SMARTER THAN THE AVERAGE BEARCARRO's PL: 100 || LEO's PL: 1,584,000 (176k BASE)
While Earth's President primarily worked in his main headquarters, Crop Co. had long since expanded outwards. The subsidiary in Satan City was a newer addition, built a few months after they'd banished the Stargoons' mind-warping magic from the capitol. A year had passed since, and everything had returned to normal. A soft snowfall had began to trickle from the skies, but the sun still peeped through the clouds. The coos of foraging pigeons and rumble of car engines mixed into the skies as Carro climbed out of LEO's hull, wiping his gloved hands to look at the Crop Co. department in front of him. It never hurt to check up on his company's other locations.
"We really should get out to the other spots more often." The president commented. Though it was by no means small, it wasn't as big as their sprawling complex in Central City- just that bit of extra quiet and closeness was a nice change of pace. LEO nodded in agreement, craning her neck to look in one of the windows. These hallways weren't nearly big enough to let her inside... "Well, just wake me up when you're done. You promised a movie night, so don't overstay your welcome." Carro rolled his eyes, waving one last time to his friend before entering the building.
Promptly wiping his boots off and unzipping his plaid jacket, Carro peered down one of the building hallways. Around one corner there were some employees tirelessly working on some machinery, others kicking back in the break room with some games, and an occasional Plexbit bumbling down the hallways. He furrowed his brow in thought- where to even start with his check-up...?
LEO's LIFE LINK (x9P) and [UT1] of the same name are ACTIVE! Her PL is sensible and feels somewhat like Carro's.

SMARTER THAN THE AVERAGE BEAR
Pepper's PL: 12 | Ursa's PL: 27,400 | Items: None
Today was a day that existed. ...That being the most optimistic thing she could say about it, given she had a shift scheduled today along with having already taken all her mid-terms in school. So definitely not the most relaxing day ever, but she liked her job enough to the point where avoiding a mental breakdown from stress was easy as cake! Getting to return home for twenty minutes to sling on an over-suit and chug a protein shake, Pepper had to immediately make a dash towards the Crop Co. facility to arrive early as she always did. Her breaths were visible on the air, a sign of the seasons changing in the favor of winter once more.
In her haste to make it on the clock, Pepper had idly slung her trusty satchel around her shoulder - not noticing the extra weight of a hidden stowaway. She had made sure to left Ursa plugged in as per usual after she got home from school, but this time the conniving bootleg Plexbit decided it didn't want to stay home. Having been on a streak of good behavior, the girl thought nothing of it, too hurried to make the time to check to see if Ursa was actually still docked. It didn't help that she didn't have the means to sense the energy coming from the android either, given she didn't have a scouter and wasn't prone to learn any physical techniques in the near future. And so, as she arrived to the modestly sized futuristic building, she was in for a lot more than the simple shift she hoped this would be.
Her job today was simple: act as the front door secretary. Just take some phone calls, plug the right lines, give directions, and maybe make some coffee. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. It was surprisingly even more laid back than paper filing, given that this subsidiary didn't see too much traffic in terms of technological demand. It was called the 'Sleepy East' for a reason, after all. This side of the planet was still mostly underdeveloped, and from what she'd heard similar to the alien planet Namek. Mostly grass, rolling hills, crops, and small villages. Satan City and East City were the exceptions; For some reason, every cardinal direction simply had to have a metropolis named after it. Why? She didn't know, it was just the truth.
Dusting herself from any fluffy snow particles, Pepper clocked in and summarily took her seat at the front desk. The satchel holding the stowaway was set beneath the counter, out of sight, so she had room to put her company-provided coffee™ on the desk without fear of accidentally spilling the scalding liquid all over herself and the computer. She had just properly nestled in when the pleasant chime of the door roused her, Pepper expecting to look up and see a fellow co-worker checking in more than anything else. So when she saw Carro Hofferson in the foyer instead, it'd be an understatement to say she was surprised. Flabbergasted for a minute, the CEO of Crop Co. strolled right in - looking around for a moment.
Snapped out of silence, Pepper stuttered a bit: "S-sir! Oh! Uhm, Hello! Welcome to the Satan City Crop Co. branch though you already knew where you are, uh..." What exactly was she supposed to say to both the head honcho of the company and the PRESIDENT rolled into one dude!? He was like the perfect catalyst for nervousness! "Erm, can I help you with anything Mr. Hofferson?" She finally asked, standing up from her chair. If she made a bad impression on him, her entire career could end right then and there! "Any files you need to pull, or?" Perhaps she was being a bit... too pushy? Or maybe he liked employees who took the initiative... gah! It was so hard to tell from this sudden surprise.
Meanwhile. . .
Unbeknownst to the pair indoors, a certain scrappy Plexbit had managed to slip outside nearly undetected. URSA was certain that'd she seen something out here, and it was up to her to investigate! (It didn't help that, being a bootleg, the android didn't exactly recognize the president). Being unable to sense Ki, the bear-bot was unable to sense the Power Level of the behemoth, but she saw it soon enough. There LEO was in all her glory, URSA staring up at the Plexroid in awe for a moment... and then a gleam of challenge shone in her tiny, beady eyes. This thing looked dangerous! Perhaps it might be best to... test it out? Bouncing a bit closer, the Plexbit gave LEO a test by gently extending it's arm and tapping her on the tip of her paw.

Soon enough, the President found himself greeted by a... rather nervous receptionist. "O-oh, it's fine!" Carro quickly piped up in an attempt to ease whatever worries she had. "I'm just here to do a few check-ups and drop off a few supply shipments." He gestured with his head to the sleeping mech outside in regards to where the shipments were. "...But either way, you probably know of me already. CEO Carro, President Hofferson, whatever. Just Carro's fine!" Introducing himself was barely necessary as of late, but he had to be polite. "I don't think I've seen you around yet. Are you a new hire? I hope this place has been treating you well, regardless!"
In the midst of their talk, LEO had began to doze off outside... But a little tap on her claw caused her tail to twitch. She grumbled and readjusted herself, pulling her arm away to rest her head atop it. For a moment, she cracked open her eye to spot a tiny Plexbit at her feet... Well, it's design didn't match any in her records, but it certainly looked like a Plexbit. She closed her eyes and pretended to still be asleep, appearing bliss to the little robot's presence. Internally, though, she awaited to see what the android would attempt next.

Pepper's PL: 12 | Ursa's PL: (109,600 x4T Overclock) "Caught with your proverbial cat pants down, eh?" Ursa whispered triumphantly, apparently satisfied by her short test. Clambering up unto LEO's paw proper, the Plexbit took a moment to stare directly at the much larger Plexroid's head, arm touching her chin slightly as URSA soaked up all the details. "Golly, you sure are big though. Super big, in fact. What kind of core powers you then? It certainly couldn't be mine, given that I need a recharge every day!" The android ranted, as silent as a rant could be. "And here you are sleeping. Wait... how are you sleeping? Is this actual sleep? Is it how you regain lost energy??"
This scouting mission was turning out better than expected! If it was possible to scope out what made this admittedly scary robot tick, she could bring the information back to mom and- oh. Right... the accursed language barrier kept them from properly communicating. "Darn it!" URSA said, stubby leg aiming to lightly kick LEO right on the paw. "How am I supposed to ever get bigger at this rate? I need proper technology!" Mother was not at fault. It was the fault of these stingy Crop Corporation people! How dare they so obviously (it wasn't obvious) deny mother proper technology. It had become abundantly clear that they thought Ursa wasn't worth the resources. "You may not know this, cat..." Ursa begun, pacing back and forth atop the supposedly asleep robotic feline. "I am URSA! The possibly fifth greatest android ever conceived!! Leave it to mother to downplay this accomplishment, for how humble she is. Ha, but I know the truth. That totally awesome upgrades and stuff await to make me important. Relevant! Able to do something other than be a paperweight because I am simply too embarrassing to show to the world! Mother might not see it, but I do. Of course a display like I is not fit for such a thing as representation." Of course, the Plexbit was unable to see that Pepper kept her hidden for vastly different reasons. Chief among them was to avoid a meeting like the one they were having right now. "What master do you serve, I wonder?" Questioned URSA quietly. - "Are you sure?" Pepper asked hesitantly, still a bit jumpy from having her boss' boss' boss walk in the front door so casually. "I can help out if you need me to, but..." She glanced outside. "I think I won't be much good at heavy lifting if that stuff looks as weighty as it actually is." Oh Kami. Here she was making witty banter at the President. "Uhm." The girl cleared her throat. "Annnnyway. Welcome again. I didn't mean to act like a startled bird or anything. Sorry about that sir." He did offer to let Pepper call him 'Carro' but a first name basis with the guy himself didn't feel quite... right just yet. "Ah, no. I wouldn't really say 'new' per-se, I just am a part-timer. I've been working here for half a year now!""I honestly didn't think you show up to places in person. Especially one out super far like this! Satan City usually gets passed over nowadays for East City and all, and you must be one busy dude between running a worldwide company and running said world at the same time." He was also the engineer that inspired her to craft URSA in the first place. LEO was well known across the planet now, but her inner workings were closely kept secrets, even to (admittedly low level) employees like her. Only the most basic of basics were available with what she could find. And even then, the material used in constructing the Plex line of androids was not cheap. She could only really afford to build URSA since she had the neat job of sometimes taking care of scrap and garbage. And since both were to be tossed aside anyway Pepper took the liberty of bringing some of it back home. Of course there wasn't anything like a power core or CPU or any such advanced tech in the waste, but the faulty or twisted sheets of base metal used were fair game. It would be cool if it weren't for the problem of it possibly being illegal and copyright infringement... which was also illegal, she supposed. "Say, C-carro." Pepper said suddenly. "What's the process someone normally goes through to get a Plexbit?"

CARRO's PL: 100 || LEO's PL: 1,584,000 (176k BASE)
LEO's eyes remained shut, but her claws twitched as she felt the little android climb atop her limb. The Plexbit briefly commented on her core and being able to sleep- odd for most Androids of the Plex lines. LEO remained still in her slumber. Knowledge of the Life Link wasn't going to be passed out like candy, even to Crop Co's workers. Her core rested with another.
The tiny bear kicked her claw, causing her wrist to twitch again. Though it did little than tingle, the feeling of Ursa pacing on her paw was a bit ticklish... But that didn't make Carro any less confused about why his hand itched.
He briefly diverted his attention to his palm. He didn't accidentally spill some chemical on his hand during his work, did he? While he found it a little odd, he shrugged it off and turned back to Pepper. Though she was still understandably formal in addressing him, he still couldn't help but to smile as she let a little small talk slide at the mention of heavy lifting. "Well that makes two of us." He wittily bantered back. Still, Carro nodded as she explained she'd been here for awhile as a part-timer. That'd explain why he hadn't bumped into her until now, but he really needed to get out more.
"To be honest, though, this place is a nice change of pace from the bustle at Central." He nodded as she explained the smallness of Satan City's location. As much as he appreciated the hard work of the employees that flooded his headquarters' house, it had been too long since he'd seen an empty hallway at Crop Co. "But yeah, I can just run a few check-ups on some of the systems here and fix anything if need be." With the coming of winter, some systems were always bound to spark...
Then came the mention of Plexbits. "Oh! Yeah! There's a bit more paperwork for a part-timer to fill out to get a personal Plexbit, but it usually isn't too tricky-" Carro began to explain, still bliss to the events unfolding outside. It was a good thing he didn't turn around, or else he might have caught the glimpse of a speck pacing on LEO's claw.
Ursa ranted on about her greatness in an entertainingly childish way, while also going on about some problems of the sort. The faintest of grins had spread across LEO's face as Ursa bragged about being the "fifth best android," but she couldn't help but to quietly hum in thought as the Plexbit's caretaker was allegedly too embarrassed to show Ursa...? LEO was going to try to doze off properly, but the tiny bot's next comment froze her train of thought. "...Master?" If Ursa turned back to look at the mech's face, she'd find a pair of orange eyes staring back, wide awake.
[Carro is my equal, thank you. As it should be with any partnership.] She grumbled, quickly changing her tone to the Plexbit language. Ursa had unfortunately struck a sensitive chord in the leading Plexroid. [Anyways,] LEO quickly moved on, attempting to try and clamp her jaws onto the robotic bear's scruff. It wouldn't hurt if she got a grip, but Ursa wouldn't escape easily if she was caught.
Should she have the little android in hand, LEO would stand up and poke her head through the doors. She cleared her throat to get the attention of Pepper and Carro, just before he could go into the specifics of Plexbits. "Do either of you know where this one should be?"
