A rattlesnake's tail rattle could be heard echoing through the wind as Safe found her dead squat in the middle of an arid wasteland. As if something like this could be on the other side of a lush forward at the base of Mt. Paozu. Folding her arms, it certainly was a different kind of environment. She could see movement near a rock as a scorpion returned to it's little crook in the ecosystem. Though more importantly she could see what appeared to be a fluffy ball being blown by the gentle winds, bouncing along the ground and sailing through the desert to disperse all of the seeds it carried.
The tumbleweed immediately caught her attention! Running at a jogging pace alongside it, she quickly realized as she waved around it that it didn't really respond to her presence. Was it some kind of stick creature, blending into the environment? Yet it was moving, was it light enough to be blown by the wind and used blowcomotion to get around? Ducking down as she jogged, a hand cupped her chin and she hummed. Though not until both she and the tumbleweed smacked up against a large rock looming overhead.
"Oooooowwww!" Safe cried out, rubbing her head. Really, it had barely left a scratch considering how tough she was at this point, but she still felt the need to exclaim. As she recovered and looked towards the tumbleweed, it was gone! What?! Quickly spinning around herself to see where it went, she looked up even and found nothing. It was only until she sprinted around the rock that she saw it.
"Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalt trickster!" She said, firing a ki blast that blew up a patch of arid earth beside it. Some heat from her energy blast was enough to catch the incredibly dry thing on fire.
"AAH! OH NO WAIT WAIT WAIT I'M SORRY!" She shouted, sprinting forward and starting to slap the tumbleweed around. Though when she noticed it really was just plants and some really interesting phenomena of a dead one at that, she let out a sigh and her shoulders sagged a little. Well that really was a waste of time. Though as she looked up, she saw what appeared to be a little ruin. Walking over, the fallen columns and pillars gave her a nice place to sit at least. Dropping onto one to use as a seat, she heard some arachnid or something scuttle away as she got close, getting under some other rock.
Then as a hand came up to support her chin, she just stared up at the sky. "This place is pretty boring compared to everywhere else on Earth..."

Sensoa had been going around doing as he was told, placing several "markers" of sorts in various places. Magical runes that opened wounds in the magical area's around the world. One such place had brought him to Diablo Desert, a place he use to frequent when he was wondering the lands of earth. But today had brought him with purpose, walking along the deserts many sand dunes. His foot falls left their mark through the sands, corrupting the very land he walked on. He had no love for this world, so he did not let the corruption be contained, but rather enjoyed letting it flourish.
A singing had been heard for some time now, Sensoa unable to understand where it was coming from. It haunted his dreams as of late, and his immediate thoughts were he was going crazy. Yet despite his attempts to drown it out or thrust it from his mind it lingered. A soothing siren's call that beckoned his attention like smooth silk. He found himself drawn to this places, and when he placed the markers, the songs stopped.
As he crested the nearest sand dune, Sensoa saw the runes he was after. But he also saw another standing by near it, with a decent power level. His eyes narrowed as he walked forward confidently, arriving shortly without so much as a word to the stranger. At first he simply stood there examining the magical tear he could see thanks to the Leviathan pools before thrusting his hand into it. If the stranger was watching, they would see a wound form in the very air, like a fleshy cut being torn open. From it black tendrils would spill from this tears and engulf the immediate area before forming a Cocoon.
Sensoa with snarl as his job was finished, another marker placed and his job was done here. Yet he turned to the stranger, snorting in their direction.
"Hmm... No... to weak..."
With that the demon simply turned before starting to walk away, now headed for the next marker.

Safe's hair stood up on end as a Power Level got into a range where it became relevant. Not only was it relevant, but it had been approaching her, quite quickly at that. Narrowing her eyes, she simply watched until a silhouette turned into a full figure that just flew right near her. Tilting her head, they looked incredibly odd. It led her to assume he wanted nothing more than to destroy the world, and just like her suspicions a rift was opened up in front of her where some sort of eldritch madness transpired before forming a Cocoon of some kind. She was tempted to open her mouth, but it was best not to insult the creature too much.
Instead she just clenched her fist, having full well the instinctive capability to sense allowing her to see the difference between the two of them. Instead, once the cocoon had been formed and Sensoa called her weak, without even a shift in her expression she'd respond to him. "For now, yes. Give it a month." She said, her words distant but confident. Though other than that, she was aware of the current gap between the two of them. Signalled by her light grimace. Looking towards the Cocoon, she figured she would at probably wait until this guy was gone before blowing it up and hightailing it out of the area. Though before that point, she thought to speak further.
"So, what's this thing then? Some kind of world destroying otherworldly monster? You seem to have the power to destroy the world yourself, so unless you have no Fighting Spirit, I don't see why you would go through means like this to achieve the same ends. Which leads me to believe perhaps, it's something else. So elaborate, it's not like if I know, I could do anything about it." She said plainly. As much as she wanted to, she had to play to the courts of the strong until she surpassed them. Taking in a deep breath, she half expected an answer, and half expected him to just walk off.
She'd just have to wait and see.
