Lost Temple Hisame was long fatigued from his adventure through the desert, it had been two days of walking through the thick sand before eventually he fell to the floor. On his hands and knees Hisame felt the sweat dripping from his forehead onto the dry floor beneath him. Hisame forced himself to stand once again, his legs almost unable to withhold his crushing weight. He began to glance around once more, checking all his surroundings to once again receive affirmation that there was nothing but the orange wasteland. Hisame had come to this barren land in search of a missing child, the young girl was the offspring of a wealthy merchant and she had been sent to find a lost temple which had been rumoured to contain valuable riches. Hisame took the job because he was told by the merchant that he would be paid handsomely upon the return of his daughter, which intrigued Hisame for he never had any wealth in his life and now he felt an instant desire towards it.
Hisame began to walk forward towards a sand dune, the sand wrapping around his ankles almost if to attempt to bring him underneath the surface. When Hisame arrived at the top of the sand dune he was at awe for the sight that was in front of him. The temple stood approximately two hundred and fifty feet tall, with a large base at the bottom and smaller platforms that became smaller and smaller as it went up the tower. It was a stony ruin that seemed like it had been long forgotten over hundreds of years ago. Most of the base was covered in sand, as well as what seemed to be like paths that no longer existed leading up to the tower. Hisame was in shock at this colossal building that stood before him and then he remembered his mission, encouraging his legs to move once more towards the structure. PL: 8001 ulla

Okra casually flew through the air, once again finding himself in a desert. He wasn’t sure why he kept finding himself in such desolate landscapes, but he really didn’t mind. It was far away from any civilization, which he appreciated. He grew tired of seeing earthlings on a daily basis, even if their food was amazing. Sometimes he just wanted some solitary time. As he flew through the air, the saiyan spotted something in the distance. It seemed like a giant structure in the shape of a temple. He decided to get closer, his jaw nearly dropping as the temple filled his vision. The thing was absolutely massive. It was one of the largest buildings he had seen while on Earth. The engineering to construct such a building all the way out here must have been nothing short of monumental. It must’ve taken months if not years to build the structure. Curiosity took hold of the saiyan and he made up his mind to check out the building. He glanced around the structure, looking for anything out of the ordinary. It didn’t take long to spot something. He noticed a small figure moving around on the ground. He couldn’t quite make out what it was from up here, but it was definitely headed for the temple. The saiyan was curious as to how a person got all the way out here if they didn’t fly. At least, he assumed the person couldn’t fly if they were bothering to walk through the saiyan. Narrowing his eyes, Okra decided to confront the individual. He wanted to know why they were here, and if they knew anything about the structure. It was possible they could provide some insight. With a flash, the saiyan crashed down in front of the person, kicking up a load of sand and obscuring the immediate area. As the sand cleared, he could make out the species of the person. It was a damned arcosian, an egotistical space lizard. His face instinctively tugged into a near sneer. “What is one of your kind doing here, arcosian? What do you want with the temple?” he growled, shooting the alien a piercing glare. He held no love for the stranger’s species.

Thread PL: 30,194 Oozaru: 150,970 Techs: 5/6 Hot, boiling hot and melting is the only ways to describe this feeling. Ash was flying across the sky, using his speed to attempt at keeping a breeze to cool himself. He found himself in this desert as he was going along, traveling the world and see what adventures it can offer. His face was burned up, sweat flying off his head and his eyes being pierced by occasional sand that still makes their way to him. It was a grueling experience, possibly a good place to train should he want to rely better on his other senses aside from hearing, sight and smell. He sees a structure down below him, and to his curiosity, saw two figures by it- each to their own and not together. Upon further inspection, flying down closer to the weird structure, he feels two energies. One he recognizes quickly, Hisame, the Arc..osian..? Yeah that sounds about right. The other though, blew him back by storm. Okra's energy was off the charts! He was already twice as strong as him?! As expected since he's done more exploring than training, but that's for another discussion.
He decided to land on the ground by them, already giving Okra a look of disappointment at his immediate attitude towards someone else. He looked over at Hisame and sees that he looks weak, as well as tired and probably thirsty. Checking his pouch he pulls out a small bottle of water, and walks over to him. "Long time no see Hisame! Hopefully you've traveled well since we met at that village? And that merchant, how's she doing?" He holds the bottle up to him, offering it for his friend. Hisame probably needed it more since Ash had only recently entered the desert. He glances over at Okra, whose face is vibe killer for sure. "You know, unless you get to actually meet and get to know a person, immediately judging them based on race is pretty rude. Hisame is a friend of mine, we met when he landed on Earth some days ago, by a village in the East. He's friendly, and bears to intention of threats, I'll say that." A slight sickening feeling bellows in his stomach, and it rose into a thought. Simply handing Hisame the bottle, Ash turns completely towards Okra. "Just because you're stronger now, doesn't mean you can impose those racial views with hatred just as Aurora had done. It isn't just, and I'm not standing for that type of attitude." He provided a moment with a cold stare, and turns his eyes away back to Hisame, "Drink it friend, you need it more than me."

Lost Temple Hisame smiled and took the small bottle of water from the friendly Saiyan who he had once met before, "Thank you for this Oryian, i really do appreciate it". Hisame took a small sip from the water not wanting to waste the valuable resource that had been given to him. As Hisame swallowed he then turned his mind to what he remembered of the Merchants last words, "I believe she had planned to stay in the village for another few days before charting course to Namek, so we may not see much of her again"
Hisame then turned his attention to the other Saiyan who had arrived only moments earlier than Oryian. "Oryian i have been discriminated for my race more than enough to understand that some views and habits do not die at all". Hisame then opened his arms with his palms faced up in gesture to the other Saiyan, "I am coming to this temple to find a lost child, she had been sent here by her father to find some hidden treasures and she never returned". Hisame then stared directly into the eyes of the unfamiliar Saiyan and paused for a moment "The name is Hisame... not Arcosian, i will not respond to that name again".
Hisame then averted his eyes back to the monstrous temple that laid ahead. "There may be monsters and creatures living in this temple which explains the missing child, regardless i plan to forge ahead and get to the bottom of this mystery".
Hisame then walked directly in-between both the Saiyans, winking at Oryian as he made his way past. The sand began to feel heavier and more rigid the closer he approached the temple. When Hisame was only 300 feet away from the structure, he could not help but allow his eyes to follow from the base of the building all the way up to the top, which almost looked as if it was attempting to hide itself among the clouds. Okra’s eyes widened in surprise when Oryian of all people showed up. He seemed friendly with the arcosian… Hisame apparently. It seemed Oryian didn’t take to kindly to the tone of voice Okra used. He wanted to scoff and shoot the boy a glare, but he took his words into consideration. He really should give the arcosian the benefit of the doubt. He supposed there might be some good lizards out of the bunch.
Still, he gave the teen an icy stare, “Right. I’ll keep that in mind,” he said with somewhat grit teeth. He wasn’t about to trust the arcosian so readily. Generations of hate, mistrust, and rivalry to the species wouldn’t become water under the bridge so easily. He’d give this one the benefit of the doubt at Oryian’s request, but he would remain apprehensive.
The saiyan sharply exhaled and turned his attention to Hisame. He listened intently to what he had to say. Apparently some girl had gone missing after searching for treasure within the temple. Okra’s gaze somewhat softened at the revelation. He could emphasize with the girl’s plight. At the same time, he wondered why a father would send their child alone all the way out here to look for treasure. It didn’t quite make sense to the saiyan.
He stared back into Hisame’s eyes, “Hisame huh,” he tested the name, suppressing his desire to sneer, “Name’s Okra, I’ll help you find the kid,” it hurt him to willingly help a lizard, but he’d put his differences aside to help find the missing girl.
He followed behind Hisame. He didn’t trust the arcosian to not stab him in the back if the saiyan took the lead. As he walked along with the arcosian, he decided to voice a question, “Why would a father send their child all the way out here alone? Doesn't make sense to me,” shaking his head, the saiyan glanced over the temple. He couldn’t spot any discernible entrance yet. He voiced this aloud, “Ya know, I don’t see any entrance yet. See anything, Oryian?” he asked of the younger saiyan.

He listens to them both, Okra more specifically, smiling up at him. He started to feel proud of Okra, seeing him actually take a moment to think about what he said. He looks around the temple, clearing looking for an entrance. The sheer size of this building is confusing, coupled with the age it must be, how it is still standing seems like a miracle. He walks through the rough sand, the closer he got the more aggressive the winds became. He sheltered himself by letting his aura cover him, trying to disrupt any wind flow around him to try and keep the sand from his eyes. He walks closer still, starting to see the walls of the temple more clearly. Along the bricks and stone, symbols and sketches were laced along every inch. Ash being the clueless, obviously non-archaeological Saiyan he is, didn't know a single thing about what these mean. Okra pipes up and asks him a question, that being if he could see an entrance. "Normally I might suggest to force a way in, but with how we don't know what the structural integrity of this building is like, that might not be a good idea. I've recently seen this show from a tv at a shop once, where this guy discovers temples and tries to find treasure and stuff. If that stuff is accurate, then the way we get in is how he did- some type of secret entrance or method to create an entrance." Of course he was speaking purely from the mouth based on a television show, but Ash knows nothing about adventuring like this- What else was he to say, that a magical Mumbo will appear and solve the riddles?
He goes around the outlines of the temple, feeling it up and trying to concentrate. How would anyone get in? Surely this temple must have some form of a system to get in, since whoever made it had to have a way to build whatever is inside. He sees a rock and figures it might do some good to take a sit down, especially since there's cover from the sandy winds. He went over and sat down, sighing to himself in relief. Some shade was upon him, and the burning hot winds carrying sand was less frequent in this exact spot. Suspicious, but he didn't complain. "Hey guys, found a nice spot to take a breath- whoaa!!" In a moments notice, as he learned back on the rock, the rock itself shifted into the ground slightly, and started to lift upwards. The wall behind him from where he sat suddenly opened, a small square tunnel of some sort was waiting- With the rock flipping up, he fell backwards into the tunnel, sliding down it to wherever it may lead. The wall immediately closed, and for some reason, any trace of Ash's energy dispersed or became unreadable as soon as the wallc closed.
It was dark, and he couldn't see a single thing. He was still sliding down, yelling as he did so, until he abruptly landed into a pile of rocks and rubble at the bottom of the kidnapping tunnel. He gets up slowly, rubbing his head. How far had he gone? How deep underground was he? Where was he?! He looked around himself, patting off the dust and dirt off his clothes. He started to walk around, glancing at the insides of the temple. It was clearly noticeable this place was genuinely old. Webs scattered the landscape, cracks litter almost most pillars that are either still standing or laid over the floor. The inside of the temple was shaped much differently than compared to modern day buildings, from what Ash could tell. There is fine lines engraved in the pillars, smooth edges and lightly sketched in patterns on every brick or stone that makes up the temple. Of course all these sketches and lines are gibberish, and form no clear cut image or translation of any kind to Ash. Though he still appreciates the beauty of it, the way it was crafted. Rubble though, was almost everywhere on the flooring. Broken rocks, parts of statues or pillars stood against each other or laid in shattered pieces. "I don't know about this place, but it is definitely old and maybe weak. Some of the flooring has deep cracks, hell, one is even collapsed. I do have to be careful, but I guess seeing as I'm the only one to get in the temple.. I should start looking for the girl.. but where the hell am I at to know where to go?" He tried to hover above the ground when he could, minimizing as much physical contact with the temple itself in fear and worry of it collapsing. As he does this, he finds a small doorway that's halfway fallen apart. He gently goes through it, entering to the otherside in his search for the young girl.

LOST TEMPLE Hisame turned his attention to Oryian as he called over to the group about a nice spot to take a breather. But as Hisame turned his attention to the area, Oryian had vanished with no sign of his energy at all. Hisame turned to Okra panicked and instantly ran over to where he had heard Oryian's last words. Hisame began to push and touch the walls of the temple, placing his hands into each crevice and hole he found hoping to find answers upon Oryian's disappearance.
Hisame had felt that he was searching for a long while and yet he had not found where Oryian had gone missing. The sweat was dripping from Hisame's brow as the heat of the desert felt it was only becoming more and more intense as the minutes went on. Hisame noticed a very soft rock just meters from him and sighed some relief. As he sat down and began to rest his back on the wall behind him, Hisame's ears perked up at a small click that sounded from behind. He instantly turned his attention to the wall which was opening up at the rear but Hisame lost his balance and he slammed into the opening wall. His weight was so powerful and heavy that he instantly crumbled the hidden door which then covered the entrance to the dark unknown tunnel. Hisame could hear the rocks piling on top of each-other as they travelled down the endless abyss it was at that moment Hisame realised that the tunnel he had just destroyed may have well been the only way in order to reach Oryian.
In rage Hisame jumped back meters from the building and extended his arm charging a large blast of Ki from his palm. He was going to blow the tunnel wide open and find Oryian. As the blast began to grow in size Hisame took notice once again of the buildings structure and its poor integrity. Any blast to this structure could bring the entire thing toppling down on Oryian and Hisame could not see his new friend perish. Hisame let his arm drop beside him and using his other hand he wiped the large pool of sweat from his forehead.
Hisame turned his head back to Okra, eyes dry and desperate looking for an answer. PL: 8001 ulla

“Oryian, where the hell did you go?” he waited for a response, hearing nothing, he frowned, “Oryian? Yo, Oryiaaannnn?” still no response. He furrowed his brows and looked over to Hisame. Did he have something to do with it? He looked genuinely worried but he was an arcosian. Those things couldn’t exactly be trusted. He could’ve done something to Oryian while Okra was busy searching for an entrance. Still, despite his suspicions he doubted the arcosian had anything to do with the teen’s disappearance. They were investigating a mysterious temple after all.
While Hisame searched around, Okra merely studied the structure for any openings. While he was somewhat concerned, he wasn’t nearly as worried as Hisame. He knew Oryian was strong and could handle himself. Not many things on the planet could threaten the kid, much less an ancient looking temple . The only thing that could’ve really been a threat to the kid in the immediate area was himself and the arcosian.
His eyes widened in shock when a secret entrance to the structure opened after Hisame sat on a nearby rock. The arcosian’s weight was too much for the wall, which crumbled after he lost his balance, covering the opening. Any easy chance of getting to Oryian was dashed. Chances are he had also sat on that rock to rest and had fallen into the tunnel.
Okra nearly jumped forward to bat down Hisame’s arm when the lizard prepared to fire an energy attack. That would be monumentally stupid. There was no telling just how old the building was. A major disturbance like that would weaken its foundation and the whole structure could come tumbling down. It was just too risky, and while he was saiyan, he wasn’t stupid. Besides, there could be another opening elsewhere.
To his relief, Hisame dropped his charge and turned to him with a worried expression. The saiyan regarded him for a minute before speaking, “He’ll be fine. He’s plenty strong. The only things dangerous to him here are me and you,” despite his own reassurances he was a little concerned. He had no clue how to get into the building without potentially destroying it.
The saiyan rubbed the back of his head and walked up to the structure. He placed his hand against the structure and spoke, “Temple seems sturdy yet, but I still think it’s risky to blow it open with an attack. There’s probably another entrance somewhere around here. I don’t think falling down a tunnel is exactly a convenient way of entering,” he turned and faced Hisame, “If you were an ancient earthling where would you placed your opening…” he paused for a moment, thinking. It was only a moment before he continued, “Chances are they couldn’t fly, so the main entrance should be somewhere near the ground,” an idea suddenly popped into his head, “This structure is ancient, right? Or at least looks like it. When I flew over, there were huge dunes of sand. Depending on how long this temple has been here… you think the main entrance might be covered by sand? The wind could’ve piled sand along a side of the structure. It may have drifted over. The girl probably fell in the same tunnel as Oryian.” he offered has an explanation. He looked at the arcosian expectantly, wondering if he thought the idea was plausible.

He'd go through the doorway, unsure of what to expect. As he entered the new area, it was entirely pitch black with no light anywhere to provide sight on his surroundings. He raises his hand, creating a ball of energy that would serve as a light source. As the ball grew bigger, so did his vision of his surroundings. He could tell, from at least a few feat around him, that this room was not much different then the other. He'd hover across the ground, minding any structures that enters his line of sight. A few differences was now noticeable, that the room itself was much larger. He'd come up with an idea, slowly finding his way to every corner of the huge room. With each corner he finds, he places a ball of energy there, light shining around the small area of the corners. He'd do this for about 10 minutes, placing as many as he could around the room until the room was now almost entirely lit up. "Whoa..." With limited vision, the full grandeur of the room's appearance was barely noticeable. Though, with light covering the room, he was taken back at the magnificence of the room. The area of the room, counting all the side walls, was probably one thousand feat, 250 feat from corner to corner.
He'd float around, eyeing everything he could try to see at once. There was golden statues, what looked like torches mounted around the walls, tables, chairs.. Everything looked like regular modern day furniture except it was ancient, and everything was arranged much differently. There was also small circular pits in the ground, small one foot wide trails coming from the pits, connecting each other throughout the room, some even leaving the room entirely. Possibly these was used to transport water? What else could move in those small He couldn't quite tell what areas of the room was meant for what. Was the tables used for food, a place to put other items..? All he could think about was food when he saw a table, and the thought of it made his stomach rumble. As the sound echoed, a slight shaking erupted in the room he was in. He'd quickly cover his stomach, shutting his mouth immediately. He'd think to himself, wondering what to do. He knows now any sound practically makes the place rumble, so if he touches anything at all, everything may come crashing down. He'd gulp, looking down at his stomach to shush it silently. Ash now looks around him, looking for anywhere else he can go. As he looks, he sees a small remnant of cloth laying on the ground. He goes over, gently picking it up. It doesn't look old, actually he it looks recent. It isn't to worn out, stretched, or stained too badly. He looks around and sees another door. Where he's at, this girl or someone else must've been here. He goes through the door, creating another ball of energy in his hand to shine the way in front of him. What does this room have in store, and how many more hints of other peoples presence here will he find?
