing up stuff was not something he did in his free time, only having the desire to do so in his Oozaru form which was now irrelevant despite how much he loved it. "You didn't know it existed? Surely you're joking with me. It's only been two hundred years since super saiyans stopped popping up. Even less when they died of old age. Only recently has the popping up of super saiyans resumed again." Cress paused for a brief moment. "You've met my partner, Vocado? Has he told you anything interesting?" Cress wondered if Vocado had let her in on the plan, and whether or not she wanted any part of it. She wasn't a super saiyan, but he was sure she had the potential to become one. Knowing her though she wouldn't want any part of it due to her ideals. Also Auber, a super saiyan? Surely she was joking, if he was he would have contacted him and told him by now. "I just need to get stronger and I may be able to ascend even further than this form. Gaining it won't make me stand out very much among all the others unless I do something flashy." His mind wandered, what if he did something like killing the president of Earth? That'd surely make him stand out among the rest. From what he knew a saiyan had yet to do so.
"Yeah, you certainly stand out." Cress took a deep breathe and let his power fall, his aura quickly fading and his hair and eye color changing back to normal. "My power level in super saiyan is two million and one hundred thousand, although I can raise it much further if I wanted. Doing so weakens my ability to defend myself though. Right now my power level is one hundred forty thousand. Nearly twice as much as where you're at right now. I have a theory that when you pass the one hundred thousand power level mark you'll be able to become a super saiyan under the right circumstances."
Cress listened to her comments about her training regimen, which wasn't at all what he expected. Maybe she was special? Or maybe she just got her ass kicked a lot. "Mind showing me these fighting styles of yours? I'm interested in seeing what you've learned." This could also prove to be good training for him, although it wouldn't help master his super saiyan form since it wouldn't be very much fun fighting her with it.

"No I knew it existed, well how to put this...", narrowing her eyes towards the sky as she looked deep in thought, even scrunching up her face. "I knew it was talked about as existing a long time ago. When I went into the long sleep and was in the otherworld there were no such thing as Super Saiyans running around. As far as I was aware it was just something that was talked about as a myth almost. It happened a long long time ago before any of us were alive. My parents parents parents hadn't seen one. I was dead for over a year you gotta remember. When all these Super Saiyans started popping back up like Vocado and Kayen, I was in other world. People don't go around talking about Super Saiyans in hell, because they aren't real happy being dead. We didn't exactly have news about what's goin' on in the living world, so how was I suppose'ta know?", raising her hands in a bit of a shrug. "Though I'm only twenty-two and my parents ain't that old, and my grandparents are long dead, so that ain't going back too far. Besides what did I care about Super Saiyans a few years ago? They weren't around helpin' us stoppin' the invasion and fightin' a war, so as far as I knew it was just a buncha talk."
Her forehead scrunched as her eyebrows narrowed together curiously at his question. "Your partner? Didn't know you guys were workin' together. Yeah I met him. He was the first Super Saiyan I saw. Well see is only technically true. We were in a very dark room and he just about blinded me turnin' that on like that. It wasn't really that long of a conversation anyways. He answered some important questions like what Nashua was doing, about the dragon balls, then he had to leave to go do what, I got no idea. Was before I met you actually." For whatever reason, she was feeling far more talkative than usual today, he was hitting on the right ways to ask the questions it seemed. A lot had happened since that meeting with Vocado, and a lot more had happened since her last meeting with Cress. "Ascend further? Hell I'd be happy to just get it myself. I keep hearin' how strong it is, makes you feel powerful, and drains stamina a lot and so on blah blah blah. I guess the numbers are cool and big, but really they don't mean much cause I got nothin' to compare 'em too. Plus I ain't good with numbers. I can punch good, I can fight good, I can give you seven strategies to take out a fighter. You want that, I can do that. You want me to talk numbers and you can go to hell.", she laughed, remember Kohlra trying to explain power levels to her and how far over her head it flew."Well I ain't good with numbers but I get the twice as strong part, and that sucks."
She stopped talking for a moment as he wanted to see what she had learned, but she really didn't know where to start. "Uh, well, I can use my power ball and turn into a giant ape again, but I can control it now. Oh, I got a new technique!, Well a couple I guess. I can make my muscles real big and seems to make me stronger, but I feel like crap afterwards so I don't know what good it is to use. Gonna have to work on that one. I dunno where to start."

"I'm sure they're down there somewhere, deep in the depths of hell far away where they cannot be bothered. Maybe they've chosen the reincarnation route. Maybe I am one of them and I just don't know it. I see where you're coming from now though." Cress paused for a short second. "I don't think there was anyone alive that could have become a super saiyan back when the attacks on our worlds happened."
Cress ran a hand through his tall hair. Vocado had told her of the dragon balls, but he could tell that he didn't go as far as to mention what his plans with them were for. He would keep anything else related to them to himself. Kuma didn't seem like the type of person to be in kahoots with their group either. Cress would laugh back after her talk of numbers. "Yeah, it gets pretty confusing sometimes. I don't think much of it sometimes, since people can hide and manipulate it and all. You can master the super saiyan form too, I'm working on it right now. Shouldn't be too long before I get it right, then there'll be little to no drain."
Cress watched Kuma think of what she'd learned. "I think you should stay as you are now. If some of my abilities aren't exclusive to me alone you should fare better against me than you may think." With that said Cress would enter a fighting stance he was comfortable and effective with. "Ready?"

She tapped on the tip of her nose and nodded to his comment. "Exactly. The previous generation was either old or dead, our parents weren't strong enough, and some of us were barely old enough to know what a Super Saiyan was let alone be 'em. Like I say I'm twenty-two. Nashua is a year and a half younger. There was fightin' goin' on then but for the longest time the fleet was an amusing nuisance until they were suddenly a much bigger threat." Her eyes rolled as she gave a heavy snorting sigh through her nostrils, shaking her head. "People hiding and manipulatin' power. What's the point? Just rock up glowing. Flex to go along with it. Maybe punch a hole in something. Why hide and pretend you are weak when you can intimidate someone and then take 'em out?"
It make sense that the Super Saiyan form was something to be mastered much like other tools, fighting styles, and even your own manipulation of ki energy in your body. She hadn't put much thought into Super Saiyan more specifically though until recently when they started popping up as if they had all been hiding for all these years, now every new Saiyan she met was glowing at her. "Guess it makes sense. I kinda feel like I've mastered a lot of Oozaru as of late. Controllin' that, got rid of that pesky issue with people grabbin' my tail, so guess just about anythin' can be mastered with time." She narrowed her eyes at him, not sure what to think about that comment. The last time they fought she lost, and that was on top of transforming, so what chance did she really have without that?
"I have really been wanting to see how I would stand up to you after last time. Feels like this itch I just can't scratch. I'm always ready. Just don't...I dunno, kill me or anything.", laughing and taking a long deep breath and letting it out slowly. Her arms came up as she began to bounce on her toes, getting into what looked like a typical boxers stance, one she didn't get to show off before given the whole stupid giant ape fiasco. She wasn't gonna stand and wait for him to attack like she usually would have, knowing she needed to become far more aggressive in fights. Pushing off of her plant foot she charged forward about three-quarters of the distance and stopped short and back into her stance, but kept moving in though with shorter steps in, leading with a simple left jab and quickly throwing a hard right hook at Cress' left side.
Was at 80k when I joined as I forgot to mark it when I joined
So that's puts me at 160k with Saiyan Pride

"Maybe they want to get the jump on their opponent." Cress shrugged, he was the type of person to charge in with his power flaring with a blinding golden light to go along with it.
"Good. Getting your tail grabbed in a battle most likely will spell the end for you." He had also trained his weakness away as soon as his power began to spike after barely rising for many years.
"I won't." Cress smirked, he felt like this was going to be an exciting fight. Maybe it would last a good while too. It was too bad she wasn't a super saiyan as well, then he could go all out. Cress' eyes would carefully track Kuma as she began to bounce on her toes, seemingly preparing to use a fighting style completely different from his own. He did develop his own after all.
Cress readied himself to attack, but before he made any movements Kuma was charging in his direction. "Aggressive! I like it!" Cress boomed, his saiyan spirit raging at the thought of a fight. She came in fast at first, but after a quick stop and continuation he had a bit more time to react, quickly bringing up a forearm to block her first attack, only to be hit by the second. A muffled grunt was able to be heard as Kuma's fist hit Cress' side.
Her attack wouldn't go without retaliation though. Cress' foot would swing back before quickly launching forward as he attempted to kick her back. Quickly following up his initial attack, Cress' hand would glow white as he reeled back before tossing the pulsating energy sphere at her.
