This time on, The World of Dragonball! "Oops! Sorry about the mess!"Ash finally arrives, his ship bringing him moments from landing on Earth! What will the young, sleeping boy awake to find on this new, exotic world? Find out, now! Chime Thread PL: 18,750 Oozaru x5 It's been many hours, a soothing sleep that has gone uninterrupted. Ash had finally managed to get off the Raiti-Zacro Asteroid in one piece, albeit still in pretty bad shape. His body having underwent the Oozaru transformation left it's mark very clearly. Despite the sleep and rest he has gotten on this trip to Earth, his body still feels stiff and very sore. He stirs in his sleep, finally at peace for what few moments left he was provided. Pure, blissful sleep. BEEP BEEP, BEEP BEEP! He wakes immediately, the lights in the pod flashing red around him. He looked out the pod window, noticing there was a giant looking structure ahead of him that didn't even show up on the route the pod made until now! "... I can't fly a ship.." The structure ahead grows closer and closer, and he begins to panic, violently looking around the pod for ANYTHING he could use to redirect the ship! "Oh shit..."
He grabs hold of the seat that he sits on, the pod entering the atmosphere very roughly and quickly. The pod races towards this, now visibly floating structure, with great speed! Ash prepares for the worst, and closes his eyes, no idea what will happen when he lands. Not too far along from the floating structure, it has become clear to anyone that is there- there is something headed towards them very quickly. The pod still engulfed in flame, it's speed only now starting to decline, was now mere moments from contact. CRASH... His ship collided with the floating structure, landing roughly 20 feet from a long hallway, in what looks like the 'front yard' so to speak. The impact was so forceful it had knocked the young Saiyan out cold, leaving him to mercy's will to whoever finds him.
This pod is a stolen pod from the Saiyan Kingdom that was being used on the Asteroid, but since it was then stolen by Ash, this pod has now made it to Earth. Symbols clearly marking the Saiyan Kingdom on it is visible, and an average power level could be felt from within the pod itself. The crater made by this crash has created cracks in the ground, and only a small hole hardly bigger then 10 feet in diameter. Dust fills the air, very small pieces of debris is scattered along the white-tiled floor. Ash himself, being knocked out, lays dormant in the pod. His clothes are still ripped and torn, his body showing clear signs of bruises and heavy rashes where he had slept in many unforgiving places on his travels to get this pod. While he lays sleeping, should anybody notice after the pod opens when any one person or thing approaches the pod, bar codes imprinted into the young Saiyan's underside of his wrist. His hair is black, spikey, his overall build wasn't too bad. What will happen to the young boy after he had abruptly crashed into an unknown structure that floats in the sky? Who will find him, and how will they react? Literally in about half an hour, next time on The World of Draonball!

Chime's PL: 100 (Suppressed from 112k)
On any given day at the Lookout, the Kami was doing one of a handful of things: researching in the library, experimenting with new magic, meditating, or defending the floating structure from destruction. Today found him doing the latter two, though he didn't know it until it was almost literally staring him in the face. Chime was sat on the floor of his room, or rather above the floor of his room. He hovered about a foot off the ground with his legs crossed and his orange bead necklace in one hand. His mind was clear, his energies settled, his being connected to the universe... and then something came screeching from the skies above, shattering his calm. Chime fell to the floor with a little 'oof' as he felt that decently strong energy signature approaching at rapid speed. He leaped to his feet and ran out the front door just in time to see a spacepod crashing into the Lookout's surface, just shy of knocking over the trees. His proverbial hackles immediately went up, and he stood at the entrance ready for the invader to jump out and attack...but nothing came.
Curious, Chime approached the smoking pod, then jumped a bit when the door opened of its own accord. He held a hand up to defend himself, but still, nothing came. Looking inside, he discovered not an invader, but a young man who'd obviously seen better days. He was clearly exhausted from whatever caused all those bruises and tore apart his clothing, and seemed to be out cold. After a moment debating what he should do, Chime reached in to scoop the young man (a Saiyan, he can now see from the tail as he's moved) into his arms, and carried him off towards the main building of the Lookout, intent on healing him. The crater his pod left could be fixed later.

There isn't much to be said, or let alone done in this situation. He was out cold, and his body was in no shape of objecting. He was carried off out of his stolen pod, and brought inside inside what now seems to be a building- a floating building. As he was brought in, the small building from the outside blossomed into something much larger on the inside. Should Ash have been awake, this sight likely would've been something to behold. He stirred softly in the arms of this unknown person, his body's soreness not taking a liking to being held. "Ugh.." He lightly said, though still well asleep.
He began to have a dream, a very vivid one at that. He was in a black void with white outlined tiles as a floor. He walked around for some time, not quite sure where he was. "Hello?!" He echoed out, his voice baring no answer. He kept walking, still nothing to even see. He was alone, and everything was empty. A footstep suddenly emerges though, but the footstep was loud.. large.. and it shook the foundations of the void itself. "What the-" He turns around, and is greeted by a most hideous sight. A giant ape, just like the one from before, was not only behind him, but it was bent over enough to have it's eyes meet his. His heart seemingly stopped, the ape roaring so loud, his ears could swear and cuss if they could speak. He instinctively ran, flying high into the void's sky, this time finding himself with more courage than before. He shot ki blasts at the beast, energy beams, the strongest attacks he could muster, but nothing phased the monster. It merely responded with swipes of it's arm, which was so fast that it caught Ash off guard. He narrowly dodged the ape's attacks, sending his own back. "Was there no end to this beasts power?!" he'd say, still flying away from the Ape.
He was suddenly finding himself flying behind the Ape, trying to get shots in from the back, before finding that it's tail started swiping at him. "Why is his tail defending itself..?" He kept shooting at it, trying his best to stay behind the Ape at all costs. Eventually it struck him, that his own tail makes him become weak when it's grabbed, once or twice he was helpless as a small child when it was cut off for fun. He decided to charge in, readying a ball of ki in his hand as he approached. He got sent flying by one of the Ape's feet, catching him by surprise. His body felt like it broke, and his legs and left arm felt numb. He sped forward anyways, blood making a line out of his mouth. He felt close to passing out... his body was about to fail him. He got close enough to the Ape somehow and launched what little power he had left into the Ape's tail, but before anything could happen...
He woke up suddenly, finding himself on a couch in a big, open room. He had visible sweat dripping off of him, and he felt his body very slowly. He wasn't hurt, at least not broken, but he was still sore like before. He grunted as he lifted himself up, feeling somewhat better since the rest gave him back some once of his power. He looked around carefully, fearfully unaware of what happened. "H...Hello?" He said aloud, not sure if he even wanted a voice to respond back- All he could remember was crashing.. Someone must have taken him from the pod, otherwise he wouldn't be where he is. Suddenly, just not too long after, he spots a green looking thing... for a better lack of words. "H-Hey..you? D-Did you take me from the pod..? Where am I? What happened..? Who are you?" A literal barrage of questions slipped from the young boy's mouth as confusion was now his stand-alone emotion for the time being.

While the wounded Saiyan boy was knocked out, Chime took him inside and down into the understories of the Lookout. He got them to the room he and his friends had turned into their living room over the past year, complete with chairs, a table, a tv, and a comfy couch. The couch was where he laid the Saiyan down, and Chime immediately got to work healing him with his magics. A blue and white glow shone from the Namekian's hands, and the bruises, burns, and whatever other wounds the boy had would fade. The Saiyan would only feel a dull ache remaining when he woke.
Chime stood up and observed his handiwork. The boy looked to be in pretty good shape now, if still unconscious. And mostly naked. He should probably fix that. Chime stood back with his arms outstretched and his fingers held at right angles, trying to size the boy up to see how big he should conjure his clothes. It was at this point the young Saiyan awoke with a jolt, obviously confused and spewing questions. Chime held his hands up placatingly, palms out, to try and calm the boy so he didn't run off.
"Hey, hi! You're up, that's good. One thing at a time, okay? I took you from your pod, you kinda...crashed into my house, essentially. But it's okay! A lot worse things have happened to it." Chime rubbed the back of his neck as he remembered all the times the Lookout had been torn apart in fights, "Anyway, you're on the Lookout! Er, on Earth, I mean. I dunno what happened, but you're safe now! If anyone was chasing you, they'd have gotten here by now." He had no way of actually knowing that, but he wanted to be reassuring.
The Namekian gave a little bow of greeting, "I'm Chime. I can explain more later if you want, but for now, why don't you sit back down. ...Wait, no! Hold still!" And Chime pointed a finger at the Saiyan boy. White light shone on his fingertip, and it might've looked like an attack...but then a simple set of Namekian-style clothing (A blue tunic, poofy white pants, and pointy-toed shoes) would appear over the Saiyan's form. Chime grinned, "Okay, now you can sit."

He looked on at this person, seeing how calm and collected he was while preforming some weird power. His body felt rejuvenated, and healed completely! The soreness he had felt earlier went away, and he felt right as rain! "Oh uh.. thanks. Nice to meet you? Sorry if I'm like.. nervous, I've had a very rough week.." While though Ash was very much nervous, and quite intimidated by the green person known as Chime, he was being healed and that had to mean something.
"Oh.. The crash.. Yeah, oops! Sorry about the mess I guess." Before he sat down, Chime had suddenly and magically materialized clothes onto him. So that's a thing people can do apparently. He nodded at Chime, being thankful. "Thanks. Also, don't worry about anyone following. I'm not beat up that much because of someone else... To be honest, it's a long story." He felt more lax now, given this new person showed gratitude and sincerity towards him. He stretched his body first, enjoying the fact he doesn't feel like a rock is sitting on him anymore. "If you want, I won't mind sharing a brief summary, but I'm not sure how to really put it."

PL: 16,000 Ichi's PL: 16,000 Daruma had spent the early hours of the day wasting away in his room with some much needed alone time. That wasn't to say he didn't get much alone time - on the contrary, he likely took too much time in isolation for himself - but that didn't change how much his need for that lonesome period was. He was more than content to spend the whole day without leaving his room, until a rumbling in his stomach alerted him to an awful truth. He was out of snacks! Now that he took a moment to think, snacks for breakfast wasn't the best idea he'd had for his health. Throwing on his scale-printed green T-Shirt with 'I WENT TO SNAKE WAY AND ALL I GOT WAS THIS LOUSY T-SHIRT' emblazoned on the front and half-tripping into his pant legs, the Ogre hobbled his way down to the Lookout's communal kitchen area. It didn't take long for his mood to sour, even though it was briefly. He'd forgotten to top up his favorite cereal, and was only left with the bland and flavorless BaoFlakes™ in the pantry. Groaning, he made his cereal and made his way to he lounge to eat. "Uh... Chime? Who's this?" Daruma asked, surprised by the Namekian-garbed, battered looking stranger seated on their couch with his best friend. Regardless, he stepped around them and sat on a nearby couch, slipping a spoonful of BaoFlakes™ into his mouth and crunching down. Now that he thought about it too, "... wait, does it have anything to do with the loud noise I ignored a few minutes ago?"Spooning some more cereal between his cheeks and swallowing, he turned to face the stranger, flushing purple for a moment in a realized second of awkwardness. "Oh, uh. I'm Daruma, by the by."

Chime had opened his mouth to respond when his antennae pricked up. He sensed one of his friends coming over-- Daruma! His face broke into a grin and he looked up at the doorway a second before the blue ogre entered. "Daruma, hey! I figured that might've woke someone up. This is..." He looked over to their Saiyan visitor and paused, "I'm not actually sure. What's your name, stranger?"
To Daruma, he laughed and continued, "Exactly the same noise, yep. He sort of crashed into the front yard. ...But don't worry!" He quickly scrambled to be reassuring, knowing Daruma's tendency to worry, "It was only with a space pod, and it didn't break through to the lower levels. You and me can fix that easy. And it didn't hit the garden or the roof or anything important."
"Anyway!" Chime clapped his hands together, "We need to get some things straight. I'm Chime, that's Daruma, like we said. I'm--" He hesitated a moment. Should he really tell this strange young man who he was? They were on the Lookout, so he supposed there was no point keeping it a secret, "I'm the Guardian of Earth. The 'Kami', some people say, but," He shrugged, "Daruma's my assistant, and my best friend. This place we're in, the Lookout? It's floating in the sky, so when you go outside, please don't fall off the edge. ...Can you fly?"
Hoping that some honesty on his part would encourage the same in their 'visitor', Chime gestured for him to speak, "What about you, what's your story?"

He listened and watched as Chime talked, intrigued and curious. Chime was definitely unlike any person he's ever met, he seems young, polite, caring and also quite curious himself. He watches on as Chime explained to Daruma, who introduced himself to Ash, that Ash was the noise that was heard on the lower levels. "Yeah.. I'm still sorry about that um.. I've never even touched a space pod before, to be honest this one isn't even mine.. hehe.." A nervous chuckle left him, still being very uncomfortable in this strange environment. Everything's clean, he isn't being bossed, or ordered rather, being beaten up or insulted.. He's a genuine visitor, and he's being respected and shown kindness. Earth genuinely is the Heaven he hoped it would be before arriving.. Chime kept talking, and he was nearing to mention Ash's name to Daruma before he stopped mid sentence, then looking to Ash and asking politely for it since he hadn't said. "O-Oh, uhm, I'm Oryian Ashwood. I'm a Saiyan from Raiti-Zacro." His body lightly shuddered saying its name, his 'home' or place where he was raised. Many bad thoughts crossed him, and he was found momentarily frozen until Chime then asked about Ash's actual history. "Oh, that! Well, it's complicated in a way, I really only have what I've been told. Though sorry in advance if I seem uncomfortable it's just, this place... It's vastly different already than where I came from before here. Well.. It goes like this, as I've been told." He starts to retell of his history, what bits and pieces he knew of from others, found out on his own, as well as about the Asteroid itself since he lived there. How it started with his family was a family of Saiyan Elites, how they sent him away from Planet Vegeta, probably in shame he had to assume. He tells about the BMA, the organization that found him, who the BMA was, and how he was raised. Brought up into slavery, forced to work, and be a means to an end. His life was depressing, the people in it was all tyrannical and uncaring. Though the place is where exiles, criminals, as well as illegal traders and business men go to, it only makes sense. He goes over how he was bought by 5 others, Saiyans, who used him like a reusable rag. More labor, begging on streets, more beatings, more work. He also mentions how his tail was chained up, likely since after he was able to free himself when he reached 15, his strength significantly increased after his tail was no longer under the pressure of tight chains. He admits, sadly it may be, that he killed the 5 Saiyans who was directly involved in his personal life that had owned him. Of course it's only sad because he knew he shouldn't have done it, but if he hadn't they would've ruined others lives just like him. "After that, I was on the run. They sent fliers, papers, news broadcasts on the Asteroid of me being wanted, dead or alive they said. I was held up in a cave when a patrol found me." He talks about his fight, how he was able to hold them off and slowly work himself over the slightly weaker and unorganized Saiyans. "But... then everything went black. I looked at the moon for a split moment, and suddenly I'm awake on the ground, and the area is scorched and blown up. The cities were fine, but the landscape was in a mess. So I decided to head to the space port, get a pod and head here."
He shrivels up some, feeling a little more tighter about himself. He has never really explained himself voluntarily to others, and the feeling made him feel off centered. "But even after I crashed here, I already noticed Earth was beautiful.. and friendly. You brought me in, and I didn't ask, you helped me and I didn't say a word. You are truly the first person to show this kindness towards me.. Thank you." That statement alone nearly brought a few tears into his eyes, this moment being very special to him. "And yes, I can fly... Just not a space pod.. hehe.." He chuckled to himself, another feeling of laxness he's never felt. It felt nice, just chuckling freely. How will the other two react? PL: 16,000 Ichi's PL: 16,000 Chime's introduction, interspersed with a question of the stranger's name, was brief. For a moment Daruma cringed at the thought of cleaning up all the mess alone, and moved to panic at the thought of the garden being endangered - but his best friend swiftly reassured him that it was safe, and the work would be done together. Then, as intently as he could through mouthfuls of plain-ass cereal, Daruma listened as Oryian told his tale. The tall tale of Oryian Ashwood, twas truly tragic. A crying shame, and Daruma found himself sort of at a loss for words. He'd been through some rough stuff, but nothing quite like living through years of slavery and suffering. "That's, uh. That's rough." He mumbled, letting his wordless thoughts sit in the dead air between them for a moment. "But, uh- you're right about Earth! It really is a beautiful place! I come from the Other World - the Afterlife - and Earth has things even literal Heaven falls short on. You'll find that kindness sprinkled everywhere, too, it's not just us. Is there anything we can do for you?"

Chime took a seat as the young Saiyan, apparently named Oryian, told them of his origins and how he'd come to be here, crash landing onto the Lookout. It was a sad story, to be sure. Chime knew some despicable things went on in the galaxy, like slavery and all the things Oryian described, but he'd never seen it first hand. It upset him that horrible things like that were allowed to continue, especially in this day and age, and the Guardian was struck with the momentary urge to rush out to that asteroid and give whatever slavers were left a piece of his mind. But...that wasn't realistic, and he knew it. He was the Guardian of Earth, after all, not Guardian of the Entire Galaxy. He could only protect so much, and he could at least make sure such practices didn't exist on this planet.
Oryian described what could only be the Oozaru transformation, but strangely didn't seem to know what it was. Chime frowned. He debated not saying anything for a moment, but keeping the kid in the dark about his own biology seemed wrong. "It sounds like you turned into an Oozaru. The great ape transformation. I don't know a lot about how it works, you'd have to ask another Saiyan about that. But I do know Earth's moon can't make you change! ...At least not normally." He paused as he thought back to some reports from about a month ago, when the Blood Moon phenomena appeared, "So don't worry about that, look at the sky as much as you want."
At Oryian's compliments, Chime rubbed the back of his neck and looked aside to Daruma, clearly embarrassed and giving his friend a 'help please' expression, "Aah, that's nothing, don't worry about it. I wouldn't be much of a Guardian if I couldn't even give a naked person clothes."
In an attempt to shift the subject away from himself a bit, he latched onto Daruma's comments about the Earth, nodding in agreement, "Yeah! This planet's great, I wouldn't have stuck around if it wasn't. The Lookout's interesting in an oddity sort of way," The ancient magical structure floating in the sky was more than just an oddity, but living there for so long had jaded Chime to it, just a bit, "But the really good part is the Earth itself. You'll have to fly down a ways, but Fukurou Forest is directly below us. It's really old and sacred. East of that is West City, if you're looking for some civilization more like what you might be used to."

Ash could feel himself to be slightly embarrassed, not quite used to being shown care from others. He relaxes some more, chuckling at the two in a nervous way while holding the back of his head. He looks at Daruma first, giving of a smile. "You don't have to do anything for me, honest. I'm just relieved to be somewhere safe, especially with two very friendly people." He'd recall back on what Daruma said, having been caught up with them both talking, he just remembered Daruma said something weird. "S-Sorry... The Afterlife..? Heaven..? I.. have no idea what that is." As expected, his life on Raiti caught up to him. His lack of knowledge of anything spiritual is the result of seclusion since he wasn't allowed to know anything more past some extents of writing, at least he picked up on speaking rather well from learning how others spoke. What is an Afterlife though? It sounds like something 'After Life' all considering, but what IS after life? He simply believed Death was the end all, the concept of a possible aftermath baffled him completely. He'd take a moment to chuckle at himself for his ignorance, scratching the back of his head. "Sorry for being so unknowing Daruma, these things you mentioned aren't exactly stuff that is hardly if ever brought up around me in conversations." On another note, if Daruma or Chime does explain everything to him, he'd feel more confused, but he'd believe either of them. A life after death just seems very weird, yet natural to believe. He'd shrug it off for now and come back to that some other time.
He would then note something important Chime would say to him, giving a very brief and small explanation of this 'Oozaru.' It was apparently something a Saiyan turns into, and by mentioning the moon and what happened to him when he looked at one, he puts the pieces together. Oozaru is a form Saiyans go through when they look at the moon. He'd feel nervous, thinking of how many nights he'd go through being scared of transforming- but Chime rested his mind very quickly. Chime says the Earth's moon shouldn't have an effect, so he can be free to look up anytime he wants. He'd smile and sigh in relief, looking at him and saying, "Thanks, I can't say I didn't know what an Oozaru was, nor that's what happened to me. I'm happy that I won't have to worry about that hideous beast again..." He'd feel a slight sweat developing over his forehead, but he'd wipe it away as he'd try to change the subject quickly. As of the present, since he's still living and not dead nor an Oozaru, he'd focus more on where he could go. Where would he live as a matter of fact..? He would feel to ask about places he could accompany while he's there on Earth. His pod would suffice as a resting place, but living is definitely not going to work with something so small. "Well.. I don't exactly have a place to live, like a place to sleep and what not when I'm.. Hm.. Well, just whenever I'm not busy, I'll figure out what I'll actually do when I decide to go and explore. I wouldn't want to ask to live here, I am basically a stranger, but suggestions for other places would be nice."
He does ponder for a moment, he got a good look of Earth while he was mid-panicking as his ship was about to crash. It was very beautiful, and has many other places he could go. He takes note of Chime mentioning places he can go to if he wants to explore, such as West City and a sacred forest that's below the lookout. "Thanks, as soon as I find out what East is, I'll head to West City sometime." His mind bounces over to his clothes, remembering that he was given a new set. He gets up from the couch, getting a feel for his new clothing. They was fresh, clean, and definitely more comfortable than his older get up. The color feels off, considering it isn't what he was used too. The shoes felt normal, it would appear to be something akin to what Chime was wearing. Perhaps this was a clothing attire his people wore? He honors it, surely, but it doesn't sit well with his tastes. "Of course one thing I wouldn't mind asking for," He says as he looks towards Chime, patting his clothing softly, "would you be able to change the color of my clothes? They're basically the same surprisingly, in every aspect actually, but the color isn't the same as to what I'm used too." He'd give Chime a soft laugh, trying to be as soft as he could be. This situation still makes him feel weird, being on a planet rather than an asteroid.
Should Chime change the color of his clothes, he'd look at them and grin. That's more like it- if there was literally anything his masters did for him that was nice, it was letting him pick his singular set of clothes he'd wear all the time. These clothes, the color, it just suits him. He chose them out once and was happy, albeit for a small period while he had time to be happy. He'd look around him some more and find an exit, walking over to it to look outside. It definitely seemed brighter than on the asteroid, and the 'sky' was something he never saw before. Asteroids don't have enough of an atmosphere for a sky, but this- the clear blue sky puzzled him. He takes a gentle step down, standing on the Lookouts flat surface. The material the Lookout is made out of is strong, hard, and yet he still couldn't believe this place was floating. "All I did was come outside, and I'm already blown away. I do think Earth will do as a place to stay, for keeps." he'd take a look over at his pod, seeing the Saiyan Kingdoms symbol on it with paint trying to mark over it. He did live on an asteroid where some people from his planet went too, as well as exiles. Though he wasn't fully aware of who the SK was, since he heard very little of the SK from his former masters. His ship seemed to be a little banged up, the flooring of this structure must've been very strong if the pod was slightly damaged from the impact. He'd look now, his eyes scanning the trees, the grass by the trees, and the gardens that are all place so evenly across the structure. The first thing he'd think of with open space like this though was training, and he'd then hop over into the biggest open spot he could find.
With his body fully healed, he lets his aura grow around him, his hair flowing as a wind was pushing against it. He breathed in and out, and found himself completely relaxed. Training was his best method of peace when he was left alone, and finding himself able to freely open his energy felt good. "It feels good, to just let my energy flow, I'm not quite used to just doing that. I had to learn how to suppress my energy back on Raiti so no one would notice that I was getting stronger, but here- I don't feel like I should be scared. Honestly, being so open about it, it's making me feel a little warmed up to the thought of fighting." He was a Saiyan alright, even if he doesn't realize these are Saiyan qualities. He'd throw some jabs and kicks through the air, his body being so relaxed now while it moves, his attacks flow swiftly through the air. He'd look at the other two, whether if they was out there with him or still inside, and smile. His aura would die down for now, and he'd pipe up. "There are strong people here on Earth besides you and Daruma, right?" He'd ask for the last time for now, thinking he's asked enough questions as it is. While he waited, he'd look up at the sky some more, feeling a breeze move across his body. he is going to get addicted to standing still now, just feeling the world. This will end up being his pass time sometimes now because the feeling of it is extraordinary.
