The beeping of the medical bay filled the darkened room of the spaceship, the large circular vehicle pitch black except for a single green light that fought back against the darkness. The light came from an upright, cylindrical device, with a variety of glowing buttons along the side and a figure floating within the middle. Safe's unconscious body had been placed there by Aurora in order to recover from her wounds, and whilst the Arcosian had been out training the grey alien had been patched up and fixed to be good as, if not better than, new. Suddenly, the sound of an engine whirring to life filled the air as the darkness was banished and cool, clean light filled the spaceship. Blue and white horizontally striped walls were revealed within an expansive, two room ship (including the pillar in the middle of lavatories). Almost a quarter of the ship was dominated by buttons upon a dashboard, to the right of the lines in the wall that indicated the entrance. Safe herself, and the machine she was in, were on the opposite side of the ship from the buttons, with the other two quarters remaining seemingly empty. Just then, the walls and ground shook, jostling Safe from where she was kept inside the machine, as the ship began to slowly lift up from where it had been buried within a mound of snow. The ship was responding to its master's call as, on the outside, what had initially looked like nothing more than a wall of snow clinging to a sheer cliff side upon the mountain burst forward in a blitz of snow and ice, the ship flying just above the mountain's surface and seemingly waiting for something.
Moments pass with nothing happening, but, seemingly out of the blue, a blizzard appeared out of nowhere down at the base of the mountain. The swirling curtain of grey and white howled and roared as it made its way up the rocky face of Mt. Frappe, covering the entirety of the mountain in almost record time as it envelopes the space ship, battering at it uselessly as its thrusters fought to keep it stabilised within the air. This went on for a couple of minutes until, from the snowy wall of flecked white a grey, a figure burst forward towards the ship. Or rather, two figures, one clutched within the arms of another as they raced, almost a blur, towards the ship. The transport's entrance quickly began to slide open with a whirring noise and just barely makes it in time as the two figures speed inside, closing rapidly and locking behind them before spinning in mid air and making its way back towards where it had been resting for a long while now, settling back in to its little corner as the snow of the blizzard aided to cover it back up again. The ship and the occupants inside of it were hidden from plain view by anyone who could be watching.
Aurora stumbled as she felt the ship land, doing her best not to drop the Saiyan in her arms. Having been able to transform back into her suppressed form mid flight (not without some difficulty, however), the Arcosian was now smaller and didn't have to worry about her wings getting caught on and shredding the door frame of her ship. What she did have to worry about, however, was the energy drained Saiyan in her arms. Fortunately, all it took were a few words towards the computer of the ship for a small bed to pop out of one of the empty walls at roughly her hip height, well lavished and comfortable. It was formerly Aurora's, but she figured that the Saiyan wouldn't mind when she placed her down upon it. Well, that and... she couldn't bring herself to bring out the other, emptier beds. From there, she would set about tending to the various wounds upon Kuma, patching up scrapes and gashes with small bits of medicine. Curiously however, the slash on the cheek she had given her refused to fade no matter how much she put on, and would have to heal normally. Perhaps it was due to her being in Oozaru form at the time?
From there Aurora would go to sit down and simply wait, spending time on fixing her own wounds. Between the two of them, she was somewhat banged up, and would have been in a far worse condition after the fight if she hadn't paused to rest a little bit as she dropped Safe off inside the Medicine Machine. From there, she would roll her chair over towards the large dashboard of controls, keys and buttons that spread across a sizeable chunk of the ship. Pressing a few, a screen materialises upon the wall in front of her as she settles down for some light reading. Today had been... more than enough for her. Of course, with the two aliens in her ship, both of which she had physically assaulted, it was far from over. So she took the chances she got and began to read over the books she had scanned from the North City library upon earthling martial arts and general tactics. Despite the almost permanent primitive state of this planet it seemed that they were certainly adept in the art of killing each other. Something she would use to her full advantage.
Although... hopefully not in the immediate future. She would hate to lose her ship, or be forced to kill guests she had brought there herself.

Woah! Suddenly one of her hands reached forward and her palm pressed against some kind of glass. There was some kind of rumbling! Becoming semi-lucid and attentive, Safe just floated around in the medical machine and squinted through the green tint at what was going on around her. Despite all of the scary shaking, it was eerily uneventful around where she was. Not to mention, where was she?! Her eyes crossed as she looked at the mask which had been attached to her face as part of how the medical machine had worked. Before she could really do anything, she heard the sound of some kind of mechanical whirring. Maybe something was opening? Or maybe it was a super doomsday robot!
WAS SHE KIDNAPPED?! Suddenly she felt two energy signatures, one being innately familiar as that no good doer monkey murdering madwoman. Did they kidnap her?! Thinking back, her memories were a little fuzzy about the whole encounter. Though as the energy signatures entered the ship, Safe closed her eyes to a mere tiny squint as she watched what she could transpire from the sneaky undercoveryness of her spot! Come to think of it, she felt amazing and energetic, even more than normal! Once they had seemingly gone out of sight, if they did at all, Safe would start to fidget around. The liquid was an icky slimy type that was weird to move against, but it made her skin tingle as it healed her up. With the mask on, it was almost tempting to just fall back asleep, but noperino absolutely notus! Reaching both hands up she grabbed the hose coming up to her mask and tugged once. With no luck, she tugged twice, and then a final time to cause the mask to pop off of her face and start drifting in the tank.
Swimming around the container, she pressed up against the glass and peered through it closely. Had she been spotted? Better not of, otherwise she couldn't guarantee the safety of this little finicky machine she was in. Of course, breathing wasn't a problem considering she could hold her breath for days if she had too. No big deal, probably even more than days. She didn't know how long she could, too uninterested to try. Swimming around the container some more, she opted to just start fidgeting with literally everything.
Even if it came leagues after a plethora of alerts from the machine as she tugged at sensitive bits and prodded at delicate circuitry indicating potential damage was being caused, she eventually came around to a latch near the top. That was the moment 'duh' was applicable, wasn't it? Reaching up, She yoinked the latch down and as the suction kicked in and removed all the green liquid, before spraying her down with a jet of water that made her sputter and hold her hands in front of her face. After that, the door in front of her opened up.
"BLEGH!" She shouted, stumbling out and flopping her arms and legs. That was a whole disaster she didn't want to ever relive again without knowing how it worked. Still wet for the most part, she started to generate energy that could be misinterpreted as hostility, when instead it was her generating a thermal aura which quickly evaporated the water in her clothes and on her body. Becoming as dry as a desert, Safe suddenly remembered she could be in a potentially hostile environment. Oof!
Quickly ducking down and zooming to a corner, she peaked out around the corner. There she could see the other Alien sitting on a chair... Looking at a rectangle? What the hektangle? That's weird. The top half of her head was visible as black beady eyes zoned in on them, if any attention was directed their way they'd quickly pop behind the wall with a panicked- "Eeee-!" Before clamping her hands over her mouth. With some clearing of her through, she instead chose to pretend as if she had intended to make herself known from the start. Marching around the corner she proudly presented herself.
"Hello, unknown foreign lifeform. It is I-..." Uh oh, she was supposed to think of a super cool name before the introduction. "-... Gray... Heat... and I demand to know in who's evil super duper lair I have found myself encased within, and I will go eas-" Wait, right. This was the alien that beat the snot out of her. "-ARDER ON YOU THAN I DID LAST TIME AHAHAHAAH! I WAS HOLDING BACK, YOU SEE!" To be fair, the experience from the former fight had greater effects than either of them might've anticipated.
With that being said, her eyes narrowed and she awaited a response. Though she whispered something just barely audible.
"Hi I'm Safe."

It wasn't the first time Kuma found herself waking up in an unfamiliar location, to the point it was becoming a bit of a habit. Waking up dead in the otherworld, waking up suddenly alive again on Vegeta, waking up after a night of drinking away frustration in any number of locations, waking up in a hospital multiple times over, and no on some uncomfortable bed she wasn't even sure the location of. It was at least one of the more comfortable places comparitively, and she didn't have a hang over or traumatic memories running through her brain, so that was a major win, but she was sore and confused. To her surprise however she looked as if someone had attempted to doctor her up, clean wounds, and even bandaged her. She was slowly remembering what had happened with the fight, and more so being picked up by the Arcosian she never got a name for. Best case scenario she had been brought to their house and the worst case she had just been captured and would have to blast her way out of some where, which wouldn't have been the first time, but she figured she'd at least bother looking around a bit before causing any unnecessary damage.
It didn't take long to figure out she was in a ship by the layout of the halls the moment the left the room, and hearing what sounded like a loud "blegh!", noise coming from just a few rooms down told her she wasn't the only one on the ship in close proximity. It wasn't long before something she didn't know how to put a racial description to peaked out, and immediately she ducked back around the corner until she heard it moving away and decided to follow. It never occurred to her that whatever it was could simply feel her energy, but she had to know what was going on and assumed since they were here they must have known the Arcosian. She was pretty bad at sneaking, but she was able to get close enough without the creature directly staring at her when she suddenly announced her presence to someone she couldn't see out of her view, giving a bit of a facepalm. It seemed pretty clear at this point she wasn't here as a friendly passenger or friend, so now the question was could she trust them, and if they needed to escape were they willing to help or were they going to get in her way. Kuma had continued to creep closer to the point that now she wasn't bothering trying to hide, just standing a few feet behind the one quietly announcing their name as Safe, leaning against the wall still unsure who they were talking to out of view or what they were or were doing.

Aurora was alerted to the waking of her two guests by the ship whilst she was halfway through reading the journal of an old 'Tibetan' monk, who had apparently rather radical ideas compared to the majority of his monk colleagues when it came to how the act of meditation was used to commune with one's inner self, 'Chakra' and what she suspected was in fact genuine magic. The alert had appeared within a popup to the side of the screen, and with a simple click the advanced computer handled the rest. She watched as the Grey alien struggled within the medicine machine, a frown coming to her face as a variety of alarms and alerts appeared on the screen as the girl continued to flail and struggle within the healing medicines. Concern washed through Aurora along with no small amount of annoyance at the fact that she would almost certainly need to fix whatever damage the alien had done to her device before using it again. On the plus side, however, she was to discern that the alien was not used to general medical devices and because of that was almost certainly not from a discovered planet. Then again, Aurora probably could have told that just by the giant pile of corpses she was sitting on when she had first met her. She watched as the grey alien continued onward, expecting that she would be with Aurora soon.
As for the Saiyan, that was fortunately a lot less destructive and expensive. She had woken up on the bed and seemingly noted the treatments Aurora had given her with some confusion. She watched as they snuck out of their room and down the corridor. It seemed they would also arrive so- That was when the grey one decided to appear, stepping around the corner and looking towards where Aurora was, although she quickly swivelled in her chair to look towards the grey alien the moment she made sure that the Saiyan didn't seem to be moving from where she was leaning against the wall around the corner. The Arcosian waited until the grey alien or... Safe, she was just barely to make out from the whisper, had stopped talking before she puts a small smile upon her face. Dialogue was what was needed here, and the fact that Safe had gone to her first was a blessing. "Hello, Safe." She begins, rising from her chair and crossing her arms.
"I'm glad to see you're doing better, despite the mess you made of my medical machine." She continues, even as she moved to the wall near her and places her hand upon the metal of it. A small ripple of colour flows through the wall as it analyses her hand print, and then a portion of it opens to reveal a fridge full to the brim with food. "You'll find this a little tastier than burnt raptor. Trust me." She was aware of the slight irony of that statement, but ignored it as she pulled out the largest meat sample she could find (masterfully cooked, of course) and tossed it towards Safe. "If you come out from around the corner, you can have some food too while we talk." Aurora raises her voice so that the Saiyan can understand her as she reached into the fridge to pull out her own, smaller and certainly more balanced meal. She wanted to establish a positive relationship between these two, so full of power and only on the rise. An idea had been itching at the back of her head, besides the one that wanted her to make allies for her end goal, and with these two she believed they might be the ones she could ask.

Safe just blinked, rubbing the back of her neck, she awkwardly listened to Aurora talk. She wasn't evil? Or was she the mastermind type that was about to start talking in a low and deliberate tone and try to subjugate them?! What if... MEAT! Her mind immediately lost all suspicion and her body reacted like a zombie attracted to brains, lurching forward towards the massive animal drumstick that had been neatly prepared on a bone.
Snatching it out of the air she blinked. "Yummy nummy!" She brought a finger forward though, and poked it. It was super cold, shuddering momentarily she just looked up at Aurora, and then down towards the meat. She repeated the process several times, starting to sniff the food all over to make sure it wasn't diseased or poisoned. "Yums are super cold, that's not nice..." She said, narrowing her eyes.
"You're lucky Gray Heat has Magnetronic Powers!" Extending a finger to point at Aurora, Safe then rested a palm over the meat. With a light warm orange glow coming from her palm, microwaves would start to heat up the food until it was nice and toasty warm. Chomping down into it, she started to munch away with a blank face, drilling through the meat while staring blankly towards Aurora as if expecting her to continue. Though, doubling back on what was said, with a bite halfway swallowed she turned around as she remembered what Aurora said had implied someone else had been with her!
"AAAAAH IT'S ANOTHER PRISONER!" She said as she leaned back to see around the corner, unless she'd already ducked away by that point. "Eh if there's yummy nummy's like this I'm okay with being a prisoner." She said, gnawing away at the practically picked clean bone. Barbarically, she let out a burp and chucked it over her shoulder. It whimsically clattered to a stop in the ship, rolling until it bumped into a wall.
"So wait you're the alien from before right? With the Saiyan or whatever you were talking about? You got really angry and made me bonk myself with my own food, which made me really angry. Though you'll be thankful to know that was a rare occasion! I am actually super good at controlling my anger unless I'm bonked by food, I'll have you know." She said, nodding twice as her nostrils flared.
"But..." Her tone shifted, and she became a little more serious. "I am curious why you decided to bring me here. If you wanted to capture me, I'd have restraints or something. You were stronger than me, so you would know what is needed to keep someone of my strength contained. Yet you just let me out to walk around your ship. Sounds kinda weird. Did you even give me your name yet? I gave you my name and you didn't give me your name. Is introducing each other like super weird in the Universe and my family are just freaks or like... What? I'm super confused." She said while blinking.
"Also that was a super fun fight by the way, I was a bit too out of it to really put a conscious remark in all of that but I had fun. You taught me how much stronger I needed to get... Again. Kind of the third time I've had that lesson..." She said, rubbing her chin thoughtfully.
"Oh well."

It did make sense that the ship she was on belonged to that Arcosian she fought, but if she wasn't simply kidnapping her then what was the point? Kuma's first impressions of the Arcosian she still hadn't got a name for wasn't a great one between the hair pulling and monkey comment. Essentially being mildly threatened into a fight didn't help matters either, but it wasn't as if Kuma was even annoyed let alone mad at them at this point, just confused why she was where she was. She wasn't too sure what she was following either, as it looked like a mixture of all sorts of things that ended up as yet another type of alien on Earth she had never heard of. Then again, given they were on a ship maybe they weren't even on Earth anymore.
She had a name for whatever it was in front of her, but still no name for the Arcosian, and unlike herself, whatever this Safe thing was seemed quick to trust them. From the sounds of it both of them got into a fight with the owner of the ship, but Kuma wasn't so easily swayed by food after getting into a fight with someone. Unfortunately her half-assed attempt at hiding was seen pretty quickly, as her hand was still gripping the corner of the wall and her tail was showing despite trying to duck behind the wall, groaning as the one she was following suddenly screaming out loud enough to echo both ways down the hall. Slowly, and with a grumbling sigh, Kuma stepped out in full sight to get a good luck at her previous combat partner, looking between the two in front of her and not moving any closer than the entrance to the room. "Not hungry.", waving off the food. "Yeah, why did you bring me here?", partially mirroring the question from Safe. "I don't even really know what happened. I was transforming to fight you, then I was for a moment laying on the ground and blacked out. Then I woke up here. Now you are offering me food, don't even know your name, and there is something else here. Is this a kidnapping? If this is a kidnapping this is a really bad kidnapping."

Aurora watched Safe's reaction to the cold meat, brow raising in something approaching surprise as she watched the grey alien heat up the meat. Seeming pyrokinetic powers... she felt the magic within her stir at that one, almost as if it was hissing at an enemy. Curious, although perhaps not unexpected. Even to her own people, there had long been a standing mythological rivalry between fire and and ice. That being said, what was more concerning to the Arcosian was the seeming... almost dichotomy between this person's behaviour at points. She had a rather childish outlook on a lot of things, as evidenced by how quickly she was distracted by the food offered to the Arcosian (Aurora buried the hurt at the fact that she liked it cold...) and the particular name she had used for the roast leg of meat that Aurora wasn't entirely sure where it came from. 'Yummy nummies' wasn't something she had expected tp hear out of a powerful being such as one before her, or even one that resembled a grown adult. Perhaps Safe was of younger years than she had originally thought? But that clashed with the alien's seemingly shrewd analysis of her position, with a tone that Aurora would have had more comfort with if she hadn't just watched the being cheer like an infant. Perhaps a sort of bipolar disorder, or simply a clever ruse? It was certainly worth investigating further.
"Er... Yes, I'm afraid I didn't mean to hit you with your own food." Aurora manages to find the words to continues, bowing her head slightly in apology. "I have... some issues with Saiyans, but I am working to get past them, as evidenced by our other guest here." She gestures towards Kuma as they come around the corner and stand by where they were previously 'hiding' (if it could really be called that). She waited for the Saiyan to speak, then nodded once she was done and paused for a moment to formulate her response. "Yes, I... I have not taken you prisoner, so don't worry about that part. You have not been kidnapped, hell, you're not even far from where we fought. Or, well, I fought you two. We're in my ship, which is docked on Mt. Frappe." A small chuckle leaves her as she looks towards the duo, her mind continuing to race. This was essentially her only chance for this, but the Arcosian wasn't sure how she was going to broach the subject to the two people she just beat the daylights out of. "I brought you back out of... well, I suppose empathy," A nod towards Safe, "and respect." this time towards Kuma.
A breath leaves her, and her perpetual frown lessens somewhat as she glances away. "Hm. I am... not entirely sure how to say this, if i'm honest. So i'll try the upfront way." She murmurs quietly, before looking back towards the duo, ruby red eyes meeting theirs equally. "Hello. My name is Aurora of clan Arctos. I'm sorry for how we met, but please hear me out. You're both strong, and all three of us are only gong to grow stronger with time. Neither of you seem like bad people, in fact I seem the worst so far out of us, so I want to be... allies. Friends, if you will allow me." She then gestures towards where the door to the ship was and the seal appears in the wall, although no snow was allowed in. "I fully understand if you don't wish to be, after all none of us have met under... ideal circumstances, and so you can leave any time." She felt the irrational urge to cross her fingers, but quickly clamped down on it as she looked at the two. This was the beginning phase of her plan, and depending on their reactions she would have two routes to go down.

Still letting a hand rest on the back of her neck, she glanced to the side when Kuma spoke and then watched Aurora as she did as well. When all fell quiet, she decided to speak first. "You seem to be pretty tense. You also are taking the fights way too seriously. Fighting's fun, I love how we met." She said, a smile forming over her face.
"Though it would've been nice if I could've focused, but nobodies perfect. I'm sure I'll get over that problem eventually, it's just going to take time. So sorry about that pretty scary display, even if it wasn't actually that scary- you know what I mean. I guess I didn't help make it seem like it was a fight for fun... And I guess if I was left to my own devices I would've in my blind rage probably went for the kill..." She started prodding both of her index fingers together.
"But still, my conscious intent was just to have fun, and I lost, so it's all water under the bridge. Though I will say you have to choose one, friends or allies. They mean two very different things to me." She said as her arms folded, a hand splaying out to one side.
"Allies are boring, and are only there for each other like seventy five percent of the time." She then splayed her other hand out to her other side. "Whereas friends actually care about each other for more than being tools to achieve their goals. If we're friends, I'll jump to help you whenever you're in trouble, no matter the reason. Especially if it's a fight, because I love fighting." She said, nodding her head twice quickly.
"Also wait, why did you put your ship on Mt. Frappe of all places? Doesn't it start a blizzard when gir- Wait." She squinted, scanning over Aurora. "I can't tell. Are you like..." She did some very confusing fighting poses, giving no actual proper indication as to what she was getting at. "Giiiiirll...?" She squinted, "I've met some species with just one gender too..." She said, rubbing her chin before shuddering. "That vomit eggs... To..." She moved her hands over to cover her stomach as her mouth scrunched in queasiness.
"Whatever, I'm up for whatever you're looking for. You seem to put a lot more weight on these decisions than me, so you can choose." She said, nodding again.

"I would hope not", Kuma responded with a Sassy "hmph", before crossing her arms. "Not a big fan'a being taken prisoner.", eyes shifting over to whatever this Safe creature was. "I'm gonna guess I didn't win the fight then. Thought I could control it this time but I guess not. Damnit...", trailing her and rolling her eyes at her self more than anything. The idea of losing yet another fight because of her Oozaru form was becoming frustrating. Despite how strong it made her it seemed to make her just as weak given how useless it seemed to fight and how uncontrolled it was against strong opponents. Her head motioned over towards Safe with a soft grin and chuckle. "You do take things pretty seriously, she ain't wrong. I showed up curious, wanted a good fight, and you started instantly callin' me a monkey and grabbin' my hair.", shaking her head making tsk sounds."
It sounded like Kuma wasn't the only one fighting this Arcosian she still just gotten the name of, in a state of rage, thought she assumed for very different circumstances. Yet again she motioned towards Safe, nodding heavier now. "Another good point. Friends and Allies ain't the same. I got plenty of Allies but I ain't got a lot of friends." Her head motioning turned to full out pointing. "This one got the big brains." Aside from agreeing she hadn't given her own opinion this far, but mostly because she wasn't sure how to give it or even how she really felt. "I dunno. I ain't got nothin' against you Arcosians, but my cousin just planted a flag and apparently appointed herself the leader of Arcose, so it's kinda awkward. You'd be the first Arcosian to talk to me without a long speech or while in the middle of attacking me. Which I guess you kinda did that too." Slowly her head turned towards Safe as she started asking questions and going on about egg vomiting and had to hold back a laugh. "Oh, Namekians. Yeah they like to throw up egg babies, huh.", shrugging after her own statement she leaned against the entrance. "I ain't goin' no where yet. Keep talkin' and we'll see how long I stay."
sorry it took me so long.

Aurora felt her brow twitch as the two before her called her serious, and Kuma mentioned her insults to the Saiyan. "It's not weird to not like fighting!" She snaps, crossing her arms and resisting the urge to harrumph at the two. "In fact, most people don't like it. If anything, you two are the weird ones." She wasn't just saying this in order to fight back against the two. She had fought a few times now, and despite how often she found herself doing it, the actual act of fighting... she didn't see the allure that these two seemed to feel. It hurt, damn it. And the prospect of death was always looming, no matter how small the battle. Aurora knew it was a requirement, especially of the type of life she lived, but that didn't mean she enjoyed it like the two before her oh so obviously did. "Although... I do apologise about the comments. I wasn't... aware they were so derogatory. It was a common word used when discussing Saiyans, back on Arcose." She tacks on to the end, swallowing back her pride as he peeks towards Kuma. "Although, while I do regret grabbing your hair, I stand by what I said. Anything is a weapon, including... that." She gestures vaguely at the dark hair of the two girls.
"Also... yes. You two both seem to go absolutely berserk whilst transformed, which is... admittedly the main reason as to how I was able to defeat you." She continues, arms still crossed even as her tail swished behind her. "One's intelligence in a fight is often a deciding factor, next to sheer power and numbers." She continued to listen to the duo, her brow raising as Safe rejects her offer to be allies, and instead... opts for friendship? What a novel idea. Aurora... didn't have many friends. Or at least, she didn't have many friends anymore, and none had ever not been an Arcosian. It could be somewhat interesting, she supposed. And she did have to agree, an Ally could be betrayed, but even an Arcosian would put serious thought to the matter before even attempting to betray a friend. They were something precious to her people, friends. Her own had been forged over more than 18 years of life, before she lost them all. Even Belle wasn't someone Aurora considered a friend. The little girl was above her station, after all, and friendship would get in Aurora's way of putting her on the throne. However, these two... well, they seemed open and honest. She could trust that if they meant friendship, it was serious.
"I... suppose. We could be friends, I mean." Aurora begins, trying to pick her words carefully. "Friendship is something rare. For us Arcosians I mean. To call you two friends without even knowing you properly is a rather titanic leap of faith, but..." She struggles for words, hands grasping at something intangible before she continues. "I feel that with you two, I won't fall. So, yes. Friends it is." She felt like perhaps there was some sort of... gesture, or symbol that should have accompanied that statement, but couldn't for the life of her figure one out, instead just standing there awkwardly for a moment before the others continued and she was hit with something... rather shocking from Kuma. Her eyes widened and her body shook, even as she did he rbest to reign herself in. Nashua was related to her? Kuma was her cousin? WHAT!? WHY DID THAT BLASTED SAIYAN HAUNT HER SO- Calm. Focus. Kuma was not Nashua. In fact, Kuma was now her friend, and friendship meant forgiveness, especially if they had nothing to do with it. Nothing to do with it. NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. Her breathing steadied out from where it had begun to race, and Aurora forced calm to spread through her body. "Yes, your... cousin Nashua." She says towards Kuma, nodding and gritting her teeth. "I have my own issues with her, which I will inform you of at a later date." There was a note of finality in her voice. She wasn't eager to revisit those... particular memories.
Safe then piped up, questioning both her choice to land her ship on Mt. Frappe, along with her gender. That second question was... more irritating than Aurora had expected it would be, although that feeling of slight irritation was replaced by general confusion as she watched the grey alien perform what looked to be a sort of dance. The Arcosian was quickly beginning to suspect that, between her choice of wording and actions, such general weirdness was Safe's default state. Something she would have to get used to, no doubt. "I chose to land my ship in the mountain because of the blizzard. It was helpful to cover it up and stop it from being found by prying eyes." She informs them. "As for my gender, while we Arcosians do have something of a broader range, I am female. The blizzard doesn't occur for me because I'm... bonded, shall we say, with the mountain's magic." To emphasise this she holds up a hand, a single icicle forming out of blue light and nothing else. It hovers there for a few seconds, before disappearing once more with a flick of her wrist.
Now on to the real meat of the conversation, as the earthlings put it. "As for why I brought you two here... well... I saw something in you." Honesty. It was needed, both for friendship and for what she was trying to do. "A drive, or a passion, or whatever word you want to put to it. It burns within you, as much as it does in me. You're both good people, I can tell. And as I said, we are only going to be growing stronger as time goes on. Eventually, I believe that we will be strong enough to affect others on a mass scale." She looks away, gesturing towards the screen on her wall. It lights up once more, this time displaying various beings of power. Nashua. Kayen. Sensoa. "We live in a galaxy full of horrors. War, famine, death, disease, slavery. Beings such as those on the screen, powerful enough to destroy entire planets roam this galaxy, and most people are... all but helpless before them. I was once one of these people. I watched as... I watched as my family was killed before my very eyes, on accident. The feeling of terror, of sheer helplessness... well, it's why I'm here today. I never want anyone to feel that again." She turns to look back towards the other two standing there.
"So... I had an idea. The idea was to bring together a group of remarkable people, see if they could become something more. See if they could work together when others needed them most, to fight the battles that they never could." A small smile touches her lips. "I'm aware this sounds rather preachy, but I really do believe in this goal. I want to help people, in any way I can. To defend them from those that would hurt them, and the offer my strength towards a goal that I believe is worth fighting for. I also believe that... you two may share a similar goal." This was the moment of truth. The moment to see if she had guessed correctly, when she fought these two. To see if her intuition was correct, and the moment to become something more than just herself.

Safe pointed to her forehead, "My Neurons are on their last our of work on a Friday! They're putting in their biggerest work so of course I'm gonna have the biggest brain right now!" She exclaimed, fist pumping in excitement. Mainly because she got a compliment. As soon as Aurora said they were weird to like fighting, she stuck her tongue out at Aurora and shouted. "No, you're weird!" She blew outwards with her tongue stuck out, her tongue flapping about. She was going into overdrive bonkermode trademarked.
As soon as Aurora apologized towards Kuma, Safe attempted to jump behind her and look at her tail. "But she has a monkey tail! I've seen Earth monkeys! She's a monkey!" She then attempted to spin around to Kuma's front. "That's fricken awesome! Monkeys are like super dexterous and they're flipping around branches on their tails and eating bananas in trees that's- why are you apologizing what the heck?!" She said, turning towards Aurora. "I would be honored to be a monkey, mkay. Like, OO OO AAH AAH!" She shouted, hands reaching up and scritching her hair.
Though then her eyes narrowed. "Hair grabbing is for losers, there is the sucky fighting and cool fighting. If you fight sucky everyone is gonna be annoyed fighting you, you gotta fight cool. Like mkay hold on let me give an example." She jumped into position, pulling her hands back and charging... Nothing, there was just air. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" She then jumped over to the other side of the ship, folding her arms and assuming an incredibly serious, flat gaze forward. "Mmn, yes. I will allow you to charge your ability. Throw your best attack at me, and I will survive it head on!" She gave a firm nod, muscles flexing to make herself look bigger.
She then jumped back to her original position. "Like that, that's super cool, here's an example of super lame!" She said, jumping into the charging position again. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" She then jumped over, and instead of the cool thing she did a little sneaky thing. "Hehehe dis iz my chance teehee hoohoo." And she did a karate chop at the air. "Too easy, booooring!" She shouted as she got back in her normal spot for the final time- maybe?
"And what the heck, with you two you won't fall? What, are you friends with us because we're gonna keep you standing? Friendship is about giving, not taking." She said, nodding twice in a sagely manner, nostrils flaring. "Mhm, mhm." She then looked at their exchange, tilting her head as the tension rose.
Shrugging lightly at that, she rubbed at her nose. "Wait, if your power comes from the mountain what if the mountain blew up. Why would you rely on a big rock for your strength instead of cultivating it from within. That's the sucky way of getting power." She said, folding her arms across her midriff.
"I don't wanna effect people on a mass scale. I just want to fight other super strong fighters." She'd say. She then commented on each face that was displayed. "She looks nice, OH SHE LOOKS SUPER MEAN! Hey he looks like a doggy." She said with a smile, "Like a spookerdog." She nodded. Her features then deflated when Aurora brought up tragedy, genuine sincerity washing over her visage.
"I'm sorry to hear that. Yes, the stakes can be high. That's why I want to be so strong I can win and not even have collateral damage. Who knows if the other outcome had come out of whatever fight caused that accident. Might not have a planet."
She then looked as the idea of a group was mentioned. "I'm the same with or without a team, not like it enhances me. Just gives me a place to stay grounded. I guess my goal is... Becoming the most powerful person in the entire Universe. Just so I can be stronger than number two. I guess you could say I'm competitive."

Aurora's first response made her eyes narrow and she couldn't help but argue. "Uh, yeah it is. Especially when you are as strong as we are. It's like making a plate of food and saying it's not weird to hate eating that food." Slowly her head turned towards Safe, blinking and staring. "I'm sorry, what?", tossing her arms up a bit and letting the drop, placing a hand across her face at the two and shaking her head. "Well, it's pretty bad to call a Saiyan a monkey. Would you like if I called you a lizard? It's not cool.", crossing her arms much like Aurora had. "I'll remember that in the future. If we can grab anything to use as a weapon, I'll make sure to grab that.", narrowing her eyes and pointing at Aurora's head with a smirk and a wink to show she wasn't being serious. The smirk however immediately left her face as Safe jumped behind her calling her a monkey, her lip curling and twitching. "If this is how you guys are talking to get me to stay and talking, this ain't the way to do it. This is how I turn into an Oozaru right here and rip this ship in half just by transforming." Her tone of voice and facial expressions made it very clear she was being absolutely serious. "If you call me a monkey or even refer to me as a monkey one more time I'm knocking what brains you have left outta that head of yours.", backing up out of the room a few steps with a glare moving between the two.
She tried to push the antics and words of this Safe character out of her mind as Aurora continued, shaking her head still. "I'm working on it. It takes time for us to learn to control it. I'm getting there." Safe's comments about friendship however, they weren't really what Kuma was after here, and she wasn't even sure she wanted to align with these two let alone anything more. This display thus far wasn't really selling her on the idea either. Again Safe was distracting and jumping around, causing Kuma to shake her head with wide eyes. "I...I don't even." Again turning back to Aurora and holding up her hands. "Woah there, I didn't agree to this allies or friends stuff yet. Especially with this one over here. You apologize, and they start mockingly jump'n around doing what I just said I didn't like. It's as if they want me to kick them. Really hard. Or just leave. I haven't decided still. Maybe both." A lot of what was being said unfortunately was going in one ear and out the other, as she was constantly glaring over at Safe, trying to figure out if she was being intentionally insulting or what over the top clueless. "My cousin is a big girl. She can take care of herself. Or not.", shrugging and constantly looking back to Safe after every comment she would make to Aurora.
Again Kuma lifted her arms and waved them a bit at what Aurora was saying. "Cool your jets. I don't know all of what you are talkin' about, but I just showed up for a fight, then I woke up here to you talking about all the bad stuff in the galaxy. I ain't no hero to go flying around saving strangers. If you wanna help people like that, I ain't gonna stop ya, I'll even give you a small clap for wanting to do it.", looking again to Safe but this time she was at least speaking before receiving the death glare. "See, I don't care about being the strongest, or the bravest, or the most powerful, or famous, or whatever. Maybe I had some of those dreams and stuff before, but dyin' kinda changes your...uh...what's the word...perspective? I don't like evil people and just killin' random people, that makes me mad sure, but I can't go around stoppin' every person that tries to do it." Taking a long deep breath, she let it out with an equally long sigh, looking down the hall as she was completely outside of the room at this point. It was pretty clear by the way she was acting she was thinking of picking a direction and merely walking off, but she was still standing there for now listening and responding.

Aurora's eye twitched as the duo before her responded to her saying that it wasn't weird to dislike fighting, although they came at it from... very different angles. "Just because i'm strong out of necessity doesn't mean i'm strong out of enjoyment." She replies petulantly, before sighing and allowing her arms to uncross. There wasn't much point in arguing with such people she knew, and the Arcosian only wanted to keep a good relationship with them. That meant acquiescing to a few things, and really in the big picture something such as this was less than inconsequential. She knew that many beings throughout the universe enjoyed the feeling of fighting, the act, the sheer challenge of it. The Saiyans were especially known for such a... devotion, she supposed, to the act of fighting. Experiments had confirmed that it was quite literally within their genetics to fight. Such a discovery had spawned entire fields of research. It was hardly surprising, in retrospect. The Saiyans as a species were just... well, they were just kind of weird. Of course, she kept that thought to herself, before Aurora realises the fact that she had once again resorted to zoning off to go diving into her thoughts, and when she snapped back into the real world it... well, it was rather confusing.
Kuma had said something to her, pointing at Aurora's head, so the Arcosian was pretty sure it was a response to her defence of using hair as a weapon in battle. Most likely a reply invoking Aurora's own, more practical (in her opinion), head ornaments. Yet before Aurora could have mustered any sort of reply, that was... well, that was when things started to go down hill. She had predicted that Safe wasn't exactly social tactful, but after immediately seeing Aurora apologise for insulting Kuma she somehow thought it was an okay idea to imitate a monkey. The Arcosian's teeth grit together as a faint, muffled scream leaves her as nothing more than an extended sigh whilst Kuma reacted in a.. rather reasonable way. The Grey alien was ruining Aurora's chances of recruiting the saiyan, damn it, and the Arcosian was not going to stand for it. Especially not after her little speech. A sigh leaves her as she mulls over how to respond, even as Kuma herself lashes back out, not just at Safe but at Aurora too. Alright then, if that's how they wished to play it perhaps a more... stern talking to is required.
A sigh leaves Aurora, even as she begins to tackle the rather terrifying amount of problems that had popped up in the few seconds after she stopped talking. "Okay. First of all, Safe? Don't call her a monkey. It's very, very rude to a Saiyan, and if we continue forward from here I'll tell you why. There's a reason i apologised, after all." She starts, pointing a finger at the offending grey alien. "Not to mention, friendship is about giving AND taking. I said that because if you were a friend, i'd expect to have you behind me to make sure I don't fall." This almost certainly wasn't the right way to go about this, but honestly? If they couldn't grasp these basic subjects, perhaps she didn't want to two after all. "My magic was gifted to me by the mountain. My power comes from myself. And while I don't know what would happen if the mountain was destroyed, I do know that it's not wrong in any way to receive power from elsewhere. I was gifted with my magic, and in exchange I make sure no one will hurt the mountain. Such as blowing it up." A warning tone was in her voice near the end there.
She then glances towards Kuma, although she was making sure to let it be known that Safe was included in what she was saying. "As for you cousin, whether it's Kayen or Nashua, they are the problem. It's almost impossible for beings that strong to clash without people weaker than them being hurt. That's the entire point of what I'm trying to do here. Stopping that." She then looks over towards Safe, mulling over what she was going to say for the moment. She knew that being this... rude, she supposed, was hurting her already slim chances but it did need to be said if they were ever going to move forward in the first place. "First of all, like I've been saying, the stronger you get the more people that are going to be affected. Safe, when we clashed it blew away the entire environment around us through force alone. Now scale that up to a planetary level, which it will become as you get stronger, and think of everything that could happen as a result of it. Second of all, I guarantee you a team would make you stronger. You'd have support, and people to fight with you. The people on the screen are proof that there are forces out there that no one can afford to go against by themselves."
She then turns to look towards Kuma. "I presume you were one of those resurrected by the dragon balls after the attack upon planet Vegeta, then." She states rather than asks, brow furrowing. She wasn't entirely sure how Kuma felt about her... well, about her death. The Arcosian knew it could be crossing some sort of line to use that as a reason, but... there was really very little else she could think of to convince the Saiyan. She didn't know much about her, admittedly, and right now time was of the essence. "First of all, I wish for you to know what I believe what the fleet did was beyond barbaric, and i'm happy they're all rotting. Of course, I doubt that means all that much to you." She pauses for a moment, before moving on. "This group that I've proposed? I want to stop exactly that from happening again. To keep people like you and I had been from being harmed as forces far beyond them fight over grievances that do not and should not have their lives be on the line simply because they were there." A small amount of anger seeps into Aurora's voice, before she forced herself to quell it and return to being calm.
"I know you probably don't want to be reminded of that time, but i'm serious when I say that I want you both to help me help others. The current status quo is volatile at best and it can't last for much longer. There's going to be a lot of death and a lot of violence coming, and very soon. I want to prevent that. So, I'll ask you again. Will you help me? I'll be your friend, or your ally, or anything you wish for me to be. Otherwise... well, I can let you out wherever you wish to be. It is a spaceship." This was most likely do or die time here, and the Arcosian worried she had stepped too far. Despite how she had reasoned her actions within her head, that didn't mean that she wasn't nervous or afraid they'd reject the idea. It would be beyond hard for her to find a more perfect couple of candidates. A Saiyan and an Alien, both strong and growing stronger seemingly by the second. It was the chance she had been looking for.

Safe has had a few serious moments thus far, but as her disposition darkened, her eccentric movement stopped and her eyes dimmed it became apparent that all enthusiasm had drained from her body. Her hands opened up and just loosely dangled at her sides. Her gaze first looked towards Kuma, not addressing Aurora quite yet.
"If you're the kind to be that bothered by a word, you're not going to make it far in the Universe. You should own the psychological tools your enemies will use against you, not succumb to them. I have my own problems with anger, but I'm realizing just how simple and meaningless their causes were. You could tall me anything, but I wouldn't care. I'm not going to try and drive home the point anymore." Her attention then turned back towards Aurora.
"You started what you had to say to me by offering to explain the reason the term monkey might be offensive to pure blooded Saiyans, but you're scrambling. If something this small is already making you panic, will you be able to adequately handle an entire organization? Though let me address what you did say one by one, now that I've addressed what you forgot to say." She stated, staring at Aurora. It wasn't a heated stare, it was a cold and passive one, as if she was blankly reading a script from a teleprompter.
"It's a matter of recognition, expecting anything from anyone is selfish. If friends all give to each other, than of course you're receiving. I'd elaborate, but it's not something that any one statement can rectify. You'll just have to learn through experience. Though I will say this. Imagine we're in a battlefield, and there's someone that we trust, that we shouldn't have. Who will be vulnerable, the person who never expected help in the first place, or the people that are relying on others? I can have friends, but I only hold myself responsible for my own safety." She said, arching her back to crack it. She straightened out, speaking further.
"Magic is just a flavor of power, don't convince yourself otherwise. There are other ways to become magically capable than relying on miraculous offerings from artifacts. Sounds no different than wishing on the Dragon Balls for power. I'll for the ease of this conversation simply equate that to my own bias so you don't need to respond. It's opinionated, not objective truth." Her attention then glanced towards Kuma, before looking back to Aurora.
"So what happens when we're as strong as the people you just showed me? I imagine I could be that strong within two months. Just shut down, or contribute by the problem? I have an answer, but I doubt you'd think it possible. The answer to me is simple though. Just be strong enough to take down your opponents with precision when fighting on that scale." She said, holding out her right hand as a massive ball of energy the size of a car formed. She then crushed her hand into a fist, splitting them into soccer ball sized orbs, and then further into golf ball sized ones.
"This is an example of precise power. Using excessive strength to push your own techniques to be precise for the complete elimination of collateral damage." The orbs were crushed further, poofing out of existence in puffs of steam.
"I'm not so flimsy as to be deterred by trivial offences and tension. My choice is no different than a minute ago."

She wasn't sure the difference in what Aurora had said, as she felt being strong when you needed to be was strong regardless, and then you could have fun with that power. "Why not both? Get strong cause ya need to. Enjoy being strong. When ya get strong you want to get stronger instead of just need'n to be stronger. Sometimes ya need motivation to get started.", shrugging softly. Kuma got stronger when she was younger but it wasn't a necessity as much as just a cause and effect. Truth be told she didn't even realize how strong she had gotten, always hearing how she was weaker, fodder, the strength of her family, especially her cousin recently. In her mind she was weak and had a long ways to go before she could call herself strong, but in a strange way it kept her a bit more motivated to catch up.
It was impossible during the entire conversation now not to keep glancing back towards Safe, having immediately lost any trust they had built for however little it was and respect was at an all time low to boot. If this was supposed to be some recruitment drive then Kuma was giving it a hard pass to say the least. Aurora had her flaws, but she had dealt with far worse Arcosians in the past, and she had not only brought her back and made an attempted to patch her up, but even apologize for the comment that had Kuma fuming from the other one. This Safe creature seemed somewhere between dangerous and unstable and Kuma wasn't sure she was comfortable standing next to her in a fight let alone a conversation given how they were coming off so far. When Safe finally responded to her clear show of frustration, Kuma's eye twitched, leaning a bit further into the room again only to make sure Safe could see her as she pointed, "If you can't understand not keeping your mouth shut seconds after someone else apologizes for the thing you are jumping around mocking, then I don't know what else to say. I've made it from hell and back literally and I'm still here.", gripping her hand onto the doorway as she leaned forward further. "It doesn't take a big brain to not be a rude asshole. It ain't up to you t'say what bothers me.", pointing at her temple and tapping it.
She threw her arms up in the air as Aurora began to essentially scold Safe and the grey creature responded with snark, causing Kuma to roll her eyes and back up, leaning against the hall wall outside the room. she came back into the room after a moment gesturing at Safe. "This. You want me to be friends with this? Allies with this? Makes an oblivious comment, when called out on it doesn't even bother apologizin' but doubles down and tells me it's my fault for bein' offended.", tosses her arms up again frustratingly laughing. Turning her head to Aurora now addressing her, she simply waved her off a bit, laughing a second time. "I don't care abut my cousin, your cousin, her cousin, I'm not them. You are talking to a brick wall trying to tell me about who is the problem. I ain't the one calling myself the new ruler or a planet ofwhatever am I? If she's a problem, take care of her. I've talked to you more in the last ten minutes than her in the last twenty-two years I been alive. And I ain't never met Kayen so I could care less about her really. She wasn't the leader when I died, and she is some space pirated that showed up outta no where to take over from what I been told. Again, that ain't me. And yeah, I got resurrected by dragon balls, after I was killed by one of your race while another was trying to attack me. So if we wanna talk about who's the real problem here, let's find ya a mirror. Your people started the war, full on invaded my planet twice-", holding up two fingers towards Aurora, "One of which killed me, our King, and another a large chunk of the population. So I can't say I really don't get why the kingdom went after your planet like they did. I'm more surprised they didn't just blow it up, cause I know they were angry. But from what I hear, that ain't what happened, and they didn't even kill nobody. Some crazed as Arcosian tried blowing stuff up from what I hear not the Saiyans, so let's not point fingers without the context.", huffing and crossing her arms, backing out of the room a third time. "Sentiment and stuff is nice, but until you been on the front lines of a war been goin' on longer than I been alive, ya can't just blame the other side and be surprised when they attack back."
The moment Safe started to charge her energy, she was immediately on the defensive, given her emotional state it almost ended up in her attacking before reminding herself it was clearly a demonstration and not an attack. Her eyes stayed narrowed regardless, and she wasn't sure how to deal with this entire situation. This seemed like an attempt to get the three together and work with each other for some common goal, but Kuma was having trouble staying aboard the ship let alone putting her hand out and agreeing to anything with these two. She wasn't bothered so much by Aurora in the moment as much as her getting caught in the crossfire of emotion, but she really couldn't deal with whatever this Safe thing was at the moment. "I don't trust her. At all.", was all she said, motioning towards Safe with her head in a way that both would see. "She seems unhinged, apathetic, and I don't know that I trust that. Teamin' up with someone how you are talkin' is more than just three strong people showin' up and punchin' faces. If I can't trust someone I'm fightin' with then I ain't gonna start fightin' with 'em to begin with. What's gonna stop her from just randomly wantin' to attack me in the middle of a fight. She clearly ain't dumb given she is talkin' all smart now compared to what she was, so either she got some issues or she is screwin' with us. You still ain't gave me a reason to do anything but leave, and I really dunno why I ain't yet."
This ain't workin too well <_<
