A sleeping bag, a small camp fire, a tarp and a pack was all that filled the clearing. Wondering the world was rough but he found it suited him more then the safe life of the city, the need to hunt and fight on the occasional threat kept his blade sharp. Stepping away form his camp he started his daily practice of going over his kata and daily stretches, the automatic steps bring him comfort as he slowly pushed himself faster. His pace was always the same as he started his kata slowly before going faster and faster until he became nothing more then a blur of crashing steel and violence. His power level grew with each kata that got faster till he finally reached his limits, his limbs unable to move any faster as he came to a abrupt stop. Letting out a deep breath he let his body relax as he forced his ki to flow violently throughout his body, the churning storm inside of him reflected in his ki flow as his power level skyrocketed. Holding onto his power he started yet again his movements flowing even faster then before as his blade ravaged the clearing like a raging storm.
After what seemed like hours he finally let go of his ki and relaxed, his morning routine done as he sheathed his Chang dao. "What I would not give a for a bit of excitement in my life right about now" he muttered, the daily routine was starting to wear on him. Each day he felt devoid of any purpose not unlike a weapon left to rust away in some shed. Shaking his head it turned to clean up only to stop in his tracks, his senses picking up some disturbance of ki in the not so far distance. Shaking his head he let out a sigh before he complained "Be careful what you ask for Miller.....you might just get it."
