Karon's PL: 33,000 Zhida's PL: 5,000
The smoke pluming behind the small spaceship as it fell through the sky was visibly from the capital city of Konats. It wasn't crashing straight to the ground, nothing so dramatic, but it was obviously having a rough time. The ship would fly several meters, then drop straight down before righting itself again and flying several more, only to fall again and repeat the process over and over. Eventually there was a final, abrupt fall, straight into the desert sands. The seal on the ship door hissed as it unlocked and then two ogres stepped out, one blue and one red. The blue one, a tall lanky man, shaded his eyes from the sun and groaned.
"Kais, this place is hotter than home."
"You did say you wanted to go someplace warmer." The red one, a much younger girl, quipped as she followed him out.
Karon, the blue ogre, rolled his eyes at her, "If you're going to be smart, use it to help me fix this damn boat." He went around to the back of the ship where the smoke was still billowing from and starting kicking panels until one popped open. The cloud of black smoke rushed out at him now that it wasn't confined, and Karon staggered back coughing and waving his hands in front of his face. That was not his smartest move, he would admit.
Zhida, the red ogre, stood a few feet back, well away from the smoke. She sighed, "I've studied a lot of subjects, but spaceships aren't one of them. This is the first one I've ever rode in! If someone's got to fix this thing, it's you."
Karon scratched his head, "The last time I flew a ship was before you were born. They didn't exactly look like this inside..." Not to mention this was a pretty run-down used ship they'd gotten for cheap on Vegeta. It wasn't any surprise it had broken down, but he'd been hoping it would last them until Earth. Instead, it had started making worrisome clunking noises and handling erratically, forcing them to land on the nearest planet, this dustball. Karon sighed to himself. Of all the places to get stuck.
While he puzzled away at how to repair their ship, Zhida took a few steps away and held her hand up above her head. A bright ball of ki shot up high into the sky, like a firework, then slowly floated down. It dissipated before it hit the ground. They didn't have real flares, so that was the best she could do. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable would spot it and come to help them out, because she didn't have much faith in her boss's mechanic skills.

Ikra’s PL: 16,000
Another day on Konats, another day experiencing life with an actual body that allowed her to linger in the realm of light. It was interesting. She wasn’t accustomed to having a body, so it’s needs and wants sometimes aggravated her. She had to eat now, which was very new. And drink. The concept of temperature was also a startling discovery. Not to mention… the secretions that her body produced almost constantly. The worst of it, though, was that she actually needed sleep now. She needed to shut herself off for an intolerably long amount of time and then do it all again. Ikra munched on some of the fruit of Konats, feeling quite irked that her body was just going to have a fit later and throw it out and then ask for more. Ikra strolled through the desert, taking a break from being cooped up in the palace all of the time. She knew that she didn’t have to always be there, but she wanted to be in the case that Lord Riis had need of her. Notably, she remarked that Konats was fairly warm. In the shadow realm, there wasn’t much of a difference. She didn't really feel things there the way she did now. If she actually had to put words to it, Ikra might say that the shadow realm was chilly. The things that she interacted with from there were always unpleasantly cool to the touch. Hm. In her musings, Ikra caught sight of a space ship struggling its way through the sky. She stopped to watch it putter around until it eventually crashed. A moment or two later, a flare of ki went up into the sky. “Oh. They survived. Might as well go say hello then.”In no hurry, Ikra strode over until two figures came into view. She recognized them as the same species as Yudi, Prince Typha’s personal attendant. So, ogres then. She put on a smile and waved over to the two of them as she drew near. “Why hello there. Welcome to Konats. Ship trouble, I see…?”

With Karon elbows-deep in the messy mechanical guts of the ship, Zhida was the one to notice their rescuer first. She ran across the sands towards the approaching figure, waving. "Hey there! I'm glad someone saw my flare." She kicked up some dust as she skid to a stop. Zhida had been expecting some rugged desert wanderer to answer their ca,, for help, not someone like this. A tall woman (taller than the red ogre, at least) in a dark dress clearly not made for the harsh sun and winds out here. She had horns, but she obviously wasn't an ogre like Karon, or Zhida herself. A demon, then?
"Yeah, we're a little stuck. The engine kept stalling or...something. I'm no mechanic. I don't suppose you are...?" Zhida eyed the possibly-demon woman curiously. She didn't seem the type to know how to fix a spaceship, but looks could deceive.
"Zhida?" Came Karon's voice from around the back of the ship, "What're you saying? I can't hear you in here."
Zhida shook her head and called back to him, "I wasn't talking to you! I found someone who might help."
"Eh?" He obviously still couldn't hear her clearly, and came out from around the ship, "What are you-- Oh hello." The lanky blue ogre stopped in his tracks when he saw who exactly Zhida had found. Finding someone like this in the middle of the desert surprised him, too, and his eyes roamed up and down for a moment before he caught himself, and snapped his gaze back to her face. Then he put on his best charming grin, straightened his rumpled collar, and walked over to the two of them, "Hey there, miss. The name's Karon, and the kid here," Zhida huffed beside him at being called kid yet again, "Is Zhida, my assistant. Our ship is kind of a piece of junk and got us stuck here. You couldn't point us in the direction of a mechanic, could you?"

Typha sat in his room his eyes fixed to the sealing. "Hmmm what to do." Typha mused. Yudi was sitting in the room checking out Typha royal quarters. "Woah your room is awesome. Being a prince must be a lot of fun." Typha grunted. "Mhm yeah, it is such fun." Typha sarcastically said. He didn't really care about being a prince he'd rather be roaming around fighting but he was back home helping his people. Not that he was not happy doing that it just didn't make him as happy as he could be. Typha missed a good fight. Typha's head snapped when he sensed a power he knew. "Karon on Konats?" Typha got up. Yudi turned. "Karon, ain't he an ogre? One of King Yemma's main boys?" Typha looked at him. "Main is he one of King Yemma best men or something." Yudi shrugged. "I just heard he is strong. So he gotta be one of his top guys we going to check it out." Typha nodded. The two of them blasted out of Typha's room and out to the desert.
Yudi was barely able to keep up but the two of them quickly arrived at the scene. It seemed they had crashed from the looks of things. Typha shook his head and sighed. Guess he should not expect Karon to be good with driving but he had to wonder why did everyone crash land on Konats. Maybe they needed a spaceport somewhere. That would require a lot of technology that they didn't all have. Typha noticed another figure who was Ikra. Yudi narrowed his eye at her. She had tricked them on Namek and Yudi didn't like her. Typha gave her a wave. "Guess you got here first." Typha turned to look at Karon and his new friend. "You must be a student of Karon I assume? That good he is a good teacher. I sensed you all here so I came to check out what was so troubling. You both ok?" Typha was not too concerned for Karon but his servent didn't seem all that strong. A crash could really of hurt her.

Ikra leaned to the side, observing the wreckage curiously and shaking her head when the red little lady asked if she were a mechanic. “Unfortunately not. Though, I can call someone to help if you like…” Ikra trailed off when the little lady’s companion spoke up from the back of the ship. He came around and froze once he saw her, his eyes traveling up and down her body. Ikra smiled knowingly at him as his eyes hastily snapped up to her face. She watched him do some of the things that she did herself when trying to get Riis’s attention.
“Karon and Zhida. Wonderful to meet you both. I’m Ikra. I could, actually, though the desert can be quite trying for newcomers. Can you both fly? It will be faster that way.”
Before they could answer, Prince Typha arrived on the scene with his attendant Yudi. Ikra offered Typha a respectful bow and stepped back a little. She waved at Yudi and smiled politely. As Typha brought up medical concerns, she glanced over the pair of them again with a touch more care and concern. If they were friends of Prince Typha, that wouldn’t do.
“We have healers at the palace if you’re injured, should I bring you there…?”
