Okra managed to grab the teen’s arm and throw him into the air. However, before he could land his kick, Oryian flew away, up into the sky. Suddenly, the boy turned and fired off numerous ki blasts at Okra. The saiyan warrior prepared to just jump away, however, his opponent rushed in front of the ki blasts. The kid swung a powerful looking kick, but Okra deftly dodged it by jumping backwards, putting some distance between the two. He was offered no respite as Oryian deflected his own ki blasts back towards Orka. The saiyan easily deflected all the blasts, but he was left wide open to Oryian’s energy beam. The warrior just barely managed to get his arms up in time to somewhat block the attack.
He grit his teeth in pain as the beam exploded against him, searing his forearms. The explosion kicked up a plume of smoke. As the smoke cleared, Okra was revealed standing, a grin on his face as he stared Oryian down, “Good one,” he remarked, “But you’ll have to do better than that.”
The saiyan finally went on the offensive. He rushed forward, circling to the side of his opponent and attempting to land a strong kick to the back of his knee. He followed with a strong hook toward the jaw and finished with a flurry of strikes with the intent to pummel the teenager into the ground.

As Okra charged forward, dashing over to Ash's side to make a strike behind his knee, Ash swirled himself on the dime and went for a spin kick to send Okra back. If it landed, he remained firm in his defensive stance, awaiting Okra to make another move. Should his attack be blocked however, he'd flee backwards, letting his foot drag heavily into the ground to create dust as a cover up. He'd then vanish off onto higher ground, standing atop of a rock pillar, looking down at the battlefield. Then he would still return to a defensive stance.
In this stance, both legs are wide but firm, his feet planted nicely into the ground. One arm was tucked to his side, ready to counter, the other in front of him, somewhat bent so he could move it quickly to parry an attack. He made this stance in order to close any blind spots he could come up with. If he forces Okra to be on the offensive, just like himself, there will be flaws in his movements eventually that he can exploit."I'll admit, this is definitely more challenging then any battle I've ever had. Though likewise can be said about me. It'll take more to bring me down."

Okra’s kick missed as Oryian nimbly twirled around the blow. The warrior wouldn’t be given a chance to press his attack. His opponent swiftly counter attack, launching a spinning kick at the saiyan. Okra deftly sidestepped and the kick sailed past him. Before Okra could counter attack, Oryian retreated. The teenager dragged his foot into the ground in an attempt to conceal himself, but all Okra had to do was levitate a few meters into the air. From there he could see where the dust trail ended. He watched as Oryian moved onto a rock pillar that towered over the landscape. A smile tugged at the saiyian’s lips from the attempted concealment.
He watched Oryian settle himself into a defensive pose. Okra listened to what the teenager said and replied, “Well, you asked for it kid,” the saiyan extended his palm forward. Red energy gathered at his palm’s center, a bright red ball of energy quickly forming. The saiyan unleashed the gathered ki, shooting the red ball at Oryian. The ball streaked through the air, hurtling towards its target.

Well, he asked for it, and it was heading straight for him. He smirked, raising his arm up, charging the best blast he could muster. The ball of energy he forms then explodes, shooting forward into the beam Okra sent. They clash for a brief moment, but Okra's wave of energy overwhelmed his own. He figured this, knowing the best thing he could do was at least weaken the oncoming attack. "Rghh...!!!" He thrusts both hands forward, catching the wave of energy. Sure, he is more than twice as strong as this attack, but he if moves even an inch while in contact, it'll blow up.
Energy Beam (A1) Used at 33% Beam's PL: 6,187 Enemies Beam: 14,850 Beam clash: 14,850 - 6,187 = 8,663 (Hurt-O-Meter at around 85.8%, Still able to fight! Kind of..) KP: 2/3 -1
Even so, it will blow up eventually, so he decides to do the best thing he could do."HAAAAAAA!!!!!" His aura suddenly bursts to life, engulfing him whilst growing bigger by the second. In a fiery explosion, smoke had covered the area in seconds. The rock pillar was destroyed, and only a cloud of smoke remained.'Hah...Hah...Rgh... Damn that was still strong, but I can use this in my favor. If we fight and trade blows, eventually we'll tie. I CANNOT be hit again before I can pull one back.' He thought to himself. It's too early to charge another blast, so he charges a large sized ki blast, roughly three times bigger than a normal one, and shot it through the smoke at Okra.
As the ball was sent flying, he created two more, vanishing behind his opponent, shooting another, once more vanishing now from above as he releases the other ball of ki. He creates two more, each pointed to either side of Okra in case he flees to the sides, patiently waiting. There is still one trick that may work... But he'll have to try it when there is a clear opening. While he waited though, his body has taken a good beating. He has bruises and cuts all around his body, and only very few and minor wounds that is becoming a pain and sore on his sides- some blood on his cuts and minor wounds, perhaps the smallest smidge of blood on his forehead. His stamina is beginning to drain, as he's trying his best to keep up his movements whilst maintaining his full power in base form. He has seen better days, but he's still got some left in him to keep going.

Aurora had been following the small ping that had come from her scouter as it had sensed not one but two power levels. Weaker than hers, but still rather significant, especially for beings on earth. To the point that she suspected they may not have been, as the closer she got the more she doubted Earthlings were unsubtle enough to be throwing ki beams around like chaff, and the alternatives... well, it made her heart race. Soaring through the wasteland, her purple form darkened by the sun, she eventually came across the two she had been looking for. They seemed to be in the midst of a rather loud and explosion full fight, lighting up the surrounding wasteland as they fought and threw Ki beams. Although... every now and then, they seemed to stop to talk. Training then. Gliding closer, Aurora eventually comes to a stop a little ways out and watches for a small while. Yes, it seems she was correct. The more she watched the more it seemed less like a deadly and and more like a full on sparring match, although it didn't seem like they were holding much back, judging by their power levels and the numbers that were showing upon her Scouter's screen whenever they threw a ki infused strike.
Then she saw it. In the midst of their fight. The tails. Her eyes widen as her body jerked out of sheer surprise and that familiar feeling of hatred. Saiyans. They were Saiyans. That explained everything. The monkeys didn't realise just how damn obvious they were being, and hadn't bothered to check for spectators at all. Her mind raged as she felt that dam begin to creak once more, but this time... she was able to hold it in. Barely. She had... she had been getting better at this. Controlling and dealing with the- the trauma. She knew that's what it was. She needed to control herself, to deal with it one at a time, and the first step was recognising that not all Saiyans were like the ones that had done that to her. Yet still her teeth gnashed and ground against each other. Her fists clench together, hard enough to whiten them, and her tail thrashed. A sigh escapes her, before quickly turning into rapid, angry breaths. It seemed that despite her acknowledgement and her attempts, the anger and the fear was still there, surging through her.
However... perhaps she could do something instead of killing them. They were weak, and obviously hadn't been the ones to attack Arcose or anywhere even near there. That meant... That meant she could be better than those who had been there. Moving forward, the Arcosian dashes through the air as she approaches the two. Beat them within an inch of their lives, then ask them who they were, why they were there, and if there were any other Saiyans on the planet. She could, and would, give them a chance, at least. It was better than she was given. As she moved forward, her body began to warp and shift as her Cyclops form burst forth. Her muscles grew, and her face was obscured behind the mask that formed over it. Her tail lenthened as her Bio-armour began to flow and expand a little, covering more of he increased body mass before she slams down onto the earth like a rocket into the smoke and between the two Saiyans, hard enough to crack the ground and shake the dusty earth.
Her hand would snap forward and try to wrap around the throat of Okra, ignoring the balls of ki that slammed into her from behind as they were launched from the other one, and if successful would then proceed to throw the Saiyan at Ash, his body hurtling out of the smoke even as it clears up. "Hello boys." She would growl afterwards, fail or succeed, a she cracks her knuckles and looks towards the duo. "Why don't you answer some questions of mine, and I might not kill you. Of course, I'll need to break you first, either way." Just saying those words to a Saiyan made her feel better. To actually be the powerful one. It was... almost euphoric. To the point that... perhaps she didn't even need her first form. Shrinking down, she returned to her base form as the Bio-armour disappeared once more. They were somewhat injured, after all.

Okra ferociously grinned as his attack easily overpowered Oryian’s energy wave. He watched the move smack into the saiyan boy. He managed to hold it for a moment, but nevertheless, it exploded. The rock pillar shattered, sending debris flying through the area. Smoke wafted from its charred remains. Okra somewhat frowned. He imagined that blast had done quite a number on the younger saiyan. Perhaps it would be best if he ended this sooner rather than later. However, it seemed Oryian still had quite some fight in him. The young saiyan came rushing through the smoke towards Okra, launching a plethora of ki blasts.
Okra made to dodge, however, a figure suddenly dashed in front of them, cracking the ground as they landed. The blasts struck the figure, but it did not phase them. The figure came close to Okra, and the saiyan suddenly felt a tight pressure wrap around his neck. The warrior’s vision blacked for a moment as he struggled to breathe. He squirmed for a second, trying to pry the hand off his neck as his feet left the ground. Suddenly, the saiyan felt himself being hurled through the air towards Oryian.
Okra did a small flip, stopping himself before he could strike Oryian. Rubbing his bruising throat, he glanced at the newcomer. The sight made his blood boil.
It was one of THEM, an arcosian. A bastard lizard. He grit his teeth when she spoke, the voice grating to his ears. He subconsciously clenched his fist, rage slowly building within as he shot her the nastiest glare he could.
“You!” he would've yelled, but his voice was more a croak, “I should be the one asking questions. Your species attacks the colony I’m stationed at and probably the rest of the kingdom, AND YOU WANT ANSWERS?!” his voice started to return, “Your species wiped out my garrison, leaving me the only one to escape! Did you follow me here?!” Okra began to breath heavily, “WHAT HAVE YOU AND THE WORLD TRADE FLEET DONE TO PLANET VEGETA, LIZARD!!”

With only moments passing by, his body began to tingle. Not in a good way either. Ash was about to move his blasts out of the way to say something, but it happened so fast- His blasts connected with someone that he very clearly didn't recognize. How had he missed her huge energy signature?! Was the fight genuinely that distracting? He see's this person, alien, whomever it is, wrapping their hand around Okra's throat. Immediately Ash stepped forward, despite his weakened state he felt so many urges- He wanted to step in and stop her, to defend Okra.. To defend somebody... Defend... That word aimlessly walked in his mind for a brief moment before he looks on.
"Okra, let me do this. You clearly don't have a cool. Look, I don't know who you are, or what your motives are. Though rest assured.. we can answer any and all questions you ask, whether if we actually know anything or not... So please, just let him go.." His voice was calm, and soft, so soothing and young. He tried to negotiate with her, but he does look Okra straight in the eyes. He's being serious, and Okra should pick up that if anything wrong happens- it will only be a moment that will pass by before the lights are out."My name is Oryian Ashwood, and this is Okra. We were just sparring by ourselves, as a matter of fact, we was close to calling the fight. I can assure you, that we don't mean anything wrong towards you." Once more he looks at Okra, hoping he clearly gets the memo.

"Hope, freedom, life.. all things of such liberties can be easily put on chains connected to the weights of tyranny. To obtain these liberties.. Break the chains, and break the weights."
"Great, EXACTLY what I wanted to deal with today.."
Bartenders needed breaks too, and by god was Dion in need of one these days. With each day past it seemed as though something interesting happened, and while normally he'd be ecstatic that he'd be getting into so many situations with so many new people to call his companions, it did eventually get to the normally extroverted young Saiyan male, and it also began to take a bit of a toll on even his mental and emotional well being. Nothing incredibly serious really, it was just that the constant exhaustion and having to keep up a good happy-go-lucky outgoing personality was chipping his endurance down little by little. Usually he'd be able to keep up- his personality always remaining that of everyone's friend to go to, but the fact that he was still reeling from also taking a large break out of nowhere did not help with his lack of endurance for both training and social situations. So, the Saiyan strictly decided that today was going to be a break day for himself, and that nothing was going to get in the way of some good old fashioned relaxation. No tiny toy bears, no Saiyans asking him to take care of a grudge, no Bio-Androids to help console, no nothing- today was going to be a day in which he did absolutely nothing.
And it was going well initially, actually-! He had gone to a bar for some drinks (Wasn't really intoxicated afterward, Saiyan biology helps to kind of block out anything human drink is really capable of doing), went to the local mall to go window shopping, stopped by the library actually to read up a bit on Earth culture and such, and finally was going out for a bit of a nice jog. Nothing too serious though, he didn't wanna suddenly be training on his day off. The path wasn't anything crazy, he was just making his way through some of the more rugged parts of the Northern wastes when he heard a couple of explosions go off in the distance. His mind begged him not to go check out the cause, but the lure of a sudden dust cloud being kicked up afterward just a mile or two away from his location was just enough for his curiosity to take ahold of his rational thinking, making his body fly toward the source of such blasts.
Upon reaching what was about a hundred yards out, Dion stopped for a couple moments- sensing three power levels in total. Two of them were unidentifiable, however, one of them was one he's come to fondly know actually. It felt like Auroras power signature, although she has buffed up surprisingly since their last meeting by quite a bit if that was to be her upon reaching the location. Making sure his tail was safely tucked in his gray sweatpants to make sure no cheap shots were taken, Dion quickly boosted forward the last bit of the way there.
He landed superhero style onto the ground behind Aurora, a slightly surprised look on his face as the smoke cleared and he saw that it was her against two other pure blooded Saiyans. Crossing his arms, he took a moment to assess the situation. It actually looked as though Aurora was the aggressor here, since the two others facing off against her were quite weaker and Aurora was the one who actually made the first move- or at least that is how he saw it from the couple seconds he was watching while approaching the group. Seriously, there was no need for grabbing the Saiyan and throwing him toward the other if it was Aurora being the victim here.
"Aurora, what the hell is this?" Dion asked in a bit of an irritated yet also incredulous tone as he uncrossed his arms, letting them fall to his sides. "You really need to calm yourself down, you're not making yourself look too good here."
The bartender looked over at both Okra and Ash, motioning for them to hold fast for a moment or two for him to try and reason things out. He knew the Arcosian well enough that he could probably talk her out of doing anything she might regret. Hopefully. No promises though, he knew how she felt about his race, and two defenseless Saiyans both weaker than she would most likely be easy pickings for her, even in her base form.
It was odd, having to speak in such an assertive manner to someone he considered his friend so soon after just meeting them. It would be quite unfortunate if Zhalla were to see how they were now, the thought of it making Dion a tad bit sad. But I'm sure Aurora had a reason for doing such things, right?

Aurora stared down the two Saiyans, a small smile on her face at the scenario, at the strength and power she held over them. It was something she had never felt before, not truly. After all, you could only be told about how oh-so-superior your race was so many times before you became disillusioned. That was only further destroyed during the events on Arcose, the thought of which one increased her anger at the duo as she stalked forward, grin widening. However as she approached, the monkey with the hidden tail began to scream at her about... about what happened to planet Vegeta? Confusion flooded through her, and Aurora's smile disappeared, replace by a confused version of her usual frown as she stopped moving and even rocked back somewhat. "W-What? What are you-" She begins, before her eyes widen in minute realisation and her hand comes up to tell them both to shut up, even as the other begins to speak. "Oh. Wait." She demands from them, before crossing her arms and looking directly towards Okra.
"You..." She starts, unsure of how to proceed. Her mind, once roiling and raging as she had looked towards the two monkeys, the same race that had- that had- that had killed her family and taken her home, was now stuttering like an old motor, trying to get started and get going once more but stopped by the general surprise and confusion she was feeling as her mind began to connect the dots. "You don't know about what's happened, do you?" She finally manages to get out as her aura stopped flaring and her pulse began to slow as much as her body and mind would allow. They were still saiyans... but they each weren't much of one. And the pleading that came from the other one made her think that her threats and general PL were all she needed in order to 'convince' them to help her. "I.. The Fleet's attack on planet vegeta was almost two years ago." Why was she explaining this to him? While at the time she had been just as horrified as her family had been at the Fleet's unprecedented attack, nowadays things were very different. "A lot has.. has changed since then. The Saiyan (puh) populace was I'm not sure. They were returned, 'wished' back into existence apparently, and have recently attacked and conquered Arcose. My home." Here her voice begins to change, darkening with her expression as she took a step towards them.
"So I don't want to hear ANYTHING FROM YOU ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU HAVE LOST, UNDERSTO-" She begins, voice raising in volume until she was yelling at him, but before she could get any closer or continue her Scouter pinged her and she was cut off. Wheeling around, she turns just in time to see someone crash into the ground in front of her in a rather painful pose. Lowering her arms from where they had covered her face protectively, Aurora's eyes widen as she realises just who was in front of her. "Dion?!" She says incredulously, shocked at the rtaher random arrival of her... she supposed he was a friend. Although, that was put to the test as he opened his mouth, and soon she was scowling at him too, although in not nearly a deadly manner as she had been the other two. "What do you mean, 'what is this'? They're saiyans, Dion. Not only that, but they were throwing blasts around like... what was it? Chaff? They were going to be found." She crosses her arms and tilts her head at the bartender, wondering why he was out here actually. "They're lucky it was me, if anything." She tacks on, before a sigh leaves her and she looks off to the side, unable to meet her friend's eyes. "But... fine. I just wanted to ask them some questions, anyways."
Oryian tried to subdue Okra with words, but the warrior was having none of it. He shot the teen a quick glare, “Shut up. I don’t need you protecting me,” he still liked the kid, but his anger had gotten the best of him. Hopefully Oryian would understand that he wasn’t truly mad at the kid.
As the arcosian offered an explanation, a sense of realization began to dawn on Okra. His anger began to somewhat subside as he thought about what she said. He must’ve been unconscious in the space-craft that whole time. The engines must’ve been operating at near minimum capacity following all the damage the ship took. The rejuvenation pod must’ve malfunctioned or something. Okra would need to get Vocado to fill him in. He had evidently missed a lot. And from the sounds of it, it seemed the World Trade Fleet threat had already been dealt with too. The face pleased Okra, but he tried not to show it.
It didn’t seem the arcosian standing before him had played any part in the attack. Although, she did seem angry about the saiyan’s conquering of Arcose.
Suddenly, the arcosian spun around. Okra followed her gaze and saw someone come hurtling through the air. The person, a man, landed before the arcosian. It seemed Okra and Oryian had attracted a lot of attention to themselves. The saiyan sighed and crossed his arms as he let the two speak. It seemed the two knew each already judging from the fact they knew each others names.
The saiyan let the two finish before interjecting, “And what’s wrong with throwing blasts around?” he asked Aurora, “I’m not scared of being found. And if you’re worried about us injuring people in the vicinity well. I mean well, we aren’t exactly in the midst of civilization here,” he let out a snort, “And yea, we were verrrryyyy lucky it was you who found us. The one who decided to attack us unprovoked. The one who threatened to kill us,” he sardonically mocked, “I have to ask, is a choking someone an arcosian’s way of greeting someone else?”
Post by Oryian Ashwood on Nov 14, 2019 16:59:26 GMT -6
Ash watched Okra, already telling he wasn't going to calm. Though once other person began to speak, her words brought something to Okra that evidently calmed him- or at least mildly. He understood that Okra was, by all means, mad so he didn't take offense. As she talked, she explained her story about Arcose, her home, being taken over by the Saiyans. They... ALL the Saiyans, as a race, military, whatever, conquered her home world and forced her out..? "S-..Sorry to intrude but.. While I am a Saiyan, Okra can vouch for me, I'm not entirely fond of Saiyans either. I wasn't even raised on Vegeta to be honest. Long story short to explain another time, I'm technically a runaway slave from Raiti-Zacro Asteroid, the place my family sent me to as an infant."He looks at her, now painting Okra away from the picture and viewing this person by herself. "If I could change, anything, to undo what they've done to your world like what they've done to my life... I'd do it here and now."
Suddenly, the moment was broken when somebody else showed up. A man appeared, who this girl seemed to know, asked what was happening. She expressed her distaste towards us, that much was obvious already, and how she was only going to ask us questions anyways. Sarcastically, Okra asked a few of his own questions, which wasn't exactly nice."Okra! You do not say that! You're cool and all in my books, but still, that wasn't okay. She's had a lot happened, and plenty reason to not like us."A light chuckle came up Ash's throat as he says mumbling only loud enough for the girl to hear to hopefully lighten the mood. "Pfft.. Maybe it's just her way of greeting you specifically, hehe.."He had to hold his chuckles back some, at least so Okra doesn't get offed more. After that, he looks on towards the new guy who showed up, "So I take it you two are familiar with each other then? Name's Oryian Ashwood! It's nice to meet yo- oww...."He was raising his arm up to wave at the other guy, but his arm then stung greatly. He held it momentarily, rubbing the sore spot. "Guess the adrenaline is wearing off, didn't even notice my arm was stinging me until now, heh.."
Dion narrowed his gaze toward the female Arcosian, a sigh leaving his lips as he muttered, "This hatred runs deeper than I expected, honestly..." He walked over to her, positioning himself next to her so that he could hold her back if she did get any ideas or if she was provoked at all by either of the two other Saiyans before them. The bartender wasn't at all entirely convinced that she was only there to ask them "questions", as most questions didn't start with yeeting ones answer giver by the throat into the other person present. Nor was he completely in agreeance that it was best that she was the one to come upon them. Honestly Dion thought that this was most likely the most unsavory of situations, since not many other Arcosians were even present on this planet and nor has he heard of any other Frost Demons like Aurora harboring such a dangerously aggressive attitude toward his own Saiyan race. Perhaps he wasn't looking hard enough, but he for sure hasn't heard of any cases alike to the one he has found himself in. Looking over to get a better idea of who the other two fellow Saiyans were, he saw that one of them seemed quite younger than he, and the other seemed like a more experienced Saiyan warrior- albeit one who seemingly had a strange displacement of time, from the exchanges and retorts he had heard between he and Aurora.
Nodding in response to Okras defensive statement, he turned to look at Aurora as he said, "The guys got a point- this is a pretty barren area Aurora. Not many, unless they actually knew what the heck they were doing, would choose to just wander off here. I mean, you have to be a different kinda dumb to do that. In fact, I can vouch for them- many times when I myself have to train I normally do it in an area such as this, so you can cut them some slack, right?" On the provocative inquiry of whether or not strangling an apparently innocent stranger was an Arcosian custom, however, Dion looked over at Okra and shook his head ever so slightly- just enough for only him to notice and realize that this was not a person to take so lightly. She hasn't even transformed yet, and the only reason why he was able to keep her somewhat in check was due to the fact that he was quite a ways stronger than her currently and also because they were close enough friends that she would listen to the guy. One wrong move or one incorrect word said and it would blow up in all of their faces.
He then let his gaze linger on who looked to be the youngest of the lot- Ash, did he say his name was? Something like that, and he was a bit put off on the so easily denounced tone he took toward his own warrior race. However, his bartenders intuition also told him that this kid probably had the rougher side of the population to contend with, so Dion decided to hold off judgement for a little while longer on him.
Walking in-between the two parties, Dion looked both at Ash and Okra, and then to Aurora, and then closed his eyes- saying in a tone a teacher would say to his students when they were misbehaving as a small white aura began to flare around him, his power instating him as the strongest person there currently and giving his words a little more weight, "Now, if I heard anymore arguing or threatening between either of you guys, I'm gonna lose it. Today's supposed to be my day off and I don't wanna have to come to blows on that very same day. Aurora, I know you're better than this, so as your friend I've gotta ask ya to please cool it. Ash, right? And, Okra, I think Ash mentioned your name was? Please cool it on your side as well. It looks like we've just all gotten off the wrong foot here."
Reopening his eyes, he said in a little more of a cheerful tone, "The names Dion, Okra, Ash, good to meet you two. Aurora, albeit under strange circumstances, it's great to see a familiar face too. What were those questions of yours anyways? I'm sure a healthy dialogue would be better than just some slugfest that would leave us all a bit under the weather."
Post by Aurora Arctos on Nov 17, 2019 14:44:18 GMT -6
Aurora almost growled at Dion's comment, even as she shifted a little to allow him to stand near to her, fighting the urge to curl her lips back. He knew how she felt about Saiyans, and while she was aware that she had an issue there and was actively trying to fix it, that didn't mean she needed to be treated like some sort of mere pup that needed to be disciplined. She had grown powerful in the short time that she had last seen Dion, and figured she might be more than a match for the earthling. Of course, she didn't do anything even close to that, instead bringing her arms up to her chest and crossing them, brow furrowing. Then the Saiyan soldier decided to but in, and she felt her eye begin to twitch as Dion seemingly backed him up. Alright then. "Then you're wrong." She replies, poking a finger into her friend's chest lightly. "Not to mention unable to recognise what you just said. I wasn't talking about being seen by some clueless earthlings and their quaint little weapons, I was talking about being seen by someone like you or me who come to this place to train, and wouldn't even bother with asking questions before blasting the annoyances," She gestures over towards the two Saiyans, "out of the way."
Of course the monkey didn't know when to quit, and while Dion went for quietly telling him to shut up, Aurora elected for something a bit louder. A finger points towards the Saiyan, before out of seemingly nothing a large, jagged icicle materialises in a small flash of blue light. It hovers above her arm, rotating slowly in the air as if barely restrained and waiting for the command to be given. "Watch it. You're lucky Dion's here, or you'd be a statue." Is all she says, before her finger twitches and the bolt flies past the head of the Saiyan and sails off into the distance. Looking away again, Aurora did her best to hide the small tremble that ran through her. Magic was something she desperately wanted, and after the events in the cave she had been blessed with... well, it wasn't an understanding of how such a thing worked, but she was still able to use it in minute forms. In a way, it felt like a weapon she could be using at full power but was too inept and too un-knowledgeable to know how to do that. The very act of using the smallest piece of the mystic arts drained her in a way not even Ki training or her fights had, and she ground her teeth in an effort to try and stay focused.
Said magic was the entire reason as to why she had stopped in the first place, in fact. She had had no luck finding this 'Nashi' that Yanwang had spoken of, and from there had been forced to do research and contact her allies in an attempt to try and locate wherever the guardian of Earth lived. Her research had brought her here, or rather a little further north west of the wasteland. The appearance of two beings throwing around Ki like fireworks had only reaffirmed her suspicions that where the Kami resides, this... 'look out', apparently, was nearby. Thus she had followed intending to get answers either way. The fact that they had been Saiyans had only really changed the initial method of asking, as well as added a little more... pleasure, for the Arcosian. She was snapped out of her thoughts by Dion moving between her and the Saiyans, her ruby red eyes tracking him silently as she forced down the idea of rolling them. He meant well, she knew that. It was just... they were sayains.
A sigh leaves her, but she stays where she is as he hands unwrap from where they were crossed and she tosses them into the air slightly in defeat. "Good to see you too, Dion, even if i would prefer it was more of a... stable encounter." She admits, before looking towards the duo behind him and tapping her foot. "As for you too, you can repay Dion for helping you oit by answering me. The guardian protector of this planet, its Kami. Where does he live?" He was her goal, the entire reason behind this chance encounter, after all. THE magic user upon the planet. If she was going to learn how to control the magic from anyone, it should be the best.
Okra glared at Oryian, “What? Do you expect me to be friendly with someone who attacked us? Is it not okay for me to take offense to being attacked? What, do you think I’m just going to forgive her so easily? So her attacking us is okay because she’s gone through a lot? Please, that’s ridiculous,” he turned back to face the acrosian and newcomer. The newcomer seemed to take his side, albeit only somewhat. He chastised his friend, but also shook as head at Okra as if to to tell him to “cool it”. The saiyan nearly snorted.
The arcosian, Aurora apparently, decided to try and intimidate Okra. The saiyan merely stared as she summoned an icicle and sent it sailing past the saiyan’s head. And he was supposed to be the bad guy? Especially after she attacked unprovoked and threatened him? These people were being ridiculous. The warrior sighed and shifted his weight, glowering at the space lizard as the man introduced himself as Dion.
After Dion finished speaking, and Aurora asked her oh so important question, Okra finally decided to icily respond, “Pleasure to meet you. Dion,” he glanced back at Aurora, “No I don’t know of any kami, and if I didn’t I wouldn’t tell you. I won’t help someone who attacked me unprovoked. I don’t give a shit what you’ve been through, your attitude is out of line. Even I, as a saiyan realize that. I mean, you attack us, and then expect us to nicely answer your questions? Please,” he grit his teeth, “your behavior is worse than us ‘evil’ saiyans. While I certainly don't hold many good feelings towards your race, I wouldn’t just randomly attack one of your kind,” he paused for a moment, letting his words sink in.
“To me, your hypocrisy is plain as day,” he shook his head, “If you think you’re so much better than my race, then maybe you should start acting like it instead of attacking every fuuucking sayian you set your eyes on. Hope that gets through that thick skull of yours. What you’ve been ‘through’ gives no excuse for your actions you petulant little brat.”
Okra was mad, very mad. He was angry at everyone around him. To him, his behavior was not uncalled for. He hated hypocrisy, and this arcosian was the biggest hypocrite on this planet. The fact that they were excusing her behavior sickened him . She had attacked unprovoked after all, it was just fucking ridiculous. The saiyan was very tempted to leave after giving Aurora a piece of his own mind.

He looked down, feeling kind of out of place. He tried his best, but no words he thinks he can say could possibly be taken seriously by Okra. The only reason he's even backing up Aurora is because he relates, he feels somewhat in the same pit as her. How far down the pit, he wasn't sure, but he was there nonetheless. "Sorry..." He didn't bother to say anything else. Whilst he could've stood up for himself, explaining to Okra a few things that would hopefully level the field, he reframed. The eleven years of experience he had to withstand had slipped on him, and he fell silent and submissive. He continued to watch on, figuring to just let the 'adults' handle the situation. Barely having any actual social interaction was a pain, neglecting him the chance to try and do anything. He simply stood there, arms crossed in front of him, being silent.
After some time, they kept speaking, going on between one another. Okra ranting as he was, Dion trying to neutralize the situation, which was working slightly. Aurora, as he heard her name, was exclaiming how we were Saiyans, and that alone was her reason. Likely due to her history, which is probably worse off than his own he's sure, left her even worse off than himself. Possible trauma, mental stability issues, the likes? He wasn't sure, but he knew for certain she didn't like Saiyans. At least on that part he could relate. His eyes wondered around aimlessly, finding anything to keep him. Suddenly he remembered that he was still hurting, and figured to go and help himself while he waits. He walks over to a rock to sit down, going through a small pouch on his side. He only had very little, just a few strands of bandages, a rag, and a small bottle of water. He wrapped up the worse part of his arms, the limb he used the most to block the most. After that, he used a small rag and poured some water on it to try and wipe off some of the smudges of blood off, and try to clean what cuts he could. For the most part he was doing fine, though his arms was sore so it was hard to raise them up. He flinched a couple of times, but he managed.
He got up to stretch, grunting lightly as his body felt worn. He fought a bit harder than he thought, all his bones was popping around his body, his shoulders feeling tense. After he was done, he stayed his distance, not wanting to interfere in any matters. He overheard still, Aurora talking about why she came to Earth and how she was looking for the Kami. She's looking for Chime? He doesn't exactly know the Nemekian all to well, albeit yet, but he's certain that he wouldn't mind visits sometimes. After all, Chime was the one who pulled Ash under his roof and healed him. He wasn't sure if he should say anything, but he lets himself finally speak. "Well.. I know where the Lookout is, but I'm not really sure if it'd be okay to take you there or not.."
Of course he meant that in the best way possible, since he was at least sure Kami wouldn't mind his presence, but whether or not he'd accept somebody else is beyond him. "I know he wouldn't mind much if I came around, but I don't really know much else. I might consider taking you there, but.. You have to give me your word you won't do anything like what you did earlier to anyone else just because." He sighed slightly, knowing Okra would likely get mad at him more, or that Aurora would make it difficult. He looked up towards her, and his eyes was nothing like a Saiyans. He had spirit in them, but the color was off. His eyes were soft, calm, and doesn't retain the full fledged pride of a Saiyan in them. His personality was gentle, and reasonable. Besides the fresh cuts or recently made bruises, there are noticeable scars left on his sides, some on his cheeks- which aren't very big but still seeable, a handful on his back that are thin lines. One defining quality that would be the end all quality to have insight of his past, was the bar codes imprinted on his right wrist. His bands was rather torn, the one on the right barely hanged on. If Aurora could see any of this, perhaps her opinion of him as a Saiyan may shift, even if slightly.
"I just don't want anything like this having to happen to anyone else. This friend of yours, uh, Dion? Maybe next time he won't be around, or maybe the next bunch won't be as easy going. I just don't want to see more pain or fighting." Hopefully if his words worked, Okra may feel slightly more calmed with Ash taking more bias into his favor, all while trying to still keep it at peace with Aurora. He wasn't the best speaker or negotiator, but he tries. "If you can at least do that, I'll take you there, after we're all done here." He flinched for a moment, holding his left arm as it's still sore. He's surprised that this pain isn't stronger, though that could be because he's got a tolerance for it, or perhaps his adrenaline hasn't completely gone away yet. Even so, he awaits the response of the people around him.
