Sano was a loyal member of the World Trade Fleet. And, by golly, was she a bad one. If incompetence had a spitting image, Sano very well may have been the top candidate to fulfill it. Although she had plenty of spirit, she tended to lack the actual know-how or relative skill to make proper use of that spirit. On various occasions, entire squadrons of the World Trade Fleet were wiped out simply because she'd managed to fumble the job that badly. She found herself regularly unable to properly explain how she'd managed to botch missions so badly that every single member of her squad except for her had died on numerous occasions, and so they began to grow suspicious of her. Someone this bad must be an infiltrator attempting to sabotage the inner workings of the fleet! After they'd reached this conclusion, Sano was sent out on another mission to a remote planet. Unbeknownst to her, however, her entire squad of other Arcosians were given a different mission than her: kill the traitor.
Several powerful laser beams pierced through her back a few minutes after they'd landed, and, just to be safe, they had carpet bombed the entire area around where her body had hit the ground, and then quickly left the planet. Needless to say, Sano had died. And had quickly been sent to Hell for being among the ranks of the World Trade Fleet. She moped there for a while, until she came across a beacon of hope in the form of Rhea, the Ogre Princess who had promised to lead her to glory alongside her. And she even had promised to revive all of her followers with her powers! How could Sano not go along with that? Sano was unaware, of course, that Rhea had no such powers. However, a wish had been made separately upon the Dragon Balls, that all those killed by the World Trade Fleet aside from damage they'd done to themselves. And, Sano, having been a massive detriment to the Fleet in her time alive and whose death had been an actual benefit to the Fleet, had managed to hit the criteria for a revival.
Now alive and in full belief that Rhea's almighty powers had brought her back from beyond the brink, the Arcosian pledged full loyalty to the Ogre and took off alongside her.

[UA2] Destruction Blast - Sano gathers her energy into her palm and thrusts it out ahead, sending off a blast that deals 66% PL damage to whatever it makes contact with.
[MA3] Destructive Chaos - Sano builds up all her energy into both hands at once, before thrusting them out and sending out a wave of powerful ki energy that ravages whatever it hits with 100% PL damage.
