Typha walked down the streets of Konat's main city his good eye wandering the street. The city looked quite well considering all that had happened. It had been over a year since the machines had torn the planet asunder and a year or so since the planet had been healed from all the damage that was caused. How far had they all come since that day. Now he was one of the strongest being in the entire universe. Typha had been working very hard to be strong enough to protect Konats. Yudi walked beside him with a cloak as they headed towards the castle. Typha was ready to get on with making his brother king if he felt ready. He was not going to let anyone stop them from doing what was best. There parents deserved that rest from all the duties of ruling the planet.
"So your gonna do it huh. That really gonna piss off your girlfriend you know." Yudi chimed in as Typha just keep walking. "Hey aren't you gonna over react or something about that." Typha looked at his friend. "She's not my girlfriend she works with the stargoons remember. Plus she can get mad all she wants but my brother has to be king. I can't take the crown and no one else can." Typha calmly said as he keep walking. Yudi rubbed his head. "Well what if she's is right. You could be a good king can't you. You know how to handle power." Typha didn't speak as they keep walking. He use to make that excuse but now he had that power. He could break a planet in half it was not like he went on and did that. He was starting to run out of the reason to say why he could not rule.

Ikra’s PL: 16,000
Ikra was idling about the castle again today. Lord Riis hadn’t exactly assigned her any duties where she could prove her usefulness to him. It was driving her more than a little crazy. She did what she thought was only right for someone in her role to do. She kept up near constant surveillance around the city and the surrounding areas. She was gathering allies from those that landed on Konats. She was doing all she could while Lord Riis locked himself away. She wondered what was going through his mind. What he was planning. Knowing him, it would be something to shake the very foundations of the known universe and would be about as complex as the unknown universe. As she was musing and lamenting not being able to do more for dear Riis, one of her little shadow spies raced back to her. It reported that two new arrivals had entered the city and were heading toward the castle. Ikra silently acknowledged its hard work before rising up and carrying herself toward the castle entrance. The guards posted there gave her familiar nods before resuming their posts. It was a long moment before the two new arrivals came into view. When they did, Ikra immediately recognized them. Her face lit up with joy as she hurried to meet them both. As she approached, she offered Prince Typha a polite curtsy - he did not receive the same honors as Lord Riis, of course - and smiled both him and at Yudi. “Welcome back, Prince Typha! It is good to see you again. You as well Yudi. I trust your ventures on Namek were fruitful?”In her excitement to see them both, Ikra realized that this was actually Prince Typha’s first time meeting her in the flesh. Oh, both Princes of Konats were so adorably oblivious. Well, it would be hard to ignore her now! Yudi would probably recognize her. Straightening, Ikra put a hand over her heart and smiled politely. “Do forgive me. I’ve neglected to introduce myself. I am Ikra. I have been… discretely watching over the royal family for a long time until recently. It’s nice to finally meet you in the flesh.”

When they arrived at the castle Typha turned to see that some woman was waiting for them. Typha felt like he knew Ikra from somewhere. Yudi tilted his head giving her a look over. "Woah." Yudi had to admit Typha got it lucky. Why was all the Konatsian woman so good looking? Wait she was not a Konatsian she had horns. Yudi's eyes keep narrowing at her. Typha turned to hit Yudi lightly on the shoulder. "Relax she is kind enough it seems." He just felt like she was nice. Yudi pointed at Ikra. "Wait how do you know my name?" Yudi crossed his arms in annoyance. This seemed to be pretty shady to him anyway. She must have been somehow spying on him and Typha. He had never come to Konats until now.
Then Ikra introduced herself Typha nodded. "Ah, so you been watching us that is a bit odd." Typha looked and saw that no one seemed super stressed at least the guards. He assumed that Riis was fine with her so he didn't mind. Yudi, however, keeps rubbing his chin in deep thought. So she had been spying on Typha and his brothers. That made sense but yet he felt really odd. "Wait." Yudi pointed at Ikra. He really did know her from somewhere. "So you've met us before in not the flesh. I assume that happens to be a shadow!" Yudi declared. Typha looked at Yudi. "Are you still on about that?" Typha closed his eyes. Her power did feel the same as a power he felt before but he was unsure where he had felt it.

Ikra’s smile faded as Prince Typha mentioned her watching them being a bit odd. She looked almost remorseful and embarrassed all at once. Placing a hand daintily on her cheek, she let out a little sigh. A look up told her that Typha was seemingly okay with her, which made her more than a little happy. Unfortunately, his goblin of an ogre assistant had to point out an… unfortunate circumstance. Still, she shouldn’t be upset with Yudi. She smiled apologetically instead and giggled softly.
“Yes, I’m afraid that was me. I apologize for having a little fun with you Yudi. I meant no harm. I’ve actually been watching over you all your lives. Think of me as… a guardian spirit. I only recently acquired a body with which to interact with you all directly, otherwise I would have approached you far sooner. Though, in my defense, I did try to reach out a few times, tee hee. But… I was a touch bashful back in those days. My old form really wasn’t much to look at. I wanted to be presentable!”
Waving the matter away dismissively, Ikra stepped aside and bowed to allow Prince Typha to pass.
“Ah, but enough about me. You must be tired. Your room has been kept as you left it. Did your travels go well? Can I assist you with anything?”

Typha smiled a bit as Ikra seemed embarrassed that he had noticed and had to apologize to Yudi for making a fool out of him. She explained that she was a spirit watching over Riis and Typha and while she tried to reach out a few times but she could not and she was also pretty bashful. That seemed pretty surprising considering the type of person she seemed to be at least the type Yudi assumed. Typha didn't assume such things and smiled. "You don't need to say sorry you were just watching us. Anyway, I never realized you were watching us for so long. I only learned to sense Ki a few months ago and even then it was hard to feel your energy. It felt like it was somewhat my own but after thinking about it I did realize someone was watching us. I am just glad it is someone who is my ally rather than my enemy." Typha smiled and Yudi nodded. "Yah a friend of Typha...is a friend of mine," Yudi said with a bit of hesitation. When Ikra noted that Typha was prob tired he stretched. "Not really I was dead a few months so honestly I really ain't tired as for helping me you can just tell me what been going on Konats since I been gone. Riis updated me a bit but I am sure you also have your own sense on the matter."

“Hm… Ki sense, my prince? That sounds like quite the useful skill! I suppose it is only natural that you’ve mastered such a thing. I admit, my attachment to this realm was rather weak before I had a body. Perhaps that is why you had such trouble? I apologize again if I caused you any inconvenience.” Ikra bowed her head again respectfully, feeling somewhat relieved at Prince Typha’s welcoming attitude. With his approval, she could happily get married to her darling Lord Riis.
She hummed dreamily, imagining how Riis might sweep her off her feet on their wedding day and declare his ambition for conquest aloud to the entire populace. Oh, how wonderful. Well, these were just fantasies. There was a reason that he hadn’t announced his intentions to the universe at large. Conquering planets, even by his grace, seemed to be frowned upon. How shameful. They should be grateful to be under the reign of such a supreme king.
She turned her attention back to Prince Typha immediately as he began speaking again. She only caught the tail end of what Yudi had said, but it was just something to the effect of being Prince Typha’s retainer or what have you. He surely did not mean to insinuate that he was on equal terms with one of Konats’ heroes. Ikra smiled and nodded, moving over to Typha’s side - the one Yudi wasn’t on - and guided him into the palace.
“Oh, I can certainly do that, my prince. But I do insist that you allow us at least a small banquet to celebrate your homecoming! Mm.. The rebuilding efforts have been going excellently. I have been doing my utmost to contribute and hasten them. We’ll have all of them done before summer, I imagine. Hopefully, a little before that honestly. Aside from that… Lord Riis hasn’t been feeling well, and so has taken to his quarters. I’ve been handling all of the paperwork and other bureaucratic trivialities in his stead, but I do worry for him. He hasn’t… he hasn’t given me much in the way of direction…”
She wondered if darling Riis would be feeling well enough to enjoy a banquet with his brother. Any excuse to see him again suited her just fine honestly. It was terribly lonely, and she didn’t want to be an inconvenience and disturb him while he was recovering. Her smile faded into a lonesome expression as she let out a little sigh.

"Yes, it is to make sure I can fight at full strength in a fight. With the ability to Ki sense, I wager my senses in combat have increased a great deal." He had a sixth sense to rely on instead of just five. By that logic, he had 20 percent more awareness but of course, it was more like double. Being able to pick someone up before they were in sight was quite useful. Hell, if he only just sense ki he could probably fight quite well still. Not that he'd try that, it would beyond stupid. Typha smiled lightly as Ikra seemed to interest in having some sort of Banquet to celebrate his homecoming. "No there is no need. That is a waste of resources that should be put into rebuilding Konats. I think people will enjoy that sort of homecoming more. It is the least I can do for being gone for so long. I have been running around trying to help the universe instead of focusing on my people." Typha didn't feel bad about it he just wished he was able to balance his time better.
Ikra then gave him a quick update about what was going on in Konats. The rebuilding has been going well and being done near the summer seemed good enough. He wished he had been here to speed it up but he was not skilled in the art of building. Still what was disturbing was that Ikra was handling all the paperwork and Bureaucratic work because Riis had not been feeling well. "So you have been basically running the show huh." Typha mused. His parents were basically semi-retired so that meant Ikra was acting steward of Konats. "Hopefully he feels better soon. Konats need to know that the crown prince will be ready to rule at any given time and that he will be the best ruler Konats can have." Typha smiled. He put a hand on Ikra's shoulder as she sighed. "It is ok I can get how you feel. You want him to be around to be able to see him and to have his help. I've felt that once." Yudi looked at him. "Did you just confess." Typha's face turned red. "Of course not!" Typha yelled at Yudi. Yudi snorted, he totally fell for Ashi.

“You are truly a generous soul, my prince. Always thinking of the people,” Ikra replied, putting a hand over her heart in admiration of Prince Typha’s kind nature. Truly, Konats was blessed to have him as its stalwart protector. “Of course. I’ll make the arrangements immediately. I’m certain they’ll appreciate the gesture.”
Nodding at Prince Typha’s observation, she bowed her head to explain her actions. “I didn’t wish the burden to fall on Prince Riis when he is ill, and the King and Queen have earned their rest. I’ve been doing my utmost to hasten the rebuilding and ensure the prosperity of our people, I assure you.” She smiled and nodded in simple agreement when Prince Typha expressed well wishes for his brother. Certainly, Prince Riis was destined to be the greatest ruler Konats had ever seen. She made a note to thank the current King and Queen for bringing him into this world.
When she felt his hand on her shoulder, Ikra blinked in surprise and smiled a little sadly. Ah, she’d been found out. She blushed a little and offered a quiet thank you for Prince Typha’s kind understanding. She was a little curious as to who had caught his eye though. She had never taken Prince Typha for much of a ladies man.
“Hm… Well, thank you, Prince Typha. I hope to meet this lady of yours one day,” Ikra said with a slightly mischievous smile and tilted her head to the side, “Is there anything else I can do for you?”
